I stayed in hotel navya grand on 1st of this month and checked out on the next day, it is a oyo maintained property. At the time of check out being in hurry i forgot one of my electronic device in room itself. At that time room boy went inside. After returning to the property after half an hour.. Room cleaning batch went inside... When i asked for my device back they said.. We didnt found anything inside. When i escalated the same thing to oyo customer care they also said the same thing as that hotel reception said. My question is y they are not asking room boy strongly. Felt unhappy with their response. Not worrying about my device at all but their response and negligence is not acceptable.

    I have booked a package for andaman thru oyo in rs 80000. They have taken 20% advance payment from me before 40 days. After that when i paid another rs 40000/- as next payment before 15 days of journey, they changed the package inclusion ferry service to govt. Ferries from makruuz. When i talked regarding same with there sales person. He simply denied saying sir we can only give govt. Ferry in this price. But as per deal he has both verbally and in written offered my package with makruuz ferry. Total difference of amount for 6 persons is rs 15000/- and oyo is not responding to my calls and emails. Now every day they are saying that we are working for same. I felt cheated by oyo and does't recommend anyone for there services.

      Dear officer,
      This is regarding the booking id jcir8316 in which i had booking of 3 double occupancy rooms from 29th july to 4th of august 2018 and i have made an advance amount of rs 15000/- along with my other bookings. Check out date being 4th august 2018 i wanted to modify/reduce the booking/rooms on 02/08/2018 at 9pm. One of the rooms i wanted to check out one day early which i called your customer care no [protected] four times between 9.00pm to 10.00pm taking to your customer care people from 18 seconds to 34 minutes testing my patience. After the first two calls i politely reminded them that calls are taking too much time for hold more than ten minutes they played this game nearly 1 hour 30 mts and i told them that i will take this matter to court and i am not going to pay any more amount if you play like this. I remember 3 executives name mohammed, rahul and manoj and the fourth guy i do not remember the name and he is the one i talked first. Al the men were very politely insulting me by holding the call for longer times. Every time they were telling me that, to alter the booking they will have talk to the higher authority i waited waited and waited till the line went dead. It repeated 4 times. This is not the first time happening with oyo. Before this 21/07/2018 i had booking at oyo flagship 072 hotel orient inn at nagpur in the name bismi krishna booking id being wfuj3485 at the middle of the night she and two young girls reached nagpur and took a taxi to your hotel from airport at midnight. They reached hotel were nobody to address them at the reception and the place was surrounded by some drunkards and they got scared and took shelter at some other hotel. Next day the lady bismi krishna complained to you directly and cancelled all the bookings made by me. Actually we should have taken legal actions against you at that time itself for giving stress and mental agony at midnight that too for 3 females. But we didn’t press any charge that time. With in a month's span this is the second tie this is happening and this time if you are not going to call me to my phone number xxxxxxxx before 10 am i will have to take legal actions against your company for insulting me being your customer also harassing me by not attending my calls properly and by that putting me into pain and mental agony

        My Package ID was PKG-HLSJ0968 for Ladakh and paid Rs.55100/- and performed the journey during 26th July to 31st July, 2018. I was still not provided with payment receipt from your organisation which is required for claiming reimbursement from my office. The h payment link provided for making the above payment did not generate any automatic acknowledgement/ receipt like in other payment links. I have sent many complaints to those people who coordinated to get me convinced for accepting the OYO total holiday package but none of them was able to provide me the receipt for the payment paid to your organisation. Whaat sort of organisation you are running without sending receipt for the money paid to the clients. Is it for cheating the IT department to avoid GST?. Why I should not take up this matter with Income Tax authorities for tax evasion.

          This complaint is regarding my stay at oyo rooms. Oyo signing manager herself confirmed my booking at oyo3837 confido inn against booking id rbcs7431 but when i reached the hotel the receptionist denied my check in. Later on when i tried to escalate this issue with oyo, the employees were very unprofessional and because of i was standing outside the hotel premises with my entire luggage. And finally the hotel receptionist said that oyo is not going to help me. Kindly find some other place to stay.

