Flight booking made in 2019 with Jet Airways and Make My Trip. Booking ID: NF[protected]
Have been following up for 2 years, every time MMT sends the same automated mail. Now, I cant even find the booking in my historical bookings section. They expect a customer to just forget about their hard earned money. I had taken an insurance with them for the trip as well, still I did not get the refund. What good is your insurance plan, pls tell me?
I want a refund asap pls, this has gone on for too long. Ideally they should refund the entire amount including the convenience fee + insurance scams that they make people buy, because all MMT has given to me in this case is inconvenience.
I saw on the news that Jet Airways is processing all refunds. Pls refund my money along with the applicable interest for 2 years.
