I have booked for refyl cylinder
on[protected], booking number [protected],
on[protected] cash memo generated with number [protected],
on[protected] I have got the SMS showing the cylinder delivered to me.
on[protected] subsidy 189.64 transferred to my bank account,
But even after all these I didn't get my cylinder. Indane web site shows the above things as such. But the delivery person told me that my cylinder not ready and the godown is empty. Then where is my billed cylinder? Even after 40 days continuous telephone calls I didn't get my cylinder.
I did set my prefered time of delivery on indane web site as ANY DAY - 6pm - 8pm BUT the Agency never given delivery on this prefered time. Myself and wife both are employees and will be at home this time only. But agency always delay cylinder delivery by saying DOOR LOCKED reason.
