Dear sir,
I booked a bus ticket with PNR C6DQHMTB on dated 29/11/2021; but the bus operator (Go air bus service) informed me that the bus has been cancelled due to some breakdown issues and your refund will be credited to the source of payment within 48 to 72 hours, but still the day it is not credited.
I contact him so many times but first he told me that wait for 2 weeks and now a days he told me that refund has been done from our side but he is not giving any transaction details for the same.
So, please look into the matter and do the needful as soon as possible.

    I have booked a Mumbai to Singapore and return flight from Make My Trip for Air India and the flight has been canceled.
    Air India customer service informed that we'll have to contact Make My Trip for the refund as they can't issue refund since we paid via Make My Trip.
    Tried calling Make My Trip customer service and got no response. Sent multiple emails and got not revert. Went to their Ville Parle office and they informed that they only handle offline bookings and can't help us with online bookings, they gave us the same customer care number. It's been two weeks and this is frustrating and depressing.

      I made a booking for Madurai, 22nd Dec, 2021 check out was on 23rd Dec, 2021, I made 1393 rupees payment through my Federal bank debit card !!! This is my transaction details : TO ECM/7783/MAKEMYTRIP INDIA PVT L MAKEM .
      I made this payment on 15th Dec, 2021. Hotel name was OYO Flagship 74893 Hotel Lakshmi Residency ! I have not received any booking voucher or receipt on mail, or in message or in whats app, Not even in my booking history I am getting this booking !,

      Unfortunately I am calling customer care, And in the hotels section it is saying no booking within the prior 10 hour ! And when taking the call to talk to the other information section via the call, customer care executives are saying it is not their department to help !!!

      NOW FOR 1393 RUPEES, WHERE SHOULD I GO FOR HELP?

      IF MAKE MY TRIP HAS NO LIABILITY ! SHOULD I GO TO INDIAN COURTROOM ?

      I REALLY NEED THE ANSWER "YES" OR "NO" !

        I had booked a flight ticket from Jodhpur to Mumbai by indigo airline from make my trip and after some I got a mail from airline that due to some operational reasons flight has cancelled and they gave me 2 options either to give refund or to shift to another flight with same PNR and with same price so I decided to shift my ticket to another 1 and due to that I was eligible for refund of seat selection which was 400 rupees and I got a mail from airline that they had issued refund amount of 400 but I didn't got in my account so I contacted customer care indigo and they told me that they had issued refund amount of 400 to make my trip company and make my trip company doesn't transfer that to my account till now which was issued to them 20 days back and I tried to contact file complain but I didn't got any option to talk to customer service agent of make my trip to explain my issue so that's why I want to register my complain here and I want my full refund back as soon as possible

          I am frequent user of MakeMyTrip and had done flight booking of Pune to Delhi. But the booking was cancelled by the Airline itself due to operational issues. The MakeMyTrip refunded the flight money to my MakeMyTrip's wallet and instructed by sharing a mail saying click on "Transfer my cash to original pay mode".

          But as I am seeing that nothing happens by clicking on that option. Tried by doing it on desktop/mobile and MakeMyTrip's app (refer the attached images for your reference). Not getting any customer support on the numbers provided under Contact Us page of the website.

          I want that money in my MMT's wallet into my bank account.

            INSPITE OF CANCELATION BY AIRLINE, REFUND IS STILL AWAITED.

            I had booked air india flight AI-670 from Bbi-Bom for 05.12.21. Eticket no.[protected]C1.

            Flight had scheduled departure of 3pm but was delayed by around 8 hrs. I had already checked in to the airport for the flight but owing to the delay, the ticket was canceled by airline officials. I was issued the redeem slip promising FULL refund as the ticket was canceled by airline and the same is mentioned in the slip.
            I have already submitted the attached refund slip in makemytrip.com site on 05.12.2021, however I have not received any update. Not even the basic Refund application request no. And MMT has no customer care no. or email id to connect with. The customer care no. mentioned in website disconnects mentioning to check the site. And email id is apparently only for service replies from MMT. This is so wrong.

            Hope the matter is expedited.

              I had booked a flight 6E 5326 from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar on 29th Nov 21. While going for online check in at MMT site, it showed flight being delayed by 6.30hrs and having been booked in a different flight. The message so flashed asked me to either accept the change or get a refund by cancellation.I decided to cancel and rebooked in different flight due to urgent work and the revised time did not suit me. To my surprise, I got refund of Rs.2 .On enquiry with MMT call center, I was told there has been no change in flight and the message shown was due to some technical error. As this error cost me additional expenses to rebook in different flight, I demand a full refund of Rs.3750 paid by me while booking seat in the flight 6E 5326 as the cancellation was due to mistake at MMT end .Attaching screenshot of the message for reference

                Last 5 - 6 days i continue call make my trip but no one answer them phone automatic disconnect
                i also mail for my refund but there is again no answer
                i canceeld my ticket 2 nd december but till 14 december refund not come

                  E-gift cards not redeemable

                  Hi,

                  I ordered 2 Makemytrip e-gift cards worth Rs. 5000 each on 27November 2020 (Order ID: [protected]).

