Dear concern

I tried to recharge my MTNL mobile number [protected] through mobikwik.com using my HDFC Bank internet. Rs. 76 was deducted from my account but my mobile number was not recharged. Though on mobikwik.com, I received a message that my transaction was successful. Recharge amount not be charge mobile no [protected].

Also we are trying to Customer Care Phone Numbers and Contacts no[protected] in mobikwik.com but no response.

Pl. Help for the same

Two days back I recharged the data plan of rs.95.00 for the Mobile no-[protected], but the amount not credited to the mobile no. for that matter i given a complaint on the next day. my complaint no-653734.please resolve the issue as soon as posible. and recharge the data plan for the avobe mention mobile no.

I tried to recharge for 50/- through mobikwik on 30th May 2014, Money got deducted from my account but i didnot get the recharge.. I didnot receive any transaction ID also.. Please clarify

Hello,
I had Recharged Airtel number[protected] wiht rs 123 from Mobikwik Site.

Transaction id : [protected]

The money got deducted from the wallet but the phone recharge not successful.
when i contacted the parent comany they told it is due to some upgradation process and money will be put back to my wallet.

But when ever i do any transaction wiht them the same result follows. I want to take my money back .
please help

reacharge not done but money deducted

I was recharge my Reliance net Setter 2 times with 173 both time money deducted from wallet both times was complaint but still not get any responce plz help. my con.no.[protected]

I have recharged tatasky for Ra 100, MK01007wh24s is the order number. Amount not reflected even after a week. When verified with Tatasky, they confirmed that they have not received and need to check with MobiKwik.
I have raised 3 service requests so far, but no action seen to resolve. Disappointing service
