D/S, In spite off lodging so many complaints from last on month my problem has not been resolved, my broad band not working, for formality sake your line man use to visit my House, but problem remains the same, from last two days daily in the morning I am registering my complaints at 1504 from my landline number ( i.e.[protected] but no body came to attend my complaint, from last one month I was not able to use my internet, previously problem was frequent disconnection of inter net, now it totally gone . Therefore I would request you to either rectify my problem immediately, or disconnect my broadband services, so that I can choose another alternative. I would want to know the person who owns consumecomplaints.in because if I am sharing information I would like to know that who all will access my information . This portal comes across as a fraud website with all ownership details hidden .

    My MTNL telephone number is[protected], my phone is not working since 3 weeks due to which even my broadband Internet is also not working. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible and also reduce the amount of this period from my this month bill.

      I have not had a single day where the internet connection was stable since it was installed. Numerous complaints have been made but till date, no action has been taken. I pay a service charge each month, I SHOULD be receiving quality service. My broadband network is never stable and sometimes gets disconnected for no apparent reason and stays disconnected for several days and even weeks. I have paid the entire bill each month even though the network is never stable and I have paid even when there was no network and no service for weeks. In the month of March, I applied for a new plan; TriBand unlimited 999. I was told it would be activated on the 1st of April. Today is 10th of June and it still has not been activated. As of right now, the speed of the connection is 128.66kbps. This is fraud! We keep paying for services which we do not and never have received. I lodged two complaints on 7th of April. These are the complaint numbers – 64100461 and 6330080. They were never resolved and I suppose that they have closed them without resolving. I have tried talking to senior officials in the same regard. The senior officials being Mr Shukla, Mr Sharma and Mr Malik. I also contacted Mr Anil Gupta; our local area manager. None of them have come forward to resolve this issue. Also, when I told them that the modem which was installed in my home was an old one and was not functioning well, one of these officials told me that even those who get a new connection, are being given old modems which do not function properly. Why? What do these officials do with the money given to them for new modems? Also, I sent a letter to the Nodal officer a month back but haven't received any response from him either. I lodged another complaint on 8th May, and this is the complaint number[protected]. Till date, it has not been resolved. I should not have to pay the bill for the new internet package every month as I have not received the proposed broadband speed even once. Also, I need to know why my connection is never stable.

        My landline phone is dead for more than 2 weeks now because of this I am not able to use my Internet at home. I have a complaint lodged with them but they are not taking any action. I called the SDO of Chitra Vihar, Delhi (This is their office for my region). I asked about my complaint and he said that the cable of my entire area is down and it will take more than 2 months for this problem to resolve. But the thing is all the phones in my neighbourhood are up and operational. I told the same thing to the SDO and he said you are lying and cut the phone. I tried calling him again but no one is picking. FYI, my phone no is 22421119. Can anyone help here for this?

          Getting calls from higher officials of mtnl delhi on complaining about my broadband connection but is of no use. Mtnl is the worst broadband connection any one can have. All their services are useless (Especially broadband connection). On complaining almost daily about my broadband problem of modem resetting and regular speed drop no is able to solve this issue. All of their offcials are liars and cheaters who only know how to cheat their customers by charging the full amout of broadband plan(Tri combo ul data-349) and giving half the service. Every day i am having this issue of modem resetting and regular speed drop and almost every day i am complaining abut this but no one is listening to me. Lying and cheating is what mtnl and all their officials do best and i also think that they are paid very well for doing this to their customers.

            Mtnl (Mahanagar telephone nigam) is the worst brodband service provider. I am facing regular speed drop and modem(450 tc1) resetting issue for a month now and complaining regularly about this but with no result. Mtnl charge for the full broadband plan and provide service for the half. Its their job and duty to cheat their customers which they do it with perfection. I am their broadband customer for the last 2 to 3 years and still they do not listen to my complains. I am complaining again and again about my speed drop issue and modem resetting again and again by itself but is of no use.No information is provided on their so called helpline number( 1504) and there are use less. Really fedup with their poor service and excuses they give me all the time.
            Who so ever is reading this i request you to never opt for any mtnl services.

