This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on 9th of April 2023 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.
this fraud where two transactions from my new credit card was done for ₹20259.60 total 40519.20 INR

    I purchased two door lock replacement. But so much clearance is there while closing the door.
    carpenter person is very rude behavior with me and wife.

    he does not know to open one godrej lock also.

    chat made with customer care executive and email also sent .no response.
    I am calling no broker customer care daily they are telling "today we will send."like that only.
    no body came to my place for doing repair.

    they to refund money .otherwise they have rectify the wrong work done carpender.

      We are running after customer care and escalation team from past 7 days like anything to complaint my issue with the AC service that I had on 1st April.
      - They have really fooled me on 1st April :)
      - Due to AC service, my out door unit PCB got wet and might got shorted. This the reason my AC is not working now.
      - And I complained continuously but not a single action taken by Nobroker team.
      - NoBroker is such a broker who do nothing for the customer's complaints.
      - @Ramesh from Escalation team is also one big liar. From past 1 week, they keep on saying that they will call me back. But, no one still approached me so far OR called me back.
      - Because of their mistake, I will be charged 4K for the PCB replacement
      - The service person is also gone into the underground, where I and the CC people trying to reach.

      My AC problem is still not getting rectified. You guys have called me two times back to back after I posted my complaint here and asked me for 24hours each. The time has gone, my patience has gone, my AC has gone but you guys still didn't realize the customers pain. What a tragedy that almost 2weeks are gone and I still keep on complaining my AC problem with you. Still no proper action taken.
      Instead of facing all these, its better not to go with Nobroker at all. #sayno2nobroker

        I was literally shocked by the Nobroker persons behaviour..he literally shouted and acted like a rowdy because we questioned on the products.
        On 07april 2023 we had the painting scheduled.The painter comes to my place carrying old paint material..and only 1 person came...at 10am when Mahendra Singh ([protected]) came to the site I asked him 1) why tractor emulsion when premium was booked 2) why only one painter has come 3) and on material..For asking this Mahendra spoke in the wrong laungue asking " why 2 is not enough for"..I asked him again what and told don't confuse to maintain professionalism..after this Mahendra literally acted like a rowdy saying "have you purchase us..are we your servant.."n screamed at the painter telling.."first come out from here let's go" all are shelf n other boxes were kept out.but still he came close to my face and was yelling.i was standing stocked and asked him what wrong did I do..(I think he spoke bad about kannada people) I am not sure..but he told something n left...people come from outside to earn and show such wrong behaviour ??? And no one to question.??????

            Hello Team,

            Wednesday 5-Apr-2023 i have booked to clean the Bathroom in Premium package.

            Vendor came and cleaned, but all Salty dirty can be able to see on the wall tiles.
            On website they provide as for premium package, required to clean with Machine on wall tiles, but they have done via hand.

            I have also attached the images; please check how they are cleaned.
            If i have spent 1 hour, i can clean better then Nobroker person.

              Hi Nobroker Team,

              This is regarding my property renting experience, which has not been very good so far.

              Property Details : C-902 Sirocco Grande, Cypruss, Phase I, Punawale, Pune, Maharashtra 411033

              I paid token amount 5000/- to book mentioned property(Address details mentioned above) for rent on date 31/Mar/2023. Since then property manager Vinayak Uddi was not able to provide desired information in-order to process rent agreement and other needed documentation. I tried calling him many a times but not able to get proper response.

              Based on my separate discussion with Property Owner, we have agreed.

              As a next action point we need help from nobroker team with rent agreement processing and finalize a move in date so that I can plan my movement to the property.

              Can "someone/rent processing team" reach out to me on below details to discuss this further and make progress here:

                  Refund of token amount since seller backed out.

