A fraud happened today, a man called he said that he is from sagar ratna, and i ordered food but he took my bank details, he sent two links and the amount for food was 200 but he transacted 9999 from my bank account and debit card. Please refund my money please that was my hard earned money. I'm attatching my passbook picture. He added that amount of 9999 (Fraud) to ola money

      I have used ola auto on june 13 2020 at 10:57am, i paid amount using my linked debit card and the amount rs.293 got debited from my account. Later the driver took cash as it was showing the total fare was to be paid by cash therefore i paid cash rs.293.
      I sent this message on 13th june still i haven't got any response from ola customer care.

      They told refund in 7-10 days and its almost a month, it didn't happen.
      In one more trip again i paid through cash rs310 for CRN[protected] as ola money was not deducting now I called customer support they are telling we can't do anything about it.

        I used to use ola money for rides
        I took total 2 rides
        But the ola money is asking for rs 331 for a ride which i never took.
        I complained to ola support 3-4 times on customer care
        Even written a mail to them regarding their driver fraud
        That driver was too smart he started the ride without taking me even and asked for otp from me
        He started the ride without the passenger in there and made a bill of rs 331 which was added to my ola money account.
        Each time i complained to them they were non cooperative and said everytime that your complaint has been raised but you have to pay the full amount.
        I don't know what to say
        Just now today 13 june 2020 at 2.30 pm i got a call from a law firm of bangalore whose contact number is

        They called to say to me that pay the whole amount otherwise i will get a notice in legal for non repayment of money for the services i used.
        It is totally disgusting how these big mncs are looting the indian citizens.

        I am ready to pay the amount cost of 2 rides which i took i. E. Rs 500
        I'm not going to pay rs 831 which they are forcing me to pay.
        They threatened me of legal adverseries.
        Sir i'm currently unemployed i cannot afford to lose a single penny in this time of financial crises.
        Kindly help.

          Ola is mentally harassing me from last 20 days... I made payment three times... I get my refund of payment two times back... Third time ur customer executive call me nd send the link through text m paid the amount through that link... I paid ur amount already then why u guys harressing me mentally by calling me texting me continuesly i paid ur amount already... I will surely post the review about u guys... U r mentally harassing ur customer by taking payment many times
          .. Cheap service i wont use ola in future... I will surely file a complaint against ola after lockdwn... I hv all sceenshots of payment made by me... Terrible service

            ola money postpaid fraud and threatening with repeated calls

            Hi ola cabs,

            On last three auto rides, we have paid the amounts as soon as we got down.
            As we use ola cabs occasionally, we have no idea about ola postpaid services and i didn't even know about it and even driver didn't mentioned about the payment.
            But now i'm getting text messages and emails from ola that clear your dues - 154/-.

            I have already sent multiple mails to ola support teams - [protected]@zipcash.in,...

            Postpaid auto deducted while i paid in cash to driver amd also raised complaint as soon as i received message that money is deducted from postpaid. Now for 123rs. Ola calls me daily like 20times since a month. So total about 500calls. And that too of there fault no real person to solve issue. Even emailed to [protected]@ola woth details but no response

              Dear sir,

              I used ola cabs, and everytime before ride they ask to deposit xyz amt in wallet and after doing so ride will come.

              Most of time after ride amount reflect and i paid in cash, now ola says ur ola money member and 1000 post paid facility avbl so you not have to paid cash and it's ur mistake u paid cash. And now they badly behind me by almost 10 calls in day mostly automated, sms, what's up with legal team and threat and misbehaved.

              I almost 20 times spoken to their various officers, twice send mail on official i'd and replied to legal person on what's up that as per me no dues and i not use free ride of total 1k.

              But they not replied and constantly from various numbers keep harrasing. I have asthma and high bp problem and lastly fed up and asked i not used but again to free from ur harrasement can pay rs 500 (Earlier they offer) and close the issue but no responce on it and harrase me.

              Pls help

                Ola postpaid fake generated. I have no idea about ola postpaid and i don't made any transaction on 1st march 2020. I had booked ride for my friend to kothrud by cash payment and she paid to driver... Now i getting sms and mails from ola that clear your dues.. Why should i pay.. And i didn't activated any ola postpaid. I already send a mails to ola support but there is no reply... Please please solve this issue.. I really didn't made any postpaid payment.

