Sir/Madam,
I had purchased one samsung WA82BSL, top loaded automatic type washing machine from local vender of Jammu on 8/12/2012 (cost 14700/-). Its salesman ensure that it will automatically restart to its remaining time after a power cut and it will not proceed form starting. On this insurance I had purchased this washing machine, but i found that the salesman hide information about the machine as this machine restart form first after a power off of less than 10 minutes of time. If I had this information at that time I never go for this washing machine. I feel cheated and clueless as I had pay the money for the washing machine. As there is nothing in writing about above said specification. Now I want my money back "is it possible though this forum." I need advise.

      i purchase new samsung smart 32" TV but no picture in first day but service center is not proper responds
      I had registered a complain no. [protected] on Nov 27 for my TV. The turn of event since then tells me that Samsung India is taking its consumers for a ride. They are just delaying giving me a resolution and keep oscillating between refund of my money or repairing the product.

      1. Engineer came for inspection, asked for service charge in cash and refused to give me receipt, saying it is as per the policy.
      2. He said mother board needs to be replaced, which will take some time. After 7 days, I was told spares are not available and I need to take depreciated value as compensation.
      3. They offered me 49% of my product cost to which I protested that why should i shell out additional money from my pocket and buy a new TV just because you do not have spares available.
      4. When I protested, they again offered me today (Dec 7, 2012) an option to repair.

      It seems either there is some sort of a collusion on spares front or service centers are simply looking at easy way out. If repair was possible, why did they lie to me and why suddenly after I have put pressure on them, spares seem to have emerged from no where. This an utter malpractice where depreciated value and repair services are used as a bargaining chip by Samsung India team.

      I have written atleast half a dozen mails to Senior Executives as well as CEOs office. I have also made several phone calls to the customer care. All i got in return was some call backs, asking about the problem every time and everyone saying the same thing "Let me talk to my senior and get back to you".

      And it seems there is no coordination between the officials talking to me - yesterday (Dec 6, 2012) someone called and told me that i will get 51% of value of my product as per policy but they can increase the compensation as a customer satisfaction gesture. Today I git another call saying I will get only 49% and if that is not acceptable, we will think of repairing your product. This seems to be running in loop with customer suffering for no fault of his.

        I have purchased a samsung galaxy s duos mobile since from the time of purchase i am facing hanging related battery back up related software not running properly in other mob same model same software is running but in my handset same software is not running already submitted mobile handset in service centre they hand taken a two days time but and give me my handset back and saying that handset is working properly we updated the software but still mob running slowly hanging problem occured again i have purchase handset on 11-11-12 so pl kindly change or make it properly because it is not possible to give hand set daily to the service centre so kindly resolve my problem as early as possible

          Sir

          i had purchased Galaxy S2 online from Homeshop18 on 12th November'2012 which was received to me on 20th Nov'12. From the first day, the phone started creating problem like hanging problem after 2 or 3 days i found more problems like automatic phone restart, camera hanging,dead screen, network issues thus finally i decided to go to service center regarding this issue on 26th Nov'12. After collecting the phone on the same day from service center the problems remains the same. Then again i went to service center on 30th Nov'12 and now we are told that its motherboard needed to be replaced.
          Now i do not want to replace its motherboard because its a brand new phone just 2 or 3 days old. How can they expect from users to accept such kind of defected piece again.
          i am totally frustrated with Samsung support and service, i only want them to refund my paid amount for this manufacture defected device.
          Total price of this phone is 26,000

          Please Help me

            We had given our Samsung 3370 Star Nano for service at their Chennai, Perambur Service Center ALVAN TELECOM on 23 Nov 2012. The job number is [protected].
            Hitherto the service is not completed and they give elusive reply every we called. Escalated to Contact Center[protected] and the complaint number is [protected].
            No improvement. SAMSUNG SERVICE Center spoiling the brand name of Samsung.
            Worst Experience with brand SAMSUNG.

              I Ajay Patne had bought Samsung Tab 2 (attached are the receipt of Purchase) from Reliance Digital. As informed by the sale executive about the offer of free Blue Tooth on online registration, i had resgistered for Free Blue Tooth offer the same in the month of August. But to my dismay i got a mail from Samsung that the registration has failed (have attached that mail also). As the registration had failed earlier i tried to re-register, but constantly it kept on giving message _quot YOU ARE ALREADY REGISTERED_quot. I also kept on calling customer service Ref No.A[protected] on 11/9/2012, 8/10/12 & 16/10/12. Pls check, my first complaint was raised before the offer closure date. Now when i am asking about the complaint status i got feed back that offer is closed and we cannot help you. This is very much unethical ad non professional.

                i wanted to buy a samsung UA32EH5000R LED. So, i visited one of your dealer R.K. Electronics, Krishna Nagar, Mathura on 26,Nov,2012. They said right now they do not have that model and once you pay the price they'll arrange that in 7 days. But after payment being done on 26/11/12 they haven't delivered the product till now. Today i visited them for the refund, but they are clearly refusing to refund the money. Now, i dont want to buy the product from them and want my money back. What should i do, Please suggest.

