I am using MTNL's 3G Data Plan on number [protected] with my Data Card, and i am not getting appropriate speed. My speed is around 0.3-0.5 Mbps at all times. Plan was activated on 24th Jan, and since that day i have been complaining MTNL but the issue has not been resolved yet.
Description:
I am using Rs. 4500/- 3G DATA PLAN, with Micromax MMX400R 3G to WiFi Router. I have been getting 3G speeds as low as 0.3 Mbps. Since last 2 months I'm registering complaints, sending Emails and calling different persons to get my problem resolved.
I have to wait for minutes for even Google to load. 1 Mb file takes hours to download. YouTube videos never ever load even at 240 pix.
Have sent many emails to Mr. A. K. Garg, Mr. Kuldeep Singh, MTNL Customer Care, and many officials of my area and my city.
There are innumerable complaints registered through [protected]. Each time i call them, they issue a new complaint and promise that i will receive a call the next day, which never has happened ever. Mr. Kuldeep Singh, Technical Director, promised me that he will look into the matter, but its more than a week since he said those words. Now whenever i call him, some lady says this is the wrong number.
ARE YOU GUYS EVER GONNA RESOLVE MY COMPLAINT? WILL YOU RESOLVE AFTER MY 6 MONTHS DATA PLAN PERIOD?
I don't care about my speed. All i want is high speed browsing, instant video playback on YouTube and on other sites, fast downloads, instant video calling.
