This is to note that MTNL has been blocking certain websites such as -Youtube -Google They are blocking certain subdomains within these websites Despite having 1mbps connection videos do not load because of block. Certain images also donot load. This is probably done to save bandwidth and increase profit. Bloack has been for two weeks.
MTNL Mumbai customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I have broad band connection 3tier atbphone no[protected] in the name of manjeet kumar sadana for the last onr month there is problem and it is not working at all, so many complaints have been lodge at no 1504 this month till date i have lodge four complaints but only phone came from MTNL office whether net is working or not and after that no proper service is taken to restore the inter net, we are not going to pay rent for Oct 2013 and other charges as for whole month services of net are not provided to us, I request you to intervene and get your team to to find the fault
    and provide us the required services for which we are paying to you.
    MTNL Delhi customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      As we know MTNL provide 24 hrs broadband support but their executive put the phone on hold. if they can't handle then please do not give such misconception to customer. Sometime they put phone on hold and keep on chatting with each other and I was on hold for 10 minutes. Please do something for your staff. if they are not willing to work then for heaven sake please let them enjoy at their home dont force them o work and waste somebody else time.

        This is to inform that I have lodge complaint for not getting speed in mtnl broadband plan combo 550. after paying for combo plan I am not getting the speed every time officials are giving new contact nos but nobody is interested in solving the problem .Sometime some veered answer I have got from mtnl like due to virus attack and modem is faulty and technical person is on leave . so I am not getting the speed .It is height that no technical expert come to my place and solve the problem. I want's to ask mtnl only single technical person is deplyoed by mtnl to handle lakhs of connections. when I have gone to complain about this matter nobody available at 11 O'clock in morning but definitely at sharp 5 O'clock nobody will pick your phone or give any answer because their official timing is over. they really not interested in giving any kind of services.

        Same here.. no wonder why MTNL was going to bankruptcy few days back... I think these technical persons get commission from other internet service providers.

          Hello, i am customer for MTNL Delhi & tel no is:22464622, my plan is 599 and in the plan speed has 512 kbps but received below 100 kbps simultaneously. I have send the via E-Mail complaint of many times on MTNl & personally contact SDO and area manager.My complaint No is:40200656, 64100541, 63300056 in every month filing. but they cant treat me as a customer and my problem is still arised.please do the needful action against my request.             My Land-line number is[protected]. The phone line is out of order for more than 2 months. Despite repeated complaints and calls, no action has been taken till date. We are utterly disappointed with the MTNL services. I request you to kindly look into the matter and work on it seriously and effectively. I hope this complaint brings an effective result.                 I have chosen a mtnl plan o[censored]nlimited 999 which is supposed to give me a speed of 1.3 mbps.
                the actual speed i get is 0.30mbps that is 300 kbps not even half of what i pay. what is the point in paying hefty if this is the speed i m going to get. i can get that speed for 200 rupees. its a clear looting. no one attends the complain. fed up of the situation.

                  i have been using mtnl mumbai unlimited internet 450 rs plan which offered 512 Kbps Download speed during Day time (8 am to 6 pm) and 1 Mbps download speed during Night hours (6 pm to 8 am). but i just noticed that they have now reduced the plan speed to 512kbps during 6pm to 8am also... this is totally unfair...its like scamming people by first giving the plans and than reducing the plan speed...i understand that they also offered 2mbps after 12 am as an promotional offer till 31st september... thats totally acceptable that they reduced that but how can they reduce the original plan speed? pls kindly support this and help all the customers of mtnl who have been using this plan dsl unlimited 450

                    We have recently availed broadband connection of XPRESS COMBO 800 thru' Nerul East Navi Mumbai under tel no[protected]. THOUGH the speed assured under this scheme is 2mbps, we have been getting speed not greater than 500 kbps at any point of time. Our complaints are not attended promptly & the concerned dept officials are not giving any satisfactory answers to our distress calls to them. Can somebody in the organization take some responsibility & ensure that customer grievances are attended to & resolved within a satisfactory time frame? We cant get any e-mail address in your website for making online complaint. No telephone nos of senior officials in the exchange are responding despite several calls to them. If you (MTNL) is still under impression that you are a MONOPOY in telecom services, you are living in a fools paradise as there are dozens of competitors who are far more better in customer services than you! Looking forward to your early action.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I Requested for a Broadband Internet Plan & Submit Rs 500 on 17-Sep-2013. He committed Installetion Within 7 Days by Mr. Rajpal Tyagi ([protected]), but it is not installed till yet after so many reminders by Calls/ Mails. Area Concern Person Mr.Prem Singh ([protected]) said We don't have Wire for the same and will be installed as Wire Received.

