I booked one room on 15th July 2018 in The Alarian Residency in sector38. I was supposed to reach there 12:00Pm but due to Oyo wrost customer service and hotel worst work I reached there at 2Pm, because the hotel is not updated on Google maps and that's why ola driver take me to a different location. It is very hurtful as i tried calling so many times but no response from oyo. As oyo is not allowing to delete the booking history which can be very dangerous privacy issue if fallen in wrong hands. i don't want to get in the trouble. any fraudulent can use that record for blackmailing purpose so want to get my details and booking history deleted.

Very bad experience infact worst experience total fraud. I am getting the email from oyo that your room number is 113 and my room number was 122 I checked in the room which I saw in oyo booking doesn’t relate to the room I checked into. I was unfortunate enough to partner with Oyo rooms last year. They promised me approx 9lakh revenue from my 3bhk . so keeping the predicted data sheet in mind that Oyo gave me, i signed up for a total 3 properties.

Oyo doesn't allow me to delete booking history either on the app or even when i have called them multiple times. This is a privacy issue and oyo doesn't seem to be bothered even after multiple requests. I'm greatly aggrieved and want my details removed immediately so it doesn't fall in wrong hands.
Such data can be used to blackmail unsuspecting people and fraudulent transactions too could happen...