                Samsung — Offer product refused by the Dealer

                As per the Scheme Floated by the Co. I've been refused of the Offer of a Dinner Set on the Micro Oven Convection purchased during Diwali season from M/s. Shehanjali, Malad.
                i[censored] have the proof of payment receipt of any kind than just go to consumer court with it.

                people are afraid of going to the court but its not that difficult to put up ur case.

                just give a chance to our judicial system.

                u can also claim compensation for harassment and legal fees

                    After coming a mail from Company CEO office, I had visited company services center on 04/12/2012 and meet Mr Sumeet and his Manager but they not shown the interest to resolve my problem, not understand what to do now.

                    I had purchased a Samsung Laptop vide Model No. NP305E4A-S02IN, Serial No. HSHE91RC200272 V, Invoice No. 000000MW[protected] dated 05/02/2012, Invoice Time 4:38:30 PM, Customer No. HO/CON/0000532, Sales Person Nitin - Madan from EFUTURO shipped from G1-G2, Dohil Chamber, 46, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019 {UNIQUE INFOWAYS PVT. LTD., 308, 3rd, floor, Skylark Building, 60, Nehru Place, New Delhi – 110019}.
                    After using this laptop for last eight months I am facing problems related to softwares which was not installed on this at the time of purchasing like:
                    (A) MS office 2010 was not installed.
                    (B) Anti Virus software was not installed
                    (C) Other softwares sometimes working, sometimes not.
                    (D) Mail attachment (word/excel files) sometimes open, sometimes not.
                    (E) Virus in Windows.
                    At the time of buying this Laptop I was told that all the Softwares were installed on this. Sales Person was not told/show me the full configuration of this laptop, no details, brochure, pamphlet was given at the time of purchasing. I had launch a complaint for the above said problems vide Complaint No. [protected] on dated 08/08/2012 in Samsung Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. Customer care, but no solution was given till date.
                    After launching the complaint, I had visited company Service Center at D-19/1, Okhla Industrial Area Phase I, New Delhi – 110019 on 14/08/12 and meet with Mr Vijay Hawalikar (National Manager) & Mr Sumit (Delhi Head) for the same. The solution was given to install the Old Versions of above said Softwares. Solution given by them was not accepted by me. I had purchased a New Laptop and paid for New Versions of Softwares “Why should I go for Old Versions of Softwares” which is not compatible to new one and my requirements. I had visited Company’s Corporate Office on 16/08/12 at Vipul Tower Square, 2nd / 3rd Floor, Tower C, Golf Course Road, Gurgaon and meet Mr Kumar Dev - DGM IT for the same problem. He is not interested to listen anything in this regard and refused me. I am shocked for the decision taken by him as a senior person of the company. So many people of the company (customer care department) had contacted me in this regard but my problem remains same till date. They openly says “we can not solve this issue you may go anywhere”.
                    I had forward/raised the issue in front of CEO of the company (Mr B D Park) so many times but no result till date. Every time after my communication to the CEO office Samsung Customer Care People had called and give assurance to solve the same but till date no solution was given. After harassing by them last two months, I have no other option to put the case in front of you and expect positive justification.
                    I had already conveyed to the Samsung people that my laptop is on high risk at this time, if hard disk was crashed then who is responsible for that? Are Samsung people will recovered all my data? Secondly, if data is crashed are Samsung company give me the Compensation?? But no reply comes on this till date.
                    I request you to kindly look into matter and give right decision on this issue as earliest.

