We are mainly going to Dubai to see EXPO, MMT (Make my Trip) executive name called Jagruthi booked my tickets saying EXPO available on April 6th 2022 but after booking. But EXPO not available on April 06th 2022.

If MMT Executive informed me while booking the tickets about EXPO is not available definitely I have not booked my tickets with this much huge price.
Even it MMT server system mistake for accepting EXPO tickets after march 31 2022.

Even if I have booked online without consulting any of your MMT Executive I will accept it is my fault.

I have approached MMT executive name called Jagruthi. To book tickets for dubai she supposed to confirm EXPO is not available. even i have not mentioned any specific dates also. if she had booked tickets before 31st march 2022 i definitely accepted.
We are mainly going to dubai to see EXPO only. I don’t know what package she booked for us
General Package or Exclusive EXPO package.
We have taken 6N package, how ever we are going mainly to see EXPO we would like cover other activities also.
But we have already covered other activities with above mentioned earlier package NL[protected].

We thought one time with your side to see EXPO last 2 days we have not selected any activities because we would like to go to EXPO again by our own.

Coming to the point If MMT executive given information about EXPO is not available on April 6th we are not ready to book this tickets. And if Sever system also not accepted EXPO tickets to book April 6th we will inform MMT Executive not to book any tickets for dubai.

Both sides it MMT mistake only. If I have seen all the other activities for 60K for 2 persons (Previous booking with MMT :NL[protected].) Why will I go for 120000 without EXPO.

On that time when Jagruthi booked my tickets till today I have approached so many people to get some help.

Even i requested Jagruthi madam also to arrange call from her supervisor. i requested multiple times but she refused.

Even I only confirmed to Jagruthi madam about EXPO is not available after 31st March 2022. While checking internet. Because my frinds also want to join this trip so they have checked and confirmed me about EXPO.

Accidentally some of friends also want to join to see EXPO after my booking done. They have searched in google till what time that EXPO is available, we came to know that EXPO available till 31st march 2022. We immediately called to Jagruthi and confirmed that EXPO is going to end on 31st March 2022. (after completion of my booking half an hour only I confirmed that about EXPO Ending Date)

Jagruthi said she will confirm and let me know later

She called me and said after 2 days about EXPO is not available she will return that EXPO ticket money.

We are mainly going to see only EXPO what is the use giving EXPO money.

Even I tried to go little earlier ( before 31st) to see EXPO but your MMT executive said it is not possible.


I trusted blindly make my trip people because of my earlier relationship.

Even I have referred so many other people to go with only Make my trip.

Please look in to it and do the needful.

      I have booked flight tickets on 27.03.2022. Total amount was Rs.40307 which includes flight ticket charges + reliance insurance + covid care health insurance. Total amount debited to me was of Rs. 40307. HOWEVER Invoice provided is of Rs. 36255 only and in this invoice, covid care health insurance of Rs.4052 is not provided to me. but the money is debited. This is clearly a fraud as money is being debited without providing services. Also, there customer care number and email are not responding. There customer care number are totally IVR based and i am not able to speak to them. No email contacts details provided by them.

        I, Vividh Sekhani, have been following up since 3rd March and still MakeMyTrip has not reverted back.

        On 3rd March 2022, I called up- the customer care twice and asked if there is any issue with my flight to Jodhpur on 5th March but both executives said the PNR Z2PVB is valid.
        On 4th March 2022, I called up MakeMyTrip customer care again after confirming with AirIndia and then Mansi Thapa said the PNR is cancelled, without any knowledge to me or information, and I have to book another flight. She assured me she will do a call trace and revert back within 48 hours.

        As 5th March Flight was for approximately Rs.11, 000 per person I had to fly top jodhpur on 4th March itself which costed me Rs.11, 735 for 2 people, and Rs. 5, 000 for extra baggage as I had to travel Indigo, and Hotel stay for 4th night for Rs.5, 600.

        Similarly, the return flight on 7th March was also canceled as it was the same PNR and I had to fly on 9th March which costed me Rs. 5, 404 and additional 2 days stay Rs. 15, 194.

        After continuous and multiple following up with MakeMyTrip, a higher executive Mr. Aman Kumar Jha on 9th March told me he will get back to me within 48 hours.
        But again, No response from MakeMyTrip so I had emailed them again on 15th March so another higher executive Mr. Nishant called me and said he will check and revert within 1-2 hours on 16th March.

