Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] Complaints & Reviews

I have internet connection on mtnl[protected] broadband...but my net is not working well since 2 month,and i have registered complaint many times between two months but none of mtnl staff member is thinking it too seriously... Its been observed MTNL Service Team is not at all bothered to care for user complaints.
days are passing but no technician is found to visit and resolve the issue....
kindly take this matter seriously...

I have a IP TV connection no 26256550. I have lodged a complaint on 22/8/12 ( complaint no is D/120822/53) to rectify the problem ( The network initialization failed) but no body has turned up to see the problem. they always say that technician will come within 24 hrs Very frequently I am facing this problem, It means we can not watch TV till problems resolved.and we are totally cut of this word without TV....

I am facing problem with MTNL Broad Band. MTNL Broad Band connection not working properly connection broken every times, i have complained lots of time through online but no any response from customer care. I also complain through online and Hauj Hhas office that my instrument not working please change it but we have no any response from MTNL team.

on dt.14/08/2012 , trumph rechrge online was used for Rs. 65/- top up .The amount of Rs.65/- got dected from my Mank of maharashtra account,but i have not received Rs. 65/- added in my existing trump balance. I want to file complaint against deduction of balance from my prepaid mobile([protected]) service provider dolphin MTNL in name of weekly disc pack service[protected] which i never subscribed. sanchar hat of Rajouri Garden and have done a payment of Rs.1099 on
28.07.12.I dont have a
landline connection,and officials said that under 1099 plan both

this is to inform u that i m using mtnl landline service for last 20 years...... but i have never experience such problem of excess billing, as MTNL is very reputed company, this is unexpectable....
