i want outgoing call detail..my phone bill is more than my calls...
my bill generated was of amount rs.5121 in the month of december.thus,i would like to bring this to ur notice that eventhough my messaging pack was activated.according to it i was given 100 std n 600 local messages free everyday but still they say that out of the total rs.4578 was because of the std messages.hence,i wud like to have all the details.
Dear Sir/Madam
This complaint is regarding the excess bill of 15000/-
that has been charged for internet usage. I have a 2.5 GB for 500/-
plan for a month. Even if i had over used which did not happen, I should
have got a phone call intimating that my usage limit has been crossed btu nothing.
Only one person was using the internet and there was hardly any download.
I have lodged a complaint multiple times but to no avail. They keep me going
in circles everytime I go to the office. I am extremely harassed by the MTNL services
even though ive been an Mtnl consumer for 11 years. There is no response from their side
and ive reached a dead end. Please tell me if there is a way to deal with this problem

    hello authorities
    this is to bring to your kind notice that i have a connection of 512 kbps (telephone no:[protected] & i have lodged a request for about 4-5 times for a wifi modem from 4th september 2012, but still i have not got it fulfilled. the customer care executives are making me call 1500,1502,1504 & its just a to & fro motion without any output.
    Please look into this matter, i even had visited the office & again they postponed my request saying that ya we'll send the person .
    :(

    MTNL — broadband modem

    sir my mtnl modem was faulty and they have changed it but they have given me a old one instead of new as i have paid all security charges and everything.lan port is not working in my modem as a result i cannot operate internet on my laptop having win vista because usb demands drivers for vista but company has provided drivers for only upto xp.everytime i call them they say that we will not send modem at home you will have to come to exchange but acc to company`s policy new modem will be provided at home .I AM TALKING ABT OFFICIALS OF KRISHNA NAGAR EXCHANGE DLHI-51 PLEASE TAKE ACTION AGAINST THEM
    my intarnet speed is 210 Mbps but not run this speed

      Sir,

      I am having MTNL Land line No. XXXXXXXX at my residence at Chembur west, MUMBAI 400 089. Wish to inform you that for last more then 2 Months I was getting Blank Calls , Suspicious Calls , Abusive Language used Calls so I have requested MTNL to activate Caller ID Facility and which was activated / Provided.

      After few days I have noticed that ( Person making me calls was not aware that caller ID facility has been activated on my land line no ) I have noted 2 missed calls were their on ID as we were not at residence it was not attended, noted calls No. Which are 25297764 & 25295362 from same area having same area code No.i.e starting from 25 ( which is for Chembur ) When I checked with same no I have noticed that this calls were from PCO near by my residence. which is hardly not more then 1 Minutes walkable distance from my residence.

      Now My question are :

      Can I get details of incoming and outgoing Calls received during June 2012 to Oct 2012 ( 5 Months from MTNL )
      Can I get details of incoming call received from Tel No. 25297764 & 25295362 with time and duration of Calls.

      Procedure required for above details from MTNL...

      If I lodged an Police Complaint will they take any action.( How to find out person giving me Blank Calls when it was from PCO )
      What should I do to avoid such a calls should I surrender land line No. / will MTNL Provide me New No. if I make request & What is procedure for the same.

        My two MTNL Telephones mentioned above are not working for about last 10 days. Complaints were registered on 9th and 10 October complaint no (1247 and 1279). I contacted area Manager whose staff was very cooperative and gave me the telephone no of SDO (Vikaspuri). SDOs telephone nos never respond except once when they told me that their Union Elections are On and they cannot help me.I don't think Union Elections should be an impediment to the working of Govt offices particularly in essential services like telephones. I have been a very senior officer in one of the central services of Govt. of India,but never heard the closure of essential services for Union Elections. I am afraid if that is the attitude of the MTNL staff,the organisation may leg behind in competing with private players causing revenue loss to Govt,which is against the conduct of public servants.

        MTNL — Non Functioning of MTNL Phone+Broadband

        My number 28561642. This connection is not working fine since two years now. The voice is too noisy. The broadband connection doesn't connects and if connects then disrupts every now and then.

        Please help or suggest a contact point where I can lodge my complaint. I have talked to line man, Junior engineer in MTNL for our locality but in vain.

        Please help.

        Hi

        I have this telephone number 28884262 in Malad, Mumbai. Since last week, there's been no internet and now since Monday the phone has also gone dead. Repeated complaints to MTNL office haven't yielded anything positive. We've been complaining on the IVR everyday and since yesterday we've the called the customer care centres three times, each time they tell us someone will come and have a look at it and still nobody turns up. Please help.

