My complaints regarding my stay at Regenta Central, Candolim, Goa has not been addressed
Ms Charu, Mr. Imang, Mr. Mayur are avoiding calls now after delaying the issue unreasonably .
Floor manager was requested to call back and was promised a call back in 5 mins . Kindly check call records with Mr. Umang . Mr. Charu was unprofessional and I compassionate with my issue
Which was regarding hygiene at the property . Two nights have been spent in this place and was promised a compensation for the same by Mr. Mayur on records, however now he is only sorry and avoiding calls and no one has called yet to discuss the issue to resolve it .
Request immediate resolution failing which I will escalating this issue further after completing my trip with professional legal advice . We will spent whatever it takes to put things in the right perspective and such harassment and miss selling is stopped or at least reduced .

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I did a flight booking for my Parents from Bhopal to Bangalore for 7th Feb 2023 which was schedule at 10:25 AM and a Cab was booked in Advance at 4 AM for pickup using makemytrip.com from Sagar to Bhopal for 7th Feb, cab was supposed to come at 4 AM for pickup so that they can reach around 8 AM at Bhopal Airport for Flight Check-in.

    Unfortunately, Cab Driver of makemytrip didn't respond till 6 AM. We called service support and Driver's number numerous times however no one picked up. I had to Reschedule my parents Flights on the day which was available at 16:30 PM on the same day.
    Both my Parents are senior citizens, they were waiting for the Cab from 4 AM to 6 AM considering it was early winter morning while it was still dark, the no show cast by cab drive left them with a lot of Stress and anxiety as they have to catch up flight at 10:25 AM Flight from Bhopal.
    Due to this unresponsible from support and cab driver, we have to pay an extra cost for tickets schedule for the same day in evening.

    I have called customer care services several times over the days following the day of the incident and spend several hours explaining the issue and have sent several emails to customer care service but did not get any resolution from them as they kept transferring me between cab and Flight department while no department was taking ownership of the issue caused by their unreliable service.

    Due to this Cab service issue, we have to pay an extra cost for tickets. I would like to take action on this and request a 2nd flight booking refund of 15353 Rs .

      I've received a RRN number from make my trip for my refund when my booking for a train from Ara to New Delhi got failed and they promised me to reflect it to my ybl account in 0-4 days but it didn't I want my refund back and yes I'll never ever make any transaction or booking to Make my trip and I want my refund ASAP

            Recently i travelled with my partner to Rajasthan ( Jaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer). Apparently the hotel they booked and provided was below average and didnt meet any of our expectations. The major things like cleanliness, women security was not met by them.

            I had raised a complaint against them in MMT, although they did not mind to resolve it .

            I spend quite a lot of money and we had to book another hotel to stay at Jaisalmer. Even after complaining multiple times, nothing changed.
            MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I did not stay there for the second day as i felt the place really unsecure to stay, we had to pay from our pockets to get this resolved . I want refund for the extra day that i had to rebook. I tried contacting the MMT customer support multiple times and yet no resolution has been further

              I had booked my flights tickets on Amazon (makemytrip). And i cancelled the same ticket on 11th March 2023. The Indigo website shows status that the refund has been initiated by Indigo and pending at booking partner side, which is makemytrip. I tried to find a customer support option on MMT website but couldnt find any.

                Dear Sir/Mam,

                This to bring to your notice that the Make my trip is denying in refunding my Amount towards the cancelled ticket. Details provided below and attached the docs accordingly.

                I have booked a flight(Fly Dubai) for my Sister and her daughter from Make my trip. When they went to the Airport, the flydubai counter staff denied due to the ecr passport, which we are not aware and flydubai team had issued a no show stamp on the ticket and asked to cancel the ticket. I did cancelled the ticket immediately and raised the refund initiation from the make my trip. From then for first 2 days they replied over an email and post that I do never get any reply even after many followups, which makes me to raise a consumer complaint.
                I had talked to Fly dubai and they clearly informed me that the Tickt cancelled by the agency and refund had already initiated and processed to the agency(MMT) and asked to follow up with them for the amount. But make my trip is not returning the same. Request your intervention and get my amount refunded.

                Dear Team, it’s been 13 days. This ### make my trip is not even bothered hence I escalated to CONSUMER COMPLAINT but still there seems it is not useful. I am not sure what to do if the system is like this fraud encouragement. Why system making us to fight to get my hard earned money. Request your intervention.

