Stupid service Will never ever book using makemytrip Fraaud people especially the customer care Mmt agent {irshad ahmed} wrongly booked I raised a complaint abt it and within a week a response came telling tracking the call they found that it was their mistake O i again requested for the call record Nothing came across for more than ten days I again and again kept on asking no response and very bad treatmentand Finally they made us pay extra as date change penalty and other costs I want my money back I m sure it is not our mistake I remember the names of every single customer care person Was this information helpful? | |||||

Makemytrip.com — Refund of Rs.30336/-
I booked Mumbai to Chennai on[protected] & Chennai to Mumbai on[protected] for 3 persons under No.P/[protected]. Rs.30336/- debited from credit card of Saraswat Bank but they cancelled & not refunded the money in the Bank a/c.Make My Trip — Seat booked for sleeper but agency is telling it is not for sleeper and S15 seat is reserved for company quota

Makemytrip.com — Refund not recieved
I made partial cancellation for booking ID NF[protected] on 20th October. I have called customer care many times and also mailed the maemytrip team but to no effect. Pl process the request and stop harassing me.