                  The beneficiary could not redeem the vouchers due to an error message that reads “please enter a valid number”.

                  The beneficiary had sent a number of email communications regarding this matter. Your customer service agent extended the validity of the card till December 31 2021, but the beneficiary...

                  My booking ID is NF7RLWIZ9O7F9G8H6084.
                  I had booked the tickets yesterday itself. However, till now status is showing Payment successful and Awaiting PNR confirmation.

                  I had tried calling customer care but only IVRS. No luck on reaching out to customer service executive who can resolve my issue. This is worst support experience i have ever witnessed.

                  Please let me know by when I will be getting the PNR. Else please initiate my full refund so that I can go for fresh booking.

                    I tried to book a bus ticket from dehradun to lucknow on 12th of December but it could not be processed and money hot deducted from my account the registered mobile number was-[protected] and the email ID was [protected]@gmail.com i tries to speak to the customer service but no answer from their side so please refund my money as soon as possible

                      Last month, on behalf of our company, we booked 5 hotels and many flight, train bookings.

                      But the hotel provided by MakeMyTrip in Khurja, called NH Plaza was nothing but a few rooms dedicated to bachelor's mischief, not clean, no proper house keeping and we were shocked to see what they provided.
                      Result, the very next morning, we checked out and returned to Delhi, again booked through MakeMyTrip.

                      I sent all our concerns to them through various emails, asking for refund.

                      So, we decided to write off MakeMyTrip FOREVER.

                      They are a fraud company to me.

                        My details are as follows :-

                        I had booked our flight from Makemytrip and the at the time of booking there was no criteria mentioned for TRANSIT VISA for my layovers from the company's end. We are facing great inconvenience due to Makemytrip.
                        I booked the ticket through website where nothing was mentioned about transit visas, recently I downloaded Makemytrip mobile application and it shows me transit visa is mandatory for both my layovers still I somehow managed and applied for transit visa for my first layover German Frankfurt so I am ok with Mumbai-Frankfurt-London ticket but it is impossible for me to apply and receive my transit visa for Zurich before time .I enquired in VFS embassy as well it will take time and currently my passport is with Germany embassy for transit visas .
                        In Inorder to solve this problem caused by Makemytrip
                        I am helpless in this situation I genuinely request you to help me out of this issue I hope you will consider my request
                        I want to cancel the return trip booking I.e
                        London - Zurich - Mumbai on 10 February 2022, kindly consider the below options :-

                        OPTION 01
                        Kindly provide us a REFUND for Flight on the 10th of February 2022.
                        Swiss airways

                        OPTION 02 :
                        Kindly provide us with funds to be kept in Makemytrip wallet until my next booking

                          I booked Turkish Airlines for 18th January 2022 from Make My Trip, but the flight has been cancelled by the airline. I applied for refund to which mmt declined saying that airline has said it invalid. I contacted airline and they said I am eligible for full refund. I tried to contact Make my trip but there's no way out to reach to customer support. The refund amount is around 47k. Please help me resolve this issue ASAP.

                            An amount of 5123 has been deducted from my account on 9 dec around 7:25pm but my ticket is not confirmed . I booked my flight ticket from Coimbatore to Goa and the payment is successfull but ticket is not confirmed. I already called customer support they said that it will be refunded within 72 hours but still I dint get my refund amount . Please do asap .

                              I booked my flight from lucknow to hyderabad on for 21st of November but the flight was canceled by the airline now I applied for refund and its been almost 20 days still haven’t received the refund, it shows processed on the refund page, if its not possible to transfer it to my orginal payment method at least transfer it to the mmt wallet

                                Hi Team,

                                I have booked flights for Mumbai to Port Blair and also from Port Blair to Mumbai using MakeMyTrip.After booking, I also did Web check-in but while making payment using UPI my transaction got stuck but money has been debited from my account.
                                I need a confirmation email regarding my web check-in, as money is already debited from my account, or give a refund so that I can again do a web check-in for my booked flight.

                                Need resolution for this on priority.

                                  My train tickets got cancelled by IRCTC and my IRCTC account shows that the refund was initiated on the very next day and to receive it contact your agent. When I checked my bank account details the amount was never received. There are no appropriate helpline numbers or email id or any sort of customer care services which is making really difficult to contact them.

                                    I booked tickets for 2 and the confirmation number was LHZGQT.
                                    I cancelled the ticket on 18.10.2021, as the flight time was changed.

                                    As per air India express I was entitled for full refund and they refunded the amount to make my trip.

                                    But make my trip replied that I am not entitle for any refund.
