Dear Sir,

From last almost 18th Jan, 2014 My Internet connection is not working, I have made a complaint on 23Jan, 2014 24th jan 2014 complaint nos. 64100696, 64100527,[protected], 398929, but there is no one who will identify the complaints, after few day line men came and told that your modem is not working, next day he come with his modem and check the modem, my modem was correct then he blame to my wire, then next day he remove my all wire which I have done by paid service he remove all wire, but still the same issue then he blame the lan port, then he replace the port... from last month I am just doing complaint and complaint by mail or by call but problem still same.

I have talk to "[protected]" the person who picked up the call he very rude, he talk very bad words (abuse) with me, and he is disconnected my phone in mid of conversation. I have tried to talk to GM but he was very busy person every time the person was pickups the phone and note my complaint and assure me that they will be solved my issue. Every day I'm getting just calls for query they are asking " what is your complaint and is it working" but no one serious about his work.

I'm continuously doing mail on [protected]@bol.net.[protected]@bol.net.[protected]@bol.net.in but there is no reply back from the person they just passing the calls, I have to talk to not generate my bill of month because I didn't used my Internet connection they told you have to visit our rajouri for reverse bill, I'm suffering from last month.

Please do the needful.

No action taken till now... I'm just getting calls "is your internet is working, is your internet is working" if nobody try to solve how it will be work. unacceptable services by MTNL.
My No. is 25842187. Absolutely horrible service by MTNL. Broadband is not working since 26th May 2014. DSL light is not stable, internet light is off i in the modem, customer care person says line fault. I complained though IVRS on 26th May but could not note the docket no. I complained on 27th through and the Complaint no. given was 64100495. Almost everyday I called customercare, they forward the message to respective office but and say it will be done within 24 hours, but no action. I contacted[protected] local exchange in south patel nagar, send person there several times but still no one came to rectify the problem. But due to my urgency I had to buy data card from other company. Now I am thinking of disconnecting mtnl service. I even called the engineer in south patel nagar, still no action. Twice they called to know whether the phone is OK, we explained its not phone but broad band problem, but respite. I send the following emails to local managers:

Dear Sir,
Our home broad band service with the land line No.[protected]in the name of my father BHAGYADHAR MANDAL) is not working for more than one week. DSL light is not stable. I have registered complaints on[protected], Complaint No. 64100495.
After that I have called several time customer care and they just say they forward the information to appropriate officer (though getting connected to customer care is extremely difficult) as well as local exchange (called 25766262 and the[protected]. I have personally send people 6 times to south patel nagar office to lodge the complaints. Every time they say tomorrow some will come. So far the broad band is not been installed. I do not know whom should I contact further. Unfortunately this has to be rectified by MTNL people only.

I needed broad connection connection urgently as my daughter is preparing for some exams. I had taken data card connection from other telecom operator. Complete fade up with the customer care service. I may have to terminate this MTNL connection because of such customer service and I would like to take up the matter to the higher-ups for knowing the reason for such casual approach.

    I am MTNL Broadband customer. My telephone no 28891007. I am not able to use their broadband wifi services because of frequent disconnection, but I am paying my monthly bill time to time. I am not getting currently from last 1-2 month.

    I lodging my complaints on your online portal but I find it useless.Kindly request you to please look into the matter so that I can use your broadband services

      I am having a combo package from MTNL by which a landline phone and Internet service is provided. Internet speed package is 512 kbps package. I am completely vexed with the actual download and surfing speed provided. When I stayed in Hyderabad I used to get atleast 60 kbps on 512 kbps package from airtel or beam telecom. But, here I am getting not more than 20 kbps which is very low not just once but, daily. Does these a$$h0les have any moral ethics towards their customers is the biggest question I wonder with. Every time whenever I try to give a complaint on phone an automatic voice asks me to press some numbers and then says ' Your complaint is registered and our executive will reach you very soon'. How can they understand the anger of customers if they don't even hear from them. Im complaining today because after more than filing 5 complains for last 6 months one executive came today and he is fit for nothing. His age is surely more than 55 and don't know anything about internet. He don't even know what is kbps and mbps or how internet speed is calculated. This is not the way to give a service to any customer. If these state companies are unfit to give a service why they lure them and make them suffer? I don't understand why feedback from customers is not given priority by these companies in India. I scolded that executive horribly and asked him to leave off as he is not right person for his job. Asked him to take a retirement and go to hell. If I am rude I don't need to be sorry as MTNL service is much more rude to me.

