Mr. Abhishek was and i was doing fine
But when i asked the question about my job location and timing the hr poonam scolded me and told me to leave by using the phrase "kya ghatiya hai"

If a candidate is coming for interview it doesn't means that he has no right to ask the question

    Oyo go rooms #11383 in sector 53, gurgaon located in the residential area allows its customers to play very loud music whole night. They openly drink and dance, creating disturbance to the neighbors.. Management doesn't take any responsibility to control them even after requesting and complaining. This property has to be shut. Everyday nuisance, annoying to bear after a hectic work day.

      Hi, I once booked an oyo on 14 th july with booking id - CNVK7542 at oyo rooms, near chennai trade centre and for that booking, we cancel that room and get into another room. But since i had a trust you guys will refund it back soon, i made the payment again another room and not check in to the first room. Since then i have been mailing and calling oyo customer care representatives time to time and the response i am receiving is that it will take these many days please wait. Its been over 20 days now and i have been waiting for way too long than what was promised. I have made several complaints regarding this issue. This is the type of response i am receiving for my compromise.

      I have attached :-
      1. A screenshot of mails that have been sent to me saying it will be processed in few working days.
      2. A confirmation letter written by one of the oyo representatives explaining the fault and time it will take to cover up for the mistake

      Please help resolving this matter I have waited patiently for far too long.

        Hi,

        First of all, i must convey my appreciation to oyo for making travel and stay options much better and convenient for travellers.

        Been a simple layman finding accommodations through mobile apps seems very convenient and it is, but understanding what can happen is another. It is because of the second, that i felt i should write to you.

        On the 4th of aug 2018, i booked a room at oyo 7619 hotel smart stay, plot no a, 407, road no 4, nh 8 delhi, via oyo app booking id gwph9071 and when i got there, since i checked in late, i was provided another room which was down in the basement - room no 508. The room came with nothing as shown in the pictures! Just a bed with stained bedsheets, toilets were filthy, no curtains, no soap, no wardrobe, no running hot water, no toilet roll. The way to the room was so shabby and shady that it just make your overall experience depressing, i could not sleep! Anyway since i had a late check in, even if after informing the hotel, i was told that there was no rooms.

        Another major concern is the next day i checked out from the terrible hotel and while checking out they asked me if i had recieved any otp from oyo which i did. They, taking advantage of my sleep deprived state, somehow took the otp.

        Since i had to find another hotel even if my stay is only till 4 pm in the afternoon (Was suppossed to catch a flight at 6 pm). So i shifted to another hotel - oyo14386 orange inn, h727, ramphal chowk dwarka sector 7, near woodland showroom, dwarka, delhi, booking id bwex2475 my overall stay here at orange inn had been very pleasant, staffs were very welcoming, very decent and well behaved, rooms were comparatively way better and my return journey very relaxing. But after i got back home and before i could settle down and reflect on writing my reviews, i got a call from oyo with regards to the second hotel asking me what what were the problems that i had faced during my stay in orange inn with regards to the feedback they have recieved when i am yet to provide any!

        I am afraid that the people at smart stay logged in into my account (Since they took my oyo login otp) and are now giving false review in my name!.

        I would not like any hotel to be wrongly and through unethical ways, be given wrong rating or review in my name. So this mail from my end is to ammend any wrong rating given to the above mentioned hotel. I would definitely give the best rating to orange inn and the least or no rating to hotel smart stay.

        Hotel smart stay practice unethical practise and should accordingly be dealt. Wrong doers eventually gets caught and with more serious issues in the long run and i pray that oyo brand name don't get involved when that happens.

          I booked this hotel in nerul, through oyo customer care. I was suppose to check-in at 1am on 6th august and check out on 11am on the same day. Basically booked hotel only to sleep and shower. After confirming my booking throught the customer care, i proceeded towards the hotel. After reaching the hotel, the reception staff inform me that you've booked for 6th august and 7th august. So my check-in time was 12pm on 6th august and check-out next day (7th august) at 11am. Now i was left with no room at 1am in midnight. Contacted oyo customer care multiple times but in vain. They couldnt solve the problem. Now i have booked another hotel which i am not satisfied with but left with no choice. Writing this at 3am now after checking-in. Hope i get compensation for the stress i had to face. Kindly look into the matter.

