MTNL does not have Micro sd Sim

I purchased a new phone and i wanted to continue my old MTNL. As my old sim was bit big and i required a new smaller Micro SD sim. I went to Deoner ofice who said they don't have it or nor does the head office have it. Call after a week and inquire, even after inquiring a week they said they don't have it. What is this.. such a big reputed telecom operator and they dont have a micro sim.. pathethic service and attitude towards customers....

FREQUENT DISCONNECTION BROADBAND- no resolution even after many complaints logged

Customer care support don't pick the calls

mtnl speed

I have chosen a mtnl plan o[censored]nlimited 999 which is supposed to give me a speed of 1.3 mbps.
the actual speed i get is 0.30mbps that is 300 kbps not even half of what i pay. what is the point in paying hefty if this is the speed i m going to get. i can get that speed for 200 rupees. its a clear looting. no one attends the complain. fed up of the situation....
