I have ordered smart watch by mistake i have requested for cancellation of order and refund my amount to poorvika mobile even they called us they told to mail them even I did that also..still they have not responded to my mail..please solve this ASAP

Hello just now I got mail from poorvika support team saying that they will credit my money back to my account within 10-15 business days let's wait and see and will update more thank you..

      Sir,
      I am DUSMANTA PRADHAN from Trichy dist bought a VIVI 21 5G mobile from your showroom (locate at chhatiram bus stand ) At the time of pre booking they commitment me some compliment will be at the time of delivery. But at delivery time they avoid me in a cause of CORONA .But till today I am struggling to get my invoice and gifts which was committed at the time of purchase . When I am trying to talk with them they are not picking my phone .
      Kindly I request you to solve my problem .

        I am Dr Anubhav from tirunelveli.I am a regular customer of poorvika and I like poorvika.From the past six months, I purchased a Apple IPAD air, One plus Nord CE of around 1 lakh.Last year a redmi phone, Samsung A50 phone.The Samsung mobile got freezed..Even then I didn't asked anything and purchasing from Poorvika tirunelveli under the control of Mr.Shantakumar, Manager..He told he will arrange for one plus cover and gifts from Poorvika for this bulk purchase...Bt till now no response from the shop side.. Everytime I have call them...They are not at all bothering and no response..kindly enquire the team for future improvements or else u will loose the valuable customers.THANK YOU

          I had purchased a laptop - levovo ideapad S340 at the nearest store in davangere of 54999/- on 5th July 2021 at 12:00pm and i got an used laptop inside the box so I returned it. Then the shop keeper had reverted same transaction within a hour ... Its about 6days passed and still i have not received my amount back.

          Even after multiple followups i have not received any feedback from their side. it has been so delayed and I couldn’t wait anymore.

          Please look into this matter

            Hi this DR Shobana.R, i bought a new ONE PLUS TV Y serires 43Y1 FHD-black, (invoice no: GST/TPT/2080) on 02/07/2021, its been more than 6 days till now no one turned up for installation.
            So many times i have called the persons, Poorvika mobiles, thirupathur, Tamil nadu; but they didnt respond properly, i have never experienced this worst response from poorvika mobiles previously .
            Please take necessary action orelse will give back the TV .

                  At the time of selling that will tell as the product is under warranty but once I take the failure product under warranty they will use the abuse words and shout on customer. It is not the way of treating customers i think it is the worst store.

                  When I use to ask the responsible person number store people won't give and won't communicate well and start to shout on us all store people will gather at single point around customer and start to shout on him, I paid money to buy the product it is my right to ask questions to poorvika, from last 2 years I was doing business in koppal and hospet store I didn't found this type of staff ter but in ranebennur the staff is totally worst any how I need my problem to be resolved thats it

                      On the date of 30 june 2021 i had bought a basic nokia set from poorvika store hongasandra, but one of their employees typed in the wrong amount when i was trying to buy the phone. So instead of typing the amount as rupees 1150 he had typed 10150 rupees and after realizing the mistake they said they would try to make the sale void and said that i would get the amount back within 24 hours and i had to pay for the phone again as they asked me to pay so i had paid a total of 11299 rupees, the amount totaling to about 10150 rupees was supposed to be credited back to me but it was not and they told me that after 24 hours the amount would be credited back to me. after 48 hours i went to the shop and they told me to contact the bank and after contacting the bank the bank told me to reach out to the shop because the icici bank cannot do anything about that so i went into the shop and told them this afterwards the manager said the amount would be credited by 2nd july evening and i called him after evening and he has not picked up the call and an amount totaling to about 10150 rupees is still with them and they have not credited it back even after telling that it was an emergency

                        I have purchased the BT OnePlus Bullets wireless Z Bass wireless from poorvika mobiles kallakurichi.when purchasing they informed me that this product has one year warranty so that one I have purchased by giving Rs.2, 190/-

                        Now that product gets some problem as it is not damaged externally and no water damage, the problem only, they are simply saying the warranty period closed the period is only for 6months irresponsible support I had in that showroom, while purchase they are saying once then after getting some problem they are saying irresponsible reasons and in the store no one is caring about my voice...
                        Then. I contact head office and complaint service. They also giving irritating solution. she names. Sinthu . I'm not with poorvika.
                        Just I have attached the invoice copy do the needful as soon as possible because without that I could able to manage my field works...