          Despite of requesting for Tax Invoice for several times, I did not receive any positive reply till now from oyo customer care. I need it on urgent basis as I need to submit it to my organisation within 5 days.

            My booking id is KAOW5126 booked at 18:14 today I.e. 05 Aug 2018 online through my web browser at agra cantt railway station.
            The property reflected on window was charging Rs 1506/- excluding breakfast and down towards it was check box for adding breakfast for Rs 135/-

            I checked the breakfast option and finally booked myself a room plus breakfast and payment which was asked was of Rs 1600/- was paid then and there from my paytm wallet no [protected] and the booking was also under this mobile no.

            I received booking confirmation on screen web browser saying breakfast not included and I called the oyo helpline no at 18:17 just three min after my booking and the executive confirmed me that breakfast is complimentary

            I relied on what all he said but I had asked him if the breakfast is not included cancel my booking, had he done that at that time I would have got whole refund of Rs 1600

            I checked my mail inbox and it read that a mail received from Oyo that booking is confirmed without breakfast.
            I called again and my case was transfered to senior female executive who assured me a call back after 5 minutes

            I was stuck at agra cantt station and waited for the call back but nobody called me
            I had again called them and was assured that they will send me a fresh email with breakfast updation and asked me to visit the property
            I had asked them to make it earliest as I want no argument at the property

            When I came down to property 7km away from agra cantt station (this is something also which oyo app lied as it said the property is 5km away from station)
            The reception refused that no breakfast will be available on this booking.

            I called them several tyms and first they kept on dropping my call after asking me to hold. And then finally an executive by the name of Aakash cut the chase and said that nothing can be done and they won't cancel ane refund me and no breakfast is also to be included ..

            This is the worst I have ever encountered in my whole life that after being assured by several executives, I was cheated and lied..
            Now I demand justice from you .

            Find attached screenshots of my sev. calls ryt from 18:17, when the whole amount refund was available as they have policy which reads that booking cancelled within 10minutes is eligible for whole refund.
            The last executive with whom I spoke also didn't helped me with cancellation with full refund

              I suffered whole night by oyo customer care, they misguided me till end by sending diff. Hotels though they didn't have room & after begging 1 oyo hotel gave room but not under oyo..

                Hi, I once booked an oyo on 14 june with booking id - XNWP8291 at oyo flagship 5912 near sikendsrpur and for that booking, your oyo representatives made a technical fault and processed money from my card for someone else's room. But since i had a trust you guys will refund it back soon, i made the payment again by cash. Since then i have been mailing and calling oyo customer care representatives time to time and the response i am receiving is that it will take these many days please wait. Its been over 1 and half month now and i have been waiting for way too long than what was promised. I have made several complaints regarding this issue. Even though the fault was of oyo representatives i had been the one who compromised and paid for that again and this is the type of response i am receiving for my compromise.

                1. After submitting my complaint here i received a mail from [email protected] (oyo online reputation management representative ) saying i will be contacted soon regarding my issue 2. The representative called to confirm the account details as provided before and said "the issue is placed under urgent request and will take 7-14 working days". 3. I recieved the amount i have been asking for 1and half month the same day they contacted me i.e. 7th august

                  Hello I am Adityaa. My number is [protected]. I tried to book a hotel called oyo 14586 south delhi hotel in Gurugram yesterday around 11:30 am. I made the payment(Rs 859) using paytm and the app crashed. When I Opened the app again, there was no booking but my money from paytm was taken. I called oyo so many times and they said they didn't get any payment from paytm. They registered my complaint twice and promised to respond within 24 hours but nothing so far. My complaint IDs are 8119456 and 8121042. Nobody is replying on oyo ping. I have sent them so many messages and screenshots regarding payment made from paytm. Oyo order number on paytm is #5820gnaawudlqweh9rjtts3a and paytm transactionID is [protected]. Kindly look into this and refund my money. OYO has poor customer support. I talked to them for more than 2 hours and no help was provided.

