We purchased laptop from online poorvika website due to pandemic. We were told there would be 15 days replacement when verified with customer care and on chat with robot on website. Our mouse key pad was not working, engineers came to home and checked however there was hardware issue they asked us to send back and they will provide replacement. But once it reached they repaired it and lieing it’s update issue.We had done all the updates and update will never make mouse pad to stop working. It’s completely hardware issue. They are making fraud by lieing to customers. We need replacement as it was within 15 days and we need new product. No one responds when we call. Person called Ravi said he will attend for us but they lie they do call back and cut … no one calls. It’s worst service and cheaters they are. Please help me to get replacement of laptop as it’s defective piece. We can’t assure if we take repaired piece it won’t stop working again so we need new piece of lap top. My classes have already started and they are not ready to provide new laptop.

    Poorvika Staf working in Pattukottai, Thanjavur district is not giving proper cooperation to the people. I have been in touch for the last 10 days asking for an iPhone 11 white mobile and have been in touch for ten days now that no model is available on the phone and they are dragging their feet without proper cooperation Thus at the nearby Sangeetha phone showroom Today I get my iPhone 11 model phone I'm a purchased.

    I have purchased more than three mobiles from him at Pattukottai poorvika Mobile Center.So it is very sad that this method has disturbed me so I ask you to take appropriate action.

      There are no new updates on product delivery, just you are asking apologies and totally hand over the issue to the courier. You are not ready to accept your fault and are trying to escalate the issue to the courier. when i booked this order on Jun 19th customer care clearly said that the product is in madurat and will get shipped on monday and you will get by tuesday Jun 22nd. but no use of that, then i followed your customer carde on Jun23rd and enquired about the status of delivery, they simply told product has not shipped yet from madurai, but they assured deliver on same day. Ms. Gomathi from customer care gave assurance and I waited till the whole day but nothing happened, the beauty is you placed an order on Jun23rd only as per courier tracking record.. Again on Jun24th i checked with Mr.Sugan from customer care and he assured me to receive the product by Jun25th in mylapore show room and also confirmed through email., but everything goes vain, then only i realized that your customer care is cheating me and i ' m totally frustrated and feel bad.

      I ordered 2 laptops. one laptop has been received today by my friend Mr. Ramakrishnan(order Id:963273), but you again cheated on providing gifts along with the product. I mean you provided only a multimedia speaker and laptop bag where you missed the keyboard and mouse.. Initially we faced this issue with customer care and after long discussion they agreed to provide keyboard and mouse, but now it is missing. We have email proof and attached the same.

      Due to your irresponsible and careless customer service, I am suffering a lot. Kindly dont do this to another customer. try to behave to give proper answers and follow genuinity. If you dont care about customers then why are you doing online business?.

          I have placed the order - Order Id:967070 on 6/21/2021 with SAME DAY DELIVERY OPTION. But order not received yet. Also, contacted support team n number of times, no proper response.

          It is in the same ready to ship status for more than 2 days. this order is a gift
          and I cancelled my travel ticket because of this delay. if order cannot be delivered on same day why do you mention that SAME DAY DELIVERY OPTION in website and give false promises to customer.

          For years all in our family buy mobiles only from poorvika, but this experience is really frustrating.

            I had order the item online but after one day order was cancelled by Poorvikamobiles so after cancelled the order my amount was not getting refunded. It about to 1 months but still no amount was getting refunded by them even I had complaint kuber 9f times through call and through email.
            But no responding about refund.

                  Ayooo … I have never had a worst experience so far in my life … government offices are much better … I paid 52900 for purchase of a Apple Watch order num( 947694) on 8th June 2021
                  … on online Poorvika purchase … thinking Poorvika is a wonderful concern … my god till this date and it’s been 13 days and still my watch has not come to me … and only answer they give is it’s processing and getting delayed due to COVID … ( Amazon and Flipkart guys carry in and out delivery’s… couriers have started long back to all corners of India) and nobody knows where the order is … the support mail is pathetic and it works to spoil Poorvika’s name … they don respond mail properly always same answer … “delayed due to COVID “.. they will not cancel the order also … I have even requested them to cancel my order 7 days back no reply for that … but they always said we have asked concerned department to look in to it … pathetic… I should have gone to apple online purchase… since Poorvika is my native land company I tried giving them business… waste … they have responded my attitude with beating me with old slippers… I have even mailed [protected]@ gmail.com … 😊 hoping the boss would help me… no reply … poor phone call customer care people try to find my order but they too can’t … hahaha my watch can’t be found they say … 😊 please atleast respond to my refund request atleast… still they are trying to keep the order live … imagine what mind state a customer will have to go thru… 52900 bucks …. Pls I know u can’t find de watch … pls refund my money enough of wonderful experience with Poorvika…

