My booking id is qmgu2041. Cancellation done on 17 may 20 but didn't get refund till now. Send and recieved various mails, contact so many time but didn't get call, resolution till now. I have send account details for neft also, but all guest experience managers, escalation team and redalert team are very irresponsible and not attentive. They all doing their job for salary only not for reputation of oyo and they will be a cause for end of oyo. As you can see, they all has forced me now to post this complaint.
Ritesh agarwal should look, closely monitor these all things, otherwise it will effect him with huge loss. I hope i will get refund soon.

    I booked hotel opera inn for 10th june my payment was successfully done through online but the next day when i approach hotel it was closed u want my payment asap...!!!

      On the day of check in i had charged extra 1000rs by hotel property (Grand regency banglore) when tried to complained about this during check oyo i had put call on hold for 30 min next time when i tried i was been told that my refund will be initiated and i did not receive any response when i further tried to contact oyo they asked me everything including the sanitation charges i submitted all the receipts but after submitting they did not respond afterwards again i called oyo the then they said that refund will not be possible by giving some foolish reasons
      If it wasn't possible why did they said at first that i will get the refund and how can the hotel charge 1000rs extra for sanitation from the guest

        I have booked oyo 29000 from 05.10.2019 to 08.10.2019 and have made a online payment of rs 2250 including breakfast. I went to the property at 1 o clock (Pm) yesterday, where we were denied checkin citing the reason that oyo has not cleared their outstanding payment. After that we spoke to one oyo representative, who changed the booking to some other oyo by name vamsi krishna. Mr. Ankur mallick, the oyo representative took the call on conference with the new property and explained that the he is transferring me to his oyo and no other charges should be taken from me. Upon reaching the new oyo, they asked for additional 13 k. We again contacted to another oyo representative and explained the matter. But no resolution. Afternoon we spoke to 15 oyo representatives but no resolution.in the evening without taking our permission or approval a 3rd oyo was booking. From yesterday we have been moving from one oyo lobby to another hotel lobby, till now no resolution. Now you are saying that my booking has been cancelled and you cant get me another hotel. I have not cancelled the booking and if some oyo representative has done it why should i pay the price and why should i suffer.

          Oyo has not blocked my account even after 2 mailed requests. I just want to stop using my account and also don't want to register anytime in future with the same account of mine.

            I have booked oyo 129 sector 30 from 23rd jan till 28th jan’2020. They cancelled my 10 rooms reservations which were booked from 25th jan - 26th jan’2020. I have already paid the room and taxes in advance. So, i asked them to refund the money. But as the reservation was made by booking.com, manager mentioned that refund will be given by them. I have spoken to booking.com, they are saying we have not taken any money and hotel is responsible. I made the payment in the hotel itself.

              I had booked for 2 nights in advance on June 5-7th but the booking was taken by me and I had requested for the refund. I have attached a screenshot of the email from oyo stating that there will be refund of the full amount of Rs. 2856 but the full amount was not refunded till day.

              I tried calling them but they kept me on hold for so many times so long!!!

              And there's no email of oyo to be found on the net also!

              I hope some action can be taken of it ASAP!

                I booked a room with oyo app nearby tughlakabad delhi. As no one was following social distancing in that hotel. There was also no thermal testing done by them. Okay all right. I completed all my documented parts and then they told to go to room no 205. I entered into the room that was so unhygienic, tv was broken. Number of hairs were lying over the floor and washroom was just like washroom has never faced any swiper. I called oyo customer care, told everything to them. They said not to worry “your happy stay is our prior duty” and without my consent they closed the ticket that it is resolved. And i spent my whole night jaise taise. No one came for asking a water bottle as well. Room telephone was also not working. I stayed in 3rd floor. Reception was on ground floor. And this was not possible for me to come at reception for everything. That was the worst stay. I never suggest anyone to use that hotel. Oyo says that their partner visit oyo every week and check everything. That is totally wrong. I don’t think even a single time they have visited.

                  I booked oyoroom and payed using online banking amonline. The first payment said it’s not successful but the money was deducted from my bank account. So i made the second payment using online banking again. The second payment also deducted my money from my bank account. It’s show me that i made 2 payments. The room only rm56 but i already paid rm112. Already ask the oyo assistant in the oyo application. It says the refund already successful but i still don’t get the money from my bank account. My booking is lvrg0492.

Since the property was on-hold at that time, i was unable to shift in the property. please refund back the security deposit amount paid by me. My booking id is 95239.

                      I have booked a hotel adarsh at bilaspur (Chhattisgarh) through oyo rooms on[protected] for rs. 2872. Through my yes bank debit card. But after booking of the same and payment of amount i have had cancelled the booking at hotel. Since then i am struggling for my amount to get refund which i have paid to the hotel but couldn't stayed. Moreover i have many conversations with oyo guest experience manager as they have assured me that i will get my amount refund within 7 working days.

