We had booked a holiday package in Thailand from Makemytrip (booking ID - NL[protected]. However, due to the onset of Covid-19, the trip was cancelled by the provider (Makemytrip) and we were told that the booking amount will be made available as credit shell for future use. The amount corresponded to Rs 12000.
However, the mail ID and the mobile number was lost and we had informed the same to Makemytrip as well as the consultant (Jasmine Bhatia, phone - [protected]) immediately and asked for the credit shell to be transferred to the new MMT ID that we created.
It has been more than a year of following up but we still haven't received the same, in spite of repeated assurances from Jasmine and MMT customer care executives. This is plain and simple harrasment. All I am asking for is access to money that is mine, in order to book alternate services in MMT, I am not even requesting for a cash refund but still the attitude and response from MMT has been pathetic.
MakeMyTrip India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
