I am customer of MTNL broadband last couple of years.but since last month i m getting problem of frequently disconnection of internet and also some sites are not getting open through MTNL broadband, besides these sites are getting open from my personal Datacard.
so i raised the issue firstly in normal complaint helpline, from there i didnt get any reply after few days i esclate the issue to MTNL appellate(2nd april'14), but they also didnt reply.
I request you pls see this matter.

I am attaching two snapshoot.
1st is MTNL complaint docket no, which is registered on 30th.
2nd the mail which i written to appellate of MTNL by me.

    Dear Sir,

    With reference to the trailing mail the contents of which are self explanatory, I have not received any call or communication addressing my grievance. I had on 3/5/2014 contacted one Mr. Ashok who is your staff member at telephone number 25301064 and had asked him my current metre reading which he informed me as being 41805 from 01/03/2014 to 3/5/21014. My previous meter reading as on 28/02/2014 was 41010. It appears that 795 calls have been made from my landline from 01/03/2014 till 03/04/2014.

    This too is highly unusual and abnormal. when the average calls during a month checking my previous records never exceeding 450.I have quoted 500 calls as the maximum in my previous mails.

    As I seriously apprehend misuse of my connection, I request you to kindly place my landline No 25326998 CA: [protected] under observation and give me regular updates.

    I request you to please look into the matter and help me sort out the matter.

    Dear Sir,

    I am in receipt of your letter dated 24/3/2014 sent to me by Accounts Officer, T.R.(E-2) in response to my mail and telephonic conversation. I appreciate this prompt gesture from your side.

    I would however like to clarify that the list of calls sent to me is from 1/12/2013 to 28/2/2014 which lists numbers and call duration, metered calls which are already available to me. I confirm that these are numbers known to me and are all basically Dombivli Numbers with the sole exceptions of calls made to STD Code 0250 which are also known to me.The list of 32 calls made to STD Codes 0250 & 0251 in February 2014 are already there in the bill and I am aware of these numbers.

    What is require is a complete list of the entire 1432 calls purported to be made from my number, listing calls made date wise, the numbers to which call were made irrespective of whether these are local landline numbers or cellphone numbers and time duration of each call and metered calls to enable me to know what the matter is and how such a huge bill has been generated. . Kindly note that STD/ISD facility is not available on my line.

    I therefore request you to communicate to me the aforesaid details sought by me through mail or by post. If there be any nominal charges for this service, I am willing to pay for it as I wish to go to the root of this matter since such a huge bill is abnormal and requires investigation.

    During the course of my relation with your organisation for the past 9 years there has never been a single instance where I have been forced to raise a complaint of this sort.

    This being a exceptional case, I request that the information sought be me as stated above be given to me as a special case and concession be granted to me for which I shall be extremely grateful to you. I would also request you to institute an inquiry from your end into this matter so as to get a correct picture and locate where the problem lies.

    Dear Sir,

    I have received a call from one of your officers whose name I am unable to recollect, from telephone number[protected] at about 9.06 am today morning enquiring about my grievance and requesting me to write to the mail address [protected]@gmail.com. The gentleman asked be briefly about the nature of complaint and on receiving my answer assured to do the needful and requested to send the mail to the e mail address provided by him.

    The brief gist of my complaint is that I have received a bill for Rs.2671/- for the month of February 2014 showing the number of calls made as 1432.The net charged calls being 1282 after deducting 150 free calls per month.

    I am constrained to point out that in 9 years I have never received such a huge bill.This despite my having also changed my internet plan from 999 unlimited to 550 unlimited.

    I find it inconceivable that 1432 calls could be made in 28 days, which comes to an astronomical 51 calls per day which is impossible.

    A careful scrutiny of my records will reveal that my calls have never exceeded 500 maximum per month.This figure of 500 is also taken on the higher side.

    I feel that there is an error at your end or my telephone line is being misused.

    In any case I request you to initiate an investigation into the matter and send me the correct bill. I would also request you to kindly send me an itemised bill showing number of all calls made with the numbers and duration of each call so that I can also investigate matters from my end using my own resources.

    I take this opportunity to appreciate the concerned officer who called me up to enquire about my grievance.May his tribe increase.

    As is your motto " TRANSPARENCY IS OUR HALLMARK", I appreciate the manner in which matters have been handled till now.

    Please assist me in resolving this matter at the earliest.

      I have a broadband connection with MTNL for the past 2 years, but suddenyl for the past 3 months, the service has gone totally hay-wire. every 3-4 minutes it gets dis connected. Actually, it took me 3-4 refreshes to get to this page. My complaint number has stayed 191 since my first complaint, but they dont seem to be doing anything about it. But yet, they charge me to the fullest. Why should i pay? if i dont have the service? Someone really needs to take actiona against MTNL Mumbai.

