I had booked bus ticket on dated 11.03.2022. While the message came in my mobile. But when I got settled, I was told that there is no booking in the bus. Due to which the amount was also deducted from my account. Now what is the easy way so that I can get the amount back?

    We had booked a holiday package in Thailand from Makemytrip (booking ID - NL[protected]. However, due to the onset of Covid-19, the trip was cancelled by the provider (Makemytrip) and we were told that the booking amount will be made available as credit shell for future use. The amount corresponded to Rs 12000.

    However, the mail ID and the mobile number was lost and we had informed the same to Makemytrip as well as the consultant (Jasmine Bhatia, phone - [protected]) immediately and asked for the credit shell to be transferred to the new MMT ID that we created.

    It has been more than a year of following up but we still haven't received the same, in spite of repeated assurances from Jasmine and MMT customer care executives. This is plain and simple harrasment. All I am asking for is access to money that is mine, in order to book alternate services in MMT, I am not even requesting for a cash refund but still the attitude and response from MMT has been pathetic.

      Booking id : NH[protected]
      This is regarding the loss i faced only due to irresponsible response from MMT.
      I am a member of MMTBlack exclusive.
      I booked 2 rooms in a hotel from 11 to 13 Mar and paid the whole amount. Due a medical emergency i was unable to travel and informed this matter to MMT customer care on one day prior to check-in, accurately on 10 mar @ 1400 hrs. Got a reply that they will contact the hotel for any provision of refund and will get back to me accordingly. Further assured me a resolution within 24 hrs. After many hours passed I didnt got any response from customer care. I made multiple calls on that day. Every time, the reply was " we are unable to contact the hotel". Even after 24 hrs i didn't received any call from customer care. Then i tried to contact the hotel directly in my own way. Luckly they were very cooperative and agreed for refund for only 1 day as check in time already passed for the another day.
      From above it is evident the MMT team doesnt have even the correct contact no of hotel nor interested to make any resolution. Due to their inefficiency only i lost my money. MMT must make good for my loss which happened due to mismanagement.

          In Dec'2019 I planned for a UK holiday trip from my parents with MMT for which they had asked relevant documents for verification. We were asked to courier the passports and documents to the below Visa office address.

          However we didn't courier the documents as my father personally visited the office in Feb'2020 in the above address, with all the documents and passports of himself and my mother for verification. Their they kept the passports for further verification and they said it to return back via courier once the process completes.

          Due to COVID lockdowns across globe the trip was cancelled but my parents passports were not returned by the MMT Visa office. I reminded this to our trip coordinator from MMT shruti.[protected]@makemytrip.in([protected]), but she said they are not finding it out in their office. Since from our end no one has gone to Kolkata or their office after Feb'2020 (when the documents were submitted), we have not collected it personally nor received any courier.
          Their given Visa contact numbers or email ids are no more working.

          Details below for reference and verification.

          I doubt if they are doing the same regularly and misusing others passport.

          I need help in tracking this and get back my parents passports.

            Hi,

            I have contacted MMT customer support several times regarding Booking Id: NN[protected]

            I was supposed to get a full refund for a cancelled flight during lockdown but never received any update regarding that. I received calls from different executives who mention that they’ll handle my case until its fully resolved. One of the executives asked me to even share my bank account statements for 2 years from Feb 2020 to Feb 2022. I did all that was asked from me but never really received a satisfactory resolution. The support team promise that they’ll get back to me within 48-72 hours but its been two years since I am hearing this. Kindly help solve the issue and provide refund for the same. I hope I won’t be asked to wait for another 24-48-72 hours again.

              I am Suchika Naithani, My flight dated 26th April 2019 was cancelled by Jet Airways saying that MMT will refund the amount but I have not got the refund of ₹6, 251 yet.
              After so many rounds of follow-up with both Make my trip and Jet-airways, I haven't got my refund back.

                  My old mobile number is deactivated as I've moved out of the country. Now I want to log back into my account to change some bookings I made previously. MMT keeps sending an OTP for logging in to my old number. The customer care number doesn't have an option of speaking to someone. I'm just so frustrated. PLEASE URGENTLY CHANGE MY MOBILE NUMBER!

                      Overdue by 3 days and yet the via application status says the application will be submitted by 7th March(3 days ago). What is worse, absolutely no way of contacting these creatures. no emails, no phone number that doesn't bounce the calls off and no chat that doesn't keep just keep bouncing you back to booking page. this company has no moral ground to keep operating. The refund docks 600 Rs as convenience fee- what is this convenience fee- a fee a fraudster takes from an honest customer for a fault that is not his?

                          Dear team,
                          this is very shameful customer service from MakeMyTrip side .
                          I have booked a hotel but by mistake I have mentioned wrong date . So I call for customer service for change my booked date or give refunds they say sorry they told me this is oyo hotel if they change so we will . Same told by oyo team when I call you oyo help line .
                          Both are blaming others company.
                          What kind of service they providing .
                          I am also known any policy break for customers .

                            I had booked a journey from Srinagar to Pune for travel date 9th June 2020. The flight was cancelled due to covid and I got message from MakeMytrip that the airline company has already provided the refund which I can use for other bookings until 31st Mar 2022.
                            Firstly there is no option provided on Makemytrip website for reschedule of the flight. After calling the support system, they have been just saying that the backend team working on it and providing 48hrs of resolution time frame. It has been 8 days now and no resolution has been provided yet. Even now after I called, they asked more 48hrs for the resolution.
                            Until this whole time I did not get a single call/email from them about the status of the request and I have already contacted them atleast 4 times to check the status of the request and still no resolution.

                            The PNR number for original flight booking was TEVB2N.
                            I need to book flight tickets for the journey end of Mar 2022 and due to constant delays the flight prices are increasing day by day which is a potential burden on my end.

                                Lock Price and Pay Later Feature

                                Hello Ma'am/Sir,
                                I was trying to use the feature "Lock Price and Pay Later" on your website, and I got to know from my friend is that the price paid during "locking the price" is adjusted with the full amount paid under the booking period.                                 _ My booking from PNR RE8T9D Srinagar to Dubai was cancelled by your staff without my permission. I had merely called to check the cancellation charges. After a while the staff calls me to tell me that he went ahead and cancelled my booking. Now I will have to rebook the ticket and pay the fare difference and the convenience fee. I don’t even know how much is the refund amount. All this because of your staff’s mistake. Is there no control mechanism in place in ur company? Why should I be penalized because your staff doesn’t follow policy and procedures.

                                  The booking ID - NH[protected] was not made through my account. My email ID was used only for receiving the booking confirmation. However, the booking has been subsequently cancelled. However, the booking is showing on my account. Either delete this booking or delete my account associated with email ID [protected]@hotmail.com

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  I have got two very short missed calls from make my trip today. Also, I received two emails from Savita Kumari saying the schedule for my flights have been rescheduled and they tried reaching me on my mobile number multiple times, but I didn't pick up the calls. The interesting point is, it's mentioned in the mail that if I don't acknowledge the new schedule for the flight, they will initiate a refund. That is very disappointing from such a reputed travel agency to give missed calls, to show that they have called me.
