I am giving detailed sequence of my ordeal in past few days

I have made holiday booking to Northeast through subject booking ID from 18th December to 23rd December' 2021. I had mentioned to the booking executive that this group is having guests from overseas who will be arriving on 12th December to India.

Later the Sikkim Government banned entry for people having a history of foreign travel within 10 days of their arrival. Since our guests are coming just five days before travel, it's not possible for them to travel to Gangtok and rest cannot travel without them. So since then I have been trying to approach my RO for some alternative arrangement but she is unreachable and my booking executive is just taking time to resolve this issue.

This is a very serious matter as Makemytrip is not able to provide sufficient services under different circumstances. I also created an online request on[protected] under My Trip but till date I have not received any call from MMT .

I think MMT should resolve this issue immediately without any financial implication to us.

    Even though Air Asia has processed a refund of Rs. 2, 128 against a cancellation vide PNR Number: Y5REYG/[protected], MakeMyTrip is not giving refunds. Similarly, even though Go Air has processed a Refund of Rs. 3, 492 against a cancelled ticket vide PNR No: 08N49J/[protected] and Rs. 1, 482 against PNR No. BFQUHB/[protected], MakeMyTrip is not giving refunds. Both the cancellations were due to MakeMyTrip portal playing hide and seek game when it was heavily raining in Bangalore. It was on and off the air for complete one hour for each booking. There were 7 such bookings. Even though I had selected Indigo for both ways, while starting booking in their portal, it took almost one hour to make my payment. At the time of payment, their portal had selected Air Asia for onward and Go Air for return, by default. This was not my fault. I had to cancel.       I was charged fulll amount for airport drop from Nagasandra to international airport as per following message.

      2. Driver says unable to come
      3. Customer service number in autumated mode with irrelevant questions and no option to talk to person.
      4. Pathetic experience
      5 Anxiety n stress to have missed flight
      6. Have to make self arrangement

      I want money refunded plus compensation for creating stress n anxiety.

      It is fraud...all this online stuff seems to corner customer only... pathetic meru cab pathetic make my trip

        I paid Rs. 1776 from my bank account for a bus booking through flipkart.
        1776 Rs. the amount deducted and I got an error page.
        Every time I call, I am provided with an increasing amount of time that it would take makemytrip to make a refund, starting with 24 hours and ending with 5 business days.

          An amount of Rs 3094.64 has been deducted from bank account on 14th Dec 2021 around 9:10 PM (evening) during booking a Train ticket for 3 person (Bishrampur to Raipur ) but no ticket was generated.I Need refund. Please do it asap. I try to connect with your customer care number. But they have not received my call.

            We booked a ticket for chandigarh to amritsar through MMT. Journey details;
            Zing bus
            Chandigarh to amritsar (6/12/2021)
            1:05 pm departure time

            Bus didn't arrived at the location and on calling driver informed that they didn't receive any booking and left chandigarh without taking us.

            We have another booking for amritsar to manali on same date in the evening. Due to now arrival of bus in chandigarh, we are not able to catch the 2nd bus too.

            MMT customer care is saying that they can't do anything about it. It's MMT mistake that bus didn't arrived at the location and bus didn't get our ticket. Since, I am not able to complete any of the journey due to your inability in coordinating things. I want refund for both the bookings.

                I have concerns on my data privacy with MMT. I am trying to delete the account, but there are no option to do that in website.

                I tried calling and reaching to all the numbers mentioned in website for this, however none of them are working.

                The major concern that i have is, MMT login through gmail id. I tried changing settings in google account. But in-spite of removing access multiple times, the settings are changing on its own.

                Need an urgent resolution on this.

                    I booked my flight on December 3rd for jabalpur to Hyderabad for 4th January 2022. I chose the payment mode to be from my debit card. I entered the details and entered the OTP that I received on my mobile number. It took a little time to process and the amount got debited. But when I got redirected from the payment gateway to MMT MYTRIPs section, it said BOOKING FAILED. Book Again!

                    Due to MMTs Error, amount got debited from my account and I haven't got my refund back since.

                    Initiate the refund so that it gets credited in my bank account.

                      Me and my husband has checked in ravine hotel, mahableshwar for our 1st marriage anniversary. We have booked the room in the name of karan krishnani, booking number - NH[protected].

                      We have booked through mmt valley view room. After checkin we got the room which has partial valley view. Upon complaining about the same the receptionist from ravine hotel said the valley view room is termed as valley plus room and that room is not been given to mmt. If we want to book we have to pay extra. We have already paid extra for valley room assuming we ll get the valley view from the room. Also the room given to us is sharing we could listen to the voice of the other part of shared room. We have booked our anniversary

                      If that’s the case we will not book any hotel, flight booking through mmt.