            I would like to lodge a complaint and share my feedback related to the call handling of the agents who handled my case on 29th-july’2018 regarding hotel amar villa in safdarjung enclave. I had a worst experience with oyo because i didn’t get check in entire night and at last i demanded for full refund as it was oyo’s fault. The case is that i was on my way to the hotel in the evening time on the check in date but got sucked in traffic. So i have called in oyo and asked the agent to inform the hotelier that will reach by late evening. The agent said not to worry as my booking was confirmed, already paid as well and he was confirming the same to the hotel. When i reached at the hotel, the hotel main gate was closed. So i called at the hotel reception and asked for the entry gate. Night shift hotel receptionist asked my booking name and then he told me that we are sold out for today and asked me to call back oyo. I have called oyo guestline number, agent named aman picked up the call, i explained all of the above to him. He said me to wait for his call back after 10min. Meanwhile, agent named abhinav/abhinay called me from the guestline to assist, i again explained entire issue to him, he also said me to wait for 10-20min for the resolution. I was standing outside the hotel amar ville but didn’t get call back from any of the guestline agents on time. So i myself call back on the guestline number, agent named virender singh picked up the call and i explained the entire issue to him as well. This agent was polite enough to help me out and he stayed on call with me so that he can provide me the alternate hotel options on the same call but the call got disconnected in between. I got call back from aman and abhinav after 20-25min, one of them told me to shift in bee for homestay in the same location. I reached at bee for homestay but that hotel was in a very congested street, i stucked there for 20min. Cos i was driving on my own car and there was not even a space to pull back my car. I asked abhinay to check any other hotel cos this bee for homestay was not at all worthy enough to stay. He said me to again wait for call back. Then i got call from virender, he told me to go to hotel kehar palace which was located in nearby location. I reached there and it was on 2nd floor of the building. I checked for the receptionist as virender was unable to coordinate with the hotelier from his phoneline. The receptionist was a very young boy, he was sleeping on the couch and when i tried to wake him up, he woke up for 2seconds, he was still in his sleep and unable to understand anything as he was so much drunk. I felt so unsafe there, so i went downstairs, picked up my car and go back to some safe area. At last, i was so pissed that i asked virender to provide me full refund or shifted me to the hotel which were just nearby hotel amar villa as the location was safe there. Virender said he can make a new booking but it will take some more time. As it was too late night and i was with my fiancé so i prefer not to talk with any hotel receptionist at this late and asked for the refund only. Virender provided me the full refund and told me the refund tat.

            So now at last, i request oyo to kindly check the itineraries from the hotelier before marking any booking as confirmed and asked your agents to do call back asap as per their commitment. Because of the liberage and this entire issue, i had to suffer a lot till 1-2a. M.

              I am complaining about the wrong deduction on my oyo booking oyo 15195 mayra the hill top, booking no. Dmbo5916
              When i was booking oyo, then the amount payable was showing 1389₹ after using my oyo money present in my wallet, then after marking the booking and paying the amount 1389₹ the app started to show 301₹ outstanding even after paying the showed amount.
              Please help me in the case and same thing happened before on booking id. Rvig7845

                I stayed in the below hotel, booking done by oyo web site. After payment when i asked for tax invoice, hotel given one invoice attached here, there is no tax details and says m/s oyo will provide the tax invoice. Oyo only providing the money receipt for the same. I need to have a tax invoice for the same to get the reimbursement.

                I made a booking on 14th july of july and then cancelled it due to some reasons.
                The amount of 716rs was debited from my account. And now it's been more then 1month the amount is not refunded yet..
                Called you guys several times..mailed you..No results..
                Get it checked asap Booking Id GTHQ3584 otherwise going to take it to higher level..
                Basic beverage (tea) never comes in Hot.. Poor quality.. On the very first day we received tea in a warming state. We sent it back and on the second day morning he repeats the same. Poor quality.

                  Subject: a lot of small bugs in and over the matrices, sleeping while itching, a horrible first time experience.
                  I have booked oyo 14908 chirag residency near safdarjung enclave, delhi.
                  As i checked into this hotel around 2pm in the afternoon dated 29-07-18. As we were so tired and took a nap. We woke-up in the evening 7 pm for dinner at that time i felt a little itchy sensation and i took it lightly later after dinner we watched tv and started sleeping and an hour later i had to wakeup and checked the matrices for anything i can find. Hence i found a small bugs so i had to change the blanket and slept again. At 4am in the morning i woke-up ultimately and checked my self against the mirror and couldn't believe myself what i saw. My whole body majorly my both hands and neck and legs had gotten swelled and itchy sensation all-over. And also noticed the switched off ac. Thats it we checked out immediately. It was my worst ever experience with oyo for the first time. And for this i had to give a big complaint and also insisting the total reimbursement. Thanking you.