              I have MTNL boradband connection in andheri east and I am facing the problem of Internet speed and connection they are just generating the bills every month and we are paying it with no service. I dont know why cant indian consumer officials investigates about this and takes any action against MTNL.
              MTNL is just a fraud broadband service provider with lots fake ads, I am facing internet connection problem from last 4 months not for atleast 5 mins they provide the continuous connection. I have monthly Rs. 800 2 Mbps plan but I dont get the speed like mobile internet also.


              I request indian consumer complaints dept. to take action against this issue to give proper service to users.

                My mobile number is [protected]. I applied for change in service provider from MTNL to VODAFONE on[protected]. I received following message from MTNL on same day. :[protected][protected][protected][protected][protected] " Your UPC is 954688. It will be valid up to[protected].kindly use this UPC before expire.[protected] person." Till today MTNL have not acted on my application. [i.e.my request is not fulfilled.].                   I have logged more than 15 complaints but no action has been taken so far. Moreover every time I complaint it gets closed without intimation. I have been paying my bill for no service. Executives sitting at the office are not bothered neither they talk in proper manner. latest complaint number has been attached. Strict action is required against them!

                    I made request For Change of Internet BroadBand Plan on 27th Feb 2014.
                    Request no– 48300088.


                    Then Next day I received this SMS.
                    Sender : MD‐MTNLDL
                    Receive Time : 2014‐02‐28 08:16:11


                    Message Contents : Your request for change of BBPlan on Tel.No :28041930 has been received. Your New plan would be - TriB combo UL data-599 .


                    Then I used my Internet as per the unlimited plan (TriB combo UL data-599) in the month of March 2014. But in MTNL system the new requested BBPlan was not updated. So MTNL system created the bill of Rs.40, 972.00 for the month of March 2014 as per old internet BroadBand Plan & bill for the month of FEB 2014 is Rs. 19, 000.00 (Appx). Please regularize TriB combo UL data-599 BBPlan from date 01.03.2014 onward. I send so many mails to MTNL but nobody helped me.

                    First of all thanks for your response against my complaint. Now the problem is that MTNL prepared the bill in their own way but I want that bill should be as per the Plan which i requested for INTERNET BROADBAND PLAN UL-599. Moreover MTNL has accepted his OWN mistake then why don't they prepare the bill as per the requested plan. I am using 4 MTNL Phone connections ( One Land Line & 3 Mobile connection - [protected], [protected], [protected]) & if MTNL harass me in this way then why should I give business to MTNL I will surrender all 4 connections & simply I will go to other Network Providers AS MOST PEOPLE DOING. I am ready to pay all pending bills as per requested Internet plan (which was confirmed me by MTNL Employ by SMS)

                      I have been facing the problem of paying the bills every month, and in return not getting the service for which I am making payments. My numbers... 2955XXXX and 2561XXXX Either the lines are dead half the month, and if not, then the Internet is not working properly. Regular complaints are also not of any help. MTNL is not leaving me with any choice other than taking a legal action against them, of charging money and not providing services.                           I having been facing speed drop problem from the 1 week. I have been promised the speed of 4mbps as per my plan (Tri combo ul data-349) according to which i should be getting 4 mbps of download speed which i am not getting. From the last one week i am not only facing the problem of speed drop but also the problem of the 4 green lights (Power, dsl, internet, wlan)on my wifi modem (450 tc1) resetting again and again.
                          The resetting of 4 green(Power, dsl, internet, wlan) lights is very constant almost in every 4 to 5 mins.
                          I have been using mtnl broadband connection for the past 3 to 4 years and this is the kind of service i am getting from mtnl.