                      Ive purchased a Sam-sung handset on 5Th, October, 2012 for Rs.20400 from Mobile store, Madhapur, Hyderabad.The model is SAMSUNG GALAXY S ADVANCE.
                      After 15 days, a problem occurred in it That its camera lens had dust from inside part of The lens.I went to The Sam-sung Service Centre to get it repaired.They repaired it.But again after a week The same problem occurred. i asked Them about The problem, They said me its a manufacturing fault and They cant do nothing about it except cleaning. i also called to The samsung customer care to report The problem. They gave me a suggestion to laminate the phone and use. i hate to use cover or laminate the phones.its the problem from their side and why should i laminate and use. Am I paying 20k + to use a dust accumulated phone.? The response from The service center and customer care is very poor. Now, i need my problem to get Resolved permanently. i cant visit The service center every week to clean The lens. It's not even 2 months passed and I've visited to The service center 3 times for The same problem. At Least now I want a good and satisfactory service from SAMSUNG as soon as possible

                      i gave my mobile( samsung corby mate) for repair in service station pune on 31st Aug 2010... til 18th sept dey didnt started d work. n wenever v called dem dey use 2 say come aft 2 days ul get. dey wer very rude 2 me n my mother. i wnt necessary action against such irresponsilbe people who dnt no how 2 wrk n behave wit customers.

                      I would fully agree with the above person's complaint as i have had a similar experience i Goa with your service centre in Margao run by Mr. Ruben Valadares, who i must say has absolutely no manners to speak to customers. he is there to help and not insult and i think he needs to be dealt with before he becomes the cause of people not wanting to buy any samsung products. having used the most foul language that too to two ladies, he has some nerve to run that centre and the girls too working there have an attitude which says that they are doing the customers a favour. it is indeed one of the most horrible experiences i have had and one that should be looked into. this is by far the last samsung product i will ever purchase thanks to Ruben.

                        I am Gokul Bhupendrakumar Soni from Godhra (PMS), Gujarat. I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Tab2 on the date 18/08/2012 having model no. [protected]. In the very short period of time my phone was getting hanged frequently especially when I start camera. Although by giving phone to a Samsung service station for 3 to 4 times, default was not solved.

                        Then I called up Samsung customer care ([protected]) on 28/11/2012 and according to them my phone was again given to the Samsung service station but still it’s having the same default.

                        I would be highly obliged for consideration of my problem and hoping for the replacement of the model.

                          I purchased a samsung frost free 303 liter refrigrator on 16/10/2012. On purchase of this item the samsung company is offering a free mobile which is to be deliever directly to the home address after proper verification by samsung service engineer.
                          My refrigrator is verified by service engineer on 22/10/2012 also i gave him a photo copy of my purchase bill. The service engineer assured me that i will receive my mobile with in 20 days. Now it has already been 40 days passed away. And i have still not recieved any gift from samsung india.
                          So i request you to look in to the matter and oblige

                            Dear Sir,
                            I am a proud owner of Samsung Windows phone. Recently my phone experienced an accidental fall which resulted into broken front panel (including the LCD screen). I went to the Samsung Customer Service Desk at 30a, Shrenik Park Society, Productivity Road, Akota, Opposite Akota Stadium, Akota Vadodara, Gujarat 390020,(India) and since my phone is under warranty I was asked for a nominal charge of 4800.00 INR. I received the bill for the same.

                            However, the very same evening I got a call from them saying that there is liquid damage which has caused some circuit break and I would be charged further 4000.00 INR for the same.

                            Sir, I very well know the terms and conditions o[censored]nder warranty products, I have the following issues:

                            1. Why wasn''''t the phone checked completely for any damage or other issues in front of me when I was at the service desk? and was informed to me later?
                            2. I know that liquid damage means violation of warranty. If there is breakage due to falling and there was no contact of the phone with any liquid source then howcome such an observation is made?
                            3. Now I am made to go to the Samsung service desk and see for the liquid damage. Since I haven''''t caused the liquid damage, how can I trust Samsung executives, that they haven''''t tampered with my phone just to prove their point?

                            I had filed a complaint at the Samsung CEO office, I had a week long conversation with no proper solution. They went to the service center and checked my phone and found the obvious liquid damage (which has to be there since now the Service Center guy has declared it!) and they asked me to pay another 5000 INR with a discount of 25%. I just don't understand why should I pay for something which I haven't done!!! I got sick and tired of these people continuously putting it on my head. I just wonder if tomorrow the Service Center guy happens to cause any other breakage which can be intentional or unintentional then he is as such going to say that it was found out while checking the phone, then am I supposed to pay for it? where is the authenticity or accountability??

                            I am an ardent user of Samsung articles. I do understand that there is damange and I am supposed to pay for it, but I am fairly disappointed with such behaviour. I don't know if there is any accountability but this is looting the customer since s/he has immense faith in the your products and services.



                            I request you immediate intervention in order to avoid such incidents in future.

                            I have a problem in my samsung metro 3200 mobile handset against my camera that suffer high resolution(1600*1200) problem.when i capture photo it goes to hang condition.so,i make a complain 2 times at the samsung authorize service center(Girish park,kolkata) but it still now at same condition.They give it to me as a temporary solution.I totally fade up.