        On 24th March, Anjali Khowala mailed me assuring that I will get a callback within 24-48 hours but i have mailed MakeMyTrip twice after that but no response.

        They say the call trace is going on since 20 days.
        I want a compensation of Rs 42, 933 for the costs I incurred and additional Rs.1, 00, 000 for the time in following up and and harassment from MakeMyTrip.

          My booking was cancelled by Make-my-trip after one hour of the departure time booked. I had raised a query in this regards and asked for compensation amount of Rs.2000 (compensation) + 2000 ( paid as advance for the booking). The compensation what i was claiming was due the advance amount which I had paid to the hotel in Alappuzha, which is not refundable since the trip was cancelled because of cab cancellation by Make-my-trip without prior information. In my previous trip which i booked in Make-my-trip was cancelled by me before 30 min of the departure time and for which they had deducted the advance amount which i had paid. Hence considering the same in this case it is Make-my_trip responsibility to provide compensation amount, since they had cancelled the trip after one hour of the departure time after my enquiry only.

          The trip cancellation was not informed prior to the journey and it was informed one hour after the journey, that also after my enquiry only.

          I raised this issue on 26.03.2022 and it was informed from Makemytrip coustomer care that issue is raised to the higher authorities and they will contact your. I got this reply for past two days and till now i didn't receive any call from higher authorities. From yesterday i couldn't contact the customer care also and in my app it was showing that my cba trip was completed which was cancelled by the Makemytrip.

            Hi, I had booked a cab on 27/03/2022 from Matheran to Mumbai. I got the details of driver so i called the driver at 3:30 pm to ask whn he will reach to the pick up point the driver said he will be 3 hours late to pick me from the pickup point cauz he was around 350 kms away from pickup point, So i complaint to MakeMyTrip customer service they said their are no other cab option for us and i was stuck in matheran i spoke around 2 hours with the customer service executive but they didn't provided any solution so at the end they said they will compensate some ex amount and they will call me back with 24 to 48 hrs but still today is 29/03/2022 no response from them and also the amount which i paid for booking is waist.
            And i had done this booking via voucher when i asked them will i get my voucher back they said we are not sure that i vl get the voucher back i don't understand i[censored] guys dont want us to use the voucher then y u give us voucher.
            MakeMyTrip provide really worse service i swear i would never recommend anyone.
            And whn i m trying to connect to customer support for the same i m unable to connect i don't know y the hell customer care number guys had provided. I m seriously irritated and also on my app the trip is showing done which i didn't used the service.. Rlly worse service

                  My flight was on 24th march. I've cancelled my flight on 20th March. As per Flexi pay policy flight cancelled before three days of departure are supposed to get full refund. But i didn't get any refund. Tried to call MakeMyTrip many times. But the response was negative. Detailed Screenshot attached. Please do necessary.

                    Date of Travel: 27/02/2022. Invoice No: M06BS[protected]
                    Ticket Amount: ₹454.50
                    On above date, during travel from Dapoli to Pune, the bus broke down in a remote location in Tamhini Ghat during late night hours.
                    Passengers were asked to de-board. No alternative was made available to the passengers who were stranded in the remote location. Telephone calls to the office were un-answered. Driver could offer no solution.
                    Finally after waitng on the road-side for 1.5 hours, the passenger Madhukar Yannawar, along with a few others, could request a passing vehicle to give him a lift to Pune after paying ₹100/-. He could reach Pune after a harrowing journey only by 2:00 am on 28th Feb.
                    This was shocking indeed and the least compensation required is by an immmediate full refund of ₹454.50 + ₹ 100.00 = ₹554.50.
                    I had already complained about this journey on the company feedback sheet and am surprised that there has been no response at all..

                      I booked 2 tickets for travel from Delhi - Los Angeles on Finnair through MakeMyTrip. The airline has rescheduled its flight by 48 hours which is not suitable to me hence I requested for a cancellation but the response from make my trip is vague. Even the customer care has no reply and seem to be just sitting there with no knowledge and no responsibility for any action . I want to book new tickets for another flight but my money is still stuck as I have not got any response

