Very disappointed customer service as we have booked a flight on 7 July 2022,
But due to some technical issues ticket was initially shown as unsuccessful in MMT aap.
Payment transactions was successful done on 07 July 2022 at 11:38 pm.
Initially on app it was shown that payment will be refunded after 2-3 days, we have also raised query after 4-5 days as it is not refunded till now
& now this MMT app is stop showing that unsuccessful trip
Tried via call but no response.
Money not refunded yet.

                Refund delay

                I booked my tickets and then I received a mail saying that my booking is unsuccessful and they will refund the money in 2-3 business days and I haven’t still received it!...

                I have made a booking for 16Th July in Hotel Aditya Palace (Booking Id: NH[protected], PNR: [protected]) and when I reached to property, the staff denied to give accommodation. I contacted to MMT customer care and they have arranged another hotel which was White House Residency (Booking Id: NH[protected], PNR: [protected]). I asked to the customer care to confirm whether it is guest house or hotel and they confirmed that the property is hotel. The booking conformation was sent to me and when I reached to the property again the owner refused to give a room saying that he has not received any booking from mmt, and claimed that he is not using any online platform for booking. I tried to contact mmt customer care but connection was not established due to their poor working algorithms. My call was disconnected again and again after an audio message which was asking me to use mmt app for faster resolution and I proceed to the app and a support request was generated but has not been entertained since today. I am unable to make any communication to mmt. The conditions forced me to take hotel with paying thrice the price in which I booked. I had to pay for unnecessary travel which was caused by mmt and their partner hotels. During the entire scenario, I realized that both properties were actually not hotels but they were PG on monthly basis and they were making people fool. I am also surprised that the mmt had deleted the booking details of Hotel Aditya palace from my mmt account, although the WhatsApp message sent to me by mmt is still in my phone. I request you to take strong action against both the properties and mmt for such inconvenience caused to me. I had to face mental and economical toucher during the entire incident and want the reimbursements of my economical as well as mental pressure.

                  Hi I booked two tickets from make my trip.com from sealdah to durgapur on 16 July 22 through UPI and the transaction was successful but during the time of irctc account verification i forgot my password and the site then timeout and it was not able to generate tickets for me and the money got deducted and it has been 2 day that I did not get any refund from MakeMyTrip.com pls help me

                    I have purchased TripMoney Forex Card from MMT.
                    I have added 2000RS into card and also activated the card.
                    According to Benefits of card i should receive
                    MMT BLACK activation link.
                    But after sending many mails i did not get anu resolution from the MMT.
                    They are even not replaying of my emails.
                    And also there is no any facility to contact and talk with customer care agent.
                    I am feeling this is fraud or scam.

                        Its been so unprofessional and worst service i have ever seen. Once the trip is completed, they donot receive our calls nor reply on emails. We need to receive refund for the activities cancelled from Makemytrip side and now they are absconding.

                          I did a booking on 28 June for a flight. The mode was the ZESTMONEY ICICI Cardless EMI option. The booking failed. ICICI messaged me that the EMI amount 7688Rs is disbursed. Today I got the letter from ICICI with the loan active status. I spoke with ICICI customer care they mentioned that the reverse transaction and the intimation have not been provided by MakeMyTrip.

                          While calling on the MakeMyTrip given numbers, none of them is resolving my query. I see no official mail id for them. Now they have also removed the failed booking from the unsuccessful Tab. I still have the screenshot of the failed booking. I see no confirmation on the refund. The refund tracking request is now gone from their page as well. This is Fraud.

                              Refund money not credited to my bank account from make my trip wallet. But make my trip is showing that the refund amount credited to my bank account.                                   I am traveling in Royal Chintamani travels from Pune to Deulgaon Raja on 14 June 22, 10.30 pm. My seat is 18 L which is complete wet. The codriver has put one extra bedsheet on it and saying to sit and they can't do anything. No other vacant seats are available for replacement. Now i am sitting here on wet seat my cloths are also been wet by now. You people are playing with customers lives and this is a fraud to customer. If I get sick due to this i will file a complaint against the mmt and royal chintamani.
                                  I just want my full ticket refund atleast for this. And stop this fraud with passengers .

                                    I booked a Bus to tarvel, Delhi to Jaunpur(UP) for one of my workers to travel on 23rd June 2022, booking was made through MMT, details as under :
                                    However my worker did board the bus, but the bus developed a snag and all the passengers were asked to de-board and look for another bus.
                                    My worker was told that the refund will be processed in 3 working days, i contacted Safar Express, and was given the number of one Sohail, Ph: [protected], and was told that he'd look into the refund, upon calling him i was asked to send the copy of invoice, which i did (26th June 2022), since that day, that guy HAS STOPPED TAKING CALLS OR ANSWERING TO WHATSAPP.
                                    I contacted SAFAR EXPRESS again today @[protected], and told about the bus being cancelled and no refund till date, THEY VERY RUDELY RESPONDED WITH - MMT SE BOOKING KARWAYI HAI, UNHI SE PAISA MAANGO, AND BANGED THE PHONE.

                                    I would like to have the complete refund since we didnt avail the services and also would like MMT to look into the kind of vendors they are hiring to provide services.