                  I am reaching out to you, after waiting for months to get response from NoBroker team. To give you a context, I wanted to buy a flat in Bangalore, so opted for NoBroker and took membership to be able to reach out to owners.
                  I finalized one flat in 48 lacs and paid the token amount of Rs. 60, 000 since the seller team was chasing me to pay the amount at the earliest. I made this payment on 4th of Jan via UPI[protected]

                  I have Purchased commercial relax plan of Rs 3538/- Rs.on 6th March 2023. Your no broker site said that you will get 100% customers for your Shed, Godavon. But till now even after 38 days neither your person nor relationship manager has organized any meeting or come there for proper customer visit. Kindly inform your no broker staff about it so that common citizens can trust us forever otherwise people will get bored with the name of no broker.
                  no broker customer executives are telling that will get back to you and not giving proper response.
                  So I want my money refund back as soon as possible please.
                  I will make sure here after none of my friend circle should contact or take service of nobroker.
                  This people are liars and even cheater.
                  If you call the actual person to whom you called and basis of their comitment we pay the amount they never get connected to us or even the call line in not transfer to them. They take the money and do not support.

                      There is no insta property update and if we ask they send manually from RM. Asking to customer care, they just simply doing nothing. And relax plan is totally worst they showing recommendation after the property sold out not replying within hours for the props that added recently.
                      Worst service I have ever seen with Relax plan. Please don't go just take the first plan which you can get the contact and call them directly.

                          We bought a Relax plan to find rent properties back in January. We were assigned an RM to help us find the right apartments based on our needs. We paid extra for RM plan so that we can peacefully concentrate on our work while actively searching for properties.
                          The RM assigned was of no use and we submitted multiple complaints. After a month they changed our RM and the other guy was no different. We did another complaint asking that guy to get us someone useful. After that they stopped respong (after 17th feb), the RM went on sick leave, supervisor kept giving false promises. After this mental torture, we ended up finding an apartment ourselves. Now no broker is denying any refund, not even 50% even after such a pathetic service.
                          Last person I talked to was Rakshitha S from Bangalore office. Completely useless team.

                            I have booked a packer and movers service from NoBroker app on for my shipment on date 2nd April 2023 ([protected])
                            Today morning we contacted our assigned partner as he did not arrive at 9am. He said that there was some issue with his car. He will not able to come and another partner will get assign to me. We called our service Manager ( Vikram) about same he said that yes new partner will get assigned to you to us but nothing happened. I have called customer care number around 10 times nobody receiving our calls. They ruined our entire plan of weekend shifting and nobody helping us about what we need to do further.

                              There is broker named Janardhan S operating in Panvel, Navi Mumbai
                              Phone no [protected]. He acts as owner but actually is fraud agent duping customers. He didn't return my money (5k) which I gave him as deposit . Kindly block this person's account

                                I called at nobrokers mobile no. Multiple time, but no one is bothered.
                                Plz look into the matter, refund my money.

                                  I opted NoBroker home renovations for my flat in Bangalore. i paid advance for my project. The design phase was literally so slow. The design scope was for false ceiling, and minor Puja unit modification work that itself took about 3 weeks time, and post design completion they shared revised quotation with revised labor and increased persft prices for materials used. I asked them to give justification in price escalation since delay was from their side the overall process from site visit and design for small activity took about a month time and why i should pay price escalation on material and labor cost. I agree if design wise any running feet or volume increase that is justifiable but why should I pay prices on labor or material cost other than agreed upon prices as per agreement.
                                  They later said they will revise and share new quote. To my surprise in revised quote they corrected few items costing back to the first quote and escalated prices of other items/tasks and they said that is due to MCR revision ( their internal price changes) and their management has asked to give quote according to new prices

                                  Their quotations keep changing with every iteration...and the values they display are not legible...i could have understood if marginal cost escalation the changes were so dramatically fuzzed that no one can belive. I have decided to bring into consumer forum for below reasons
                                  1. Work delay caused by Your (Nobroker) team, due to their inefficiency or higher TAT, u should not make customer pay for it
                                  2. Quoted prices doesn't justify...it only looks like an attempt to compensate overall price by lowering one item and increasing the price on other item
                                  3. They create a whatsapp group against evert project and add a train of multiple people they call it team, they provide a standard escalation matrix from SPOC, relationship manager, PM etc.. and on ground realty those contacts are not much of helpful

