This day after seeing the advertisement by m/s. Poorvika in ' dinamalar', with great expectations, i had gone to poorvika, madurai kalavalsal branch to buy one brand new mobile for gifting the same to my daughter who had accompanied me on this festival occasion. After identifying the mobile, the sales people informed some free items are also available. It was bonafidely believing their words, my daughter card was swiped for the bill amount. After taking the money, we were told that free items could be given only on production of kyc documents which we do not have at that time. Further, it is very difficult to park vehicles in that kalavalsal locality and therefore we expressed our inability to make one more visit to that congested area. More so, had the sales people told this ' caveat ' earlier, we would have identified for purchase other mobile. There was total unpleasantness which ought not to exist in any purchase more particularly in a mobile which should bring only good messages/ news. Because of the unpleasantness, we great mental agony, we told the cashier to cancel ( to void ) the card transactions entered on our behalf. We hope they might have cancelled the card debit.

( your sales people could have offered some additional discount for the free items earlier offered but subsequently denied to us, which factor could have pacified us to some extent to accept the identified items. But, it was unfortunate, that too was not done by the kalavasal brnach )

    Today at Chrompet branch, i was humilated while enquiring about buying a TABLET.I came with the hope of high class customer service given to me years back when i bought my first mobile from ur franchise.The salesperson literally made fun of my unawareness about a technical aspect of Tablet.

    My dreams are all shattered now. TREATING LIKE THIEVES...most of my friends have switched to online, i think so its time for me also to think about it.

      This s rekha from coimbatore. I have purchased htc desire 628 in rs puram showroom on 24.10.2016. On second day itself i had faced battery problem. Battery draining fast even wen my phone was kept idle. Third day i have visited the branch but they r convincing that phone was in good condition. Then they suggest me to put charge for 4 hrs then u won't face this problem nu they told.in 5 hrs battery fully drained and get switchoff. Am very much disappointed with the product. I have spent 13400 on this phone. Totally waste. Am not purchased this phone to kept idle. Without using too battery got drained. My request they should replace this product. They should consider my request. Bcoz i spent 13400. Now am facing heating issues too. I need a replacement.

        Hi i am seema s
        I bought a goinee phone f103 pro grey: [protected] from poorvika mobiles on 22-oct-2016 when i made the purchase i was informed that a jio sim would be provided after submitting aadhar card. As i did not carry aadhar card at that time the sales executive informed me that i can bring in aadhar card any day with the mobile purchased bill, but on 25-oct-2016 when i reached the shop with aadhar card i got a response that there was no jio sim card available on the day and the sales executes was very rude and insulted us in front of other customers. They told us we had to come on wednesday if we needed the sim, but that also was not an assured thing as we found two other customers also in the mobile store who had come for a sim card and they were also cheated the same way.

        The Mobile store called me and asked me to collect the Jio SIm. As i dont have the time to collect the Sim Card i did not collect it. There was no mention of the action taken against the executive who did not behave well. Since as per the experience i had i would never recommend this Mobile store to anyone and would inform my friends and family also not walk in there.

          Hello,

          On 18-oct-16 i purchased lyf flame 7 mobile in your poorvika padi showroom. the reason for purchasing lyf company phone is to enjoy the offer of jio sim. on that date of purchase, the gave the jio sim but did not activated due to some technical reason. later they asked me come in the evening (after 7:30pm) on that same day, as per their advice i visited around 8:30pm, but they said the same reason and again asked to come tomorrow (i. e. 19th oct). then, i asked them to give assurance by writing that they will not delay it further. but the person refused to give such assurance and moreover, he lethargically said there is no way and what to do, you have to come tomorrow, the response seems to be very careless and no customer interest.

          I am worried whether poorvika will smile while only buying mobiles but later on any issues they do not attend. i am not actually bothered to get the assurance in writing, just asked to know the customer service commitment, but i do not see it. hope i expect some action will be taken on the person and the branch.