        Hello, I am a customer of MTNL Delhi broadband service from long time. From 7th December 2013. I have booked online complain to MTNL thrice and one time by personal visit to MTNL Delhi - NFC office. There is a employee of MTNL Delhi Named Mr. Meena, whom I told about my problem. He replied me, "What I have to do if you are able to use service. And I am not sitting here to solve your problem". And I mailed to concern department also. But no action taken yet. Now from last 3 or 4 days Internet is running but if I engaged my phone or calling to someone. I complained this problem many times but no will listen in MTNL Delhi. Tell me one thing, "If I am not using internet services because of MTNL then why I should pay to MTNL". I am in loss of many lakhs because of MTNL Delhi Broadband service.           Hello sir/mam, On 24th of December i applied for the extension of my broadband service for number 23380504 from 512 kbps speed to 1 Mbps speed. They said that service will be started from 27th Dec 2013 onward, but it dint therefore i called to 1500, believe me i never saw this much lazy employees in my entire life. They pic up call once, make excuse, cut the call at once without even completing the conversation (lack of behavior), instead of solving this problem from their end they gave me several other numbers to call to if i ask them to please forward my call to supervisor they never do and disconnects it and block my number for several time period. And to the given numbers I m calling from around 5 days that results either they do not pick up the call or says "ok let me check and clink!! Disconnected" (problem unresolved). This is how bed the system is "Shameless, lazy, do not deserve to be employed at all" each and every single employee in MTNL.

            Dear All, This is Mrs.Shivshankar Rajbhar. I have broad band connection 2 MBPS (combo plan), my telephone +91-[protected].having broad band connection problem. I was lunched the complaint online but there was no response from MTNL side still I am facing issue. Few months back in Malwani Mhada set-up telephone exchange, they are good service providing from MHADA customer but there is no response from MHB colony. I am stay gate no :- 8 M.H.B colony near about from few meter Mhada colony. Still they are not providing the connection from Mhada telephone exchange.               Sub : Non working of the land line from 09.12.2013

              Sir,

              We would link to bring to your kind attention that the above land line is
              not working since 09.12.2013.

              We have consistently complained number of times but to no avail.

              Moreover we would like to bring to you notice that our complains though
              not attended to, have been removed from your system every two days.

              We would line that the same be investigated as to how a complain can be removed
              without being attended too.

              We have orally communicated with your office on 23.12.2013 asking
              that the matter may be looked into. We were assured by your staff that they
              will forward our concern and the matter would be resolved soon .

              We are at pain that the matter still hangs fire.

              We request that matter is looked into at the earliest, as land lines not working for
              more than 15/20 days tell adversely on the quality of the services offered by mtnl.

              We had also asked for TRI band connection (with Our own Modem) on this line
              for which work order No. 18248 dated 4.12.2013 was issued. However due to the
              inordinate delay in making it operational, we have requested that the same be cancelled.

              We hope that the matter will have your immediate attention as it is reflecting on the
              working of MTNL and its ethics.

                I have MTNL landline and broadband connections. My landline number is[protected]Sakinaka, Mumbai). I have paid all my bills in time till date. But both my landline and broadband connections have been unreliable since last week of September 2013. I registered a complaint using MTNL's helpline in September and the connection was restored after 10 days. But the broadband connection has been going on and off since then. And now both my landline and broadband connections are down once again for 2 days. MTNL is still charging me the entire amount despite not providing reliable service.

