[Resolved]  Nobroker — Packers and mover damage compensation

I was forced to take insurance then when time come to claim they said it is not applicable. After some days with lot of follow upI was informed refund already initiated to compensate on damage happened during movement. It's more than a month now I have not received any amount or update. Weekly calling support team no proper response. No one know anything. Is this standard you maintain?
Based on your assurance I have removed my feedback from quora as well.

After following up with team they provided compensation of 2000. It will not cover my damages. Something is better than nothing.
