Mcdonald's India — rude customer treatment | |||
Dear sir/madam, On 8th march at 18:40 i visited mcdonald's i proceeded to pay the amount of rs 616 after placing my order. I paid by card and even got an email and sms from my bank showing that the amount has been deducted. But the employee there canceled the transaction since it was taking too much time and asked me to pay again. After showing him the sms and the email he got very defensive and called 2 more employees. I explained to each one of them my concerns of the amount being deducted from my account. They told me it was the banks fault and not theirs and behaved quiet rudely especially the employee named anup or anuj. Later i asked to speak to the manager their but was refused saying its just us. Only after mr joabir could i have a civil conversation. I have always considered mcdonald's as a great brand with excellent brand value but after this unfortunate experience i do not anymore. My request would be to please train the employees to be respectful and mannered while dealing with the customers especially in a highly competitive place like balewadi high street. Due to this behavior i was forced to go to starbucks instead and would suggest the same to everyone if not resolved. I thought the management should know before igo to social networking sites (Twitter). The staff at Daryaganj branch, Delhi is very arrogant and non cooperative. It seems like they think they are Superior and intelligent especially their head. He thinks the costumers are illiterate and have a backward background.

I have ordered and used debit card for payment but transaction failed and amount got deducted from my account.i want a refund coz i had paid double money for single menu.they say it will be refunded in 7 days but this never happens...so pls do something about it