                              Respected sir,
                              I had registered a complaint for my faulty, in warranty phone on 19/8/2012. It had some display problem. I was told I would be called back within a week to confirm the problem and the time it would take to repair. I never got a call regarding the same. After 10-15 days I called and even went to the service centre again and was asked to submit an I.D at the service centre so that I could be issued a cheque as they were having some major problem. I did the same, the very next day.
                              Now I call the Lakshya service centre everyday, have talked to Neha, Priti and even the service centre manager as well but they say they are not sure if they will repair or grant me a cheque for the phone. Meanwhile I needed a smart phone for my mails and other official work , so I got another handset. So if I get the handset back repaired , it would be useless for me.
                              Such a service quality was not expected from samsung atleast.
                              Sir, kindly look into the matter and hasten up the process as it has been more than 3 months now. I have already sent multiple messages to the CEO office of Samsung. I even got a call from Samsung manager a few weeks ago assuring to get the job done in a week; but in vain. I am planning to take a strict legal action soon.

                                I'm Rafiq from chapra, saran, BIHAR, purchased Samsung Wave2 (GT S8530) on 16 Feb 2012. and faced problem, submit it at CHAPRA SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE. after 10 days they repaired it and it was in my use for 1 Aug 2012. and i faced problem again for SCREEN TOUCH and submit again it PATNA MM SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE. and after escalation I recieved it at 16 August. after that it was in my use until this is the third time I faced problem for SCREEN TOUCH and submit it agian to CHAPRA SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE,

                                In this period of 8 month I used this mobile just for 4 or 5 month only, otherdays it was dead or in Service Centre.

                                So now i want to back my money or Replace this Model. I don't want to use this Model anymore.

                                It is kindly request to suggest the solution what kind of action I shuld take.

                                आजकल एक बड़ी समस्या से दो चार हो रहा हूँ, सिर्फ आपके product से ही नहीं
                                बल्कि आपके service, service provider(Chapra Mobile Care: Ph: [protected])
                                और आपके Engineer Mr. Shakeel([protected]).
                                ये सारी वयवस्था भ्रष्ट और illiteracy सी मालूम पड़ती है.
                                सबसे पहले मेने अपना mobile पटना के service centre में submit किया touch
                                problem के लिये 16/08/2010 को. और उन्होंने repair कर के दिया. 20 days के
                                बाद मैंने फिर same problem face किया और Chapra के सेरविसे सेंटर(Chapra
                                Mobile Care: Ph: [protected]) में submit करने को गया, यहाँ आपका Engineer
                                Mr. Shakeel ELS के बाद कहते हैं के ये liquid Damage है सो out of warranty
                                है. मैंने कहा ऐसा नहीं है बहुत कहने सुनने के बाद भी वो नहीं मने तो मैंने
                                written में उनसे माँगा क ये liquid damage है. अब वो मुझसे बिल मांगते हैं,
                                बिल देने पैर कहते हैं के ये जली बिल(fake reciept) हैं,जबकि उसी बिल पर दो
                                महीने पहले पटना में Repair करवा चूका हूँ. मैंने कहा ok दोनों बातें written
                                में दो के liquid damage और जली बिल के कारन आप service नहीं दे पाओगे, but Mr. Shakeel मुझे बहुत odd language में बात करते हैं, काफी देर मुझसे उलझने के बाद वो अपने Manager को बुलाते हैं जो written मांगने पर कहते हैं की ऐसा कोई नियम नहीं क हम लोग written में दें, मैंने कहा मेल क्र दें, तो बोलते हैं "बोला न ऐसा कोई नियम नहीं" .
                                जब मैं insist हो गया के नहीं आपको written में देना ही पड़ेगा तो मेनेजर साहब बोलते हैं के एक मिनट रुको मैं Senior Engineer से ELS करवा केर बताता हूँ जबकि उनका Engineer Mr. Shakeel Already बदतमीजी के साथ ELSकर चुके थे, खैर मैंने बोला ok...
                                दोबारा ELS करने के बाद बोलते हिं ठीक है submit कर दो.

                                Whatz the hell is this type of servicing....?

                                जब liquid damage aur jali bill ki wajah se ऑफ़ आउट ऑफ़ वार्रंटी था तो submit क्यूँ किया...

                                Any how, मैं इस सेट और आपके सर्विसे से काफी problem aur insult face kar चूका हूँ so मुझे ये सेट नहीं चाहिए.
                                मेरे पैसे retun किये जाएँ...

