I am prabhu from chennai, I have purchased freedom plan on april 18 th 2022 from nobroker. Past 3 days i am trying to get owner details But still I couldn’t get owner contacts, contacted many times to customer care they simply saying its a technical issues, i am too much worrying about this, still they not rectify my issues or refund my money 2358 rs. NOBROKER cheating money from who struggling in rented house

    NEVER USE NOBROKER FOR PACKERS AND MOVERS SERVICE !!! Horrible customer service. I have booked a packers and movers service with nobroker in 1st week of April 2023. They have rescheduled my booking in the last minute and changed the company like 10 times. My movement manager (Aakash) is not responding my calls and the grievance office is not helpful. I have no idea what to do and my stuff is just lying at home. They have taken money in advance and the customer service is hopeless.

      I have raised complaints on the shoddy work carried out for cracks repair and painting works carried out by NoBroker in my apartment.

      There has been no redressal of the same yet.

          I had scheduled for packers and movers for this Saturday 29th April and got a call from Nobrokers team confirming all the details and informing on insurance scheme on the electronic and after all this they informed me that the slot I had booked is not available now and want me to reschedule to 2 days after. I informed them that they can't come and inform me at the last moment because had so many bookings and services planned based on this movement. This unprofessional behaviour is not expected from Nobrokers.

            I got scammed by a contact provided by NoBroker like many others.

            When I contacted Owner, he asked for sharing the identity and a passport size photo for preparing the Gate Pass to enter into the property.
            Next call, he asked me to send an amount of Rs.2020 as a token which was refundable. And later on got a call from his Property Manager who again demanded Rs.4010 for finishing of Gate Pass formalities by saying it will be refunded back, which I confirmed with Owner.

            By the time it was clear that its a fraud. But considering the fact that I received the number from NoBroker, an authentic platform, I made the payment. But, they said its not accepted by the system and they had asked me to send Rs. 4000 and Rs.10 as two separate payments and not Rs. 4010 directly. And asked for the payment again stating that everything will be refunded back. I didn't do the payment this time. So in total, I got scammed for Rs. 6030.
            But, when I asked for the refund of the money sent earlier they said the transaction was pending in their system and I will receive it only after 2 months, which is for sure not gonna happen.

            My worry points are:
            My money is for sure gone.
            My identity card and the photograph are now gonna be used to scam someone else.
            Questions over NoBroker's authenticity.

              Above amount was fraudulently debited from my account based on call from number [protected] on 28-4-23 at 4.30pm

                I am writing this email to express my extreme disappointment with the services provided by your company. Despite being a loyal customer, I have recently had a very unpleasant experience with your sales team and movement team.

                Firstly, I had certain expectations from your services and was promised certain benefits by your sales representatives. However, I regret to inform you that these promises turned out to be false, and I was left with no choice but to opt-out of your services. This has caused a great deal of inconvenience to me, and I feel that I have been misled by your company.

                Secondly, during the movement, I noticed that some of my belongings are missing. I find this unacceptable.

                I request you to take immediate action to address my concerns and ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. It is imperative that you train your sales team to be transparent and honest with customers and not make false promises to them. I believe that this will help in maintaining your reputation as a reliable and trustworthy company.

                I have been a long-time customer of NoBroker, and I hope that you will take this feedback constructively and take the necessary steps to improve your services.

                      I am Helen here who recently got painting and water proofing services at no brokers services..Post which got plumbing service for 200rs as well..but now when I am booking the service for cushion cleaning amount resulting to the same 200rs why is the service getting cancelled.????.the service today got cancelled for the 3rd time.I am writing to you to validate the reason provided for the cancellation.the reason provide is "booking amount is very less so we are cancelling. if the booking amount is less..why is the booking accepted?? should you not have price limit?why Is No broker cheating customers like this?doesn't it sound like misleading the customers?.if 200rs service booking amount is less..do not let the customers check out and make them pay and later call and tell them ..booking amount is less..Hope you will take appropriate action.Following is the booking id 1) HS[protected]HS[protected]HS-6838881
                      When Plumber can come for 200rs why not cleaning? Then why have the service listed if you can't provide?

                          Beware guys, don't get fooled by the name and services.
                          The team runs a great scam and let me tell you my ordeal with NoBroker and their services.

