    Dear,
    Make My Trip
    Today's date is 26 July 2022 (Tuesday), when I am writting this compliant I want to tell you that yesterday on 25 July 2022 (Monday) at around the time of 16:55 pm to 17:05 pm I booked a bus/travels namely "Global travels" for Wednesday (27 July 2022) which has departure time of 8:30 from Pune (I wanted to go from Pune to Nagpur for my exam). I booked the bus from your official application after the verification of my mobile number and email id. And after selection process of seat. I entered the name, age and gender. Then I proceeded to the payment option I selected Phonepe and paid the required amount totalling of Rs. 910/- after the successful payment my money also got deducted from my bank account. I also have the payment receipt in Make My Trip application. I didn't even received the ticket on my mobile number and not even on my email account. I checked the application for booking section and the booking didn't even appeared there. And after acknowledgement of this thing I looked for your customer care and in application I didn't got their support because the system said that "You don't have any active bookings right now" even after I booked the bus right 1 hour before or so.
    After that I made a call to customer care the bot voice said to click 1 for booking related queries and I pressed 1 after that bot said that "There is no bookings for this number" and asked me to tell her an alternate number which I would have entered at the time of booking. I didn't even entered any alternate number for the booking. So, I entered the same number and gave the bot OTP for which it asked, for verification in the hope to get some positive response and get me connected to any official member of Make My Trip. But it again said that my mobile number didn't had any bookings and again asked for the alternate number and OTP and again said that my number didn't have any bookings.
    I again looked for the bus chart of 27 July 2022 and the seat which I had selected for myself that was selectable again which should not be working that way, right. If the booking is done and payment is made.
    You might tell me that it might be an glitch or malfunction of application. Yes, I thought that too and so I waited, and even after full 24 hrs and plus 4 more hours I still haven't received my ticket on my number or email id.
    The application of Make My Trip also got an update today (26 July 2022) and I updated my application too thinking that it might resolve my problem but still it didn't showed the booking that I did on 25 July 2022. And my money is still with You. I again tried to call customer care today (26 July 2022) but again got same response form that bot.
    Now,
    Please I want you to look into the matter quickly, and refund my full money back to me or send me the ticket before the time goes out of the booking I told you above.
    And please reply quickly on this mail to me this email id might have fancy name but this is the email id I got verified for my Make My Trip application, And this is my working email id and I am serious about this.
    So, kindly hurry tomorrow's date is 27 July 2022.
    Please contact me as soon as possible.Most possible way please refund my money back.

      Hi

      We had booked an international flight ticket through MMT. The flight was rescheduled by the airlines and so was eligible for full refund, since we had to cancel the flight due to changes made by the airlines. The airlines confirmed on email that the flight is eligible for full refund, but MMT has not processed the full refund for over 6 months now. They have processed a really small amount so far. We have been actively trying to talk to the MMT refund team which is not helping us with the refund as well.

        This is regarding the bus ticket booking which I made on 25.07.2022 at 2 pm today from Vijayawada to Puducherry in orange tours and travels via make my trip mobile app. Whereas the seat number L8 & L9 was blocked and proceeded for payment of Rs. 3033 for 2 tickets and payment was made via phonepe app. The payment shows successful, but the ticket booking was not done. Even i tried to get cancelled notice but I can't get even that too. Hereby i am attached the proof of payment for the same. Kindly do the needful and refund the amount as soon as possible.

          I was charged for my bus booking, thought that the first booking was failed (it was showing confirming ticket with bus operator, however no booking information was received) so I booked the same seat again, but again I was charged but didn't get any confirmation or any sort of communication from makemytrip. I request an immediate refund.

            On 25/07/22 I booked two bus tickets from Pune to Dombivali (Pink bus- Neeta tours) for 27/07/22 through Make My Trip (MMT) website... My payment through credit card was successful but at the same time I received message from MMT that their server is down...Hence I didn't receive tickets nor the booking Id...Now without ticket booking id I can't raise a complaint on their customer care.
            I request MMT to refund ₹1011 to my mode of payment immediately.

              My flight from India to Manila via Bangkok which was scheduled to be depart on Feb 8th.
              However Airlines cancelled the flight and Makemy trip says they requested a refund from airlines . now, its been 6 months and there is no refund yet.

                I booked a bus ticket from Nagpur to Aurangabad for date 26/07/2022 of Humsafar travels and I paid the required amount but still I didn't get my bus ticket on mail or on my contact number nor I get any of refund amount in my bank account.

                  On 25/7/2022 i booked ticket for khurana travels through MMT from Nagpur to Nanded. I did the transaction twice after1 hr interval through my credit card. Both time money deducted but ticket not booked. Please resolve the problem and refund my money

                    We received the message from United Airline about cancellation of Delhi - Chicago flight, whichi forced us to cancel the complete booking. Cancelled ticked and raised the refund claim, It keeps updating various status but refund is still not received.

                    I keep getting various repititive updates against my Refund request, last update was on 20-June, Awaiting refund from Airline,

                      I just booked a seat in "Global travels" from my make my trip app and the online transaction went smoothly my money also got deducted from my bank account but why didn't I recieved a message or a email about booking of a seat or finalised ticket.
                      And if not then why did the transaction deducted my money.

                      I want you to reply this as soon as possible plz...

                        I had booked bus ticket from Mumbai to Bangalore from makey trip application.
                        I had dont the payment successfully from google pay ..but i did not recieve any confirmation email or a msg ...or even a notification about the bookings..and they are showing that no bookings are made

                          My flight was cancelled by the airlines and i have not received any refund on my Makemytrip account so far its been almost more than 2 month now waiting .
                          Even after cancellation and claiming for refund it still says -Your refund application for 4DY7ML sent to Alliance air is still pending approval. As per the airline, delay is due to limited staffing during these unprecedented times.

