Dear sir/madam,

This is to notify people who are opting nobroker.com about their fraudulent on owners renting services.

Paid fee : i.e 5250
I had chosen owners refund policy if not getting tenant through nobroker
I got tenant from outside within said date.

There was a typo error happened while creating rental agreement instead on 2 bhk it was mistakenly typed as 1 bhk since typist used regular format.

Due to which nobroker executive rejecting my refund

Dear Sir/madam,

I had chosen nobroker.in to rent the property 2 bhk

Paid: fee 5250 which is refundable if I didn choose tenant from.nobroker

Even though I didn't get tenant from nobroker they are rejecting my refund.

Issue:

I had submitted rental agreement with rent and advance along with stamp.
Typist did a mistake and used regular format instead of 2 bhk he made it as one bhk

That is the reason they are telling from nobroker

It's literally looting from customer

    I subscribed for a relax plan on 26.4.23 and was assigned a RM - Reshma K A. The first day, she spoke to me and took all the details regarding our flat requirement.
    Even after a week, she didn't suggest any properties, was not working with us to find a flat for us. Not replying to our calls and messages. I wrote a mail requesting for a change in RM. I got a call saying, the current RM was sorry and will do the work.
    But there was no improvement. Wrote a mail again requesting for a change in RM and your team cancelled my plan saying the limit is exceeded? Is this some kind of a joke?
    I've been writing mails but the issue hasn't been sorted out. Because of your team's irresponsible behaviour, I'm not even able to contact the owner's because you've cancelled my plan. Extremely poor service.

      I request you to investigate this matter immediately and take necessary actions to refund the amount to my credit card as soon as possible. I would also appreciate it if you could provide me with the details of the transaction and any other relevant information related to it.

        Very bad experience with NOBROKER.COM.
        They have given quote for one amount and partner increased price at the time of shifting.
        They promised to deliver goods with in 4 to 6 days but didn't deliver on time.
        And no proper response from partner or nobroker.
        I will suggest every one. Not to take PACKERS and Movers service from No Broker. They don't have any knowledge or experience on this field completely depending on some partner .

          1. House Shifting services:
          A) While packing things they kept our TV wall mount unit in their bag but did not returned it at the time o[censored]n loading/ unpacking.
          I am keep on trying to reach the shifting team but they are not responding.
          In fact called your House shifting management team and they promised me that it will be delivered by night, it's been 4 nights which were passed away but till now I did not get my TV WALL MOUNT UNIT.
          DUE TO THIS WE ARE AT HOME WITHOUT A TELEVISION FROM PAST 4 DAYS.

          Request you to check with vendor and return the tv unit at the earliest.

          B) I have booked this service as a premium service but the team came were so unprofessional and they never listened to us. They just want to dump all house hold items without proper parking as they want finish their job quickly and to save material cost.

          C) some of the items were damaged, I have called and informed NoBeoker RM team on procedure to claim insurance but they never turned up on this.

          2) Rental Service:
          A) I have taken the premium service as it says money back plan but the RM assigned was not supportive enough to fulfill my requirement.

          I have already escalated with escalation team but didn't get a favourable response.

          With all these concerns, I am unpleased to say that opting services from NoBroker is not a good decision.

          Hi Team,
          As per below response from you, I have been waiting for your response for more than 24hrs. I have raised a concern yesterday with you but till now there is no action on this.
          is that how the Grievance team works to resolve customer escalations or complaints and you never bothered of customers pains what they are being struggled because of your irresponsibility /uncareness / ignorance.
          If that is the case then do not promise customers that the grievance will sort out the issues and do not claim that NoBroker is the best vendor in the market.

            It was already discuss with no broker supervisor zeeshan that there should be door to door delivery & bed assembling, unfolding & keeping all material at designated place. This all are already discussed & he has given Afframation for all conditions. But at the time of delivery no one came to unload material. I have called number of times to the customer care but no one has taken any action. After some time they have blocked me & I am unable to connect them. Most of them are keeping my call on hold & after sometime they cut the call. From afternoon 11:00 o'clock I have wait for labor every time they are saying they will come & at last in night 9:00 they told no one will come u took ur luggage. I am very disappointed with no broker service team. There service are worst. I will never recommend no broker.. I have already attached snap shot of my calling.. Number of times I have called to team.. I talked to customer care representative drushyant & then vinu kumar but no support me. At the time of booking they have promise a lot of services but actual on ground no one is supported & I have to all my work.. My HSPM id is 7071724. I only kept my all luggage from vehicle to ro & assembled bed & washing machine.. No broker is fake.. I need action on their team.. Or refund my all money..

              I had scheduled packers and movers on 1st may at 2 pm, but no one showed up, no one called, I was in distress the whole day as i had to move anyhow. I had to call around to get the number of the vendor assigned and when i called him, he said that no information was given to him. I had to literally beg my landlord to let me stay for one more night. Next day when the men came to move they charged me extra which was not a problem only if they would have come on time, so i was charged extra and was left in distress and tension, and no one helped from the team. I had to call nobroker customer care so many time still no action was made.
              when i demanded compensation they just told me that token money will be sent, which I haven't received yet.
              I even tried to reach out nobroker on twitter, but no response.
              i had to pay 349 + 1800, for a 1BHK shifting.
              I am very very disappointed in the service provided to me
              I hope you understand what i have been through and give me equivalent compensation.

                    No one available for assisting on any number
                    Team was not professional, nor had knowledge of packaging. Even one of the labour confirmed about the same verbally, (due to high load, 2 are not having any experience in packing and shifting)

                          We have booked 2 different packers and movers from no broker. One is for my house and another one is for my in-law's house. After all the discussions with no broker executive, i filled up a quotation of 8500rs for my in-law's house and 11.5k for my house including AC uninstall and installation request on NoBroker as well and began my journey to the most horrible packing and moving experience ever.

