Sir, I have purchased a MTNL (MICROMAX - MMX 350G USB MODEM) 3G DATA CARD on 20/11/2011 and Sanchar Hut allotted a SIM Card with this datacard as [protected] but data card not working from last 1 month and I want to repair/replace this data card from Micromax Auth Service Center because data card is on 1 year warranty period. Representative of Micromax Auth Service Center says your data card is on warranty period but we can't entertain to any customer without bill. MTNL Sanchar Hut not provided the bill of this data card at the time of purchasing and now MTNL Sanchar hut shakurpur-110034 ph:[protected],[protected] not providing the purchase bill of this data card. Sanchar Hut Incharge saying they do not provide any bill of 3G Data Card. Could you please help me. Any how could I get the bill of this data card from MTNL Sanchar Hut.

With Ref to above pl note that no action is taken regarding irregular connection of internet at our premises, this problem is persisting since last 3 weeks and we have registered number of complaints for the same.
Some of the complaint numbers are:
7703,6062,3811,7169

Your staff had visited our office last week, checked some connections for around 15mins then went downstairs to check connection and never returned back.
Also a person named Giri had called to solve the issue and confirm to visit our premises but no such visit is been made by him.
Please look into the matter and solve this problem at your earliest as we had earlier also informed that we are office of CA and this is our busiest season.

Sir,

I am using MTNL - prepaid Trump services. (my cellno.[protected])

On[protected] between 9.15 am to 9.30 am as per MTNL offer I have sent SMS "RCH 46" to 444 but after 5 min received sms that "Operation Failed" still from my balance Rs.46 was deducted.

I was tried sending such SMS 3 times and all three times I received message that "Operation Failed" and total 46 * 3 = Rs. 138 was deducted from my balance.

before sending message my prepaid bal was Rs.717/- and after fraudelantly deducting Rs.138/- it is now Rs.579/-.

I humbly urge to take action against such services and fraud offers by MTNL-Mumbai and please help me in getting back my amount/credit of Rs.138/- in my cellno.[protected]

I have purchased broadband connection on my telephone number 28889405. From last two years I have lodged atleast 100 complaints for frequent disconnection of broadbad connection and disturbance in my telephone. But till date no permanent solution has been provided by the service provider.

I have registered my complaints regarding inconsistent network of Dolphin 3G network in the area with MTNL Customer Care, but no positive response has so far been received to me from the authority concerned.

I Suresh Kumar, MTNL user. My landline[protected] is dead from 7th August 2012 and since 9th August 2012 making complaints many times through mtnl website, but no result come from there side. On 21 August 2012, I had a talk with Mr. A.K. Sharma, Area Manager of Rajouri Garden Branch, MTNL regarding dead phone complaint, he started using abusive language and rude attitude. I am fed up with MTNL broadband services. Half of the month phone remains dead or shows a problem of disconnectivity through internet and after that they charge a full amount of Plan.

Our organization has been utilizing MTNL broadband services (C.A. No. [protected]/ MTNL Ph. no.[protected] for the past 5 years. Of late we are experiencing frequent fluctuations in the internet connections and we are unable to figure out where exactly the problem lies. Latest complaint no. 6899.

As we are an advertising agency, we have to send large artwork files to our clients instantly and we require constant internet access. Due to fluctuating connectivity recently, there is a delay in sending files because of which our work suffers. This also creates inconvenience to us and our clients. This puts us in a precarious position of losing business. In this day and age, all communications and administrative work is carried out online which results in all work crawling to a halt. We have been your loyal customer for 5 years and expect better service from the ISP.

Despite several complaints, there is no acknowledgement from Executive Director on email nor any of the authorities working in the particular section. Someone visiting the site to understand the problem and resolve it is a farfetched matter.

Kindly review our complaint immediately and take appropriate action.

