[Resolved]  Oyo Rooms — not allowing me to delete my account or booking history

I dont want to use oyo account and it doesn't allow me to do . It doesnt allow me to delete my account or my history .. this is a privacy issue . I dont want to be associated with it .. pls delete my account . I tried multiple times to delete but was ignored .. this is a serious privacy issue and i want it resolved .. i dont want oyo to have all my details and i need to delete my account ..

Lily, we can block your account but can't delete your account history as we want you to reminiscence all the stays and also it is required for the booking record.

U have not blocked my account still .. i have mailed u my oyo mail id few days back .. block my account

Refer to the case Id above. It has been a tormenting experience dealing with oyo customer care. I want full refund for my last stay, due to non functioning amenities and worst possible customer service by your on call customer experience managers. If this is not resolved immediately, we will proceed with the legal action.

where can i send my registered email details for getting my account blocked?
This same is happening with me... i am calling customer care daily n they say me we will do in 24 hrs m after few days they said me 72 hr to do so... i am mailling them daily but they are nt blocking or deleting my account..
I also want that oyo block my no. From there app so that m nt able to login through my no. More than 3mnths now