                          I booked their packers and mover services and was promised zillions of things -
                          1. you will have a dedicated relocation manager : Someone who will never contact you and you will chase them all the time.
                          2. You will be offered a cheaper price - but the scam begins by this
                          3. You will be offered all sort of customized services etc. but at the actual packing time.. None will happen.
                          4. Someone from a third party vendor will come and do the job as per their wish : And no broker claims they have trained them
                          5. They would not even have fragile stickers to protect fragile items and glass crockery. They throw everything alike into the truck!
                          6. You will be asked to buy insurance for the main items: But when packing is done they will ask you to spilt the same amount for every single pick packed be it even a box of bedsheets which will reduce the insurance value of your valuables which you added considering they needs an amount for major items like - Crockery, glass, furniture, other valuables.
                          7. Then again you have to chase for the updates on your good and their status as app won't show any updates on the progress.
                          8. Finally, the goods arrive and there are damages - so you contact the team and they ask you to fill a form with the details.
                          9. Now you will be sent another email to fill the same details.
                          10. Then you are asked to provide the repair estimates or replacement charges for the completely damaged goods.
                          11. Then you are asked to give images, pricing and details again.

                          After you are done with all this you will again chase the team for an update on the insurance claim.
                          And then the best part from the insurance providers -

                          1. We do not cover crockery and glass item damage and this is sneaked in some part of the insurance document very cleverly and never disclosed to the customers initially
                          2. Then they make a estimate of repair and replacement as per their assessment for other good ~ 2500 and add a note that as per the policy a min of 2500/- will be borne by the customer as a part of the claim and your claim is 2500 so all goes NIL. And all this again sneaked into the policy which is never disclosed till the end right from the purchase of insurance or services from No Broker.
                          Then you contact the insurance team and they say read the doc and check with No Broker.
                          No Broker supervisor or support team says sorry insurance team and doesn't respond back!

                          I didn't have much of damages which was good but to get the claim for whatever they did has become a tedious task now.. Want to ensure

                          1. NoBroker and Insurance company authority be aware of the of the SCAM you are running in the pertext of insuring the goods you move
                          2. Let the world know who they cheat you and make you run for the damages they do
                          3. And lastly want someone to look into having a fair inspection and providing my claims to the damages done by the packers and movers, No brokers as per the actual costs.

                            I had done a booking for my aged parents for a premium service. I was told at the time of booking not to worry their people will take care of everything. After the booking was done I didn’t receive any call or msgs until an evening before the shifting just to give some information( but important info wasn’t given about the vehicle and nobody came to check the things that needs to be packed ) So on the day of shifting the people came at 8:30 whereas the timing was 9am, they got a small tempo to do this shifting … shifting of a 1 bhk..we were almost stranded and No brokers contact number doesn’t work.. it goes into recording and they only communicate through chat.. we all were so frustrated esp my aged parents and to top it the supervisor of No Broker asked us to cancel on the day of shifting… he was very rude .. I went through a hell on that day!! Would never ever want anybody go through this situation.. these guys are irresponsible, unapologetic and untrustworthy! I was told that I would get the advance refunded but that never happened!! So please don’t trust No broker if you don’t want to experience the same!!

                            Also after all this, these guys called for a feedback and I explained everything to them and they assured that they would process the refund since it wasn’t processed by the previous manager, just an email was sent by her.. still after this call nothing happened! They even assured that strict action would be taken against these guys .. again a Big Lie.. these guys are Bogus and Big Bluffmasters who know how to toy with the emotions of their customers.

                              To Whom It May Concern,

                              I am writing this complaint regarding the unprofessional and unethical behavior of Nobroker. I used the services of the company on 9 Mar, 23, and made a payment of ₹4000 the same day. I returned the cartons within a week, as per the agreement, and requested the return of my security deposit. However, even after two months, I have not received my security deposit.

                              Despite repeated attempts to reach out to the company's customer service representatives, I have not received any satisfactory response. On 13 Apr, 23, I was promised that a refund had been initiated, but there has been no update on the same. It is extremely frustrating to be kept in the dark about the status of my refund and to be denied my rightful money.

                              I feel cheated and mistreated by the company's unprofessional conduct, and I have no other option but to approach the consumer complaints forum for justice.

                              I demand that the company return my security deposit immediately and pay me compensation for the mental and financial harassment caused by their negligence and unprofessional behavior.

                              I have attached all the necessary documents, including my booking ID (HSPM[protected] and payment receipts, to support my claim. I request you take strict action against the company and ensure that my refund is processed.

                                  Hi All,

                                  Let's begin my story(a very pathetic experience). Booking Id: HSPM-3857544

                                  Highlights: Wrong vehicle suggestion by NoBroker, Vehicle Breakdown, Bag forgot inside breakdown vehicle, Broken Furniture.

