1 loan successfully credited in my account
1 loans credited date : 05 dec 2020

remaining 1 loan of rs.2000 not credited in my account
till now

i send a mail to mpokket
they said the amount will be credited in your account .they are still not respond

solve the issue as early as possiblebr...

    I have used mpokket during college days and I have repaid my loans. As I am not using the this app for a long time I have decided to delete my account . I have contacted the support multiple times and there is response like concern department is working but I haven't got an update till now. I have submitted my account deletion request last year 26/9/2019. They contacted me over phone and I have asked them to delete my account . They said they have taken request . As there is no multi factor authentication to the api with simple mail id and password you can login and you are able to take loan and i am so concerned over my privacy.

        Harassment calls by mpocket

        I have taken loan amount of 10k during lockdown and I have always paid my loan on or before time earlier.
        But now I am unable to pay the loan as they as have charged 21k as a penalty for 180 days and they keeps on calling me from the morning to late night.
        They have also started calling my family members and they have also destroyed my reputation in my college. I don't have any job and I am ready to pay the amount I have took...

          I have taken a loan of 8000 rupees but due to lockdown and home financial issue I somehow could not manage to repay the amount. Though i have paid the loans on time which I have taken earlier. The company is also charging high interest and also they are not following the rbi guidelines.
          I want to pay the loan but right now it is not poasible . But the company is continuously harrasing and also hacked my contact list .

            I took loan of rupees 2000 from mpocket today I paid my loan.. My money got deducted from bank account but it is showing that due is still pending ..im really disappointed from this issue...

              I have taken a loan of 10k on the app and now they are demanding for the 16k after and saying that they would call my relatives to ruin the reputation.
              I am ready to pay the main amount as according to the RBI moratorium, it is really high and I am still ready to pay the amount slowly and gradually as I am a student living far away from my parents. I have paid them for the previous loans as well and now they are making harassing calls on my number.

              The hacked my device and got the numbers and now they are saying that they will call to every contact on daily basis.

              I just wish to reduce my late payment fees a bit and stop the charges. I am ready to pay the amount in the instalments.

                  I taken a loan 6500 but due to covid-19 and lockdown I have Could not do it pay on time.Your recovery team day by day mental torture me just like I am a criminal. Which has upset me a lot.So upset that i believe in suicide. I am student so not any income source of me . I request please waive off my late penalty fee. and i definitely will do pay my loan amount same day.

                    I took a loan of rs. 3000 and due to this lockdown I am unable to pay this and the interest has sum upto rs. 9000. You people have hacked my phone contacts and gallery, calling people from my contacts illegally and sharing my personal information. You Mpocket people are also sending me threatening email. If this harassment does not stop I will be complaining to consumer forum for this illegal practice.

                              I received a call from mpokket agent about my payment and he started threatening me and my mom to make the immediate repayment. I lost the job because of pandemic and my father Is deceased . So I have no means to repay the debt. I am currently looking for a job and i will repay the amount as soon as i get another job.                                 I paid a loan a time ago but they kept harrassing me through calls and messages, even they hacked my phone book and started harrassing my family, my relatives and friends without any reason. I mailed them about the issue and got a call. They asked me for proof. When i asked them to delete my account they said, Write a mail to us and we will delete. I wrote the mail 3 times and they haven't done the work. After sometime, i tried to call them for deletion of my account but they have no incoming enabled. Then i tried to contact them through whatsapp, and someone named trevor replied, he asked for my details and checked. I asked him to delete my account and he said mail us, I can't delete. I told him i have done that mail work several times and asked why a user can't delete his/her account? He simply blocked me on whatsapp. Worst service ever.

                                I don't want them to access or use my data that's why wanted to delete the account but they are not doing the job. A users privacy is at high risk until they delete the account.

                                  I had taken 6500 loan in this with interest it would be 7200rs due to some personal problems and covid i did not pay the loan but now they are asking to pay 16k and harassing me and my relatives i have 10k and i will pay this but they are not accepting my request