                      Request to you Please ask MTNL to do as earlier

                        Respected All, This is my reminder mail to all respected MTNL senior, regarding the complaint of Landline no: 26266270. Sirs this is 2 months old complaint. I have contact so many to SDO, Mr. B K Dohray, Area Manager (Nehru Place) and Mr. Rahguvinder Gupta (GM Nehru Place – Cell, but there is no any positive reply from any side. This is my humble request to you, do the needful for the same.

                              A new Benchmark for One of the most pathetic service, response time and attitude has been setup by MTNL. My Tel No. 25640926 registered in N/O Mr. Satya Vir Singh R/O C-66, Jeewan Park, Pankha Road, Uttam Nagar - 59 is FAULTY (NO RING TONE) since Feb 2013. Earlier it was conveyed that the Tel is faulty since over 10 Lac Connections are affected by breakage in MTNL main line. In June, they said that Bills were NOT paid and due payment is the reason for disconnection. In between ~ the callers to this no. were getting connected to some other gentleman no. which was later corrected after complaint. We cleared all the bills in CASH and still awaiting for the dialing tone. Kindly get the same started ASAP and Also, get the amount for last 6 months refunded / adjusted. All these details were written to higher authoritries via email at the email address furbished on MTNL official website " [protected]@bol.net.in and [protected]@bol.net.in" on July 31 and Aug 19 even AFTER clearing all payments in cash. The my fathey "who is a SENIOR CITIZEN" went to MTNL, Dabri Mode office THRICE ~ after which the lineman finally came and re-initiated the connection. ONLY after 2 Days our Phone is again Dead and Broadband RARELY works. Please advise a wayout to this annoying cycle... Best regards, Sumit

                                My MTNL landline connection No.22008724 with internet facility is lying dead more than one month. In this connection I have lodged many times complained and also contacted many senior officials of the MTNL. Till now nothing is done and only Bill is sending regularily.                                   i m subscriber of MTNL trump mobile number [protected] I hv recharged my phone on 29th aug for rs 300 that time my balance was 360rs on 31st aug arnd 5am i did e-charge of rs 14 of gprs pack of 100mb for 3 days on 1st evening i come to kn that my balance is around 14rs only. and my gprs charges are deducted tried to launch complain for 3 days but never got through it finally on 4th evening they took my complain. and today on 5th sept arnd 12pm operator called and started arguing with me. when i asked for history she refused to give m. refused to tell m her name too. i want my balance of rs 300 back now

                                      I have applied for the new MTNL broadnand connection before three month and I submitted 1500rs to the employee of MTNL name-Mr.Mukesh Kumar([protected]).But there is no response from your side.When i am asking about to refund my money they refuse to refung I also call Mr. V.K Agarwal([protected]) but there is no reponse from his side.So please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        I have a broadband connection from mtnl no. 22786062. My connection has not been working properly since last 12 days even at present the problem is yet to be rectified How can a company ask for bill for the period the service was not working, this is so because in our country only companies have right to loot people they can charge extra amount on account of late payment but customer is a fool he cannot charge anything or do anything if he did not get any service and is still getting the bill because in our country only companies like MTNL have rights what can a customer do, will not approach the court for getting the service or getting the bill for time services were not working or penalizing the company for default in services. Working of agencies such as TRAI is hard to understand what do they do only other than maintaining their staff and distributing their salaries. I have yet to hear any instance where such erring company as MTNL was penalized by TRAI for such ignorant behavior with a customer because may be individual customers are not important but they do not understand that these individual only form the large group. Why is that only company as MTNL has rights it can penalize you if you make late payment and you can do nothing if you suffered default in service although you might have suffered financial loss & mental disturbance because of the same. Why aren’t there equal rights for company and consumer? It is so much biased in favor of these looters as MTNL. A company can penalize the customer at will in case of default but if you are a customer the process involves approaching the court then proving the default in court and then only you might get some relief if you are able to prove the default. Request the authorities please give some rights to customers also.
