On April 29 2023 we have paid Rs.5000 towards owner assure money back plan if nobroker failed to find a tenant within 30 days or return full amount.
Now (after 23 days) nobroker agents are calling & saying that the plan is not applicable in the area where the property is located & the plan is cancelled & no further service provided & ₹5000 not refunded

    Go ahead with NoBroker movers and packers if you need to stress yourself.

    On move date both Moving partner and customer service will not respond to your calls. They have no respect for customer time.

    If you have paid any amount forget about the token amount. Looks like they are surviving on this free revenue.

      I have booked movers and packers from NoBroker. Looks like they are fraud people and only interested in collecting token amount.

      On the move day neither the customer care or the assigned partner picks your call.

        I took Moneyback plan to rent a house in Hyderabad with a promise of a Local Expert who helps with my search and saves my time. Here is how the conversation went.

        Before Purchasing the plan:
        Got multiple calls daily, even at midnight. Thye used to respond immediately to my request on chat and arranges a call back to me. Sales guy calls me in no time.

        Sales guy: What is your requirement and budget and locality.

        Me: 25k for 2BHK or 3BHK in a proper gated community in Hyderabad

        Sales: Thats a very good budget sir, we have many properties listed. Take Moneyback plan, our Local Expert will schedule multiple visits at the same time to save your time and will be able to find the house quickly.

        Me: I do not see any properties listed in the website within the budget i specify, how do Local Expert will help me without properties lists

        Sales: We use special filters and we do see more properties that you will not be able to view. if someone posts a new Properties that will not be available to all users immediately. our Local Expert schedule a visit of such properties immediate.

        After multiple phone calls from the sales guy, i finally paid for 7000/- for Moneyback plan, with a promise to schedule property visits immediately.

        After purchase:
        Waited for 24hr, so called Local Expert is not assigned. When i request for an update on Local expert assignment on Nobroker chat, not response from them and they simply say will arrange a callback and never got a call from anyone.

        i fed-up and dropped an email to [protected]@nobroker.in to cancel the service. After two long hours Local Expert is assigned and i got a call from Shilpa Nobroker Local Expert.

        After speaking to her i understood that she is WORKING FROM BANGALORE, and she is trying to understand the places and landmarks of Hyd from me and maps, this was my first shock.

        I requested her to share the properties and schedule a visit without wasting time.

        She send me some random properties, based on my location preference which i have already viewed in the Nobroker website and was failed to arrange a single property visit in first 10days.

        Since I am in hurry, I increased the Budget to 30k, but no use, they do not have any properties listed from Gated community and the Local Expert was filed to arrange a single visit.

        4 weeks went on without a single visit. Meanwhile i rented one house for 32k by myself.s and requested money back as per plan.

        Refund Request:

        I knew they are not going to refund and come up with some excuse, but i tired.

        i dopped an email to [protected]@nobroker.in,
        [protected]@nobroker.in with a rental agreement and requested refund.
        (Finding the emailids are a big hassle)

        A ticket was generated based on my email After two days,

        i got a call from nobroker and informed me that refund is declined because i took the house for 32k . As per policy i need to take the house with in 30k budget,

        I am sure they would have said something else if i rent a house under 30k

        Summary:

        1. So the socalled LOCAL EXPERT is not an expert, they just sit in Bangalore and try to engage Owner and tenants.
        2. They have no knowledge about Hyderabad in my case.
        3. They will not be able to view any additional properties than what we see.
        4. I recommend to take a Freedom plan, rather than going for Relax or Moneyback plan. These services are not genuine. They designed to make money from the people who are in real urgency.

        i had to increase my budget from 25k to 32k because Nobroker failed to do what they promise and i lost 7k

        I did not write about the suffering and pain that i went through a month because of this service.

        To have a peace of mind, go and find a property by yourself or with the help of your friends and family. This is a highly unorganized sector and very unprofessional, only very very few people are posting the property in Nobrokerm, magicbrickgs etc.

          Fraud company, if after reading this you deal with them, its your own fault. I opted for guarantee package under which they will either provide you a tenant, or refund your money if you get a tenant from other sources before they can get you one. After getting a tenant from local Dealer in Gurgaon, I completed the formalities of sending my lease deed and all proofs to nobroker. Now they are not issuing my refund, dodging my calls and not responding to my mails. Total fraud company, BEWARE.

          This is false Claim by this company, I have chat messages from their employee and recording on phone that have told Nobroker is a scam and there is lot of cheating going on.

            Hello,

            I took the Residential Tenant plan service on 1st April 2023. However, when I search for any owner number it just display the message the owner number has been sent on your mobile number and email address but I haven't received till now. In this case, i lost my 10 limits out of 25 contacts.