                                  I JWO DN SAHANI serving in Indian Air Force residing TMQ 20/5 Air Force Station Cottongreen Mumbai-33(mobile no. [protected]) purchased Samsung mobile phone GT-S5263 from Kundan Collection,Sardar Nagar Shop No.1 Sion Koliwada Mumbai on 28Aug11 mobile was working normal but suddenly in the month of Novembe12 I found that there was no network. I was waiting for one week that there may be fault of docomo tele. company as the SIM was of DOCOMO. After one week I went to Samsung service center SHOP NO.5/6,ANANT NIWAS BLDG,NEAR CHINCHPOKLI(E) 400012 on 24Nov12. They check the handset and told that network IC is not working it has to be repaired and the cost of its will be Rs 550 only and they have given bill no. [protected] for the same and they assured that it will be repaired by 27Nov12. I went back to home after handingover the handset. Thereafter when I contacted on 27Nov12 to service center by cell phone they replied it will take another 3 days for repair. I again contacted to service center on 01Dec12 they replied that board of handset will be replaced and cost of it will be Rs 2500. I suspected that they had spoiled the board by replacing the IC and etc. The bill of Rs 550 with us. Hence I request that suitable action may be initiated against the person who has done the wrong activities with the handset.

                                    I am Dr. Saji Paulose from Bangalore. My clinic TV (Samsung-4 series LCD) had a problem with the relay. The TV would have a blank screen in spite of switching ON. The relay would then start all of a sudden if we keep the TV ON for 8-10hours.

                                    I placed a complaint on[protected] on 26th of October 2012. Complain Number - ([protected])

                                    The concerned representative kept delaying the visit to check the concern with our TV for few days saying that he is not anywhere near our locality.

                                    He comes on 30th October 2012 (4 days from complaint) & informs us that the PCP is gone and needs to be replaced. Also that we need to pay as it is out of warranty.

                                    I asked him to go ahead and do the needful. A day or two later he calls to say that it is not available in Bangalore and needs to be requested from Gurgaon Head office, for which he requires a copy of the Invoice & Address Proof which he collected in few days.

                                    Following which I called to check for an update in few days, and he says that the invoice copy provided by us does not have the price of the TV on it, so we need to re-submit the invoice with TV price on it. This could have been avoided if he had checked the documents thoroughly the first time.

                                    He doesn’t turn up to pick up the documents in spite of contact follow-up from our side stating some excuse or the other. In the end, we asked him if we could send the documents to him & he asks us to scan and email it to his manager which we did immediately. This information was given to me on 16th Nov 2012, 20 DAYS from the day of complaint.

                                    He gave me an assurance at that point of time that the PCP would arrive within a week. I call back after a week and the concerned representative asks me to call his office number for an update. After a lot a persistent follow-ups from our end, we were updated that the Gurgaon Head office has sent the request to Korea Head office and hopefully the PCP should come by end of yet another week.

                                    End of week, we again follow up and they say Gurgaon Head office is still awaiting a reply from Korea since 23rd Nov 2012 which is really ridiculous. I mean a week for a reply.

                                    By now it is almost a month from the complaint date & we ask for the Gurgaon Head office number. We are told to call the call center number and they will provide us with the Gurgaon Head office Number. The call center representative promises me that he will arrange a call back from the concerned service department within half an hour. This is on 29th Nov 2012. The call never came through.

                                    I again call the call center on 01st Dec 2012 & they put me through to floor supervisor who patiently heard my complaint, however refused to give the Gurgaon Head office number saying that they were not authorized to give the number.

                                    The number[protected]gurgaon) was only provided when I mentioned that I would go ahead and drop an email about the kind of service provided by Samsung.

                                    I have been constantly trying the Gurgaon number & no one is picking up the phone. 26th October 2012 to 01st December 2012 & we are still waiting for the PCP with no information whatsoever from Samsung on what is going on. I am really unhappy with slack service given by Samsung.

                                        I bought a Samsung Laptop model NP 300V5A-S0CIN, on 11th August 2012 from Reliance Digital shop at Vashi, Navi Mumbai. Since the time of my purchase, I have been facing a number of problems and have not able to use it properly. The company has sold a defective product and is hiding behind its call centre. If you call up the call centre the typical answer is somebody from the technical team will call up. There is no commitment as to when this technical team will call up. After continuous such followup the problem was partly addressed. I am facing further problems and the technical support person who visited us has informed us the mother board needs to be replaced. As I understand this is the most important component of the laptop. The quality of the product is very poor if a major part like this needs to be replaced within three months of purchase. I have written emails which go unanswered. Reliance Digital which sold me this product has completely disowned itself of any responsibility.
                                        What the company in essence is saying that buyer beware.