What such a faithless worst service company(make my trip), not refunding the amount already they got from Airlines. Not sure what kind of action being taken from consumer team.                   I had booked Visatara’s Dec 24th flight from Goa to Mumbai (PNR 5CRYBI) for my husband Brijesh Chandrakant Gaitonde through MakeMyTrip. The details of the flight are also there in this email. He couldn’t travel as he fell ill. With home test he was showing +ve for COVID-19 on Dec 21st afternoon. He did RT-PCR on Dec 22nd and it also shows +ve. Please see attached with for your reference the RT-PCR report.

                  Please find Vistara Airlines email below. Vistara has sent the refund in Jan 2023 to MakeMyTrip but they have not refunded the amount to me despite several follow ups. Its been a frustrating experience. Kindly intervene.

                    Hotel The orchard green resort and spa manali
                    As we arrived at the property is was totally pathetic and was not as shown in images on mmt. before check in the two persons at reception misbehaved talked rudely. They were responding as if doing any special favour by giving us info. Also. Even after 3 checkouts happened in front of me. Still they didn’t provided us the facility of early check in that too when we paid extra for it. We waited for 3 hours for check in. When we asked for cancellation the hotel people completely denied and the delhi sitting person Sachin talked rudely that he will not entertain any cancellations even at their fault. There was garbage dump outside my balcony and some construction work was going on continuously creating so much of noise. Also, there was no privacy as the adjacent room balcony can see in my room.When we had to leave in case of emergency, then even they didn’t considered cancellation. Firstly Yatin said that refund can be done in exceptional cases and we can process for it but then sachin talked rudely and said “aapko to samjhaya tha na ache se nahi milega refund”. This is the level of customer service they provide. Even make my trip was unable to help us. I want refund with compensation for this harassment now.

                        I am writing to bring to your attention a matter that has caused me great inconvenience and frustration. I recently booked a trip to China through one of your representatives (Abhishek Kukreti) over the phone. However, I was not informed that I would not be eligible for a tourist visa to China due to current travel restrictions.
                        Here are my details -

                        I was shocked and disappointed to learn this after making all the necessary arrangements for my trip.                         I understand that mistakes happen, but I expect a resolution to this issue as soon as possible. I would appreciate it if you could take immediate action to cancel my booking and refund the full amount paid, including any cancellation charges that may apply.

                          We applied for 2 UAE visas on 23rd February, which was submitted to the embassy on the same day according to MMT. The Visas were supposed to arrive by 6th March. But instead it's now showing as delayed and there has been no update from MMT since. There is no email id associated with customer care and moreover all the customer care numbers are either invalid or doesn't have an option for any personal query. Need help immediately.

                            I had done hotel booking using MMT and for that, I used Vouchers worth 10000 rupees also (Booking ID NH[protected]). I then cancelled that booking and tried to do a new booking. MMT site shows that the Vouchers are available but when I try to use that to my new booking, it says Voucher cannot be applied. There is no way to get the 10000 rupees back or use it to my new bookings. I tried unlinking/re-linking those vouchers but still its not working.

                            The customer care number doesn't allow me to talk to an agent, no email id is provided on the website. I need my 10000 rupees worth Voucher added as cash back to my wallet or I want MMT to refund 10000 rupees.

                              I lot whole trust on the makemytrip after booking of cab ride with makemytrip.

                              Booking reference:

                              Delhi to Agra.
                              The cab driver after 1 hour late. But customer care person says every 5 min he arrives. The driver is looks unprofessional and not able to operate the application. After 40 mins of fighting with application, he started his ride in opposite direction and not ready to listen also. Considering safety of family and travel in the night, i called makemytrip. They said cool that senior is working on the issue. The customer support called another 1 hour late saying story that technical clinch and asking me to go with the same driver. I have explained all the scenario and way he behaved. They are not ready to refund my money or arrange professional driver. They promised that supervisor will call. But till date no one called.

                              Makesometrip and take customer money is the best find name. They spoiled my trip plan and loot 3000+ money for the trip which i never take.

                                Hi team,

                                This is in regards to the booking that we have done, booking Id- NL[protected]. We have received a mail from the airlines stating that the flight is non operational and they are providing us an alternate option to chose from. We are not ok with the option provided and would like to cancel the booking.

                                We do not have the contact number of the person who has sent us this confirmation of the booking we have made through make my trip and have sent an email requesting for a call back which did not happen.

                                Request you to cancel the booking and provide us a complete refund as we would like to travel with comfort and cannot go ahead with the flight details the airlines has given us. This needs to be escalated as the cancellation policy doesn't support the changes made by the airlines and we have made the initial payment.

                                I had to literally call 50 times yesterday and have still not received any proper response from any of the agents from MMT on the issue raised.