                          Once they process the refund, it will be auto-credited to you.

                          Kindly look into this refund case as soon as possible. I am tired of waiting for the refund now and it is pissing me off to ever book again from Makemytrip now .

                                I Booked a flight through Make my trip (Feb 13, 2020) before the pandemic. Due to the international travel ban, the flights were canceled and I was intimated in Dec that flight has been canceled on Dec 11, 2020 and it will take 60 days for refund and I provided by bank details but I have been waiting till now. Each time the SLA is breached the ticket is closed by the MMT team and new number is generated

                                Over a period of now more than 2 years I have been following up with makemytrip and even with the airline but each time I'm give a new time period for refund and a new reference/complaint number

                                  This has reference to my very bad experience with Make my trip.
                                  1. w.r.t booking number NN2C0OBTN0RGEXNC5741, I was supposed to travel on 4 July 2022 from DEL-ADDS-LAGOS which I had requested for Date change to 18 July 2022 and Pooja Verma had attended to me (on 29 June2022) and confirmed me change has been done and sent me a payment link and I paid for the same.
                                  2. To my surprise I was still getting Travel alerts for 04 July 2022 travel. I had called up Make my trip call center and checked regarding the same. I was told my travel date has not been changed, which came as a surprise. I asked them to keep my ticket open as I was told the difference in fares is not showing up and I should contact them after 3 to 4 days.
                                  3. Meanwhile I got a call from My friend whose ticket was booked by me. His booking reference number NN25WVXG2S2VCEL67723, was supposed to travel from Lagos-ADDS-DEL on 4 July 2022 i.e his ticket has been changed from 4 July to 18 July 2022. He had to go through harassment at Lagos Airport and had to pay for date change to travel on 4 July 2022. What became clear in my mind is Pooja Verma had changed his ticket on me repeatedly telling her about my PNR i.e AWWNLQ for which date change has to be done. Call records can be pulled out to verify the same.
                                  4. On 8 July 2022 I called up Make my trip and requested for the same date change to 18 July 2022 for my ticket i.e DEL_ADDS_LAGOS. I was sent a payment link this time by Nita Ghosh . I made the payment and a confirmed ticket was sent to me .
                                  5. On 16 July 2022 onwards I was trying to do my Web check in for the same but failed, on calling up Make my trip call center they said they will get back to me but no one called back.
                                  7. My horrible experience with Make my trip never ended, this time at the airport Ethiopian Airlines had to say they have not received any payment from Make my trip towards the date changed.Again I had to pay for date change and No Show charges.
                                  8. I wanted a full enquiry of above set of events and how are you people going to compensate me for mental torture and financial losses which I had gone through and get back to me ASAP .
                                  9. I am out of India in LAGOS and can be reached on my Local number +234 [protected] .

                                    Hi,

                                    I have been using make my trip ICICI card, for past 1 year
                                    and when I contacted ICICI customer care, they told me that they have been transferring my rewards to make my trip wallet, but when I checked my wallet balance was showing as 0.

                                    When I tried reaching make my trip customer care, the automated voice ask to enter 6 digit of my card, and as soon as I enter, call gets disconnected.
                                    I have tried more than 20 times, and this is getting worse.

                                    Please respond and resolve the same ASAP.

                                      I'm Pratiksha Singru.

                                      I recently graduated from medical school. I was in Guyana, South America, studying.

                                      On March 21, 2020, I had a flight with British Airways that I had reserved through Make My Trip, a reputable travel agency. My booking id is NN[protected]. However, due to COVID, I was unable to fly. On March 20, 2020, I received an email from British Airways informing me that the flight had been cancelled. When I contacted British Airways after that, they advised me to contact the agent through whom I had purchased the ticket. When I contacted MakeMyTrip, they informed me that the flight could not be refunded in full. There is only one date change option available. Because the United Kingdom closed its borders during COVID, I had to book my flight back to India through the Indian high commission in its place. After that, I tried contacting them several times to double-check, but MakeMyTrip was not responding properly. They were always emailing me and saying that they had raised the query and that it would take 15-20 working days to hear back from the airlines. I'm back in the country, and as a student, I have no plans to leave the country after this degree programme because I intend to stay in India. I called, texted, and emailed MakeMyTrip every day before the deadline, but they wanted to look into the same issue. Time and time again, I informed them that the due date was approaching. Please let me know what is going on in my case or give me a refund because the amount is not insignificant. After April 30, customer service called and told me there was nothing we could do. Is this how any company operates? I am a middle-class person who took out a loan to further my education. 1 rupee is also significant to us. The amount was 78091 rupees.

                                      I hope you understand my issue and will do your best to resolve it as soon as possible. I've attached screenshots of the Makemytrip and British Airways emails. I'm hoping you'll be able to find a solution. Your cooperation and assistance are greatly appreciated. Thank you incredibly much.

                                        Booking Id NL[protected] The holiday package for my family of four, discussed by MakeMyTrip is different from what was finally provided to me after the payment is made. The itinerary for which i paid is not visited. How is it possible. The tickets, pickup and drop points are different from what was promised to me. The return bus ticket is booked by MakeMyTrip from Munnar to cheenai and i am being dropped at Kochi. On enquiry I am asked to make my own arrangement to reach Munnar for boarding the return bus. The entire package for 3N including the bus return tickets were done by MakeMyTrip. Instead of booking the return ticket from Kochi to Cheenai, the ticket is booked from Munnar to Chennai but i am being dropped at Kochi only.
