Hi, I have taken Super Relax Plan with a Personal Assistant on 1-Aug. I am owner. I got a tenant on 18-Aug. That person paid some amount as initial advance but later did not pay the balance due to his own reasons. So, I subsequently returned the amount. But meanwhile my plan which was deactivated has not been activated till date even though I reached out No Broker over phone several times. Non-Friendly and Non-customer centric.

    Hi Team,

    We made package move booking via no broker. Initially they said 2100 after advance payment 1600 need to paid. Same confirmed by customer service executive. After the package movement the app showing 1600 for me 1900 for drives. Then we made a ca to customer care its bangalore they said 1600 only. They said we will ask Tamil customers care executive to talk to drivers. Then driver got a call and confirmed its 1600 and recived OTP from our end. After OTP Tamil customer care executive again called to driver and asking to get 1900 because time exceeded. Only 1hr 1600 after 60 mints they will charge. These information not communicated previous.

    My query: 1. over the conversation the customer care executive told you might changed from you end to show minimum amount. NO BROKER APP having these kind of security flows?
    2. Second time we are calling to bangalore customer care again they are telling 1600 only. How this was different from bangalore to Chennai I the same app?
    3. Tamil customer care executive not knowing how to handle the customer. She is not knowing Tamil very well and no respect as well.
    4. Worst experience overall we faced. Not to recommend anyone.

      I booked packers and movers through Nobroker. They offered me an insurance of Rs. 2, 00, 000/. for a premium of Rs. 2000/- for a claim up to 95% of market value of goods damaged. So, I bought the insurance package as well. I've 2 main grievances -

      1. They sent 3 people to move 3 BHK which took 2 instead of 1 day. It was waste of time for me and my family. It was also inhuman for 3 people sent who were grossly undermanned for the task at hand. For a reference, the industry standard is about 6 people or more for 3 BHK movement.

      2. They did not honour their insurance and denied to pay for the damaged claimed. First they asked me to arrange a technician to estimate damage. Next they denied that any damage happened. Finally they said that it was a mistake and they were taking strong action against their own employees and the movement partner. Yet, they denied insurance claim. After a lot of back and forth, now they are offering a compensation of Rs. 1000 for my estimate of Rs. 17500 Rs. against the damage occurred.

      I also had a similar situation. But my damaged goods value is around 30, 000. And giving compensation of Rs.1000. And that too, putting blame on me. Wasting my time and putting me on pressure for long.

          I availed the premium bathroom cleaning services for the first time.

          The person appointed for the job did a terrible job and ruined the bathroom fittings and the entire interior bowl in one of my WC's by using some rough steel scrubber on it.

          In addition to that they left the bathroom soapy and wet and were packed up before we could check the work. They left the bathroom cabinet dirty and were using a very dirty microfibre cloth to wipe everything.

          I tried to raise a complaint on the provided email id and through the application but did. It get any response.

          Hope to have my concern addressed at the earliest.

              NoBroker Interior is a scam. Their executive doesn't answer your call or respond to your issues. I went for the interior service with NoBroker on 18th Dec 2022 with project name project_HS-5186945_Malvika and was supposed to end by 28th Feb 2028 with a hard deadline as a fast-track project. But till now the work is not yet finished and these people don't even bother to answer your call. Very Pathetic service from their end.

                I had requested my bathroom to be cleaned. Two people came to clean the bathroom. In one of the bathrooms the service person used a steel mesh scrubber to scrub the toilet which has left bad scratches on my toilet and has damaged the enamel completely. The customer service is not responding to any of complaints to provide resolution to the damage caused.

                  I had given my new Flat interior work to NoBroker in the month of October 2022 and NoBroker assured me completion of project in the Month of January 2023 (first week), however project not yet completed, I tried multiple follow-ups and then in the month of July-23 NoBroker asked me for 100% payment as Nobroker claimed 80% work has been completed and all materials are available and once I pay 100% amount then only they proceed as per initial quotation I had to pay 100 % at the time of 80% work completion and I paid 100% (first week of July 23) however few days ago assigned execution manager told me all materials are not available and he cannot continue without those material, i tried to send multiple emails to NoBroker escalation email ids like [protected]@nobroker.in, [protected]@nobroker.in however they are not at all responding, I am living in rental property and this one also sold out and new Owner had given me 1.5 months time to vacate this Flat which is going to complete on 31st Aug 2023, I am in very bad situation, I really need help from NoBroker to complete this project as soon as possible,

                    Booked the shipment of household things in Nobroker private vehicle.
                    The shipment handled by unprofessionals. And broken the household things.
                    They couldn't give any documents for insurance claim process too.
                    Bogus people,
                    One Prashant Chandra Pathak, as a grievance officer, and Ajith as a movement manager, . not done their jobs addressing the problem.
                    for 3 months, kept calling and running behind them.
                    By sending mere money. they closes.

                      Myself Senthil Kumar I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning matter regarding a recent transaction on nobroker app.

                      I paid a token amount of 60, 000rs through NoBroker.com and I haven't received any updates from my relationship manager (goutham.[protected]@nobroker.in ) so I called the customer care number and it has come to my attention that the amount does not seem to be registered in the records itself.

                      I don't know what to do next other than giving a complaint. Please help me out to refund the amount.

                          We utilized the NoBroker Movers and Packers services on 22nd July 2023 to move the goods from Maithri Layout, Whitefield to BSK 3rd Stage, Hosakerehalli Bangalore. The TV display was damaged in-transit. I took premium package and they promised to wrap stuff with 3-layer quality packaging but that was not the case. It has been 3 weeks since the person from Movers and Packers (Chetan Relocations) has taken the TV from our house claiming that they would get the display fixed in 1 week. Till now there has been no update and we only taking initiative to keep in touch with them but no resolution. After 3 weeks, when we asked for updates the movers and packers are stating they would pay only half the amount of the cost of the display. It's been a month since we are patiently handling the scenario as we asked to wait since the TV display was not available at Samsung service centre (which we don't believe is the case but have said to us) but now - Insurance team has asked to reach out to NoBrokers and they asked to check with Chetan packers and movers (sent by NoBrokers team) however no solution provided yet.

