Dear sirs, We have applied for pan card in the name of shambhawi enterprises with acknowledgement no. N-[protected] on 22.05.2017. The attachments could not be uploaded at the time of application but the same were uploaded within a week and hard copies were also sent to nsdl. We have been contacting with nsdl so many times but are getting only one reply ie: please wait for seven days. I had applied with NSDL online pan application. The acknowledgement no for my online application is [protected]. My application was rejected stating that the proofs submitted did not contain last name in expanded form as mentioned in the application. Kindly refund my PAN processing fee.. kindly request my pan application processes