          We purchased the telephone connection (ph. no.[protected] on 29/11/2011 in the name of "Thank God For Dance" and got broadband connection on this line later on 31/05/2012.We had been facing the following issues ever since we got the connection and in spite of making several complaints at their call centre and through email, we did not get any resolution from them:

          1. From the day of installation of broadband, the internet connection kept dropping out every day and sometimes we were without any internet for 2-3 days together! We had literally been able to use the internet only 50% of the times ever since it was installed.
          2. The telephone line went dead frequently and at other times it was very noisy.
          3. The bill plan we had chosen was Freedom Combo 795 which is supposed to have fixed charges of 795 only but we were being billed additional rental of Rs. 200 for the telephone line, along with the broadband rental of 795.

          In view of the above we demanded the following:

          1. 50% waiver on the bills for the 2 months (June & July, 2012), considering that we were not getting the services half the time!
          2. Correction in bill plan (Freedom Combo 795) and waiver of the additional Rs. 200 + tax charged wrongly.
          3. Immediate rectification of all the faults.
          4. Assurance that the telephone line as well as internet would work properly from now on.

          We never got any response from them even after several complaints through phone and also wrote emails on 20th August, 2012 and 31st August, 2012 (to [protected]@bol.net.in, feedback.[protected]@bol.net.in, [protected]@bol.net.in) but never got any reply. We just kept getting bills after bills. We had stopped using this telephone & broadband connection completely in August, 2012 as we had not been provided with any resolution and we informed them of the same by email (on 31st August, 2012) and asked them to immediately disconnect the line. Needless to say, no action was taken even then. Now they have sent me a letter asking me to pay all the pending bills dated 13th July, August, September & October (total of Rs. 4776) and threatening legal action if we don't. This is utter bullishness and dacoity!

          Please advise what I should do now.

            My Telephone No.26527221 BKC Telephone Exchange Bandra East. Since last 6 months I am having highly UNSTABLE INTERNET. I have made infinite number of complaints but I have not received a permanent solution.There are highly frequent disconnections. I gat calls from the exchange when internet is working asking me whether internet is working and I have to say yes presently it is working and then it is over. I get an SMS that my complaint has been attended.

            I am now planning to get rid of MTNL Telephone line and Internet

                Hi ,

                I have been unnecessarily harassed by the wrong information provided by the site and agent . I did a recharge of Rs. 44 yesterday from your referred site www.paytm.com ; the site reflects the recharge would give me a validity of 90 days along with 30 mins local and 30 mins STD (enclosed) – the same was also confirmed by your agent when I spoke to him in the evening yesterday.

                To my surprise post the recharge the validity did not change, only the STD and local minutes got added to my account. I again called your helpline no – 1503, @ 7:30 pm and spoke to an agent about the problem. He immediately reverted stating “The sms’s sent to you by the system is wrong the validity showing in my system is till 6th Jan 2013.”

                I again called today (@ 7:54 am )to your helpline, and a long chat (approx – 20mins) with the executive. The agent came with a different argument that there is no validity recharge except Lifetime recharge of Rs. 225; which would give me 100 mins talk time and unlimited validity. And the recharge done by me yesterday for Rs. 44 is only for a plan 1 paise per sec for Local and Roaming with a validity of 90 days.

                I want an immediate action on few things : -

                • Rs. 44 to be immediately credited back to my account.
                • Wrong information on the site paytm.com which is misleading, as it is clearly stating validity which a user is not getting. This should be immediately removed or changed.
                • Call recording for yesterday communication with the agent, in which wrong information was given by the agent.


                I had make some important calls and now I am stuck. The validity did not increase and i even lost Rs 44 in transaction.


                No redressal to the complaint, the company is just passing the buck.

                  My MTNL tel no is[protected] and i have a Wifi connection...I have submitted 10 complaints in last 1 month and after every 2 days INET light stops working .When the customer care is contacted they always say its a DNS server problem and contact exchange and area manager
                  Whenever i contact area manager the bell is ringing and no one picks
                  I have also complained twice to the grievance cell twice but there is no permanent resolution to this problem
                  I seriously pay 900/- per m onth with 15 days in a month when Wifi is not working

                      My mtnl broadband connection in delhi is not working for nearly 8-10 days and after repeated complaints their is no resolution. This happened quite a few times in last six months but just for 3-4 days but this time connection was on for sometime in duration.

                        I am user of MTNL Landline & broad band, my telephone no is[protected] on the name of Mr. Gulshan Kumar. I have problem with Landline since last one month, There is high noise level and disconnection of a call unexpectidly , I complained several times to customer care & Rohini Branch office at Sec-9. I also contacted Area Manager Mr. Rattan Lal whose contact no. is [protected] but there is not any kind of satisfactory response from MTNL end. Please resolve this issue and I need a waiver for my coming month bill because of there incovinient services.

                        MTNL — Telephone noise

                        My landline phone gives so much noise that it becomes impossible for me to hear the other person's voice.

                        Also the internet connection breaks so often that hardly I could surf internet.

                        I am planning to get a Airtel telephone and internet connection if MTNL is not willing to solve my problem.

