My airlines, GoFirst, called me to confirm on 15th March that full refund of my flight tickets to Amritsar from Kolkata and return will be provided. Travel dates - 25th and 27th March 2022. I have received email from GoFirst about refund being processed to MakeMyTrip but I have not received any money. MakeMyTrip has refused to provide me refund. Order ID NF72B5XFTHWJ5B2M1444

    The flight has been cancelled and the refund if not given to me and they are charging rupees 5000 as a convenience fees..the whole trip costed 55000 which is a precious amount.tonme., they are very irresponsible and trying to cheat people by doing this technique

      I booked a ticket for oct 2021 to fly from Delhi to Pant Nagar and on the day of flight the weather was not good and flight returned back from mid way back to delhi.
      Airline gave me a written letter on letter head that i am eligible for full refund from MMT
      when we raised the case to MMT they said they will check with airline to confirm the cancelation of flight
      its been more than 5 months already and mmt has not processed my return and giving me excuses like airline is saying customer was no show or flight was operational etc.
      i have provided the latter to MMT 10s of times and still every time they ask for a proof

        I booked 2 tickets from ahmedabad to kochi on 3 rd march of which payment was done through my gpay and i cancelled that booking on 28 th feb and the cancellation amount was said to be refunded to my account with in 7 working days but till today it's not done and my status of refund is mentioned as processed but i havent received those in my account. Kindly do the needful and dont trouble people.

          Spicejet had cancelled Mumbai Srinagar flight as per Make my trip website. Hence we requested refund as per the website and booked another flight for approximately same date and time. Now Make my trip is saying the initial flight is rescheduled by the airlines so they cannot refund the entire amount.

            I was looking for a full Tour package for Dharamshala from Mumbai to back to Mumbai.

            And the first package link shared with us for payment was not working on 1st March, so we got a new one on 2nd March which is quite high due to flight fluctuations.

            So I booked the flights from Mumbai to Chandigarah by myself and informed Prachi Vaity.

            I saw the pickup & drop point is misprinted or miscommunicated as New Delhi instead of Chandigarh.

            I am trying to connect to you regarding this since Thursday, all options are not reachable.

            Kindly process my refund for the reduced KMs for Airport Transfer.

              I would like to file a complaint against Make My trip. I had booked a trip with them to Sri Lanka. I had made complete payment for trip on February 13 for Rs. 195000 with a confirmation from the seller Pratibha that Rs. 1000 will be refunded to me. Till date I have been following up with her for this and she does not pick my phone or reply to my message. In addition, when I raised the issue, she started pressurizing me that you have to pay more money.

              This is highly unprofessional attitude of the company. Please help

                Recently I locked my flight price in MMT, in the email and whatsapp messages expiry time was not communicated to me. Later in the evening my price lock got expired but company is not accepting it. They are saying they communicated expiry time to me. Upon reopening the support ticket they are calling and saying the same thing that they communicated it to me, it's really frustrating by this point of time.

                    We had ticket from Kolkata to Lucknow by Gofirst on 27th March (W81LPP). It got cancelled and was not notified before 12th March 9.45pm. The most horrible part is that alternative flight could only be made from the same airline, that too with lay over option taking more than 7hrs. We had 3 senior citizens with us and we booked return flight, hotels and all others. Make my trip representative said nothing could be done to book a direct flight from other airlines. Do your company really think an alternative of a lay-over flight from the same airline, who has already dumbed us, with senior citizens travelling is a option to grab for? Is this the facility your company advertising for? Refunding comes like a joke here when we are left with no choice.
                    I am sure your company will left with no answer or will reply "sorry for the inconvenience". I must suggest to adopt a better strategy this time; rather, the time has come.
                    I am sure I don't want to thank you...

                    Following this complaint, we got call from MMT executive who provided a voucher code on 14th March. With the help pf the executive, hen we tried to redeem the voucher at YONO Cash app on 15th March, it actually deduced Rs 20, 000 from us. Similar has been tried today on 16th March with the help of the executive and another 20, 000 Rs has got deducted. So, in the name of redeeming Rs 10, 488 upon flight cancellation, we are presently running with a loss of Rs. 40, 000. The executive is still trying!!! Is not it INSANE??? Should we complain cyber crime branch?

                      Huge Mislead.

                      It's a mislead concept while booking a outstation air transfer cab/taxi.
                      Where I had booked a transfer from Jammu airport to Katra it asks 👉🏻 per car and gives counter(-0+) numbers to select.
                      So per car is clearly common sense that how many person for per car.
                      I had to book it for my Mom and Dad i.e 2 person. And proceed for the payment and completed.
                      As like Ola/Uber when u select no. of people the fair changes, same way here also it changed i.e. amount x 2 (bcoz.2 person)
                      And later in the receipt it tells you that it is not the count for no. of person but the number of cars booked.
                      So I have booked 2 taxi for 2 person wherein I wanted 1 taxi only for 2 person count from airport to Katra.
                      I am unable to cancel 1 cab as it's not refunding my money back.
                      I want to cancel one taxi from my booking.
                      I am sending the screen shot with the booking ID which is easy for you to figure out the request I am doing.

                      Also, The booking in the App states that it's valid till 28Feb and that it's completed, which I haven't yet used. That's totally terrible. The receipt I have received says this activity for me is valid till 31st Mar, as I want to use it on 14th Mar as planned for me.