                    Booking id byez2304 & vsyt 5387, amount paid by cash 2472/- & 1574/- but cash receipt of the same is outstanding till to time. However a some of rs 2472 /- has also been debited from my bank account no [protected] on 04 aug 2018. Whereas a some of rs 2472/- was paid as advance on 01 aug 2018 but due to internat problem the same amount has been credited on same day. Please return rs. Rs2474 at the earliest.

                      Hello oyo team,

                      My name is sahik shaikh and i have booked a triple occupancy room on 2nd august 2018 to 6th august 2018 for shiva valley booking id (Fxug5702)
                      I paid a total of rs 5933 on the day of booking through oyo app.
                      Now the problem is that, today, on the 4th of august the hotel manager is telling me that your booking is cancelled and a refund of 1480 is initiated from oyos end and if you want to stay till 6th then you have to do a fresh booking.

                      Now just to inform the oyo team that i have not at all made any cancellation from my end.. And this must be a problem from your end as informed to me by your customer experience manager supriya..
                      Another problem is that none of my number including my registered numbers are working here so in that case i gave this property managers number tp supriya.. But they said they are not able tp contact any of the numbers..
                      Now i am really frustrated with this as i am with my aged parents and the property manager is time and again asking me to call the customer care or solve the issue myself.

                      I am not going to pay a single penny to oyo or even this hotel as i have made full payment during booking..
                      I have sent several emails to oyo and to supriya and also got replies but the issue has not been solved yet...

                        I checked into my booked property (Please check details for mr. Aditya vikram hari) on[protected], having paid a sum of rs 10, 500 (Approximately) for 7 nights. Upon reaching the property i was extremely dissatisfied with it's condition, the way the rooms were maintained and the lack of network connectivity within it's walls. I immediately informed oyo and asked to be shifted to a flagship property (Over a few calls, where i had to keep explaining the problem to different managers). Finally, i received a call from a guest experience manager saying that i could shift to my desired property and that i would not have to pay the tariff differential (I asked him twice over the phone, which i'm sure is recorded and saved on your servers). I checked in to the new property hotel jayshree on the same night. When i was checking in, the employee at the reception informed me that there was a balance amount pending. I informed him that it would be sorted out with oyo and it would be resolved at the time of check out. Subsequently i moved in to my room, and stayed for a few nights. Although my initial booking was for 7 nights, due to developments on my company's end, i had to travel on the 28th, zomato so i modified my booking by reducing it to 6 nights instead of 7. On the night of the 28th, i had invited my friend (Female) to stay with me and informed the reception that i would pay the charges for an extra person for that night. I was harassed continuously by the employee at the reception who informed me that it was impossible to modify the booking. I placed multiple calls to customer service who placed my call on hold for long periods of time, and finally one agent confirmed that my booking had been updated. I passed the phone over to the employee at the reception (Mr. Naveen singh) and he spoke to the experience manager and confirmed that it would be modified. Despite having received verbal confirmation from oyo, he still kept me and my guest waiting for over an hour and a half citing technical reasons such as "the booking has not been updated in our app", "there is an unpaid amount in your bill", "i cannot allow your guest upstairs because she is a lady", "there is a policy that we cannot allow you to go up without the booking modification"etc. He kept us downstairs in the lobby for almost 2 hours, while we tried to explain to him that technical issues should not be taken as grounds to make the customer suffer and that the problem was on oyo's back end and operational in nature. We reiterated that he had spoken to a guest experience manager from oyo who had given him verbal confirmation of the modification, and that he was inconveniencing us only for his personal reasons. His behavior was extremely disrespectful and rude. Finally, after 2 hours of waiting and arguing we were allowed to go to our room. When i was checking out the next day i. E.[protected], i saw that the pending amount was showing as rs. 6, 500 (Approximately), and i called up customer support to see what had happened. I was contacted by a ms. Minnie (Guest experience manager) who told me that when my booking was modified, it was made to a double occupancy for all 6 nights instead of just the 2 nights. Moreover, she said that it was a mistake and they would try to fix it. She called me back some time later telling me that if i paid the amount to the hotel at that time, it would be refunded to my account. I asked her for an email confirmation of the same and she sent me an email confirming that the amount would be refunded. After i paid the amount at the property, i received an email telling me that the refund would not be processed. I replied to the manager and said that i was not supposed to be paying extra tariff differential in the first place (Based on the commitment at the time of shifting properties), i only agreed to pay the excess charge for the guest for 2 nights but i received no response. I have been cheated and taken for a big ride here by both the employees at the hotel and the experience managers at oyo. Use your recordings, build all the facts of the case and analyse it for yourself. Please allow me to restore my faith in oyo, and not resort to legal measured of redressal.                           After confirmation of booking at ur site, this hotel cheap # says v can't provide room at that low tariff, v called to ur costomer care made the manager speak... He refused n spoke to ur personal saying the same. Now who's credibility is lost? At 12 in the night, this fellow behaves rude n shuts door on the face n even abusing while taking pics of the hotel to make a complaint... What is it u gonna do. So i may rather think hereafter if it's booking on oyo