                        The airline has cancelled above mentioned flight and MakeMyTrip.com has intimated me accordingly under their Reference No.[protected]. I have called up MakeMyTrip.com customer care to take the case forward on 21st Feb 2022 and they have confirmed that the airline has cancelled the flight and my booking is eligible for full refund. They have placed the cancellation request by themselves on call. I have received the email confirmation to that effect enclosed herewith for the ease of your reference. As per the refund policy also if the airline has cancelled the flight, I am eligible for my full refund. They have confirmed that the refund will be affected between March 18 to 23rd 2022. I have not received the refund even after repeatedly reminding and requesting for updates. On 25th March 2022 on my yet another reminder, MakeMyTrip has sent me a WhatsApp message stating that there is no refund applicable on my booking. I have raised the discrepancy showing on their website details several times with no resort. They have not resolved any of my issues. It’s huge amount and they can’t just send such an irresponsible way of reverting to my reminders. After that I have tried to call from my registered mobile number, and they have abruptly disconnected my call without transferring the call to a customer care personnel. I can prove all of these with evidentiary proof.

                          Hi,

                          My booking id is NF26JRI24UJF50LB9237, DEL To MUMBAI (31st March 2022). I want to change the flight date to 1st April 2022 ( same flight at 14:20 PM (departture) -16:30 PM (arrival). I am not able to update this on mmt website; post selecting date and desired flight, the page goes blank.

                              We have booked 2 double deluxe ac rooms in Surabhi Agro resort, Ratnagiri for 1 day (Sat, 19 March 2022) on 19.03.2022 at around 7.30 am through Make My Trip India. And we have received the booking confirmation by email and SMS from Make my Trip India. After getting confirmation we all four adults along with two small kids started our journey to Ratnagiri by car. After around 7-8 hours journey we reached the Hotel around 6.40 pm. At the hotel site we have not been allowed to check in as there were no such booking as per the hotel staff. Then we made many calls to make my trip helpline to resolve the issue and requested them to arrange other property as we were facing very difficulties there outside the road in very remote area to market. after continuous request for around one hour we have told by the make my trip helpline staff that they can only do the refunds and cant do any alternate arrangements as that day almost all hotels were fully occupied. The make my trip India left us alone in the late evening hours in unknown place even after our continuous request that we had small kids and ladies with us.
                              After this we tried at our own level to find the hotel and we contacted and visited 8-10 hotels in whole town and hotels nearby the town but due to continuous holiday there were so much rush in the area and all hotels were fully occupied and we were not able to get any single occupancy. After 3-4 hours of being helpless, we again requested the make my trip India around 10 pm but again we did not get any occupancy for stay in the night.
                              we faced very difficulties along with the ladies and kids in unknown place.
                              We found that we were cheated by make my trip India as they have confirmed us the booking without confirming the same from hotel. We are attaching herewith some snapshots of SMS and emails for your reference.
                              Requesting to take strict action against the Make my trip India.

                                Refund for Cab Booking

                                I booked a cab service in Bangalore for 3 days with booking ID: NC[protected]. They outsourced it to some other company which further outsourced it to another company. When the cab arrived, I noticed the cab number and driver is different, I didn't feel safe so called the MMT customer support, the customer service rep assured me that it is okay to take the cab and since this is a mistake from their side they will refund INR 960 within...

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                                    Greetings.
                                    With reference to refund asked for full amount without deductions is justified in succeeding paragraphs:-(a) Till last date as on 18th Mar 2022, Make My Trip was reflecting as under:-
                                    (1) Date of travel-26 Mar2022.
                                    (2) Date change before 23 Mar
                                    No charges.
                                    ( b)When effort was made to put change of date due to Medical Problems with my wife, it was intimated that the above ticket stands cancelled, and the refund will be given after deduction of Rs 7200/-
                                    (c)This is not understandable at all.
                                    Without intimation to us ticket was cancelled &simultaneously reflecting in Make My Trip page change acceptable without charges.
                                    In view of aforementioned facts onus of this irregularity lies on Make My Trip Organisation in collusion with Indigo Airlines.
                                    Besides the above, customer is totally left in dark about the fact of cancellation of date of travel i.e 26 Mar 2022.
                                    Financial loss in the form of deduction of Rs 7200/- is also a great jolt to us.
                                    It is my submission that without making any deduction, full refund be accorded at the earliest.
                                    Hoping to get a positive response from your side.

                                      I booked the tickets to London timing was early morning 4 am 9th of April but timing has been changed to 12.15 pm with my concern, as I plan accordingly by booking a cab from London to my destination I'm already loosing my money I'm trying to contact them from last 10days but nothing in response
                                      I'm requesting them to change my flight date since I can afford more for cab as my friend is available on later dates
                                      Please register complaint as soon as possible against them