                      We haven’t got the valley side and also the privacy of the room. This has spoiled our room and the regret of choosing and trusting mmt. You have not mentioned that the room is sharing one.

                        I booked a cab from New Delhi CR Park to New Delhi airport on 22nd Nov. The cab never came. The driver didn’t answer my call. I had to book an Uber and luckily I got one around 3 AM. Now The trip is showing as completed. MMT helpline doesn’t have any help to be provided for the completed trips.

                          I have requested (request ID[protected] for a schedule change on November 27 for my sons (Adhith Pillai) return trip from Bangalore to London that was cancelled by the airline (British Airways). I was informed that someone will contact me with in 24 - 48 hours to assist with my request.

                          I am disappointed to inform that till date there has been no response from your side despite repeat reminders. It is also near to impossible to get in touch with any of your support staff. Am extremely frustrated with my experience and don't know what to do. This is not expected from a reputed travel service provide like make my trip.

                          Please look into this issue. I look forward to a response (mobile - [protected]) shortly on how we can work together in resolving this issue on topmost priority.

                              I have booked a cab from MMT on dated 04-Dec-2021 3 AM under booking id NC[protected] from Noida to Nainital and return cab was also schedule on 6-Dec-2021 3PM under booking id NC[protected] from Nainital to noida. But the cab did not came today for pickup(NC[protected] ). Driver did not picked the call as well. On 04-Dec-2021 03:15 AM I called the customer service and he said that driver is coming in 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, again I tried to call the driver. This time he picked the call and said he is not aware about any booking. I felt he was drunk. I called again customer service, then he said he is checking with vendor. Vendor called me and said that driver fall asleep that is why he was not able to pick the call and got late he can send the driver in an hour. Costumer service also assured me that in an hour cab will come for pickup but after waiting for an hour still the cab did not came. Finally on 5:30 AM the customer service apologize for the inconvenience and ready to cancel my both cab booking with prepaid refund amount + compensation. I asked him for hotel booking refund as well because that could not be cancelled now and this is not my fault that the cab cancelled. I paid Rs 3770 for hotel bookings. My whole night spoiled along with my schedule.

                              Representative said he will mention this in request and try to refund hotel booking amount as well.

                              After some some i got message that NC[protected] booking has been cancelled and prepaid Rs 916 will be refunded. but the return NC[protected] booking still not cancelled and If I am trying to cancel it there is not refund.

                              I tried to call customer service but now they are not transferring my call to representative.

                              Through this complaint I want my prepaid amount refund + hotel booking amount along with compensation. As due to inconvenience caused by MMT service My family suffered whole night. I Paid 3770 to hotel under booking id is[protected] with Ekam lodge Tallital and also prepaid cab booking. Moreover this incident effected my mental health.

                              I have all the recordings of vendor and customer service executive.

                              I want it to be resolved asap.

                                Address: Hotel is in Bhubaneswar

                                This is in reference to the booking done having Booking Id -NH[protected].
                                I have booked my stay at Pal Heights, Bhubaneswar from Sat, 04dec, 2021 to Mon, 06 2021 at Pal Heights, Bhubaneswar. But due to Cyclone red alert at Bhubaneswar as per Government of Odisha guidelines. I won't be able to check -into the hotel. And the hotel is not ready to initiate cancellation and refund the amount from their side.

                                Please consider my refund for booking the hotel on a priority basis as this is a genuine reason as for my safety and I won't be able to travel.

                                  Dear sir,
                                  I have booked bus ticket from Chhindwara to Balaghat (Adishakti Travels) on 14th November 2021 and due to bus cancelled I have cancelled the ticket same day I called MMT customer care many times and got similar reply every time that someone from the MMT will get in touch with you in 24 hrs and nobody called from their site and still I have not received my refund of INR 1156/- Pls help me to get this resolved.

                                    Air Asia has sent a mail that they have processed a refund against booking in PNR: Y5REYG for Rs. 2, 128 (Rohini and 3 Others) and they said it will reflect in my Bank in 7-10 days (SBI). Still it has not come. They have mentioned that I have to approach MakeMyTrip, if I have booked through Travel agent Portal. Adisheshan, [protected], [protected]@gmail.com

                                        The bus ticket number is not provided in bus ticket and also in makemytrip app on time. So we are not travel the bus. The bus operator not answered properly. My money 800rs lost. Please take any action to refund my money.