                                  Relationship manager who was my first contact was never reachable, City manager or any other lead given in escalation matrix hardly respond to my emails or whatsapp, they only keep You waiting

                                  I have got my money stuck about a month and half wait/delay and no progress on ground in reality. I regret my decision for opting nobroker services, i should have opted for alternative brand or other trusted contacts for these services

                                    So I booked NoBroker's packers and movers service for March 8, 2023. After a visit from their supervisor for 3 BHK, they quoted me 14500 for 50 boxes, and the distance was 5 km. They asked me to upgrade to premium by paying an additional 3, 000 and promised me everything would be properly packed and wrapped. The total I paid was 17, 500 rupees .

                                    Nobroker's moving partner, "Naresh Reddy, " and the team started their work; they got only 32 boxes and packed only one side of the sofa and a refrigerator, that was all.

                                    Even after I paid a premium, they did not even do the basic packing. THE TEAM SUPERVISOR, NARESH REDDY, HARDLY CAME IN TO CHECK ON HOW THINGS WERE GOING. He was busy on his phone and stayed in his car most of the time.

                                    50% of my stuff was packed in my curtains, bedsheets, and scarves.

                                    Mattresses were not packed and were lying here and there in front of my apartment like garbage. They were covered with grease and black fingerprints.

                                    Bedsheets, curtains, and scarves were damaged because they were used as boxes.

                                    No furniture was packed except for one side of the sofas and the refrigerator.

                                    They used my packing material, including plastic rolls and papers, without asking me and asked me to get more papers from somewhere for packing.

                                    -for a 3-bedroom house and a 5-kilometre distance, they started at 7 a.m. and finished it at 1 a.m. the next day [it took 18 hours]. Naresh Reddy forced me to close it somewhere around 11 p.m. and demanded I pay before finishing the job by standing on my face and forcing me to give an OTP.

                                    I told Naresh Reddy that the job was not done as per the nobroker's commitment, and he then blamed it on his boys, went near them and raised his hand (he did not hit), and insulted their mother and sister. This was just an act he showed so that I would not complain about him, and I clearly told him not to do this kind of act in front of me. Then he asked me not to complain, and this drama lasted for about 2 hours. I had to witness such things.

                                    MOVING MANAGER—MISS GAYATRI

                                    NEVER CONTACTED ME AFTER SERVICE When I called her the next day, she was at lunch. They said we had arranged for her to call back, which she never did; she then went on sick leave for a week, and she never called me again. then I wrote an email to nobroker, and she called me the next morning and apologised, and I explained her issue. She said she would talk to her senior, and we would talk about compensation. I agreed. Another week, no call from my moving manager. When I called her after that, she asked me, Is your problem not solved yet? "YOU ARE MY MOVING MANAGER; YOU SHOULD KNOW IT BETTER!

                                    Then she tells me to talk to her moving partner, Naresh Reddy, about compensation. He is your partner, not mine. I HIRED YOU TO DO A JOB, AND YOU REQUESTED THAT I NEGOTIATE WITH YOUR THIRD PARTY PARTNER 'WOW, ' WHO HAS ALREADY CAUSED SO MUCH DRAMA IN THIS WHOLE SETUP.
                                    IS IT MY JOB TO TALK TO HIM OR YOURS? I GAVE YOU PICTURES AND EVERYTHING IN THAT MAIL; WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT, PURE Frustration? Then she says, Okay, I will talk to him, and another week later, no call from the no-broker side.

                                      I booked Packers and Movers service for shifting within chennai. Along with shifting AC uninstallation and installation service also booked. While installing they damaged my all internal volve and gas pipe has been damaged. Due to that he charged me extra for make it work. He installed and left, within few mins it stopped working, I asked to fix, they just internal damage we will not take care, but the internal damage has been caused by those persons only.
                                      They treat customers least bothered and money making always.
