An amount of Rs 30/- has been deducted from my account balance on 14 Jan 2013. When i complained to customer care firstly they were disconnect my call without any information. I repeated it again but response was same. After a long time they received my call and told me that you have send international sms. They deny to return my balance and even they did not give me a positive response. Please do the needful.

    This is to bring to your notice that I;ve been using MTNL 3G Jadoo. Earlier the speed of the connection was slow.

    I've not been able to work due to the pathetic speed however it shows full network and reflects 4-5 tower but the sending speed and receiving speed is very slow. It shows a server name "Edge". Please take neccessary action to speed up the connection. My number is [protected].

    I fully agree with you. It is a matter of sheer disgust to own an MTNL 3G INTERNET CONNECTION. I am sick and tired of their service in Vasant Kunj. It is a total waste of time and money. It seems that MTNL is absolutely unconcerned about their subscribers and still claim to have the largest subscribers' base.

    MTNL 3G JADOO — Not able to make calls

    hi... i have seen and analyze that the network of 3g is very poor as comparable to others 2g network.. even other's 2g network is faster than mtnl 3g jadoo. i notice it at my home, malls, and those areas where in basements or groundfloors og any bulding, the networks are gone completely... although others networks are so good even better in 2g...
    my humble request is that plz try provide us atleast better 3g networks as comparable to others...

    it is a state telecommunication. so MTNL must take some actions to fullfill the requirements of their customers for thier reputations... plzzzz..

      I have not been getting the broadband speed as per my plan since last 10 days. According to my plan I should be getting speed near to 2mps ( at least near to it) but i am getting in range of 300 -500 kbps only.

      They changed the splitter which was faulty
      My official complaint no 4017 ( Lodged on saturday)has been closed without even confirming whether the problem got solved or not.
      When I took speed test today again the results are same.
      I feel the higher authorities of MTNL should look into the matter and get my problem solved otherwise i will have no option but to surrender the connection.

        Hi,

        I have complaint about the loose connection and lots of noise disturban on of landline phone(MTNL) but engineer just fixed it for a time being after sometime it again getting same issue as it is.
        I am not fade up off this type of issues. we have complaint about to change the wire from the main pool but nothing happen.
        I have planning to get the broadband connection from the MTNL but I am not initiated because of this issue.
        please resolve my problem ASAP.

          I'm Rohit.I changed my broadband plan from 999 combo to zero rental on 29th november, booking number : 48300165 . please check out my bill. Its of Rs 1611, I request you to kindly see into the matter. Wrong bill has been generated. The phone and modem are disconnected and not used at all.

            MTNL — not working properly

              Hello,
              I m a user of MTNL broadband from Mira road (kashimira) I have chosen 498 combo 512 kbps unlimited plan But I m really really frustrated because of VERY VERY VERY slow internet I cant even View an image in real time. www.youtube.com takes 8-10 minutes to load and www.google.com almost 5 minutes to open so just imagine how long it would take to play video !!!!!!!!!! I have complaint a hell lot of times but no response or action at all !!
              PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Conumercomplaints.in HELP ME PLEASE !!!!

                i registered a complaint against low ADSL my docket no.-236965 and my phone no.-[protected] on date-24/12/2012 and it's been a week today there is no action against my complaint.i think MTNL gives the worst customer care service to their customers. If we call your helplines no. they talk really rudely and never give us enough information actually on 1504 they don't even pick the phone up i don't know what to do with this connection.

                  Since approximately one month I am suffering very poor service of broadband. I am registering new complaint every day in MTNL but there is no response. Last Saturday[protected] Line Man came and asking us to give some money but I did not gave. After this he gone and cut the wire. Now our phone is dead also since 5 days. Please please take some steps to solve our problems. We have suffered very much more work loss.

                    I bought MTNL 1 month back(19 nov '12) and after 1 month it has not been activated. I have asked the retailer many a times, but he says the verification documents have already been submitted now talk to the company. Customer care says they have not received my documents. The thing is who will return my 150 rupees and also my ID just to ensure that some other sim has not been given away against my ID.

                        Last month Mtnl Mumbai (Dolphin/Trump) had deducted Rs 5 from each of my two mobile numbers for an unknown "Babes subscription pack" which I never requested.I was intimated through an SMS on November 4,2012.
                        I registered a common complaint for the deductions from two of my mobile numbers regarding "forced subscription" and "unfair balance deduction" with the MTNL customer care no. 1503 ,I was given a complaint no.458659 (on November 16,2012) and was told that I would get a callback from them and that the problem will be solved,but it has been 11 days since the complaint and I still haven't got any callback and I still haven't got my Rs 5 credited to my balance

                        When we go to site trump site Dolphin/Trump Premium Number Bidding it goes to http://59.90.175.12/bidapp/index.aspx following link in new user form Not mention Rs.50 for registration for No. If you click on forget password Rs.50 will deduct from your mobile balance. My 150 Rs. deducted from this site I had complent to MTNL NO.1503 Nobody responding. Please help.

                        what is this nonsense i havent made any request for subscription is this way to fool the customer.
                        plz unsubscribe the pack and refund my balance this is totally nonsense no one can tolerate such things.
                        u must atleast ask for the subscription request.

                          The GPRS/EDGE services offered by Mtnl Mumbai are very poor.The GPRS/EDGE connectivity disconnects frequently and sometimes they disappear for quite a long time.Erratic GPRS/EDGE services affects downloads greatly...especially ones which cannot be resumed.
                          I currently pay Rs 98 per month for 1Gb of GPRS/EDGE services (at 2G/2.5G speeds),which is reasonable.