                                  1. Vehicle Breakdown at the deserted location after choosing the shortcut. It was stalled over there till 6.30 pm from 1.00 pm. After knowing this I felt so stressed and also worried about the security of my goods. The worst part happened at 6.30, they changed the vehicle and even more stress about my electronics stack order(Monitor and screen kind should be on top. I was taken care of order while loading at my home). They booked a porter and the vehicle top was not covered. He informed me that the vehicle top was not there and he bought a new plastic sheet to cover it. My stress levels are increasing by knowing this and started worrying about the items in the vehicle.
                                  2. At 9.30 PM They forgot the bag which is in the driver's cabin while transferring the goods from the broken vehicle to the porter's vehicle. I asked him about this and he pointed out that, it was my mistake as it was given at the last minute while the vehicle was started. Huh... really? I asked them to get that bag as soon as possible as I need some puja stuff in it which I required by morning for house warming. The supervisor said that he will get it by morning to the bus-accessible place and I need to go to that place and get it. I said okay for that on humanitarian ground as these people have been working since morning. You can see the trail mail of this that I reported the incident to NoBroker.
                                  3. Next day At 8.30 AM I received a call from the manager and I have told to go to the vehicle breakdown place and get the bag myself which was around 20 km to fro distance. As I'm in need of that bag(Adding please sorry to each sentence will not be acceptable at all places), without saying anything I went myself and collected the bag.
                                  4. Computer Table missing, later in the evening, I found that they left the computer table at the source by confirming with the owner. I called the manager to get that computer table as they missed it. That one was listed in the inventory. This time also he pointed at me that I need to check the complete home while leaving the house. Yes, I did that, I informed a person(Chotu, they called him with this name) to put it in the vehicle. Later, he suggested that I should book a porter and he will pay INR 300 but the actual cost is around INR 700. That is also not happened with them and the booking is also not closed yet. 5. Cot Broken. This is in the other inventory I mentioned. The head storage part was broken and I too. Opened the NoBroker application to file a claim and the website is not accessible, I attached the screenshot for reference and called customer care about this and The first guy listened to me, and after that nothing was happening on that. Each time I can't call to care and tell the story.

                                  JUST FYI, I paid some extra amount for the premium for bubble wrap of all items, and that manager asked me few papers and did that premium wrap. Seriously? He used bubble wrap for 5 % of the items. Please find that all images are self-explanatory.

                                  I HAVE TAKEN THE INSURANCE, BUT NOBROKER FAILED TO TAKE IT TO THE INSURER HENCE I AM UNABLE TO CLAIM THE INSURANCE.

                                  WHY SHOULD I NEED TO SUFFER FOR EVERYONE'S MISTAKES? PLEASE DO REPLACE MY COT AND REFUND MY PAYMENT TO NOBROKER AND ITS PARTNER.

                                  Hi Vamsi, we always take utmost care of your goods and deliver them on time. However, we regret that the vehicle broke down, your goods delivery got delayed, your cot was damaged, and less bubble wrap was used. Also, we regret that you had to collect the bag the next day morning by yourself that was left behind and you had to pay extra to get your computer table delivered. Please be assured that we will look into your issue and provide you with a satisfactory resolution.

                                    Still searching for house after having a paid membership.

                                    I am seeking a house in Gurgaon, thus I paid for a membership in which I got 50 contacts to visit and dedicated RM but still I didn’t get a good property because their dedicated teams didn’t work properly.

                                    They have uploaded fake photos (accepted by owner itself), wrong information is updated on the website, owner (owner cum Brokers) is asking for amount before visiting the property, and dedicated relationship...

                                    Still i dint get any solution for my refrigirator and washing mechine damages

                                    am nobroker customer on 28 march 2023 bokking id HSPM-6854814
                                    then the come and wist and started to pack after paking the told me some product are extra so you need to pay for it per box 1000 rupees
                                    finaly i agreed that rate of 4000 only for 13 etra box

                                    thats y the make seviour damage to my products and they didnt gives any proper responce

                                    still am waiting for any responce form them if there are not ready to pay my damage cost means please inform me

                                    i will repair and use it

                                    but they didnt respond

                                    what shoud i do
                                    i cant wait for long becuse these are daily using item so i need to use that

                                    so please consider the mail and give me a solution..

                                    i too having issurance also still i dont know why you force my to take insurance

                                    please help me to claim or give me a repley dont waste the time we are like this and never pay for damages

                                      I got mails from ICICI Bank Card alert too.
                                      Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message and filed Cyber Crime Complaint on line about the e-fraud.
                                      Kindly help me in this.
