This is a complaint against MMT who were highly unprofessional in their dealings with me. I had booked a cab from the airport to my destination( details provided below) on Date: Dec 1st 2021. I had reached the airport by 1:15, yet I waited for the allotted time. The cab driver called me from another unrecognized number( risk number 1) at 2:15pm and said he'll be here in 15 mins. From 2:30, I called him several times (call logs can be provided on request) and he never picked up(risk 2). Tried tracking the cab via the link provided below and it showed he was 1 hr away. Called MMT, and said I want a refund as I cannot wait in the airport in a new city where I can hardly speak the language. MMT agreed that they were not able to reach the driver either and agreed to my request for refund. While I was in a another self booked cab, this driver started calling me from 2:45pm from the other number and I didn't pick up. That was a harrowing experience and highly risky, not safe at all and wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Now a lady from MMT calls me after 7 days, and says cab driver reached at 2:32 and called me, so refund can't be initiated. I explained the entire story, said I can share the call logs, yet this lady- Mahima- chooses to trust the cab driver over proof and said sorry for your experience, but can't provide refund.

Updated by Sumithra Rajendranath I just got a call from someone called Vaibhav from MMT, who apologized for the inconvenience and promised to refund the trip amount with a refund code and another 1000 rs as compensation. It all seemed nice, until I heard the refund procedure. He told me to use sbi Yono cash, enter 20000 as amount, enter the pin he gave me and share the cash transaction/reference number shared by SBi. This is what alerted me to the scam. With the amount, the pin he shared and the reference number generated by sbi, he can easily withdraw 20000 from my account using any sbi ATM. Please take immediate action.