I have complaint so may times to the customer care, bt they didn't take any reasonable action against my complaint. I am totally frustrated. Sir , I request you please do something and solve my problem. Not working ever since I bought it

On AUG.2012, I paid Rs.1200/- cash at the Sanchar Haat, LODHI ROAD, New Delhi and bought the MTNL 3G Jadoo Data Card (IMEI Number [protected], SL NO.[protected] with SIM No.[protected] and Mobile Number [protected] ). Under the scheme, I was allowed 15 GB usage for one month from the date of its' purchase.

Since the date of purchase and until today, I tried to use this Card to operate internet. But I regret to say, that the card never worked. With great difficulty, I am able to connect to the net but the download never starts.

I tried to seek MTNL help through emails, phone calls to 1503 and 1504, and the technical assistance number [protected]. Each time, my call was disconnected with rapid comments that "who suggested you to buy this product of MTNL, because MTNL is still in the age of developing support for this product".

As the money against purchase of this product is not refundable, will you please help me in resolving this problem of connectivity.

The stick is Teracom make.

I have internet connection on mtnl[protected] broadband...but my net is not working well since 2 month,and i have registered complaint many times between two months but none of mtnl staff member is thinking it too seriously... Its been observed MTNL Service Team is not at all bothered to care for user complaints.
days are passing but no technician is found to visit and resolve the issue....
kindly take this matter seriously and resolved this issue...

I have a IP TV connection no 26256550. I have lodged a complaint on 22/8/12 ( complaint no is D/120822/53) to rectify the problem ( The network initialization failed) but no body has turned up to see the problem. they always say that technician will come within 24 hrs Very frequently I am facing this problem, It means we can not watch TV till problems resolved.and we are totally cut of this word without TV. Today on 23/08/12 I waited till 5PM but no body has come to solve the problem so finally I decided to disconnect our connection.This is totally humiliation. Therefore I request you to disconnect my connection immediately so that i can go some other better option.

MTNL Broad Band connection not working properly connection broken every times, i have complained lots of time through online but no any response from customer care. on dt.14/08/2012 , trumph rechrge online was used for Rs. 65/- top up .The amount of Rs.65/- got dected from my Mank of maharashtra account,but i have not received Rs. 65/- added in my existing trump balance. not working from one Month.I was complaint about it in mtnl office
and call centre many times but problem is not solved till now.

My complaint No is 64200068 and Mr.shivam is customer care office i
was complaint to him but he can not solve my problem..i m waiting for
operator from 3 week but no one come in our home to solve the problem
thats why now i was giving you complaint by written .

Hence , i would like to say if you can provide me uninteruptible
service of internet than ok otherwise please cut my connection. I cant
tolerate anymore from MTNL.

MTNL BROADBAND NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST 15 DAYS, EVEN AFTER PUTTING COMPLAINTS FOR 5 TIMES ON CUSTOMER CARE..

I have logged a complaints so many times but till now its not solved. First complaint i put up on coustomer care helpline number(1504) on 6-aug-2012 regarding broadband not working. next day someone came from MTNL and said that i will resolve the problem and then never respond back. Then i again put a complaint on 8-aug, 10-aug, 14-aug, 17-aug and now on 19-aug again.. Everytime i get a call from MTNL asking that my broadband is working or not but there is no action is taken by MTNL.. MTNL people just call for once and then never do anything about my complaint.. I am very dissappointed with this matter.. My number is[protected] in pitampura area in New Delhi.

Please look into the matter and kindly help me out.

I want to file complaint against deduction of balance from my prepaid mobile([protected]) service provider dolphin MTNL in name of weekly disc pack service[protected] which i never subscribed. Its been almost a week that i filed this complaint but still MTNLdolphin have been deducting my balance in denomination of rupees 10.

Its been a month that they have been deducting my balance in denomination of rupees 10 from last one month. I complained many time to customer care but they never reacted and are least bothered.

kindly, unsubscribe this service and take some action as early as possible.