                    I purchased a laptop from poorvika mobiles through online on 15 June 2021. I received it on 18 June 2021 . As per your site specification and customer assistants explanation of poorvika mobiles it has backlit keyboard. But the laptop which I received has no backlit keyboard. Same model laptop without backlit was available at flipkart for ₹36270 I ordered by paying ₹42990 from poorvika only because they said it has backlit keyboard. This is incident one and next one is when I checked in the dell website it has warranty only till March 2022.

                        I bought dell Inspiron 5409 laptop on 4th of June, and when I switched on the laptop for around 30-45 min without doing any activation of windows just to check whether the fans blades are proper or not and after doing that the backside part of the laptop got heated heavily near it's fans I thought it is common in the beginning but after few hours I tried the same but it got heated again, in the website it is mentioned that the laptop has full size keyboard but it is not having numerical keypads, and the screen size mentioned in the website is 14 inches full hd but the laptop screen size is nearly 12.5 inches because of this the laptop looks small, and the speaker offered to this laptop is also not working, I was very disappointed after seeing all this issues it is the 12 days so far I didn't even activated windows I kept it as it is from 12 days, also I'm contacting the poorvika team from the day I bought the laptop but till now I didn't found any solution, before buying this laptop I confirmed with the customer care executive that return/refund policy is there for this product, so I am requesting you to refund the amount what I had paid for it and take the laptop in return or give replacement of Dell Inspiron 5590 laptop for this laptop

                          Hi Team,

                          This is a very bad behaviour from store manager at valasaravakkam .
                          I purchased a EG series HP laptop at poorvika and I have used poorvika always for all shopping in electricals .

                          This manager and store person promised that they will provide me gift of speaker and mouse and keyboard and now they are saying speakers are not available and speaking rudely.

                          How can they speak this bad to a customer and now manager says he did not promise me to give it while purchase .
                          I have a signed mention from the store person that pending items of a speaker in my bill .

                          How can they cheat like this.

                          If you don't take this seriously I will raise a consumer complaint in court and you will face the consequences .

                          Do not promise a customer what you cannot do just for sales

                            Hi Sir / Madam

                            I'm Selva Kumar I have purchased JBL Wireless headphones at poorvika tambaram branch after I got a issue with my headphones if I connected to Bluetooth other person can't hear my voice it will happping some of the time not every time so I reached the Tambaram poorvika show room.. Two ladies attended me and checked the issue after they also felt the same issue they accepted too and then they said we will repair this so hand over you device and asked me to come after one week. Again I reached to show room after a week they given back and said issue resolved but issue still persist I asked them they said you given for CHARGER ISSUE but I given and mentioned about the issue like issue with my mic and their two ladies also accepted that but know lied to me I'm not given for mic issue what is this i cant understand this.. These all the communications I can accept some where communication problem but in PROOVIKA TAMBARAM SHOW ROOM VISHWANATHAN a person is there he is not attending the customer properly he is fighting with me he said where ever you go where ever you want to compliant I won't resolve your issue or I won't accept your issue like he is said is this the right to handle customer.. I too shouted if someone speaking like this means how can I be normal it is human nature to react. I want to resolve my issue if can't able to resolve then replace the product.

                                      The above blutooth headset charge is not lasting. The charge is shown as 100% but when used it does not last even for 1 minute. I took this set to your Dndigul branch for warranty purpose i produced the original receipt a purchase and warranty card for their inspection. (copies of this documents attached hereto for your perusal and retention.) After inspecting the staff attached there to told me that they can not replace the same under warranty as i am not in possession of the cardboard box in which the set came with.
                                      I dont fine any logicness in your Dindigul shop version. They fore you are hereby requested to look into this and do the needful immediately.
                                      Please take notice that failure to comply with the above requirement then i will be forced to file legal proceedings in a court of law having juristiction over this matter and/or to take up this matter with the consumer redressel forum.

                                        Team Poorvika, last Nov 2020 i Bought Skullcandy Wired headset from Your Retail Outlet in Trichirappalli - Chatram Bus stand Shop. They said you have an 2 Years Warranty and Guarantee. After buying this protect within 5 Month one side not hearing.
                                        Poorvika Mobiles customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