                            We had book a room in hotel mukund and they did not gave us room in that same hotel. We had to stay to another hotel beacuse they said there hotel is full... Please help us to make complatint against hotel. At middle of the how we can mange to another hotel.. If they were not having any rooms they have to show sold out.. Please help us out on payment because in another we did not find any comfrot.. Hotel have to barre this.

                              I stayed in hotel navya grand on 1st of this month and checked out on the next day, it is a oyo maintained property. At the time of check out being in hurry i forgot one of my electronic device in room itself. At that time room boy went inside. After returning to the property after half an hour.. Room cleaning batch went inside... When i asked for my device back they said.. We didnt found anything inside. When i escalated the same thing to oyo customer care they also said the same thing as that hotel reception said. My question is y they are not asking room boy strongly. Felt unhappy with their response. Not worrying about my device at all but their response and negligence is not acceptable.

                                I have booked a package for andaman thru oyo in rs 80000. They have taken 20% advance payment from me before 40 days. After that when i paid another rs 40000/- as next payment before 15 days of journey, they changed the package inclusion ferry service to govt. Ferries from makruuz. When i talked regarding same with there sales person. He simply denied saying sir we can only give govt. Ferry in this price. But as per deal he has both verbally and in written offered my package with makruuz ferry. Total difference of amount for 6 persons is rs 15000/- and oyo is not responding to my calls and emails. Now every day they are saying that we are working for same. I felt cheated by oyo and does't recommend anyone for there services.

                                  Dear officer,
                                  This is regarding the booking id jcir8316 in which i had booking of 3 double occupancy rooms from 29th july to 4th of august 2018 and i have made an advance amount of rs 15000/- along with my other bookings. Check out date being 4th august 2018 i wanted to modify/reduce the booking/rooms on 02/08/2018 at 9pm. One of the rooms i wanted to check out one day early which i called your customer care no [protected] four times between 9.00pm to 10.00pm taking to your customer care people from 18 seconds to 34 minutes testing my patience. After the first two calls i politely reminded them that calls are taking too much time for hold more than ten minutes they played this game nearly 1 hour 30 mts and i told them that i will take this matter to court and i am not going to pay any more amount if you play like this. I remember 3 executives name mohammed, rahul and manoj and the fourth guy i do not remember the name and he is the one i talked first. Al the men were very politely insulting me by holding the call for longer times. Every time they were telling me that, to alter the booking they will have talk to the higher authority i waited waited and waited till the line went dead. It repeated 4 times. This is not the first time happening with oyo. Before this 21/07/2018 i had booking at oyo flagship 072 hotel orient inn at nagpur in the name bismi krishna booking id being wfuj3485 at the middle of the night she and two young girls reached nagpur and took a taxi to your hotel from airport at midnight. They reached hotel were nobody to address them at the reception and the place was surrounded by some drunkards and they got scared and took shelter at some other hotel. Next day the lady bismi krishna complained to you directly and cancelled all the bookings made by me. Actually we should have taken legal actions against you at that time itself for giving stress and mental agony at midnight that too for 3 females. But we didn’t press any charge that time. With in a month's span this is the second tie this is happening and this time if you are not going to call me to my phone number xxxxxxxx before 10 am i will have to take legal actions against your company for insulting me being your customer also harassing me by not attending my calls properly and by that putting me into pain and mental agony

