Not working ever since I bought it
Sir,
On AUG.2012, I paid Rs.1200/- cash at the Sanchar Haat, LODHI ROAD, New Delhi and bought the MTNL 3G Jadoo Data Card (IMEI Number [protected], SL NO.[protected] with SIM No.[protected] and Mobile Number [protected] ). Under the scheme, I was allowed 15 GB usage for one month from the date of its' purchase.
Since the date of purchase and until today, I tried to use this Card to operate internet. But I regret to say, that the card never worked. With great difficulty, I am able to connect to the net but the download never starts.
I tried to seek MTNL help through emails, phone calls to 1503 and 1504, and the technical assistance number [protected]. Each time, my call was disconnected with rapid comments that "who suggested you to buy this product of MTNL, because MTNL is still in the age of developing support for this product".
As the money against purchase of this product is not refundable, will you please help me in resolving this problem of connectivity.
The stick is Teracom make.

MTNL — misbehaviour with customer and no action on complaints
respected sir/madami want to say that it is very bad experience of me by taking BROADBAND connection of mtnl..they are really not doing the work that thy are getting paid of...i mean out of 7-8 complaints for there broadband...we hav nt got a single person to check our problem...that is really bad working and S.D.O of this area is really uneducated and worthless person...he dnt knw hw to talk to custumer neither knw he to rectify the complaints...i dnt knw...i am really sick of these person and the work they are doin...wish sumbody saves govmnt..money...but my wish is useless bcs nobody will do nething...