            Dear Sir/Madam
            I Shabaz Ahmed and my friend had paid Rs.4000/- and pre-booked the iphone7+128GB JET BLACK with Poorvika Mobiles(Mosque Toad Frazer town).
            I sold my old mobile for a very less price just because those people promised me of the specific colour and model and they promised me that they will give my mobile on the launch day which was on 07-10-16.
            I was actually getting ₹10000/- cash back from citi bank credit card and the offer was valid only for[protected]day i had sold my mobile and prebooked for the new one just because of the offer and the promised done by them..
            But on the day of launch that was on 07-10-16 they told that our mobiles are on the way coming said us to come after 2hours i agreed and said them please get me because the offer is valid only for today and the manager said yes sir but again after 2hours they said its our closing time we will give you tommoro we didnt get the stock this that stories. And today is 11-10-16 i have'nt got my Rs.4000/- back nor the mobiles..
            The total loss for me was my old handset was sold for a very cheap price because i wanted the cash to book the mobile and the cashback offer of Rs.20, 000/- me and my friend regretted for visting that Poorvika Mobiles.
            They just commited a wrong info for just thier business and yes its a fraud/cheated.
            Please request yourself to take a stern action against them for such a cheap marketing for their business and this should not be repeated again with any one else.
            And yes i have given a police complaint regarding this in Pulakeshi Nagar police station on 07-10-16

            Asking just sorry does'nt solve the issue.. then you people will keep on doing cheating with the customers and ask sorry will that work?? I have a loss of Rs. 20, 000/- who will pay for that?? You people are not even agreeing for discount as well.. i'll surely not leave this matter. We'll make sure that its a lesson for all you dealers.

            You have pre booked for Iphone 7+ on 3rd October and asked for Jet Black colour.We didn't gave any assurance about the same.
            As all we know Apple has launched the Iphone 7+ on 7.10.16 but the mentioned jet black colour was not launched on the day, its not the mistake of Poorvika.
            Please requesting you to understand and as we already communicated on 7th October pls return back the receipt and collect the money back or kindly wait till the stock come to market.

            You had not only assured me of the Jet black colour but also promised for the same so only i had pre ordered it from your store. And yes am not a fool to get which ever colour i get and pay Rs.82, 000/- and yes in Frazer Town there are many dealers better than you as Sangeetha Mobiles, Mobile Store, Spice Hotspot and In bangalore there are many Apple authorised resellers as well and i very well know it about the apple dealers in bangalore. When no one else had promised or assured me of the colour i want You people did it so i had to book it from you or else there is a no chance of booking or buying any product from you Cheaters and Now finally Liers..

            And yes i do have a video recording of your staff agreeing for the assurance he had given to me and its clearly mentioned in the receipt of the specific colour.
            My next step is ill take this to social media now thankyou

              I buyed lyf 7 mobile jio sim no [protected] not activated yet. I buyed jio sim on 07 september at poorvika mr nagar kodungaiyur. No response from them. Poorvika said sim will be activated in 15 days but now 1 month gone yet no response... Others getting activated in 2 hour's dono y poorvika taking so long, i given all my documents day 1 itself but no response from either jio or poorvika

                This is shabeer, regarding i have purchase the new mobile on tuesday (27th sep'16) of lyf - ls 4505 and invoice no si/bmad/7697 and also i have taken the sandisk memory card 16gb including tata docomo sim but the sim is still not ye activated bcos of pan card is not acceptable so that's y sim is rejected, so i have called to vignesh sales person today (29th sep'16) in madivala branch and he speaking very rudely and he told that come and give the adhar card xerox then only it will activate after i called to him at least he can call and tel, also i given the alternate no, so i just suggest that who r all it is the sales person as not to speak like that. Because we are the valuable customer.

                Last 2 days i am facing the problem WIFI and Data connection get on automatically and displaying unnecessary links and sites.                   Poorvika mobiles, indiranagar branch has been cheating me for past 6 days. I was asked to buy lyf flame 8 mobile for rs 5200 to get jio sim. After buying the phone they have not activated the sim. They have been giving the same excuse that the person is on sick leave. They seem to be nonchalant about the issues and asked to make police complaint. The sales people at the shop seem to be a bunch of quacks.

                  I had called Poorvika Mobiles Customer Care this morning to inform about the problem. The customer care person was very rude and refused to acknowledge the problem. First he tried to ignore the problem saying it takes 10 days to activate Jio sim (may be he thought i am gullible enough to fall for his bluff). Then he said since you have blue sim(without even checking with me, actually i have red sim with number already assigned) you need to wait to get the number. He tried his best to shirk the issue. And finally, got into red tape mode asking documents etc.
                  Now, when i have raised my complaint here, the customer care person is asking to mail info ASAP :)

                  @customercomplaints Is there some way to sue these guys and demand compensation for waste of my time and harassment ?