                                    My Package ID was PKG-HLSJ0968 for Ladakh and paid Rs.55100/- and performed the journey during 26th July to 31st July, 2018. I was still not provided with payment receipt from your organisation which is required for claiming reimbursement from my office. The h payment link provided for making the above payment did not generate any automatic acknowledgement/ receipt like in other payment links. I have sent many complaints to those people who coordinated to get me convinced for accepting the OYO total holiday package but none of them was able to provide me the receipt for the payment paid to your organisation. Whaat sort of organisation you are running without sending receipt for the money paid to the clients. Is it for cheating the IT department to avoid GST?. Why I should not take up this matter with Income Tax authorities for tax evasion.

                                      This complaint is regarding my stay at oyo rooms. Oyo signing manager herself confirmed my booking at oyo3837 confido inn against booking id rbcs7431 but when i reached the hotel the receptionist denied my check in. Later on when i tried to escalate this issue with oyo, the employees were very unprofessional and because of i was standing outside the hotel premises with my entire luggage. And finally the hotel receptionist said that oyo is not going to help me. Kindly find some other place to stay.

                                        I would like to lodge a complaint and share my feedback related to the call handling of the agents who handled my case on 29th-july’2018 regarding hotel amar villa in safdarjung enclave. I had a worst experience with oyo because i didn’t get check in entire night and at last i demanded for full refund as it was oyo’s fault. The case is that i was on my way to the hotel in the evening time on the check in date but got sucked in traffic. So i have called in oyo and asked the agent to inform the hotelier that will reach by late evening. The agent said not to worry as my booking was confirmed, already paid as well and he was confirming the same to the hotel. When i reached at the hotel, the hotel main gate was closed. So i called at the hotel reception and asked for the entry gate. Night shift hotel receptionist asked my booking name and then he told me that we are sold out for today and asked me to call back oyo. I have called oyo guestline number, agent named aman picked up the call, i explained all of the above to him. He said me to wait for his call back after 10min. Meanwhile, agent named abhinav/abhinay called me from the guestline to assist, i again explained entire issue to him, he also said me to wait for 10-20min for the resolution. I was standing outside the hotel amar ville but didn’t get call back from any of the guestline agents on time. So i myself call back on the guestline number, agent named virender singh picked up the call and i explained the entire issue to him as well. This agent was polite enough to help me out and he stayed on call with me so that he can provide me the alternate hotel options on the same call but the call got disconnected in between. I got call back from aman and abhinav after 20-25min, one of them told me to shift in bee for homestay in the same location. I reached at bee for homestay but that hotel was in a very congested street, i stucked there for 20min. Cos i was driving on my own car and there was not even a space to pull back my car. I asked abhinay to check any other hotel cos this bee for homestay was not at all worthy enough to stay. He said me to again wait for call back. Then i got call from virender, he told me to go to hotel kehar palace which was located in nearby location. I reached there and it was on 2nd floor of the building. I checked for the receptionist as virender was unable to coordinate with the hotelier from his phoneline. The receptionist was a very young boy, he was sleeping on the couch and when i tried to wake him up, he woke up for 2seconds, he was still in his sleep and unable to understand anything as he was so much drunk. I felt so unsafe there, so i went downstairs, picked up my car and go back to some safe area. At last, i was so pissed that i asked virender to provide me full refund or shifted me to the hotel which were just nearby hotel amar villa as the location was safe there. Virender said he can make a new booking but it will take some more time. As it was too late night and i was with my fiancé so i prefer not to talk with any hotel receptionist at this late and asked for the refund only. Virender provided me the full refund and told me the refund tat.

                                        So now at last, i request oyo to kindly check the itineraries from the hotelier before marking any booking as confirmed and asked your agents to do call back asap as per their commitment. Because of the liberage and this entire issue, i had to suffer a lot till 1-2a. M.