                          If we are in out of Delhi we will suffer to recharge (prepaid connection) MTNL ,s mobile Phone. Mtnl is not like a other mobile company's of india. They have very shrinked customer service. So the Roaming people Depending to recharge On line Recharging webs. the online Recharger Named Paytm helped me previously to recharge my mobile phone No.[protected]. But Now they collected money from my PNB bank by online banking system And not recharged in my phone. I aware Paytm site is trying to cheat Public .                             I have taken a connection of iptv through MTNL about 3months before, but I never seen and enjoy this properly, because every time I face a connection problems like "waiting signal", stop the telecast and after two minutes it begins automatically. Some times " Page could not found, please check the network connection" appears on screen. I have logged so many complaints to Aksh Optifiber Ltd and MTNL and every time get consolations. Some times customer care executive says" we forwarded your complian to MTNL for checking the line. etc. Some times they say that your data transfer rate is too low i.e.required rate is 3072/896 but this time it is only 1276. I don't know who is responsible to solve these problems either Aksh or MTNL. Please advise me. My MTNL Phone No. is[protected]. Thanks.

                              I have a MTNL land-line No 28361449 on my mothers name. The said number is mostly used for receiving phone calls and rarely for making any call. It is has been observed in the Telephone Bills for the month of Aug 2012 and Sep 2012, the Call charges are put in the bill when no call is made.
                              On inquiring the issue, they told that a call transfer facility is active on your phone since 2008 and call charges are levied for the same.
                              when i told them that no such facility is active and we are also receiving phone calls regularly which is not possible in such a case.
                              Then no answer is given on that and i was told that your facility for transfer of call has been disconnected now on.

                              Solution expected:-

                              1. Refund of call charges levied in the all the previous telephone bills till date for which no calls has been made neither any records provided on inquiring by the MTNL, DELHI.

                                Automatic deduct amount

                                My name is Satya Prakash. MTNL is deducting amount for Vault Data Back Up Subscription Service however I have not activated any such kind of service on my number [protected]. Everytime I get this message,they use to deduct some of the amount (10-20 Rs.)

                                I am requesting to sort out this matter as soon as possible and deducted amount should be refunded.Otherwise I will complaint to higher authorities.

                                  Kindly disconnect my telephone connection 22524155 with effect from today only. As you guys are not at all offering any support. My internet and telephone id dead since last 20 days and you are still sending bill for the same. Do not you feel ashamed for charging for a period for which client has suffered like anything. Please disconnect it on urgent basis. And also compensate me for the suffering due to worst one service offered by you. Thanks, Avinash [protected]

                                    After made payment 15 days crossed , still not started my broadband in spite of many commitment of local executive from exchange and customer care too.

                                    There are some scenario which I faced which never faced by any private telecom industry.

                                    1. Bill paid before 15 days . 2 days crossed broadband not started then I send to person to open my number, replied by local person will done in day after.
                                    2. Called to customer support which never finds in well condition pick and drop the calls , it not easy to cennect to mtnl customer support. Finally talked with them said will run another 2 days. It also crossed.
                                    3.local exchange technician visit to home did not repaired by him and said come tomorrow at exchange with wifi will check while another phone came from Exchange will call to 1504 for Internet resolve.
                                    4. I called them replied your status will DNP , call to 1500 will resolve your DNP and then register your complain. I requested them 1500 people said your DNP is not there , call to 1504 and said situation
                                    5. In this on/off gets crossed my 15 to days and comes another bill of the month which I would be paid.


                                    What is SYSTEM ? This is MTNL executives workers and officer which keeps really tormented to the customers .

                                    I have all enclosures which cases raised by me .

                                    FINALLY DECICIDEC TO DISCONNECT MY NUMBER , PLEASE SUGGEST TO EASIEST WAY ?

                                      Sir, I have purchased a MTNL (MICROMAX - MMX 350G USB MODEM) 3G DATA CARD on 20/11/2011 and Sanchar Hut allotted a SIM Card with this datacard as [protected] but data card not working from last 1 month and I want to repair/replace this data card from Micromax Auth Service Center because data card is on 1 year warranty period. Representative of Micromax Auth Service Center says your data card is on warranty period but we can't entertain to any customer without bill. MTNL Sanchar Hut not provided the bill of this data card at the time of purchasing and now MTNL Sanchar hut shakurpur-110034 ph:[protected],[protected] not providing the purchase bill of this data card. Sanchar Hut Incharge saying they do not provide any bill of 3G Data Card. Could you please help me. Any how could I get the bill of this data card from MTNL Sanchar Hut.

                                        With Ref to above pl note that no action is taken regarding irregular connection of internet at our premises, this problem is persisting since last 3 weeks and we have registered number of complaints for the same.
                                        Some of the complaint numbers are:
                                        7703,6062,3811,7169

                                        Your staff had visited our office last week, checked some connections for around 15mins then went downstairs to check connection and never returned back.
                                        Also a person named Giri had called to solve the issue and confirm to visit our premises but no such visit is been made by him.
                                        Please look into the matter and solve this problem at your earliest as we had earlier also informed that we are office of CA and this is our busiest season.
