I used ola cabs, and everytime before ride they ask to deposit xyz amt in wallet and after doing so ride will come.

Most of time after ride amount reflect and i paid in cash, now ola says ur ola money member and 1000 post paid facility avbl so you not have to paid cash and it's ur mistake u paid cash. And now they badly behind me by almost 10 calls in day mostly automated, sms, what's up with legal...

how did postpaid generated don't understand. already paid by cash on same ride

Ola postpaid fake generated. I have no idea about ola postpaid and i don't made any transaction on 1st march 2020. I had booked ride for my friend to kothrud by cash payment and she paid to driver... Now i getting sms and mails from ola that clear your dues.. Why should i pay.. And i didn't activated any ola postpaid. I already send a mails to ola support but there is no reply... Please please solve this issue.. I really didn't made any postpaid...

overcharged postpaid ola money & pathetic customer service

Last settlement done on 12-march of 2796rs.
Since then, i made transactions of 3280rs. However, amount of 2568 was refunded on 21-march which was not substracted from 3280 to reflect correct due amount as 712 rs. After several follow up with ur customer service (Debojyoti roy, sumi suresh), they were least interested to look into the matter diligently (I can provide emails). On the other hand, now since 01-apr, fine of 250rs charged...

ola postpaid wrongly charging

On mar 01, 2020 i took my sick wife to teghoria bust stop to visit our doctor from my home b-46, purbayan, ashok sen nagar by hiring a ola.

On destination i paid amount rs. 210 the driver by cash as usual.

To my surprise, since last week i am getting repeated sms and mail from ola money to clear my due of rs 210 for the service i have not used.

I have tried ola app many times but one time i opted for ola money post paid. Not knowing the consequences i will pay later on. For the ride i have paid to the driver and also the money is deducted from ola money postpaid... At the end of ride my phone got switched off.. I was not aware of that the money paid through the ola postpaid.. And the driver didn't say about the payment.. And i have paid the money to the driver and the amount is deducted from my postpaid account too.. Please refund the amount which got paid twice.....

I took ola for a trip and my mode of payment is cash on all the trips taken so far. Recently ola activated postpaid in my account without any knowledge.

ola auto ride

This is in reference to an auto ride booked through ola on 19th february 2020. The customer who took the ride had paid the auto driver ₹98 as demanded by the auto driver. Even after the payment was made, the charges showed up on ola money. I tried contacting the company several times through emails and also flagged a complaint through the app for that particular ride. Even after persistent efforts from my end, i have received a notification...

ola postpaid payment

I have paid ola postpaid bill. But after i put all the details of my debit card and otp for the transection it showed transection failed. So, i made the payment by google pay then i found that the payment also deducted from my debit card in the last transaction. I didn't received any information about transaction failed and refund through message and mail. Please help me regarding this issue....

ola money deducted from postpaid wallet

Hi,

Whie placing an order to merchant ferns and petals, ola post paid wallet deducted 1018 rupees but not credited to merachant. Ola send message that transaction is successful with transaction id: f7lp-15se-tj59 but ferns and petals confirmed that they didnt get the money credited.

Please help to get my money back

I was trying to do the payment for olamoney postpaid bill on last saturday. When the money got deducted from my bank account, but not reflecting at ola app yet. I m trying to multiple follow up with ola team through email, but it is of no use. No one is replying. And 24*7 numbers are also not correct. Some numbers available online are incorrect and on some no one is picking up.

Pls look into this urgently....

30th oct 2019 taken ride from kuvempu road tin factory and drop will ghati temple i was got amount 1800

After finished the trip got amout 4500
I was called up customer care they given me total amount to pay 2400
In the same ride given me voucher refund amount 1004
Now they keep on...

ola money ola money paid through google pay but ola money wallet not recharged

I paid rs 2271 on 02-feb-2020 to ola money from google pay. However when i see my ola money wallet it was not recharged and money got deducted from my bank account. It was clearly mentioned that the money was received by ola money.

The ola agents are not responding correctly from two days even though i email them and called them. I have the payment receipts.
