I have an MTNL connection with number[protected]. My broadband isn't working for over a month. Even after complaining to MTNL office multiple times MTNL employees haven't even bothered to address our issue even once! We are fed up with the careless behaviour of MTNL employees ! All call attendees say that they will come to our home to resolve the issue multiple times! But nobody came even after complaining multiple times!

    My Tel. No. 27199510 broadband has been out of order since 20 June 2014. It is Almost remain out of order because no line man come and service the line from the box. My most of the work is on the Internet and without telephone I have to suffer a lot. I have visited almost all the authorities/ official like GM north, Divisional Engineer Keshav Puram Exchange, SDO Keshav Puram Exchange and also talk to line man but no one response, apart from this Divisional enginer said that Jo kar sakte ho karlo and filed complaints several times on 1504, 198 and also in online complaint registration service and nobody even listening to my problem.       Dear sir / madam my name is vidyadhar waghamare (mo no.[protected]) i am having of landline and broadband connection of mtnl ([protected]) for last more than 4 years but before few days i am totally not happy with service of landline and broadband i don't know what type of service mtnl are provided to the existing customer. after the due date, late bill payment, mtnl charge the extra amount but not solve the problem on time after multipal time i launched the compliant but noting proper feed back are comes from mtnl. i already talk wtih dgm office also but noting proper feedback is come and they are not able 2 solve the compliant i am going to disconnect my landline and broadband service, hope they are solve the problem of landline and broadband service before surrender the connection. i already launched the compliant the number is Docket No :7290 waiting for positive feed back.         My number 22343383 was temporary inactive from 22 May 2104 to 17 July 2014 due to cable brake down, MTNL took 2 months to repair the cable but continue to send bill. When I went to the telephone exchange Yamuna Vihar, the Chief Accounts Officer S. K. Singh said he won't waive the bill from May 23rd to May 31st as the broadband uses was high though I have a unlimited plan, when I went to he Area Manager Vaid Ram, he said he will see it but refused to give in written. My question to the Chief Accounts Officer S. K. Singh was will the bill not be waived from May 23rd to May 31st, he said he has full authority to do so.

          There is a limit for tolerating this kind of by MTNL. The complaints registered are getting removed without even getting bothered to attend. Latest as follows:- Check Status-Broad Band Your Telephone No : 28031342 Docket No : 501669 Complaint date : 7/24/2014 19:41:24 Exchange : D16 Complaint : LINE NOISY Pending At : OD This compliant number will have a life span till today evening but the issue remaining as it is for the last three years. Are we the Consumers and General Public bound to tolerate this kind of irresponsible attitude by the employees of a public sector white elephant called MTNL? Ravindranathan

          As I expected yesterday they removed the complaint number without even bothering to check the fault or contact me.
          The land line is noisy. Only ASL is dead.

            Sir I recently installed mtnl internet but it stopped after 15 days whose number[protected] and I have complaint many times but no action was taken and complaint was removed.                 I'm not being able to use internet, I have complained many times but the problem doesn't get resolved.. Once upon a time they said they will send someone to check what is the problem but no one came to us.. Yesterday, a man came and said that he had come to us but he didn't find anyone at home.. The truth is that I was at home the whole day.. When he came, (1) he said that he had already repaired the line or whatever was wrong in the connection before entering my home.. (2) but after few minutes he also said that the problem was in the wire connected to the modem. and when you moved the modem it get connected properly.. After going through all this nonsense I am still facing this problem.. I know that MTNL is a big company.. I don't understand why MTNL doesn't give importance to the grievances of its customers. This kind behaviour from the MTNL causes mental depression to many customers..

                  It's been 2 months and I do not get decent internet connection. Technicians come and go and there is no solution to it.pls go back and check records on the number of complaints registered. I have been asked to purchase new connector which I did. I even bought a new wifi router. To be honest your technicians have very little knowledge about interest connection. I am very frustrated and in search of a different ISP. It's the worst experience I have had ever.