                          I have purchased the realme buds wireless from poorvika mobiles dharmapuri.when purchasing they informed me that this product has one year warranty so that one I have purchased by giving Rs.2, 000/-

                          Now that product gets some problem as it is not damaged externally and no water damage, the problem is internally manufacturing fault only, they analyze those problem and finally conclusion they are simply saying the warranty period closed the period is only for 6months irresponsible support I had in that showroom, while purchase they are saying once then after getting some problem they are saying irresponsible reasons and in the store no one is caring about my voice...

                          As I too in the sales dept concern I have let out from the store aggressively.
                          Just I have attached the invoice copy do the needful as soon as possible because without that I could able to manage my field works...

                                We purchased laptop from online poorvika website due to pandemic. We were told there would be 15 days replacement when verified with customer care and on chat with robot on website. Our mouse key pad was not working, engineers came to home and checked however there was hardware issue they asked us to send back and they will provide replacement. But once it reached they repaired it and lieing it’s update issue.We had done all the updates and update will never make mouse pad to stop working. It’s completely hardware issue. They are making fraud by lieing to customers. We need replacement as it was within 15 days and we need new product. No one responds when we call. Person called Ravi said he will attend for us but they lie they do call back and cut … no one calls. It’s worst service and cheaters they are. Please help me to get replacement of laptop as it’s defective piece. We can’t assure if we take repaired piece it won’t stop working again so we need new piece of lap top. My classes have already started and they are not ready to provide new laptop.

                                  Poorvika Staf working in Pattukottai, Thanjavur district is not giving proper cooperation to the people. I have been in touch for the last 10 days asking for an iPhone 11 white mobile and have been in touch for ten days now that no model is available on the phone and they are dragging their feet without proper cooperation Thus at the nearby Sangeetha phone showroom Today I get my iPhone 11 model phone I'm a purchased.

                                  I have purchased more than three mobiles from him at Pattukottai poorvika Mobile Center.So it is very sad that this method has disturbed me so I ask you to take appropriate action.

                                    There are no new updates on product delivery, just you are asking apologies and totally hand over the issue to the courier. You are not ready to accept your fault and are trying to escalate the issue to the courier. when i booked this order on Jun 19th customer care clearly said that the product is in madurat and will get shipped on monday and you will get by tuesday Jun 22nd. but no use of that, then i followed your customer carde on Jun23rd and enquired about the status of delivery, they simply told product has not shipped yet from madurai, but they assured deliver on same day. Ms. Gomathi from customer care gave assurance and I waited till the whole day but nothing happened, the beauty is you placed an order on Jun23rd only as per courier tracking record.. Again on Jun24th i checked with Mr.Sugan from customer care and he assured me to receive the product by Jun25th in mylapore show room and also confirmed through email., but everything goes vain, then only i realized that your customer care is cheating me and i ' m totally frustrated and feel bad.

                                    I ordered 2 laptops. one laptop has been received today by my friend Mr. Ramakrishnan(order Id:963273), but you again cheated on providing gifts along with the product. I mean you provided only a multimedia speaker and laptop bag where you missed the keyboard and mouse.. Initially we faced this issue with customer care and after long discussion they agreed to provide keyboard and mouse, but now it is missing. We have email proof and attached the same.

                                    Due to your irresponsible and careless customer service, I am suffering a lot. Kindly dont do this to another customer. try to behave to give proper answers and follow genuinity. If you dont care about customers then why are you doing online business?.