                  My problem is still not resolved. This time the guys at Poorvika Indiranagar said that reliance server is down. Every time they manufacture some new excuse and now they dont even answer your call.

                  Bought Samsung J2 at Poorvika Multiplex showroom Salem - JIO sim was to be issued, they said not to download my jio app and that they will do it using they agent software and finger print and said to have aadhaar card. They asked to come later, i went after some days, they asked to go another showroom Opp Sharadha College, Salem as their staff is on leave. I went to the shop they said downloading my jio app is must and code to be generated one staff started the job, transferred in half way to the other and then other the manager was fully aware of what is hapenning after generating code they connected to their tablet and kept their finger print for agent it is ok, asked to keep our finger print it was also ok scanned barcode it also accepted, then they again did the same process once again this time they said server is down, jumped system said code is redeemed. They did not issue sim card.

                  They downloaded my jio app in new mobile in their showroom, generated code in showroom agent code and our finger print and aadhar details are ok agin they did the process and say problem but sim card is not issued.

                  I suspect they are selling sim card in black after obtaining our finger print.

                  Their voice and behaviour is very bad opposite to thier tv add
                  They misguide wantedly confusing customer.
                  They are trained to behave rudely once the customer has purchased mobile.
                  After their rude behaviour and false promise i think to never recommend or buy any other mobile from them.

                    I have been using the HTC DESIRE 828 DUAL MOBILE since 6 months. According to the performance and camera am satisfied on this product and it works well.
                    Firstly, I have faced a problem with power button. Sometimes it doesn't work, meanwhile I wouldn't receive any calls and caller received my mobile was in switch off mode. I can't able to access the mobile due to failure of power button. Later it starts working normally. But this problem persists.
                    Secondly, since yesterday am facing flickering problem.
                    Now, I lose the confident on this product within the very short period o[censored]sage itself

                    Bought flame 7 (LYF): reliance jio mobile on 05/09/2016 from kumaran road, tirupur branch. jio sim was supposed to be provided with the handset but still have not received sim. I had to contact the store repeatedly and received poor response.

                      I got a JIO sim card with Lyf mobile at poorvika mobiles trichy near chatram bustand on (6 SEPT 2016) at the time of buying they said the sim will be activated within a week and after a week i contacted the store regarding activation, they said it would take one more week to get activated and after a week i again contacted the store now they are saying it will take more than a month to get activated.
                      Please solve my problem or take back the mobile and make a refund.

                          I purchased Sony Xperia C4 dual mobile on 13/12/2015 from Poorvika Mobiles Mogappair West Branch.The invoice No is MOG-13968.The particulars of the mobile areas below

                          ChargerNo: S/N: 4415W21504497
                          Bill value Rs 22, 000/-.
                          We also took Mobile Protect insurance plan also from Poorvika by paying Rs 1000/- on the date of mobile purchase through invoice no-163752 for a period one year up to 12/12/2016.
                          The phone started giving trouble from August -2016 last week like touch screen is showing the creation of self generated commands and the display was showing different pages on its own command.( The unit is acting on its own commands once it is switched on.It is not accepting any touch screen command by me.)We approached Poorvika Mogappair West branch on 17/9/16 to get the phone repaired, we were advised by the dealer to visit the Sony Service centre as it is within the warranty period of one year.We visited the Sony Service centre at Anna Nagar (near Iyyappa Temple), Chennai on the same day.The service team at the Sony centre opened back cover of the phone and identified the soldering of motherboard of the mobile.The service centre confirmed that the mobile unit was sold to us after servicing by somebody.It is not clear if it has been done by the dealer (seller) before selling to us.But it is clear that when the unit was sold to us on 13/12/2015, it was a not a new one from the manufacturer but a serviced one.We want you to give a new replacement mobile in place of the faulty one.We purchased the new mobile on 13/12/15 from Poorvika shop in good faith.The Poorvika is supposed to ensure that they sell original new mobile not serviced ones.Having supplied the serviced mobile instead of new mobile, Poorvika should give replacement immediately.

                          We would like to have immediate response for our complaint.On hearing from you we will plan the next course of action.