                            I have paid token amount for packers and movers service but my current landlord extended my agreement so I have cancelled my movment.and requested to cancel my order on 27 that executive assured me that he is cancelled service and refund will provide in 7 to 8 days.next day I saw in app that service is not showing as it is cancelled I have again called and ask customer service to cancel it again executive assured me to I will get refund.in between many many times I requested to call and refund status but any one can not contact with me.after 22 days I have called customer care that denied to give refund.and executive is laying with me.i thik no broker purposefully delayed to cancel request and now not provided refund.worst service you provide to your customer.

                              I’m a NRI and I purchased the CPMS plan to help rent out my apartment in India. The plan terms are that NoBroker will help finalize the tenant within 60 days, or else provide full refund. Also, the Relationship Manager will provide an update every 3 days. Now NoBroker has stopped responding to my calls/messages and my apartment key is with them.

                                I have opted nobroker service for rent agreement 1.5 months back and they are still not giving the agreement. I have taken multiple follow ups and they are only giving one excuse of goverment delaying the process but the truth is that they have delayed in biometric and submitting to goverment. Society is pressuring me now to submit the agreement. Such pathetic and worst service this nobroker provides.

How can one justify to society that the agreement is pending with sub registrar office since 2 months. I mean this is so pathetic. Others agreement are getting registered within 4-5 days and this nobroker is giving all excuses daily. Worst service.

                                  I need rental agreement with 100 rupees stamp paper as a proof of address for my credit card. I have choosen the same 100 rupees stampee paper and paid money for the 100 rupee stamp. Now without intimating to me they have gave rental agreement with 50 rupees stamp but my credit card company is not accepting that not. When I'm contacting nobroker they are ready to give only 50 rupees refund. I have paid 499 but they are willing to refund only 50. Now I can't do anything with that 50 rupees stamp rent agreement. I need full refund as it is not my faulty.

                                    I filed a request and complain by call and through mail regarding my tenant verification order I'd LL- 5106405. My request ref. No are 17294433 & 17294434. After that when I am asking about status their customer care executive disconnect call and they never replied my mail about status. If any executive respond a little then answer is please call so so no because you are not calling on correct no. Or I will arrange a call back to you our executive will call you with in 2 hr. In both cases I never got arranged call back from them and when I called on given no same response got that please call ...this no .they are giving a new no to call beside giving status of request. I paid for my order is totally waste.

                                    Now you can understand about your service because today is 24th aug and still your executive working on my complain. It is still unsolved and I didn't receive any mail or call about my complain.
                                    First of all do not tag it as solved untilll it get solved. Complain raised on 10 aug 2023 today date is 17 aug 2023 and it is still unsolved. How much time you need to solve it??? People need to know about you and your process. How you are responsible to your customer and your future is also depends upon it.

                                      I, Sumanth Pai, had opted for a refundable plan in your platform on May 9th 2023 amount ing to Rs 7500 approx, the plan stated that if in case no broker is not able to find me tenant within 2 months it would refund me the money which I have paid, in this process I was allotted a relationship Manager for the same.

                                      Initially no broker was not able to find me the tenant within 2 months hence the relationship manager's super visior on behalf of no broker called me and told me for an amount of Rs 1500 would be charged so that the plan will be extended for further 2 months, meaning Rs1500 would be deducted from the original amount I have paid and if no broker cannot find me a tenant in these two months too they would refund me the rest of the amount but deducting Rs 1500.An email for the same was sent to me.

                                      In the Month of august a tenant named Sridhar through no broker visited the property and finalized the property by paying 2000 as token advance, I informed the same to my Relationship manager, and asked her what if the tenant backs out saying they cannot move in for any reason, the relationship manager informed me saying that in that case, I can give a call to her and the property listing will be re-activated Please Note : it was not communicated to me that this re-activation is non refundable in call nor through e-mail nor in the welcome email terms and conditions of this type of possibility is addressed .And the possible tenant backed out due to some reason, I informed the same to my relationship manager and asked her to re-activate my listing for the remaining days of my plan as agreed upon before . Which she agreed to and the plan was reactivated, and no e-mail on re-activating terms and conditons were sent to me even at this point of time. So I was in an impression that my previous plan with no-broker still remains good.

                                      But on August 12 th I was informed over a call by my Relationship manager that the property lisitng and services will be valid upto September 7th.But if the tenant could not be found this time the amount is non-refundable, I questioned this sudden change of policy, for this she told me her supervisor would get in touch with me, and her super visor called me on 13th August and told me its not refundable, I questioned this too, and later I got a call from the escalation desk, and they repeated the same thing.
                                      To summarize : I was promised a refundable amount except the Rs 1500 from my original amount(Rs 7500 aprox+taxes) which i paid on May 9th 2023, But now all of a sudden its not refundable, this is a clear breach of trust on no brokers part. and I demand my refund which is my right . If not resolved appropriately within the time frame, it leaves me no option but to approach the Consumer Court .

                                        I have been cheated by no broker.. I made advance payment and booking in the month of July to start work on 10 Aug.. today is 13 Aug and no painter assigned yet.. coordinator gives various reasons and share its own problem instead resolving my problem. Now he is not picking my phone and responding in whatsapp every day that will start work next day.. worse experience and I m helpless now.. it was my bad decision to contact no broker