            I raised the request on no broker customer service and they said there is an issue on multiple accounts and hence I requested to get me a refund of plan amount and they said they have raised an request for refund. Till date, i have not received my refund.

            Whenever I contact them, the cal always gets auto disconnected and I have wastes my time in last 1 month. This is very disgusting service i have ever had from such platform.

            According to me, this is an theft company and very tortured to customers. I want compensation of 5, 000 rs due to this bad service, wastage of my time etc..

              I have availed a property management plan from no broker for renting out one of our apartment in Bangalore. Initially i was given a lot of false promises and after payment even receipt was not provided on time. After a fight i had the receipt but no services were provided for the same. I tried to talk to many representatives and also was told refund will.be made in 7days. My order I'd for the payment is[protected]. Till date no refund has been made nor any updates on the same. I feel really cheated and i have lost all trust with this company.
              Hope to find some solution for the losses and trauma i have faced.

                Dear Team, I was Moved On[protected] through No Broker packer and Movers. During moving the person Was Damaged My refrigerator and Inner Glass and Double Bed. But Before Shifting they Are promised me to 100% safe & Professional movers will come with Movement manager. But they are worked Like Roadside guys. After that I was done My Service With Urban company Provider. And They charged me to 1100 rs. And for Bed Charged 500 rs. And Tip given For No broker 500 rs.. who will bear all Theasd Charges And again Will telling Wrost Service By no broker packer and Movers.

                  Dear Team,

                  As i was Moved On[protected] through No broker packers and movers. They Are promised me to we are Professional movers and Will move 100% safe. But they are Damaged my Refrigerator and Double Bed. After Moving the refrigerator Power not coming, and Inner Glass was Broken. When I was Contact the No broker they are Not Given Any Response.                     I have unsubscribed from no brokers, but they re forcing me to check property listings from their site along with upgrading to their membership plans. they are forcing me to take their membership plans. i told them no. still they are spamming my inbox with mails after mails. the are harassing me. they are being stubborn in not unsubscribing me from their mailing list, and in spite of repeatedly telling them to deactivate my account permanently from their databases, they are neglecting my request from customer care itself. they are saying ok sir, ill do it. but still i'm getting, advertisements, updates regarding subscription upgradation, newsletters, and search recommendations forcefully.
                    please look into the matter as soon as possible, and help me out. please take necessary actions regarding the same.
                    the app, and its services were of no help or use to me. as a customer, i was not satisfied with their services. still they are pestering me to apply to nobroker.com.

                      This is complaint regarding unauthorised use of my credit card for a payment in name of Nobroker services.
                      An amount of Rs 25311 has been deducted from my credit by a fraud call, to your account on 20th October 2022.
                      Kindly help me with this as bank is generating statement in my name.

                        Now they are not letting me to rent out the property as well as they are not refunding the money.

                          I have Enrolled for Money Back Guarantee plan as owner for renting my flat in Nobroker on March9th 2023 and paid 7668rs to them.
                          Before the plan end date, i have found my tenant by myself and submitted the rental agreement prepared by nobroker team only for refund of my plan amount.
                          They have not all responded on this and no acknowledgement that they have recieved rental agreement also.Many mails, many calls to them, but no response on this yet.
                          Such a worst people and waste plans making money without showing any services to customers...
                          They are trying to make customers attract to thier money back plans which are of completely fraud.

                            I purchased Rental Agreement and Police Intimation Service from NoBroker.com. The agreement was purchased on 15th April 2023.
                            The Biometric for Tenant was not done by the NoBroker team in Time, and the Owner had left the country. This was informed to the NoBroker team repeatedly. Even after prior information and constant follow-up, the NoBroker team did not complete the Owner Biometric before the owner's departure.
                            Then, on 27th April 2023, I promptly cancelled the Rental Agreement and Police Intimation Service Booking as the Owner was not present in the country anymore.
                            After this, I have been following up with NoBroker Team for the refund for the past 3 weeks, and the NoBroker team keeps telling me that their Relationship Manager will contact me for the refund updates. The intermediate update was that they would deduct some amount from the refund as Stamp Duty charges and Tenant Biometric Verification charges from the Rental Agreement. And no update on the Police Intimation service booking refund.
                            The last update as of 15th May 2023 was that the refund process had not been started for Rental Agreement, and a Relationship Manager will call me for Police Intimation refund updates. But I did not get any callback from the NoBroker Team.
                            To date, I have not received my refund as well as any call from NoBroker Relationship Manager for my refund status update.

