Nsdl E-Governance Infrastructure — Regarding online application

Sir/Ma'am
I am Divya and today i applied for correction in my pan card in name and DOB . And also received a mail alongwith acknowledgement no. And receipt. But when i checked the status of my application it showed "no record found".
Pls help me to solve this n respond as soon as possible.