        Dear sir,
        I booking online MTNL Broadband Landline phone Document collect by Ram Singh - [protected] - (No[protected] in October 2013 and phone install in our home in Nov-2013. We not received any Bill and Booking letter till date.
        Problem is for first day Nov-2013 to till us registers last complaints on[protected]no-1488) on 198 phone not working, broadband net not working. And in Jan-2014 last week our phone disconnect.
        We are register complaint on regular base on 198 and 1504, but no one come to our house to cheek phone or line, but after 3 or 4 days we received new complaint no from your help desk 198 and 1504. How can you give new complaints no without resolve first complaints?
        Few complaints no:[protected]-[protected]-1488--register on 198.
        In Jan 2014 Line man tell us the telephone main line cable in Nanagloi due to road maintained damage in from Dec-2013 so that via your phone dead so long time.
        I received few MTNL Officers no-Ajit - [protected], Saini - [protected] so many time I complaints them about my phone but they always ask it’s be done in next week, but nothing happen.
        Now in Jan 2014 last week our phone disconnect due to pending bills, we still not recived any bill. If phone not working condition from the date of install - regular complaints register - main cable damage from first month phone dead for two months - how can you charge bill without service - rent is applicable.
        Pls lock this matter and do needful, waiting your reply.

        Your complaint has been forwarded to MTNL Delhi customer service. You
        should receive a reply from the company representatives within several
        days.

        But till date not recived any call or mail, so its request to pls resolve this matter as soon as possible.

            My MTNL (Delhi) telephone (number[protected] has been out of order for the last 20 days. I have lodged online complaint thrice and physically met the concerned officers thrice - nothing happened. The officers only express their helplessness and lack of man-power. Where do we go as customers? If this is the state of affairs in New Delhi - which boasts of MTNL services - one can only pity BSNL subscribers elsewhere in India!!

              My telephone number is 29562301. I registered a complaint that my phone line was not clear on the 15th of this month. But till now no action has been taken on that complaint. Now the phone is constantly giving an engaged tone. I tried to submit another complaint through the portal but I get the message, "Your phone is closed". I have tried calling the Hauz Khas office on 2 of their numbers but as usual no body answers the calls. I tried calling the corporate office customer care on Lodhi Road but those numbers too go unanswered. I have the telephone number of the area line man from previous repair instances. So I tired calling him too but no response again. So for the past one week I have tried everything that is possible but with no progress.

              How do I get this resolved? Also, should I use the RTI route to fix responsibility of the concerned public servants for this clear deriliction of duty?

                About a month ago, I opted for an MTNL WiFi connection at my home. After much delay, say after a week or so, the linesman did turn up and fix a new incoming telephone line (No.[protected], the WiFi modem (Binatone DM 856W, IP 192.168.1.1), etc, with required configuration in my laptop done. But except for a brief period (one and half hour), the WiFi system went haywire. The modem stopped working. There is no link (to internet), even ADSL not working. I have complained online time and again, but to no avail. It seems MTNL provides new WiFi connection just to sell off its substandard equipments fixed by highly incompetent personnel. The MTNL customer care service is horrible. No one picks up the phone. After several tries, even if someone does, he or she would invariably pass the buck to someone else, and you get a new number to dial. I feel completely cheated.

                    Hi, I had submitted an application to releases my number[protected] from safe custody on 13 January. Even after certain complained through voice answering machine, customer care and personal meeting with the official at Shadipur MTNL sanchar haat and Naraina MTNL office still my landline is lying vagrant and dead.                       My internet service registered in the name surya prakash rathi with telephone no.22093018 has not been working for last two weeks. I have called the customer care for around 10 times and registered complaints regarding this issue twice. The complaint nos. are 3031 and 8166. The response from the customer care is not at all satisfactory. I have tried calling the area manager Mr.Avdesh kumar ([protected],[protected]and G.M Mr. A.K Aggrwal[protected] a no. of times.But there is no response from them. Both are not picking the calls. I have been suffering a lot because of this problem. kindly help me.

                            Dear Sir, I applied for the internet broadband connection of MTNL in the month of October and subsequently the installation was carried out on the date 28/10/2013 and my number allotted to me is 26941982. Since installation the internet never worked though we complained to your office 18 times during last 4 months. Below are the dates of mail marked. 06/11/2013 19/11/2013 01/01/2014 24/01/2014 15/02/2014 17/02/2014 I have marked the mail from following ids: [protected]@gmail.com [protected]@catenationi.com Now after so many months of harassment, I am being told by MTNL that my number is in DNP status and the problem can only be resolved after I pay the dues. Kindly let me know as to against what services consumed by me, MTNL is asking for the payment of dues (due to non-functioning of the connection neither the internet nor the calling facility was used by me). I request you to please look into this matter as I am not on fault and in fact have been harassed due to the non-functioning of the services. Kindly waive off the dues and get this issue resolved as soon as possible. This is my final request I am making to all the concern people of the MTNL department, if the problem is resolved then I will take the help of consumer court to get the problem resolved.                               My broadband is not working since last one month, I have raised so many compaliant on 1504, 198, 23812052, 23812051, [protected] and more that 100 times by visiting nearest sanchar hat in Mall raod
                              Even I have contacted with Line man (tiwari ([protected]), muarry, and choudhray), he is showing attitude and even he is not ready to visiting my place to check the broadband after making so many complaint and request directly to him and other seniors( Gupta, and SDO Khan([protected]) )in the same office.