                            Updates, the NoBroker Team is refusing to refund my Rental Agreement Service Fees, stating that 70% of the work has been completed. But 70% of the work is useless for me as the NoBroker team cannot complete the whole process of getting the Owner's BioMetric Verification as one of the Owners has left the country.

                            The customer informed the NoBroker team that the Owner is leaving the country 2 to 3 weeks before the Owner departs. The team did not respond or call back even after the customer followed up with the NoBroker team regularly.

                            Now NoBroker is refusing to give my refund back as well as my Rental Agreement is not completed as the NoBroker team did not send BioMetric Team for Owner's Biometric Verification on time. NoBroker is incompetent, but the customer is paying the price of NoBroker's incompetence.

                              I had sawn an property listed on nobroker.com, and finalized it with the rm of nobroker, as there was no direct number available to deal with direct owner, the call get directed to rm of nobroker, the rm of nobroker told me to transfer 60000 rs as an token amount to finalised the deal, and this amount is not brokrage or commission and it will get settle in final deal with seller, so i transfer the amount to nobroker a/c, as it is completly 100% fefundable, but as i tranferred, the rm started ignoring my call, and now its 1 month, still the deal is not finalised nor they are giving back my token amount, i tried to call them many times, even tried to contacted on twitter, but they arent giving back my money, they are doing this type scam and conning customer on behalf of property even they dont ownю

                                I have taken a "Commercial Money Back Plan" on 10th March and paid Rs. 7, 669. But in this 2 months (60 days) time the company has failed to service me. It's ZERO customer visits in the 60 days time frame. That means they didn't work on the property sincerely and I requested the relationship manager (sahithi) to refund the full amount but they are not accepting. They have wasted 60 days of my time and money. It's a big loss for me.

                                Please do the needful to refund my full amount i.e. Rs. 7, 669.

                                  I am registered with no broker on the mobile number [protected].

                                  I am in an extremely distressed situation after I was contacted by my relationship manager, who was very rude and said that the refund claim is rejected because I quoted the rent as 18k in the rental agreement, while the initial phone recording after the commencement of the package mentions rent negotiable upto 19k.

                                  Moreover, our priority was family but the RM had filtered tenants who were asking for Daycare and clinic purposes.

                                  I have been subjected to such a mental agony due to Booking with nobrokers when there would be a message saying that someone would visit the property but none came ever since we took the package.

                                  I don't think it is reasonable for me to lose the hard earned money of my late husband for someone else's carelessness.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    I am writing to file a complaint against NoBroker, an online platform that provides AC installation and repair services. I availed their services for AC installation after my relocation on 9th April. However, the services provided by them were highly unsatisfactory, and I have faced a lot of inconvenience due to their negligence.

                                    Firstly, the charge mentioned on their platform for AC installation was INR 918. However, at the time of installation, they added a lot of extra charges for parts and gas, which totalled to INR 2718 (INR 918 + INR 1600 + INR 200). This was not communicated beforehand, and I was shocked to see the additional charges.

                                    After a few days, the AC stopped working, and I contacted their team back. After wasting some time, their team agreed to send a partner for fixing the issue. The partner came and said it was a gas leak issue and refilled it. However, after another 3-4 days, my AC stopped working again.

                                    I tried contacting their support team, but they kept on throwing practiced lines at me, saying that it was escalated, and it would be handled soon. They kept on wasting 3-4 days so that the warranty period gets over, saying that the partner will visit in another 2 days. However, no one visited, and now I have to pay again to some other company for fixing my AC. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to receive such poor service from a company like NoBroker.

                                    When I asked for a refund, their team is not even ready to consider it, stating that the warranty period has passed. It is unacceptable that I have to pay again for fixing the same issue, and NoBroker is not willing to take responsibility for their poor service.

                                    Therefore, I request you to take strict action against NoBroker and ensure that I get a refund for the charges paid for the AC installation and repair services. I also request the forum to direct the company to provide me with an apology for the inconvenience caused and to ensure that such instances do not occur in the future.

                                      I got fraud through my creadit card last digit no.4416 on 1 may 2023. I told customer care that i got fraud so cancel all the transactions from this card. He said transaction is canceled. But next day money settled to beneficary. The fraud person used my creadit card in another account so i dont have any transaction id or anything to track. Everytime the executive told me lie first they said its canceld and second day they said its settled. next day again they said cancelled, next day they said they have no right to see this. I even mailed they did not helped. My money is deducted and executive told me lie again and again. I am helpless now.

                                        I got fraud through my creadit card on noo broker. When i called customer care, he said my transaction is cancelled and i will get my money back. But next day my money that fraud sent to somewhere was settled. I called again executive told me they have no right to see the transactions. They misguided me everytime.