                      This complaint is for MTNL SANCHAARHAAT, Dwarka, Sec-6, New Delhi. I have a plan of Tri Band 999 Ul Combo which should give me the speed of 1MBPS which it never did. Now for about 1 month or so my speed has gone down even more.So when I registered my complaint and met with area manager Mr.A.K Singh(AREA MANAGER, MTNL Sanchaarhaat, Dwarka Sec-6), he said it's not their fault and my computer is faulty which it's not.When I further urged him He Said He doesn't know anything about Broadband and so I should stop Bothering him.He never Picks his calls(Mob No:-[protected]) and just sits there, sending line men to do computer stuff.When I showed him the video and pics of the speed he says I am lying and behaves very rudely. I am getting the speed of 512kbps(Surfing Speed) and I have asked for a better plan of Rs 1899 so as to help with my speed but without any affect and now I have to pay Rs1207 for services i didn't even use.They are robbing me and A LOT OF OTHERS as I have reading other complaints.                         My Tel. No. 27617256 has been out of order since 19 June 2014. It is almost remain out of order because the connection has been provided to me from make shift provision without any proper and stable pillar. My most of the work is on the internet and without telephone I have to suffer a lot. I have visited almost all the authorities/ official like ED Office/GM Office and Burari Exchange/MOC/ Cabinet Secretary etc. and filed complaints and nobody even listening to my problem. I had already registered the complaint on 27612198 dated 19/06/2014.

                        Kindly instruct the concerned officials to get my telephone operative and also make it stable so that I should not suffer and run to these office every now and then.

                          I have taken Wifi broadband connection from MTNL on my landline number 28771748. The same is not working since last 2 weeks. Upon continuous complaint registration the technician does not even turns up and i get an sms stating that the complaint has been addressed and resolved. There is no resolution provided nor even a visit of technician and the complaint is closed. Please help.

                              Hello team, This is regarding a broadband connection I had applied on 28th of June 2014 with a work order number 2472. It's been a lots o[censored]ps and downs to get the landline installed. Initially no one showed up for 12 days to install the landline (since I have opted for a combo plan). I had to personally visit and follow-up with the executives in the Charnamrut Exchange for someone to visit and get the line installed. But, now it's 17 days today and the broadband has not yet started. I even had to log a complaint calling 198 (as suggested from exchange) with the docket number 5870. The same is not resolved and I had to book another complaint with docket number 5181. And now I'm running from Thane exchange to Charnamrut exchange but no one seems to take interest in solving the issue. Thane exchange says it's Charnamrut exchange who will fix the problem and Charnamrut exchange says Thane exchange needs to forward the complaint docket number first. Again, I do not understand why I need to log a complaint if it is a new connection which is not installed properly. Secondly, its 17 days now, and I'm sure to get a bill in at the end of the month for the broadband use. Does that make sense to anyone to to pay a bill for not able to use a service.                                 I had logged no of complaint but no action has been taken till now the complaint has been closed without sloving the problem

                                The dsl line turn off with in 2 min and same will apper after 8-10 min

                                You are requeseted to solve the problem and reverse the bill amount in amy account

                                    I have booked a new connection through[protected]Reg. no[protected] on 1 July, 2014.
                                    Same day one Guy came from MTNL and collected the all documents and 500 Rs as registration fee.
                                    I was told that Connection will be done in a week.
                                    But After 1 week, no one came. When I try to connect[protected], some lady picked the phone and didn't response and talked to me very rudely and hung up the phone. I tried to connect to this number daily but she again rudely responded and hung up the phone. This is very pathetic service provided by Customer Care.

                                    I further investigated and went to Yamuna Vihar, Delhi MTNL office. I came to know that my documents were not submitted. I contacted the Guy whom I handover the all documents and 500 Rs (Mob no. - [protected]). He told me that he hand over all the documents and 500/- to another Guy (Mob No. [protected]). I tried to contacted on this number but number was switched off.

                                    I am now totally frustrated with all this pathetic service.

                                    Please take some actions and resolve my problems.

                                    I have registered for a new connection on 1 July but They took 15 days to provide the connection after a lot of calls. Not satisfied with service. Customer care only talk to get registration done after that they do not even listen to you.
