          We booked 7 tickets of bus through make my trip and after some time they just cancelled our booking by saying that their operators forgot to update the prices.
          Being such a big brand we don't expect these issues from them. If they haven't updated their website it's their mistake then why we have to suffer.
          Although they returned our amount but we are unable to get available seats on the respective date. They are asking for hiked amount for re-booking the tickets.

                I had cancelled a ticket on 24 of June . There In the refund status it has been updated as credited . But I had not receive the money in my account.

                  On 25th July I made a booking on MMT for myself (sudhindra kumar) and my wife (vidya kumar) for travel from BLR to HYD on 9 August and return on 13 August. The time was about 1 PM
                  within minutes of the confirmation of my tickets, I called MMT and explained to them that I made mistake and actually want to travel to HYD on 10 August. MMT said they would talk tothe airline (Indigo) since it has been only 1 hour since I had made the booking. The lady (Ms. Rishika I thnink in mMT) said she would put me on a 3 party call among MMT, Indigo and myself and they said it would not be an issue since the reschduling was happening within
                  24 hours and refund deduction will be only for senior discount of Rs. 200/ticket and rest of the money will be credited to my original payment method which was visa credit card.
                  Based on this, MMT cancelled the out bound BLR-HYD flight for 9 August and I made a new booking for 10 August.
                  Yesterday I received an e mail from MMT as invoice for cancellation and crediting only Rs. 1772 instead of the Rs. 7900 or so which was suppose to have been the refund.
                  This is outrageous and simply cheating by MMT. All they have to do is to listen to the 3 party conversation and refund me the amount which is line with the agreed conversation.
                  i will not accept anything less than the full refund minus the senior discount.

                    For above booking, payment of Rs. 410 has been deducted, but ticket was not confirmed. There is no intimation from MMT for bus booking confirmation or refund of such amount. Even there is no way to reach customer care to seek refund. Request you to please refund such amount at the earliest.

                      My wallet money was deducted twice for a bus booking which was UNSUCCESSFUL but the amount has not been refunded. It's been a few days now.
                      I have attached the screenshot of the wallet transaction details for reference. INR 2019 DEDUCTED TWICE

                            Hello this is regarding 2 bus bookings i made on 27 july 2022 for travel from ahmedabad to udaipur for 28th july 6.20 am by parshawnath travels through make my trip app. I didnot receive any confirmation mail/msg with any pnr even after successful deduction of of rs 489.99 twice. The app doesnot show any update about the transaction though i have the upi transaction id through my bank. Mmt doesnot have any mechanism to lodge this kind of complain. I need to know when would i receive the amount?

                              Was booking a bus on 27 July, 2022 and was hoping to book it as soon as possible but sadly i got redirected to this page RIGHT after the amount got debited from my account. my money got debited thrice and no trip shown in the profile, so i can't even discuss it with an executive because first thing they ask for is the booking id. I have proof of the money debited attached here.

                                Hi,
                                I was trying to book bus tickets on MMT app.

                                Booking bus operator: Prasanna Purple Grand
                                From: Khamgaon
                                To: Pune
                                Date: 29/07/2022

                                At first amount deducted and I was asked to wait for 10-15 minutes reflect the status in MMT app. But after several hours as well the booking was not shown in app and hence tried booking again but again the same problem was faced. So I charged twice but booking was not done and is not visible to me on the app.

                                I am attaching the screenshot for your reference.
                                Also attached both the transactions.
                                I am not able to raise any complaint with Make my trip on any platform as booking is not shown there and booking Id is not presented to me.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  This is regarding a trip which I have booked through mmt with an executive's help who insisted on booking it from her with the lieu that she can help me directly me directly for any issues I face with the trip. Now the trip has already started from today and I still don't have any details about my relationship officer even after asking, pinging, emailing and calling the executives many times. My parents are elderly and I wanted them to have a hassle free trip. Moreover they have not even provided me an updated holiday voucher after asking the changes incorporated since 15th July.
                                  Very poor and bad performance by MMT executives.

                                    I have booked two tickets from Ahmedabad to nashik for 27 th July (by indani travels - the bus operator) but have not received the tickets as it says, need to wait for 15 minutes as they are confirming with the bus operator but it's been hours, i have not received the tickets and when I called the bus operator on my own, they said they have not received any such request. My amount has been deducted twice. And no hint is shown any where in the app, i have the bank receipt as parent was done by UPI and also the screenshot

                                      I booked 2 rooms in Hotel B coral, pudicherry on 26th july, 2022 for night stay. When I called MakeMyTrip customer care to confirm my booking a guy named Raghu said my booking was completed and I could check in into rooms.

                                      When I went to hotel and asked for rooms the hotel management said they have cancelled their contracts with oyo and MakeMyTrip, and they won't be able to provide rooms for us.

                                      When I called customer care they said they will contact me and provide me a solution for this issue but they had not made any form of contact beside a mail saying " We are not able to contact you with your registered mobile number".

                                      Please help me resolve my issue and provide me a refund.

                                        On Monday July 25. 2022, I booked 2 bus tickets (Delhi - Nainital) on MMT app for which the payment (Rs 3030.90/-) was successful but I don't see any bookings (not even unsuccessful). Attached here is a screenshot from my Credit card statement showing the above mentioned payment.

                                        Now that there isn't any mention of a booking on the app, I am not able to chat/call with the customer care support because first they need me to select the booking which isn't there in the first place.

                                        I would like a refund for the same. Let me know if you need more details from my side.