                                This behaviour is forcing me to take an action and set a complaint at the consumer forum as you cannot cheat people like this by taking the complete amount that too for your mistakes and not refunding the amount even though when we want to cancel the trip 40 days in advance for valid reasons which were clearly discussed with Harshit Kumar Tiwari while the booking was done.

                                I need the refund status on this issue today if not you would see my reviews on MMT on all social media platforms and also on the consumer forum sight. Please stop testing our patience and do due diligence with this. Check the call recordings and then you would get to know everything. Learn to gain trust of the customer not to break their trust. And for God sake stop cheating people by taking cancellation charges for valid reasons and for your mistakes.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  Make my Trip has always been the option I have availed for all the bookings for my vacations and I have had a good experience with the same. But with Booking ID - NL[protected] for the trip that we have planned for Kashmir has been a nightmare. I am totally dissatisfied with the Relationship Manager who has done this booking on our behalf. (Harshit Kumar from Noida).

                                  Firstly, the booking was done on Feb 22nd and we clearly told Harshit about the expectations that we are looking for a direct flight from HYD to Srinagar and vice versa. The booking was done as per that only and we were ok to take the highest package. Harshit was not ok to even wait for a day and insisted us to take the package and make the initial payment, which was done.

                                  We received an email from the airlines stating that due to operational issues the direct flight has been cancelled and they were providing us with options to choose flights which had haults and stops which we are not comfortable with. The main intention to do the bookings through MMT is to ensure we have a hassle free vacation and this was not happening.

                                  Next, Mr Harshit Kumar made mistakes in booking the flight where there was mistake in the name spelt in the tickets.

                                  Now as the airlines have cancelled the flight, I look for a complete refund of the initial Rs. 49, 570 payment that was made as this is a pathetic experience.

                                  We have been trying to reach out to Harshit via emails and phone calls since two days and have not received a call back. We have also sent an email to [protected]@makemytrip.com and have called all possible numbers however we have not got any positive response or help from anyone.

                                  MMT has been a good travel provider, but such services and responses make the experience of the customer think twice to even think or recommend to anyone we personally know.

                                  I oblige you to refund me the complete amount at the earliest as we still have time for this travel date (April 15th) and cancellations should not be a problem to such a big company that too with valid reasons where our recommendations for the flight was not considered and also the tickets were booked with spelling mistakes by your travel agent / relationship Manager (Harshit Kumar). I did speak to Bhavana Sharma as well and she was also not able to help and said if we cancel 40, 000 wud be deducted from 50K amount paid. Are you all here to cheat people ??? This is pathetic, when we are giving u the details to cancel the trip almost 40 days in advance, you people are still saying that there would be cancellation charges of 40K which is unacceptable.

                                  If the refund is not issued then I would be left with no option rather than adding this testimony to all available social network platforms which I do not want to.

                                  Awaiting for your response on this at the earliest.

                                    I was booking railway ticket from chiplun to Panvel from make my trip after the payment was done through google pay the website dint book ticket & money was been debited.I call google pay & they informed me that transaction was successful & need to contact merchant.
                                    I dint find any transaction in my make my trip app where I can complain not even chatbot.
                                    when tried to contact the customer care number it never reaches to executive to talk.

                                    I kindly request through this complaint platform to take initiative & make them to have customer care number & representative to solve the issue & provide the email address on website for customer to reach.

                                      I'm writing this mail regarding my bus booking from Bilaspur to Varanasi on 5th of March(ticket attached), The bus was already 2.5 hours late to came at pick up location and When bus came at pick up location the conductor denying to board he said there is another bus which will come in 2-3 hours and i was waited and which was lie, Not any bus came after that I was trying to contact the given contact number but firstly he said that I'm looking into the matter but after some time I'm trying to contact him but he didn't picking up the phone. And I was also trying to contact Make my Trip customer care but they said click on SMS link which was worthless.
                                      I had experienced worst night of traveling experience.
                                      Need to resolve this issue as soon as possible the need my money back and also justification about misbehaviour of bus conductor as well as contact person.

                                        I booked hotel Hari piorko PAHARGANJ delhi from MMT. I went to nearest metro station but no cab, taxi, auto was not ready to drop me at hotel as it was at very unsafe location, it is in redlight area. I asked atleast 10 people outside metro station they all told me that it is very unsafe location and not good for normal people. I called hotel to cancel booking as I am not able to reach there, hotel person told me to ask MMT for refund. I reached out to MMT for refund but they are denying saying this is a non refundable booking. I am feeling like scammed by MMT and hotel.

                                        MakeMyTrip company has not refunded my money as I didn't checked-in, but they still marked this complaint as resolved. don't know why they are doing this. Company has scammed me completely in name of non refundable booking. Worst experience given by MakeMyTrip.
                                        MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