                              Even I have contacted with Mr Khan(SDO) and Gupta his number is 23812052, 23812051 and his personalcell number [protected]. They are not ready to entertain and even they are abusing.

                              We have taken the connection to manage our works and study through the internet but the services of MTNL in my area is worse, not only service but the behave and attitude of MTNL employee are also worst.
                              MTNL hai bhai. Please tolerate. I live in the area where there is no alternative of MTNL. Worst service provider in the world, I guarntee.

                                  Its been almost 2 years I am using the broadband connection with this number. The Internet connection since day-1 is intermittent, 30-40% of the time its not working and even when it works it is very slow as compared to what I was promised and being charged. I must have logged more than 50-60 complaint (have lost count now) in last 2 years and NOT EVEN ONCE has anyone come to my place to even check what is the issue. Every time I call customer care they give me a complaint number and say that some technician will come in 24/48hrs... and no one even bothers to turn up. You must be having the records with you all my complaints over 2 years. Please open them and I want to know why not even a single once was taken care of. I am unable to understand how pathetic can mtnl customer service be that even after so so many complaints over 2 years, no one even bothered to come and verify even once. They very conveniently close the complaint saying that there was no response. I dont understand how can this happen every time. This simply shows how careless mtnl is towards it customers.

                                    I have submitted an application to release my connection from safe custody on 13th January 2014 and on that same day the official in-charged had released it from Sanchaar Haat shadipur MTNL. But till date my connection is lying dead, I have filed many complain through MTNL voice machine 198, personally went and meet the concern official both at Shadipur MTNL Saanchar Haat, Naraina MTNL office, but of no use.

                                    Please help me resolved my issued.

                                      From last almost 18th Jan, 2014 My Internet connection is not working, I have made a complaint on 23Jan, 2014 24th jan 2014 complaint nos. 64100696, 64100527,[protected], 398929, but there is no one who will identify the complaints, after few day line men came and told that your modem is not working, next day he come with his modem and check the modem, my modem was correct then he blame to my wire, then next day he remove my all wire which I have done by paid service he remove all wire, but still the same issue then he blame the lan port, then he replace the port... from last month I am just doing complaint and complaint by mail or by call but problem still same.

                                      I have talk to "[protected]" the person who picked up the call he very rude, he talk very bad words (abuse) with me, and he is disconnected my phone in mid of conversation. I have tried to talk to GM but he was very busy person every time the person was pickups the phone and note my complaint and assure me that they will be solved my issue. Every day I'm getting just calls for query they are asking " what is your complaint and is it working" but no one serious about his work.

                                      I'm continuously doing mail on [protected]@bol.net.[protected]@bol.net.[protected]@bol.net.in but there is no reply back from the person they just passing the calls, I have to talk to not generate my bill of month because I didn't used my Internet connection they told you have to visit our rajouri for reverse bill, I'm suffering from last month.

                                      No action taken till now... I'm just getting calls "is your internet is working, is your internet is working" if nobody try to solve how it will be work. unacceptable services by MTNL.
                                      My No. is 25842187. Absolutely horrible service by MTNL. Broadband is not working since 26th May 2014. DSL light is not stable, internet light is off i in the modem, customer care person says line fault. I complained though IVRS on 26th May but could not note the docket no. I complained on 27th through and the Complaint no. given was 64100495. Almost everyday I called customercare, they forward the message to respective office but and say it will be done within 24 hours, but no action. I contacted[protected] local exchange in south patel nagar, send person there several times but still no one came to rectify the problem. But due to my urgency I had to buy data card from other company. Now I am thinking of disconnecting mtnl service. I even called the engineer in south patel nagar, still no action. Twice they called to know whether the phone is OK, we explained its not phone but broad band problem, but respite. I send the following emails to local managers:

                                      After that I have called several time customer care and they just say they forward the information to appropriate officer (though getting connected to customer care is extremely difficult) as well as local exchange (called 25766262 and the[protected]. I have personally send people 6 times to south patel nagar office to lodge the complaints. Every time they say tomorrow some will come. So far the broad band is not been installed. I do not know whom should I contact further. Unfortunately this has to be rectified by MTNL people only.

                                      I needed broad connection connection urgently as my daughter is preparing for some exams. I had taken data card connection from other telecom operator. Complete fade up with the customer care service. I may have to terminate this MTNL connection because of such customer service and I would like to take up the matter to the higher-ups for knowing the reason for such casual approach.

                                        I am MTNL Broadband customer. My telephone no 28891007. I am not able to use their broadband wifi services because of frequent disconnection, but I am paying my monthly bill time to time. I am not getting currently from last 1-2 month.

                                        I lodging my complaints on your online portal but I find it useless.Kindly request you to please look into the matter so that I can use your broadband services