                      Here i am providing my booking details:-
                      Booking id-zqaf0749 hotel adarsh juni line bilaspur.

                      Further i have visited to bank's home branch to raise complaint against the same and i have initiate the complaint through charge back on[protected].
                      But then also neither i have got refund nor any status of assurance which make me satisfy.

                      Its been more than 4 months since i am getting procrastinating answer.

                      Hope my query will resolve soon.

                        I booked for a room and paid 70% advance to confirm the booking. But when i went there, the hotel was closed due to lockdown and then i cancelled that booking. If it was already closed oyo rooms should not have accepted the booking or at least shown it as unavailable. Now after cancellation it is not refunding.

                          There is no option to delete/deregister option from oyo. I dont feel using oyo app now and want to delete my account.

                          Its every users right to have an option to delete their account.

                            I was denied check in based on my booking as the hotel receptionist said that they are not live with oyo for few days and it's a technical issue and we will get th refund. They asked us to pay separately if we wanted a room which we did. But i've been constantly calling oyo customer care to solve this issue but there's no update for my refund

                              I had a booking for a period of 30may-31 may 2020 with booking id axkp8516. I dialled into customer care for booking and to make sure rooms are available so can book. I connected with mr. Akhilesh sharma who told me that he had confirmed with hotel summerland guest house for rooms availability. He sent me a payment link and confirmed the booking. But once i reach the property it was closed and the number shared with me in booking details said that property don' t accepts oyo booking.
                              I dialled freaking customer care a d waited for a longer time to get someone over phone. After along time i got a guy who said i will connect your call or get approval from guest experience manager and still waiting for approval. My booking complaint status is still pending.

                                I booked an OYO room in January in Gurgaon. I checked out the same day due to unhygienic room conditions. I verified if I could get a refund since I have paid upfront using a debit card. 25 emails 20 phone conversations and 4 months later, I have still NOT received my refund amounting to approximately INR22, 000. The booking ID is NGRY9218. The payment refund is being initiated to an incorrect account despite them having the image of a cancelled check. This is unacceptable and fraudulent in nature.

                                  I dont want to use oyo account and it doesn't allow me to do. It doesnt allow me to delete my account or my history.. This is a privacy issue. I dont want to be associated with it.. Pls delete my account. I tried multiple times to delete but was ignored.. This is a serious privacy issue and i want it resolved.. I dont want oyo to have all my details and i need to delete my account..

                                    I made a transaction for booking a hotel via oyo rooms on 15th may 2020 and another booking of 16th may 2020with transaction amount of 909 and 1818 (All through google pay). I cancelled the booking on the same date (15th may 2020) as the hotel was made a quarantine centre and it has been more than 14 working days since oyo is telling me that they have initiated the refund and that i will receive the amount within 14 working days. I asked oyo for the bank reference number so that i could confirm whether there is any issue with the bank. After confirming with the bank mentioning the transaction the bank says we have already updated your transactions but your biller has not initiated the refund. I asked oyo again for telling them that there is no issue from the bank side. Kindly initiate the refund but the response from oyo is same that your bank reference number is so and so and to talk with your bank. I am fed of calling oyo and always getting disconnected.

                                      I booked rooms in udupi karnataka through oyo and when i went for check-in they hotel people told that they are not related to oyo and they denied my check-in. When i called the customer care they kept me on hold for an hour and after that they assured they will refund the amount within 14 working days. This happened on july 2019 and till date i haven't recieved my refund back i have contacted the customer care almost hundred times after that and every time each executive will be assuring me that i will be recieving in next 14 days. Worst customer experience i ever had. Pls find booking id and hotel name from attached

                                        Before 20 day's ago i have booked a hotel through oyo in the date of 28 april 20 to 29 april 20.. I have also done with payment in online. But some miss communication & miss understanding from your consultant.. I have to go to hotel for cheacking but i can't check hotel employee told me to no any bookings show in our system so u can't enter our hotel... That day i have also canceled my booking in the date of 29 april 20.. Oyo employee told to me.. Sir u can get ur refund within 10 to 14 working day's... I have continued call to oyo customer care.. Ur all employees told to sir.. Just wait within 14 day's u will get ur refund... But today is 18 working day's but till now i will not get any refund... Today i have also called ur oyo talking with a person his name his name his singh.. He said to me.. Sir ur refund process also pending from our side.. I will give you a link at afternoon.. U can open this link fill up ur bank details.. After then forward to our oyo mail i'd... U can get ur refund within 14 day's... Just thought... Already 18 day's left but today he also said... U will get within 14 day's... Its very bad serv ice... I have really fade up with you all employees... I have very bad experience in your oyo... Plz try to give my refund as soon as possible