                    Sir i stayed in buddha residency, luckno w6804.. The quality of room was not good even in bathroom there was not light.. Even water cattle was soo dirty even we couldn't drink water.. I was with my wife who was going to appear in her exam on 29.07.2018 in lucknow we had no other option to stay in other hotel. We complained about room and requested hotel manager the room which was again offered to us even worst then..in the morning of 29july we requested toothpaste kit we were registered after saying that in all over india oyo room doesn't provide such kit i had to walk 1 km to bring toothpaste kit.. I am completely unsatisfied with the services and request you to take proper action.. Even the dinner was not there..

                      We me and my partner (Primary guest) stayed at oyo townhouse greater kailash, delhi on 25th march. I had made a payament through my debit card at the reception. After failing by paying online. I used my debit card to make the payment for rs2095. But, the amount of rs 1611 was deducted from my account. The attented said it is not received yet and he didn’t even handover me the printed slip as his machine was not working. So, he asked us to wait till morning. However, the amount that should have been charged for the stay was suppose to be rs2095, but i have no idea why was rs 1611 was deducted from my account. Next morning while checking out on asking for the same the person at the reception said that they have not received any payment and that we will have to pay again. We with no option left had to pay again rs 2095 this time they handed over the printed copy and said for the amount that was deducted from my account will be reflected back in my account. It happens sometime. After waiting for so long the amount was no refunded so i registered a complaint through oyo app. Meanwhile i also contacted my bank. I made a complaint to sbi also. I have the statement from sbi which states that the payment was successful and was received to merchants bank. I also have my account transaction details that both the payment rs1611 and rs2095 were made and debited. Now please look into the matter and ask for the same from the hotel (Oyo townhouse greater kailash, delhi)
                      I had tried calling oyo customer care they eithr put my call on hold or disconnect. I have given my alternate number on which they can contact. But i want you to resolve this as i can’t keep tracking a complaint again and again.
                      Complaint (Ticket id5857776) there is no update on the issue. I have registered complaint through oyo app and follwed up on the app itself no action is taken. All the details of statements and sbi closed complaint were shared to mr. Nishant (Esclation) through a mail. No response its already been 3 months.

                      The complaint has been closed by oyo.And they expect me to collect my belongings on my own.If this the solution oyo is providing me after all this experience i think they better need to work on guest handling.Also, I don’t wish to go back to that property ever again if you people can not refund my money and the return the watch from that property.Then, whats the use of me complaining about anything to oyo.Without even discussing that do i have my stuff and money back how can you close a complaint

                        Booking id mqdk9604.
                        I have booked a room in hotel divine inn. When i went to reception on arriving, they were busy in their own discussions and on phone..
                        After 20 minutes i was given the room. There was no electricity in the room. The room was stinking badly with the smell of smoke..
                        I have been a regular customer of oyo but now i would prefer some other means rather than choosing oyo..
                        I cancelled that booking and moved to other oyo nearby.. But i was the one who faced monitory loss.

                        During booking on to rooms they show the AC is available. But after booking when we reach there. He told me that no AC room available.
                        I asked I booked room thorough AC but he asked me all the things available but AC is not.

                          Hi,

                          Recently i have booked tulip inn in allahabad during my recent visit. Let me bring to oyo support that how in the hell did you make this as your partner hotel as everything i can think about this hotel is wrong/bad

                          1. Pathetic staff, no attire, dress code, cleanliness etc..

                          2. Horrible rooms

                          3. Outdated ancient linen, pillows, bedsheets, all the clothing in the room is smoked..

                          4. Horrible bathroom

                          5. Cockraoches, bed lies...

                          Recently i have booked tulip inn in allahabad during my recent visit. Let me bring to oyo support that how in the hell did you make this as your partner hotel as everything i can think about this hotel is wrong/bad

                          1. Pathetic staff, no attire, dress code, cleanliness etc..

                          2. Horrible rooms

                          3. Outdated ancient linen, pillows, bedsheets, all the clothing in the room is smoked..

                          4. Horrible bathroom

                          5. Cockraoches, bed lies...

                            The journey was started last couple of months and i had started from 1 account. For your continues support currently i have more than 5 account and each account there are more than 10 to 15 bookings. I appreciates those peoples who always handle my escalation in a jiffy. Here, we are sharing few of best guest experience name who had handled my problem very smoothly, like mr ashish, mr rahul, mr reman, ms aparna. I appreciates to all for their wonderful work. Please keep up!!