                      I had a call with customer care where no. of executives agreed that it's a mislead with words in app which have manipulated my requirement/request.
                      it's been 10-12 days now always I get to hear that sir give us 15 mins or sometime to resolve it.
                      But yet as I am writing you on 14th Mar itself early morning.
                      I had got agreed for negotiating a middle way but now it's high time.
                      Mr. Deepak also agreed the mislead through app as he is supervisor, and requested on couple of calls for negotiation, as to use 1 cab now and 1 cab with some more months extension. So I shod get 2 different receipt as split of earlier. Also on 13th I had call with them to finish this up but yet failed to do. And I had cleared that I want an email and split of receipts before 14th Mar which has not done. But now I am taking this issue bcoz today when I will request for 1 cab to be used they will forcely state that they sent 2 and then the vendor plays his card and bluff that I had requested for 2 cabs and then on airport only used 1.

                      I want to cancel 1 cab from it and should get my refund of that cab 100%.

                      I want justice on the issue and want my money as a refund.
                      Make My Trip deserves the punishment for this as I was a high user of MMT but they couldn't keep up the trust for 1 issue.

                        In regards to my cancelled flight with PRN - DHJ1YI, it has been more than a month since airlines have cancelled the flight, the Indigo people confirmed that they sent the amount to the MakeMyTrip but MakeMyTrip hasn't sent me the money in my account . Also I tried to contact MakeMyTrip many times regarding to my refund but they haven't responded to me. Even on their app they hasn't shown anything regarding to it and also I have not received any refund money in my UPI or account.

                          Issue related to refund

                          My 2 flights were rescheduled in february, one was from Delhi to Silchar and the other one was from Silchar to delhi. I have canceled my flights and asked for a refund, but I haven't received any confirmation yet about the refund status. Kindly look into it. I'm attaching the needful details for your reference.

                          I have tried several times to their customer care no but no response in refund status as there was no option in that...

                          I was book ticket from Mirzapur to Ghaziabad for travell on 7th Mar 2022, At the night bus was having some issue near Kanpur, he left us on Highway and not provide us any alternative option for travell bus operator left us in the mid of journey, I tried to complaint in MMT but no one picking up call, I Already raise ticket for support but no response get for Refund of my money, pls arrange to refund of money and take action against this bus operator, this is very irresponsible behaviour of him and I am so disappointed from MMT, this is happened 3th time with me

                            I had booked bus ticket on dated 11.03.2022. While the message came in my mobile. But when I got settled, I was told that there is no booking in the bus. Due to which the amount was also deducted from my account. Now what is the easy way so that I can get the amount back?

                              We had booked a holiday package in Thailand from Makemytrip (booking ID - NL[protected]. However, due to the onset of Covid-19, the trip was cancelled by the provider (Makemytrip) and we were told that the booking amount will be made available as credit shell for future use. The amount corresponded to Rs 12000.

                              However, the mail ID and the mobile number was lost and we had informed the same to Makemytrip as well as the consultant (Jasmine Bhatia, phone - [protected]) immediately and asked for the credit shell to be transferred to the new MMT ID that we created.

                              It has been more than a year of following up but we still haven't received the same, in spite of repeated assurances from Jasmine and MMT customer care executives. This is plain and simple harrasment. All I am asking for is access to money that is mine, in order to book alternate services in MMT, I am not even requesting for a cash refund but still the attitude and response from MMT has been pathetic.

                                This is regarding the loss i faced only due to irresponsible response from MMT.
                                I am a member of MMTBlack exclusive.
                                I booked 2 rooms in a hotel from 11 to 13 Mar and paid the whole amount. Due a medical emergency i was unable to travel and informed this matter to MMT customer care on one day prior to check-in, accurately on 10 mar @ 1400 hrs. Got a reply that they will contact the hotel for any provision of refund and will get back to me accordingly. Further assured me a resolution within 24 hrs. After many hours passed I didnt got any response from customer care. I made multiple calls on that day. Every time, the reply was " we are unable to contact the hotel". Even after 24 hrs i didn't received any call from customer care. Then i tried to contact the hotel directly in my own way. Luckly they were very cooperative and agreed for refund for only 1 day as check in time already passed for the another day.
                                From above it is evident the MMT team doesnt have even the correct contact no of hotel nor interested to make any resolution. Due to their inefficiency only i lost my money. MMT must make good for my loss which happened due to mismanagement.

                                    In Dec'2019 I planned for a UK holiday trip from my parents with MMT for which they had asked relevant documents for verification. We were asked to courier the passports and documents to the below Visa office address.

                                    However we didn't courier the documents as my father personally visited the office in Feb'2020 in the above address, with all the documents and passports of himself and my mother for verification. Their they kept the passports for further verification and they said it to return back via courier once the process completes.

                                    Due to COVID lockdowns across globe the trip was cancelled but my parents passports were not returned by the MMT Visa office. I reminded this to our trip coordinator from MMT shruti.[protected]@makemytrip.in([protected]), but she said they are not finding it out in their office. Since from our end no one has gone to Kolkata or their office after Feb'2020 (when the documents were submitted), we have not collected it personally nor received any courier.
                                    Their given Visa contact numbers or email ids are no more working.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have contacted MMT customer support several times regarding Booking Id: NN[protected]

                                      I was supposed to get a full refund for a cancelled flight during lockdown but never received any update regarding that. I received calls from different executives who mention that they’ll handle my case until its fully resolved. One of the executives asked me to even share my bank account statements for 2 years from Feb 2020 to Feb 2022. I did all that was asked from me but never really received a satisfactory resolution. The support team promise that they’ll get back to me within 48-72 hours but its been two years since I am hearing this. Kindly help solve the issue and provide refund for the same. I hope I won’t be asked to wait for another 24-48-72 hours again.