                  Dear sir, I have MTNL Broadband connection and most of the time I find that my internet is not working. The DSL light keeps on blinking. This is not the first time I am writing here, this happened in 2011 too and after lodging the complaint to PGP, it was working fine for more than a year. But now again, the same problem is coming. Whenever I register a tele-complaint the technicians come and they do something after which it starts working. But after a day or two the problem repeats. I am sick and tired of registering the same complaints every now and then. Could you please resolve this issue permanently so that we can have one less tension/problem in our lives.                     It's been two weeks i have been complaining about broadband not working at 1504, but no one is visiting home to correct it. Mtnl is the worst service provider. No wonder people prefer private firms over government. I am so fed up with mtnl's behavior... I have been calling them everyday and what they do is just give me another complaint number and a false promise of resolving it within 24 hours.

                    I tried escalating the matter as well. But the area manager of dwarka area is worse... He keeps disconnecting the call. I tried up general manager's office as well... And guess what... No answer. I think mtnl is having useless lazy and worthless people from peon to gm.

                    I am very very sure the this complaint is also gonna be unlistened... Just advising other guys that never go for mtnl connection.
                    MTNL customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                        Every week I get a message saying : Rs. 5 charged. Thank you for using Dating Service! It's been more than month, 5 weeks to be specific, since I'm getting these messages. I never asked for any such service. They are charging me unnecessarily, against my will. Every week I am loosing 5 rupees for no reason. I want this stupid service to be stopped as soon as possible and I also want my money to be reimbursed. The number from which I receive these texts is 54000005.

                          I am a MTNL user under Mukherjee Nagar Telephone Exchange. My telephone is disturbed and problem to connect with internet from last couple of months. I also registered lot of complaints against my telephone and Internet at 1504 and 198. Customer care person promise me every time, that Line man visit your home within 24hrs to solve your problems. But no buddy visited. If any senior of MTNL is available here, Please- please take action against careless persons of Mukherjee Nagar telephone exchange.

                          My telephone no 27651921 is dead since one month. I have lodged complaint with MTNL through on line and also through telephone. My complaint no is 469. No action has been taken. I have also tried to contact at the Mukherjee Exchange no 27658500 but no response.

                          P llook into the matter. I am in deep trouble. I am senior citizen and living alone and do have any mobile.

                            Sir My MTNL Dolphin mobile no. is [protected] ( Delhi NCR Region ) Okay in the morning I had my main balance - 218/- and I have around 185 MB 3G data I am working on internet since 11 15am in the morning. my 3g data plan finished around 02:21 pm and then my internet was using my main balance. Then I recharged my account for Rs.42/- 500MB 3G data and then I received 2 message from MTNL-IN 1) " You have got 512000 KBytes 2) You have recharged 0.42 Rupee. Your account balance is 136.42 Rupee. Your account will expire after 09/10/2017. ' I again checked my balance on *444# at 03:15 pm I saw the balance and received a message that says - " Local hr:min is 00:00:16 Your free volume is 512000 KBytes. than I continued using internet. Than on 04:00 PM I received a message that says " Your account balance is finished. Please recharge your account by dialing 400. How can this be possible I didnt made any phone calls ( btw I Rarely call from my phone. and I use mostly for internet ) and I used only internet between this period. and still my Internet balance is 512000 KBytes. So at 04:00 pm I received two messages- 1)Your account balance is finished. Please recharge your account by dialing 400. 2)Local hr:min is 00:00:16 Your free volume is 512000 KBytes. Than I turned off my internet when I realised what had happened. I again rechecked by *444# at 04:18 PM Local hr:min is 00:00:16 Your free volume is 511941 KBytes. So how come my internet #G data is same from 03:12 pm till 04:00 pm. and my balance from 136 to 0? Kindly solve my problem. I have message. and I have turned off my internet. won't be using it till my problem gets solved. kindly refund my account balance which was 218 in the morning. 136 at 03:12 pm. { from 02:21 pm the internet was using the main balance, The exact timing I know because custome care guy told me. } Thank You. Kindly ask them to refund my main balance.