                          Dear Sir/Madam,
                          This is further to my complaint registered earlier on 18/9/16 .As advised by my seller Poorvika Mobiles, we went to Sony service centre, Vimas Intek, Anna Nagar, Chennai once again on 24/9/16 and the the phone instrument back side photos were taken by the service centre once again.We were told that M/s Sony centre will revert after writing to their service head.But we were told by Sony Service Centre, Anna Nagar the following week to visit again to hand over the phone instrument to them so that the Sony Team will personally check the instrument and forward their findings for further action from their end.Accordingly the unit was handed over to them on 01/10/16 as requested by the centre.We received a letter dt 3/10/16 on 5/10/16 from Sony service centre that the unit was handled by unauthorised agency during the warranty period and the warranty is not applicable for the mobile phone.We are not able to understand who has done this mischief between manufacturing and the sale of the unit by M/s Poorvika Mobiles to us on 13/12/15.The possibility of any such act from our side ruled out as the unit was with my son throughout from the day of purchase.Please note that we have we have taken mobile protect insurance policy also at the time of purchase by paying Rs 1000/- M/s Poorvika Mobiles.Now the issue has become worse warranting highest level of attention to fix the culprit.If it is not done, it will be a biggest blunder on our part to let the culprit scotfree to continue such acts.We want the problem to be resolved without further delay .We would wait a day or two to get response from M/s Poorvika Mobiles or M/s Sony India.Then we shall proceed further with the best possible consumer protection tool so that the real culprit is taught a lesson and this will become an eye opener for others .

                          The complaint has not been resolved.The customer services head Ms Hepzeema told yesterday that the unit was serviced by outside unauthorized agency through the customer.The set can not work for more than a month or so if the set was received in motherboard tampered condition as per Ms Hepzeema.If the set is having the one year manufacturer warranty and one year protect insurance (after paying Rs 1000/- for the same during purchase), why the customer will resort to going to unauthorised agency for repair.It is an opportunity for the customer to get an immediate replacement from the seller/M/s Sony for having supplied a defective unit, if it has failed in a short period from the purchase date.It will be very difficult to coin an adjective to describe the behaviour of customer services head. Ms Hepzeema should prove that the statement made by her is true.Only we can say that the sinner will be punished for such an act by law of nature and we shall take up this matter with relevant parties so that the real culprits are brought to book and never raise their heads to cheat other customers.M/s Sony should do necessary investigations to address the complaint raised by us. They can try all possible methods to unearth the facts to pin point the culprit.If it is possible they have to blacklist the vendor Poorvika Mobiles for cheating the customer and escaping the mischief by blaming the customer.

                          We want immediate action from M/s Sony for replacement and blacklisting of Poorvika Mobiles from the market.

                              I think this mobile store is taking a revenge on me as they had given me an old handset(Lyf phone) and had to change it when I had raised consumer complaint.Now it has been a month that my Jio SIM has not been activated.Each time I gave them a call, the store's person would say me that the SIM would be activated in a couple of days.Now I gave a call to the Reliance Jio customer5 care nad they informed me that the SIM has not been activated as the store has not sent my documents to the concerned team yet.The Jio people have also given me a complaint number-SR000001HRXU..@Hepzi-Is this what you call customer service??I have also not received the bill for the new handset..I think you have taken me for granted...I think it is hight time you must understand your responsibilities in delivering quality service.Resolve this issue on a priority.

                                Poorvika a mobile and accessories selling company, They have this weird no return policy that you can't return and Exchange a mobile or accessories even if they just bought 5min before. Even online sellers like flipkart and Amazon have nice return policy.
                                If you buy a mobile in Poorvika and you dont like it or not working means it cant be replaced or returned to them, beware before buying in poorvika...

                                I purchased a Samsung J7 Prime from Poorvika Kandanchavadi, Chennai on 9th Sept. bill no SI/KAND/11495.
                                1 They quoted the price as 19K and the amount mentioned in the bill is 17657.
                                2 Charger and Handsfree are part of the pack but they have charged it seperately. Why
                                3 They promised a Reliance JIo but they have been making me to run around for the last 3 days and still not provided. The behavior of the staff is very Rude.
                                I raised a complaint on this but POORVIKA IS NOT BOTHERED ABOUT AFTER SALES, TAKE THE MONEY AND IGNORE SEEMS TO BE YOUR MOTO

                                  Hi, last week Saturday I have payed an initial amount of rs.4100 advance using bajaj finserv for Iphone 5s in karaikudi. Store staff said that u can pay the advance and take delivery in chennai .from my side there was pending in cheque ...I have couriered the cheque and they have received in yesterday morning..but till now there delaying in delivery..now they are calling and saying that you cannot take delivery in chennai..come to karaikudi..I will be coming to karaikudi after two months only.. Please help me in this.