                            Hi, My MTNL (Delhi) telephone (number[protected] has been out of order for the last 10 days. I have lodged online complaint thrice and even i have lodged complaint by calling there call centers - nothing happened. The officers only express their helplessness and lack of man-power. Where do we go as customers? If this is the state of affairs in New Delhi -which boasts of MTNL services - one can only pity BSNL subscribers elsewhere in India!! I registered a complaint that my phone line was not clear on the 9th of this month. But till now no action has been taken on that complaint. I have tried calling the Rajouri Garden office on 2 of their numbers but as usual no body answers the calls. I tried calling the corporate office customer care on Lodhi Road but those numbers too go unanswered. I have the telephone number of the area line man from previous repair instances. So I tired calling him too but no response again. So for the past one week I have tried everything that is possible but with no progress. How do I get this resolved? Also, should I use the RTI route to fix responsibility of the concerned public servants for this clear dereliction of duty? Thank you.

                              Sir, I requested to shift my MTNL landline & broadband connection[protected] to my new address one month back, however, till now I am waiting for the line to be installed. I tried calling MTNL but they gave me local exchange number which is always busy or not answered. It seems MTNL doesnt care about losing the customers. I want my line to be installed at the earliest

                                I am surprised to note total silence from the top officials on MTNL regarding consumer grievances.

                                You should have at least the decency to inform me the status.

                                On my first compliant registered on No: 1504 (3-May-2014) Tele Executive told me
                                The Splitter is defective and will be rectified and changed in a day.

                                However I can only see arbitrary removal of complaint docket numbers by MTNL with even bothering to attend the issue.

                                You are kindly requested to give me a geed back regarding action taken on the above complaints.

                                    Sir, I am a MTNL Broadband user, and using it from last 5-6 years. As everyone knows that the servive of mtnl isn't at par. But from last 2 months broadband connection is always unstable, not working when its required. Lodged so many complaints online or offline. But most of time no one even call us from mtnl regarding this. I am feeling really helpless now, i have contacted Area Manager and he told me to speak with SDO Mr Ranveer. I made a call on saturday and he said call me on monday. Today i tried calling him, atleast 5-6 calls has been made from my side, but no one is picking. Same is for Area Manager also. Please tell me how can i get rid of this connection and landline. Have to say, such a poor service MTNL have.                                       For the last 2-3 months, I have been experiencing a lot of disturbances from the MTNL side.

                                      The problem is,

                                      As soon as my balance is finished, the company has automated some kind of messaging portal which delivers messages to my phone that my balance is finish and I have to recharge. This is not a bad job but what bad and very irritating is, that automated service delivers 5-10 messages per minute till you do not recharge. I have received 30 messages in just 3 minutes and this created lots of disturbance in my work.

                                      To solve this, I called customer support, but they suggested me rudely to switch off my phone if I do not have money to recharge it and this is very rude. At most 2-3 message is quite acceptable but not this many.

                                      Please, do whatever you can or suggest me if I need to contact consumer court personally over this issue.

                                      PROOF: I have all the messages send by the company in this regard.

                                      MTNL New Delhi — Non receipt of Refund for MTNL Garuda phone

                                      This refers to the subject matter. I would like to inform that I was using the MTNL Garuda phone till July-06. Then I have disconnected the phone (Phone No[protected] & returned the instrument in the same month i. e. July-06 (Since the service was very poor & bills were very high & not matching with my usage). I would like to bring to the notice of Management of MTNL to arrange for refund of security amount submitted by me during connection of this phone.

                                      Here, I would like to add that I have approached many times the Divisional engineer’s office at Bhikaji Cama place & Hari Nagar office, but there has been no response.

                                      Pls help in getting refund of the security amount

                                      Hi,
                                      I get a new connection from MTNL Landline in the month of Aug2010. But from starting we regularly receive wrong call from bank from recover agent with very bad tone...
                                      After logging so many complaint into the MTNL office no one is ready to do any thing..
                                      also register my number into do not disturb but all goes in vain...
                                      i dont understand what i can do now..
                                      shall i stop useing MTNL landline or what.