                          I have experienced the worst and pathetic service from nobroker packers and movers. It was my worst ever mistake to choose noBroker.

                          After delivery of goods I am trying to follow up over mails and calls but no response from any executive or movement manager. I am sending daily chats and making calls but they just say wait for the callback which never happens.

                          I just wanted to share below points from the recent delivery of goods on 30/04/2023 and request you to please take actions as soon as possible.

                          1. On the day of shifting NB packers team asked 2500 rupees extra to pick up small items like flower pot, pooja cupboard etc.

                          2. NB packers team didn't do AC uninstall and install on my in-law's house, but I paid for it as well...

                          3. AC uninstall in my house was done by NB team.. but not installed on the same day... AC technician came next day and said AC copper tube got wet in rain, so we can't use this and asked new one…so I paid 7k extra for AC copper tube…..

                          4. Computer table is broken.

                          5. Wordrobe was not installed properly as they missed screw. So, i paid 200rs extra for the screw..

                          There are lot more points, but I have mentioned highlevel.

                            HSPM-7324553 movement number from Bangalore to Shivamogga.

                            We lost one item and few items are damaged at the destination. We took insurance for the purpose and it should serve here.

                            Please see that you reimburse for this loss through insurance.

                            As usual, insurance company gives all sorts of reason not to reimburse.

                            The problem is your so called movement manager Krishna allotted for this movement has never replied and even Grievance officer Rajguru. Why are they not responding to us ? Is it not their duty to address customer's query and issues ?

                            I have sent them multiple emails, not a single response from them. Movement manager has never helped in anything.

                              Regarding loss and damages to the items while intercity shifting

                              We have used nobroker intercity shifting service on April -28-2023 from Bangalore to Shivamogga. We see that one item is missing and few items are damaged. We have taken insurance for this but they are rejecting the claim by saying non sense reasons.

                              Grievance officer and movement manager of Nobroker does not even respond.

                              Please help to get the claim and reimbursement....

                              Booked for 1st may 9am.slot shifting with packers and movers. No response from assigned manager harsha inspite of multiple requests . I had to directly talk to partner and he finally denied the service.

                              Had to now look for someone with a very higher price for shifting on the spot.

                              Totally fraud and this company has itself become an unethical broker.

                                I have purchased Freedom Plan as of 07th April 2023 for Rs. 1, 178.82, but I was still not able to get the owner's contact details. So, I called No Broker customer care & they told me to get a refund because my plan is not getting activated due to some technical issue. Now almost 14 days have gone by raising a refund but I still didn’t get my refund, also not even got my plan activated.
                                I feel like I got scammed with my hard earned money. I was in need of a rented home urgently & I don’t want to pay brokerage, that’s why I came to No Broker websites but here also I got scammed. I didn’t get any service from you & also did not give my refund.
                                I called NoBroker customer care many times & also send mail but didn't got any proper response, just telling me to wait for few days

                                  Unable to get owner contacts after buying the freedom plan.

                                  I have taken freedom plan. I am not getting the owner details since last 3 days. I have tried contacting customer care. They just say there is technical glitch and will be solved soon. I wanted to search for flat urgently hence bought this plan. Please give resolution to this....

                                  I have booked packers and movers from NoBroker company on 30/04/2023 shifting timing between 5-6PM and paid 200rs advance money no one is responding to call and no one is came for shifting fraud company

                                  Same with us too.. I wish we can take this to consumer court as all the plan has gone wrong waiting for them with no one responding.

                                    I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the services provided by NoBroker. I subscribed to the NoBroker Relax Plan for which I paid 3800 rupees and also booked Packers and Movers service for which I paid 7200 rupees, but my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

                                    Firstly, I was not able to find a suitable house through the Relax Plan, and the properties that were shared with me were already rented out. It seemed that there was no additional benefit in subscribing to the Relax Plan compared to the regular plan. Moreover, the promised discount of 750 rupees on Packers and Movers service was a lie. When I asked about the discount, I was told that I wasn't eligible for it as I didn't find a house through NoBroker.

                                    Now coming to my Packers and Movers experience, it was a total disaster. My schedule was fixed for 29th April at 9 AM for AC uninstalling and installation, but the service providers asked me to reschedule for 7 AM due to their other commitments. They arrived on time but without the AC technician. They started packing and moving my things without my AC, and I was asked to pay the full amount before the service was completed.
                                    I had to wait for 5 hours in my old location for the AC technician, who arrived at around 2 PM. After the AC was finally brought to my new location, the local movement manager Vinoth Kumar asked me to book an Ola cab to move the AC unit, even though I had paid for the Packers and Movers service. The AC unit was transferred in the Ola cab without any protection. To make things worse, the technician said he would not be able to install the AC that day and asked me to wait until the next day. Despite my repeated attempts to get in touch with NoBroker and resolve the issue, I have received no response.

                                    I feel cheated and taken advantage of, and I demand a full refund of the amount I paid for both the NoBroker Relax Plan and Packers and Movers service. The lack of professionalism and accountability from NoBroker has caused me immense inconvenience and loss, and I urge you to take prompt action to resolve this matter as soon as possible.

                                    Hi There, we always strive to provide top-notch AC service and timely shifting service to our customers, and our relationship managers do their best to provide genuine property details to our customers. However, we regret that you weren't able to find a house through NoBroker and that the relationship manager didn't check before sharing property details. Also, we regret that the service was rescheduled and that your AC was transported in an Ola cab without protection, and your movement manager asked you to pay the cab charge extra. Moreover, we also regret that the AC technician arrived late, didn't install your AC, and asked that you wait until the next day. However, kindly share your registered contact number so that we can look into it and provide you with a resolution asap.
