[Resolved]  Nobroker — Nobroker denying to refund the amount

Nobroker team is trying its best to not refund my money. My name is N P Singh, emailid - [protected]@gmail.com.

I had purchased Nobroker Money Back Plan, the Nobroker team failed terribly in finding a tenant for our house, after 10-15 days I sold the property to a tenant which was brought to me by her brother and not through no broker and even my Relationship Manager agreed to that. But today on 12 July 2022 i get call from team Nobroker telling the property was sold through Nobroker. I have also caught my RM and other team nobrokers contradicting to each other and lying, I have recorded audio proof and screenshot.

Also my new tenant clarified that she got to know about the property through her brother, my RM took her phone number and other details and without my knowledge they shared my property details to her email to later prove that property deal was done by Nobroker and not by us.