                          I hope Mtnl Mumbai improves their GPRS/EDGE services or else there is always the option of switching to another telecom company using MNP (Mobile Number Portability)

                            There was several attempts trying to contact customer service regarding the transaction error in the online Payment of Bills for Mobile No. +91-[protected]. It was found that there was no proper reply from customer service in which they say to contact Accounts Officer for the Problem. I really dont understand how a normal person can directly contact an Accounts Officer in an organization.

                              I called MTNL call center and booked a land line connection Someone from Goel Telecom came on 07/11/2012 and took Rupees 500 as booking amount gave me a slip with reference no. 53114062 and booking id : 45500071. He said I f I give hime some extra money (Bribe) my phone can be installed quickly. When i said I habe friends in MTNL, next day he said as per his sir I dont need to anything extra now it has been 17 days and my phone is still not installed. I have tried calling call centre, Dwarka MTNL manager on [protected] to complain, they gave me no. [protected]. I finally called office of Sh. Sardar Singh AGM(OP&PG) on [protected] and spoke to some one but I dont know what else need to be done. MTNL employees dont know how to talk to customers and there is no place to complaint I want to lodge a formal complaint regarding all these, let me know how this can be done.

                                sir i beg to state that in mtnl sanchaar haats there is not have excellency to be seen in work we go to lothian road sanchaar haat on sanchaar haat lothian road the employees of officer,s level is come on 11 to 12 pm and he will give a form of portability but before depositing a form he says that the sim is given on monday we have to take a sim of these mobile numbers on portability of dolphin as numbers mentioned after coming home from lothian road we go to yamuna vihar sanchaar haat opposite delhi transport corporation terminal the worker ladies of sanchaar haat says that the portability sim is unavailable after all there are all sims kept in drawer but she says the sim is unavailable after all the sim is available if mtnl officers take extra money we will give him extra money but sim is ported the excellent service is not given by your officers kindly paid attention on your sanchaar haat services

                                  Sir,
                                  I have broadband connection for last two years, with telephone number 23443167 as 495 unlimited plan . I thought that this is most trusted service provider for broadband, but I was false. Service provided me is so poor, that it almost gives me less than 0.1 mbps speed for downloading. Sometimes it gives very good speed, but our time is precious, and there is no value if I can't good speed when needed. Exactly this time broadband testing meter shows that I have getting less than 0.1 mbps speed, so that I can't do anything what I want.
                                  Will this picture change in future.

                                  i have taken 256 kbps plan still my downloading speed is not extending 30 kbps so please try to increase it

                                  MTNL — Speed of Broadband

                                  I was unable to get speed which was published in the advertisement. In fact, i was unable to get 25% speed of that. I also experienced frequent disconnections. When I complaint in the company they provided me the docket number and didn't take any action, when I launched more complaints they again didn't took any action against that.

                                    Since 4-Nov-2012, early morning onwards, outgoing/incoming of my mobile (TRUMP prepaid), Delhi
                                    Somehow, i tried to make complaints to MTNL customer care[protected]through idea mobile).


                                    I was explained with various reason/suggestion like

                                    1) Network problem is going on due to climate change. Try after 2/3 hours.
                                    2) Change setting Network > Manual search, switch off/on mobile no.
                                    3) etc., etc.,

                                    i told them that only at my residential area (mukherjee nagar), i am unable to make call .
                                    But However, outside side, like ISBT, i able to make calls.

                                    They were not ready to listen, but keep on repeated same kind excuses.

                                    Now, 2 days passed. still same condition.

                                    All i could guess is that NIRANKARI SAMAGAM is going on this area between 3-5 Nov 2012, at nirankari, amidst huge traffic mess. May be because of this reason MTNL tower at these location,
                                    is not working at all. But however, Airtel, Vodofone, idea are clearly working.


                                    What a excellent service of MTNL, Delhi to their customer are this area.

                                      i have mtnl unlimited broadband plan and my broadband speed should be 256 kbps.but my connection speed is very low between 15kbps to 20 kbps.                                       last week my broad band connection has repaired but after repair i'm suffering from its low speed & frequently disconnection so plz try to rectify it on urgent basis

                                      Four months ago I bought MTNL Triband connection of 512KB/sc . I used to get 250 kb/sc speed but now a days I'am getting only 50 to 60 kb/sc. The connection and services are absolutely pathetic.Every time I try to complain the operators just give me the complaint numbers and they don't help.Please do something to sort out my problem.

                                      I have taken connection of MTNL Rs 599 internet plan whose download speed is upto 512 kbps.
                                      I am getting only between 30 - 50 kbps speed.
                                      I am trying to get my problem solved with them from past 2 days but I am getting different replies from different executive of MTNL when I am calling on 1504.
                                      One person gives me a docket number but when I call again then other person says that we dont give docket number on this number (1504).
                                      One person told me to change the IP but that too didn't solved my problem.
                                      Today one person told me to call on 24361221 because they check speed related problem and that too I should call them between 10 a.m. - 5 p. m. during which I go for my work.
                                      If I have to call on this particular number then I should have been informed on the first call itself but they are having very poor customer service.
                                      I was told that you can complaint on 198 but recorded message tells me to enter my not working telephone number but my phone is working and I have a problem with my internet
                                      You can see in attach file what download speed I am getting.

                                      MTNL Broadband — Very slow speed of internet

                                      I complain at 1504 for slow internet speed but they didn't do anything ,they said that it was not in their hand matter of speed is in the hand o[censored]pper level officers and i suffer for slow internet speed for a month.
                                      Can anyone give me a idea what i do right now?

                                        Last we are facing Internet problem so your employee checkout problem and told me that your modem not working so this time we are changing normal modem because this time not available another wifi modem stock is not available there & we asking so many time but we did not give reply till date .

                                        Please tell me who solve my problem how?....

                                        we are request please arrange wifi modem as soon as possible,
