[Resolved] Mcdonald's India — Refund not received

It's almost 20 days I have not received my refund, my account was twice debited for Rs. 209 each for transa ction failed at their J M ROAD pune OUTLET on 20th November 2022, same time I have shown my bank statement to the billing staff, he informed it will reverse in next 48 hrs, I have mailed so many times but all in vain they simple reply our team will contact you soon. Such a big brand have very poor refund policy. Till date I have not received my refund. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Dec 21, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Its now one moth.Till date no action. No refund received. McDonald's India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