                              I purchased a new phone and i wanted to continue my old MTNL. As my old sim was bit big and i required a new smaller Micro SD sim. I went to Deoner ofice who said they don't have it or nor does the head office have it. Call after a week and inquire, even after inquiring a week they said they don't have it. What is this.. such a big reputed telecom operator and they dont have a micro sim.. pathethic service and attitude towards customers. Is tehre any responsible person in MTNL who will respond to my query... or just like other govt employee they will ignore.n say. customers go to hell.

                                Dear sir/madam, Landline # 28066182// 8th DEC 2013 complaint # 8962 We are facing frequent disconnection of broadband services since past more than 2 -3 months lot of complaints logged but no solution, after every 2+ mins, there is limited connectivity for around 30-40 secs and then it again resumes but by this time the online forms filled/ online banking gets failed and again have to re-initiate. Need your help to get this sorted out at the earliest. Warm Regards, Trivedi

                                  Mtnl is the worst broadband service provider. They only know how to lie and cheat their customers.Their call center(1504) representative does not know how to talk to their customers. They are highly unprofessional, uncooperative and rude.Today(3/12/2013) between 10:20 and 10:30 pm i called their broadband helpline(1504) to complain about my broadband connection not working according to my broadband plan (Trib combo ul data - 3499) according to which i should be getting (4 mbps) of download speed but i was getting (512 kbps). Their representative named (Sandeep tiwari) designation (Senior executive) talked to me in a very unprofessional, uncooperative and rude manner as if he was doing a big favour of taking my complain.This is the kind of service mtnl provide to their customers. Their representative are highly unprofessional and uncooperative and they do not listen to their customers complain . This is my second complain within a period of 10 days regarding the speed of my broadband connection. I have never seen such a fraud and lying broadband service provider whose only aim is to trouble and cheat their customers again and again. I think mtnl intentionally hire such representative to harass and trouble their customers and intentionally provide poor broadband service.

                                    I apply for MTNL broad band connection after get the connection i face many problem like net disconnect, net dibby problem and when i call on any number from my phone then connection is working good but when i put the phone then disconnect net... i do complaints many time on 1504, 1500, and area do also but not solve my problem and i have lost my work also there for i want to remove this connection but MTNL not take the action and send me bill again and again please take the action...

                                      This is for everyone to read that how mtnl cheat their customers by lying through their helpline service(1504) representative.I am complaning on their helpline no(1504) since 26/11/2013 about my migration plan from (Trib combo ul data - 1899) to (Trib combo ul data - 3499) which according to the mtnl representative has been migrated from (Trib combo ul data - 1899) to (Trib combo ul data - 3499) which is not the case as i am getting the same speed as before.I am also being charged for the (Trib combo ul data - 3499) from 5/11/2013 as i was told by their helpline representative(1504). After complainig daily since 26/11/2013 about this wrong doing their representatives are giving me false assurances that your problem will be rectify within 24 hrs and i am calling them daily 4 to 5 times and hearing the same answer again and again.Their helpline(1504) representatives are lying to me in very appropriate manner and i think that mtnl have trained them very well in lying to their customers.
                                      Mtnl a big telephone company of liars and cheaters.

                                        I just to bring into notice that MTNL is the worst broadband internet service provider. They just know how to cheat people by telling lies through their representatives of helpline number (1504).I am using their broadband internet service for a very long time and wanted to migrate from (trib combo ul data - 1899) plan to (trib combo ul data -3499). On talking on the phone on MTNL helpline number (1504) their representative told me that your plan will be migrated till 5/11/2013. On 26/11/2013 i again called their helpline number (1504) to check the status of my migration then the helpline representative told me that your plan has been migrated on 5/11/2013 as per our records but i told him that i am getting the same speed as i was getting earlier not the (trib combo ul data -3499) plan speed . Then he took my complain complain and told me that your problem will be solved within 24 hrs but till now i am getting the same old speed of (trib combo ul data - 1899) and i have been charged for the (trib combo ul data -3499) for the for the whole month but not got the upgraded speed.