                            Here, you required immediate attention on my last booking. The experience of my last booking was unbeliever wherein i went to your property oyo 9025 viditva 1. I reached around 7.15pm on 21stjun and i was gone around 7:45pm on same day. I handed over of my room key to reception person and educated to him i will come by tomorrow. Kindly don’t check out my room. On next day i got an email from team that your room has been checkout. I really surprised without my permission or intimation how they check out my room than immediately i called in your contact center and shared my problem with guest experience managers anirudh & visakha. As per them we have already discussed your concern with property person due to booking issue they have check out your room but the room condition reaming same. As there is nothing change in your room. As per the resolution which i had got from them was ok. Again i went to your property around 10am and found that my room condition totally new and somebody entered my room and cleared all the things. I really surprised how they can do this activity without my permission. Even from 10am to 1pm as there was not received any single water bottle in my. Landline phone was also not working in the property. Between 23 hours i called couple of guest experience managers but not buddy help me regarding my problem. Very shame on you guys. You people handling the customer complaint as an experience guest but you don’t the basis etiquettes for the customer satisfaction.

                            The handling of guest experience like – ye lo key and 103 main chale jao and check out time 11 baje hai and key waps yahi de dena like that. Very pitiful. You people cannot assume that how i felt with my buddy.

                            First time it was happened on 3 months back and same practice. I want call from your management team who are handling all these type of incidents and immediate effect otherwise would share my whole problem on social media i. E. Twitter and facebook in largest font.

                              I am very disappointing for your payment service, i am also attached my sbi credit card statement and i marked the deduct 2 time payment amount 657 for oyo room & 657 oravel stays priva inr WWW.OYOROOMS.IN.

                              I am logged complaint every month but no buddy can revert.

                              Every time i am calling for customer care for the same & he said received only 657.

                              What will i do.

These cheap persons rate down the reputation of oyo brand. No way of talk how to behave with the tourist. We always got cheap and best rooms through the oyo rooms..                                   I booked this hotel on 24th july, 2018 vikrant's residency in gurgaon's sector 45. The hotel is registered by oyo rooms (Oyo 12074). My booking id : kixn7249, its property manager kept me waiting for 2 hours at reception asking me to call customer care, and tell they haven't received any booking by this id. The customer care too will put your call on hold saying give us few minutes sir and those few minutes never gets over.
                                  My booking was confirmed still i had to wait for 2 hours, very much disappointed for this inconvenience.
                                  The contact no. Of the person who could help senior manager oyo - [protected].
                                  The main reason to book hotel was to save time otherwise i have my home in delhi, just because my office is in gurgaon and i had some work to do therefore i decided to stay in gurgaon itself to save time.
                                  Now i request to please refund at-least 50% of the total amount i have paid for booking.

                                    Good evening,
                                    Under the order number oxhl5098, i had booked a hotel in new delhi for 21st-22nd july, 2019. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our check in got delayed and we reached the hotel at 5:30 in the morning. The receptionist informs us that all rooms have been booked since the day before and multiple oyo customers have been sent back since the website still allows them to book rooms in this hotel. We then tried contacting oyo customer care multiple times and we kept being put on hold. After trying to contact them for 45 minutes at 6 in the morning, we had to leave and try an alternative place to stay.
                                    After multiple calls, they finally agreed to refund the money. But due to multiple costs incurred by us in trying to find alternative accommodation and further transport, i request further complimentary services to be provided such as a complimentary stay in a city of our choice. Such service was not expected of such a renowned service and i would be wary to recommend oyo to anyone from now on.

                                      I stayed at mumbai from13 to 15 july 2018 and my booking id : vsgp1853, i booked a hotel room from oyo but my stay was worst ever, i didn't get the room 10% even as shown to me in pics in oyo app, even room was not clean, even there are too many insects on the bed, ac not working, in morning there is not water in bathroom, bathroom was type of 90's type like chain flush system. I also tried to complaint to oyo captain but he didn't help me not even pickup my call and customer care also could not help in this trouble at that point of time. When i claimed for refund they offfering me bribe discount for next booking which is unethical way to settle. I will sue them in court also for the legal proceeding under misstatement and misreporting rules.