                  Last settlement done on 12-march of 2796rs.
                  Since then, i made transactions of 3280rs. However, amount of 2568 was refunded on 21-march which was not substracted from 3280 to reflect correct due amount as 712 rs. After several follow up with ur customer service (Debojyoti roy, sumi suresh), they were least interested to look into the matter diligently (I can provide emails). On the other hand, now since 01-apr, fine of 250rs charged along with due amount.
                  Kindly resolve this matter asap.

                    On mar 01, 2020 i took my sick wife to teghoria bust stop to visit our doctor from my home b-46, purbayan, ashok sen nagar by hiring a ola.

                    On destination i paid amount rs. 210 the driver by cash as usual.

                    To my surprise, since last week i am getting repeated sms and mail from ola money to clear my due of rs 210 for the service i have not used.

                    My ride number is crn [protected].

                    I request to please stop this harassment of your consumer.

                      I have tried ola app many times but one time i opted for ola money post paid. Not knowing the consequences i will pay later on. After i opted for ola money, i still had 300 rupees something in my ola account.in ola post paid they use your cash money and only certain amount is being paid by ola post paid. After using the services for certain time i opted for cancelling the ola post paid as i got enough cash with me. So, i called the ola customer care number to cancel my service as i don't need it any more. Till this time i paid every amount ola money asked to, otherwise how can i be using the services. Customer care replied with 'services can not be cancelled till i pay ola paid money 500 again even if i am not using the services and after i pay (Even if i am not using services) they only it can be cancelled and i have to pay the full amount they have set even though i have not used any of it. Moroever, i can not use my cash which i have in my ola money account. So since then they are calling me at least 5-10 times on daily basis. Whenever i call customer care, they are not replying properly. Today i got the message on whats app from an unknown number threatening to take a legal action against me. The message is from [protected] and it is from 'jannat shaikh'. I also have screenshot of this particular message sent to me.
                      Repeated calls and not cancelling my service upon calling, saying we will waiver your fees once paid, and sending me threatening messages and harassing me on daily basis by calling and keeping my money and not allowing me to use it or withdraw. It is a shear case of harassment.

                      Please help me with this!

                          For the ride i have paid to the driver and also the money is deducted from ola money postpaid... At the end of ride my phone got switched off.. I was not aware of that the money paid through the ola postpaid.. And the driver didn't say about the payment.. And i have paid the money to the driver and the amount is deducted from my postpaid account too.. Please refund the amount which got paid twice..

                          I took ride on 20 jan via ola auto for which i got option to pay via postpaid i tried but unfortunately it doesn't work error page keeps on occurring so i paid for ride via cash out of no where it is now showing to pay my due of postpaid for the same ride i contacted to ola multiple time they keep on transferring me to different department

                            I have been trying to get ola money update which is not updated as they have received the amount for which i have got the confirmation on mail and they have not updated after several reminders.
                            And still after so many days nothing is done and they have blocked the application for further usage which is very annoying.
                            I paid to merchant wellness payment thorough ola money postpaid, transaction failed but money deducted

                            Now IAM getting messages to clear dues otherwise later fee applicable, how can I clear dues for wrong money deduction

                              The vehicle was booked in the peak hours and i met the driver,

                              The driver had asked me how much the trip fare shown in your mobile,
                              I had replied rs 181. He replied that very heavy traffic due to peak hours and he told me to cancel the ride, i denied however he cancelled the trip from his device and in the mean while he had asked the otp from my side and entered in the device, so that i had not traveled in the vehicle and my ola post paid has been charged with rs 146.

                              It is requested that the ola amount may be waived off from my account

                                I took ola for a trip and my mode of payment is cash on all the trips taken so far. Recently ola activated postpaid in my account without any knowledge.
                                So my end if trip i paid cash, sometime ater i got sms tht u have used postpaid money for the trip. I realized i have cheated by driver and okay made the trap for the incident. Still i didn't get answer how come a customer who didn't complete kyc, post paid acc gets activated. Ola is responsible on this incident and ask me speak to the driver partner where he didn't attend any calls including ola support person which they have communicated me in the call. Ola is not customer friendly services, they wait for the opportunity to cheat their customers.

                                  This is in reference to an auto ride booked through ola on 19th february 2020. The customer who took the ride had paid the auto driver ₹98 as demanded by the auto driver. Even after the payment was made, the charges showed up on ola money. I tried contacting the company several times through emails and also flagged a complaint through the app for that particular ride. Even after persistent efforts from my end, i have received a notification that the bill for ola money has been generated on 3rd march 2020.

                                    I did payment to happy easy go using ola money. The amount was debited from my ola money account. That is failed wit error 400.

                                    Can you please do a full refund asap, i need to book a few tickets. It's urgent.
