The other day (16 june) me and my friends went to book tickets for 19- june afternoon 4:30 show of the movie conjuring 2. we went to book 7 tickets for that particular show. when we asked the attendant for 7 tickets he replied that 7 tickets cannot be issued unless and until you take the combo of (coke+popcorn) worth rs. 110 for all the 7 people so my bill will amount to nearly (840+770)=1610. he further added that when taking more than 3 tickets, its mandatory to take this combo. this is unfair and very bad on your part as a reputed company like pvr is harassing customers in such a manner. then when we asked the attendant to issue tickets 3 each they said they cant do so and pointing towards the camera they said the authorities are watching and its the rule. then we were forced to book the tickets online on which we were made to pay 30 extra for every ticket for the online transaction. this incident has bogged down my faith in pvr cinemas which used to provide reliable and good services earlier. please kindly look into the matter and do the necessary.

    I called the pvr call centre to know whether subtitles r available 4 angry birds in kochi pvr. I was told that it's available for all english movies and upon this confirmation, i persuaded someone who is hearing impaired to join the movie but it was not available which caused us severe mental trauma and deep pain for that person. I would like to know the company response.

      Please provide detailed movie schedule, name of movies, movie timings etc. of PVR cinemas located in Grand mall, Velachery, Chennai.

      If possible, pl. try to reduce the existing ticket rate from Rs.120/- to an amount which is feasible for the middie class like me and poor people.

      Otherwise, theatres of PVR, Velachery, Chennai are excellent.

      Also, parking ticket rate of Rs.50/- for five hours charged for two wheeler and Rs.100/- for five hours for four wheelers is high. If possible, that may also be reduced.

        I writing to inform you that i've been charged twice for two tickets at forum mall sujana kokatpally hyderabad with out my knowledge, ideally ticket cost 150rs so for two tickets i should be charged 300rs but i was charged again 300rs which is unfair and with out my knowledge i am seeking my bank for transaction dispute. I would proceed other legal procedure to claim it.
        My details is as follows:
        Card number ending with: 9247 (Transaction processed between 9-10.30pm)
        Show time: 10:30pm 3rd june 2016
        Tickets: two seat number:a6, a7 auditorium 2
        I purchased tickets around 9-10:30pm using my creditcard

          When I went to book tickets online for movie at PVR ampa and velachery Chennai. Ticket availability is showing but can't book tickets of rs10/- when I asked in counter of PVR ampa Chennai for RS 10/- booking is done online. But it's done online if it's not issued then remove that ticket. Were as it's easy to book RS 120/- ticket online. Using paytm. I demand an explanation.

            I gifted pvr gift card of amt 2000/- to my friend on her birthday in feb 2016.
            The card was purchased online from amazon india.
            Alongwith the card there was no instruction given like pin no, issue date or expiry date etc.
            She tried to book tickets using the card but it required pin no. When contacted pvr cinemas in our area (Juhu) they had no idea nor could they direct her. Ultimately she decided to use the card while booking at cinemas last week (June 2016). Where she was told that the card has expired.
            Can someone hrom pvr address the issue and tell us how to revalidate the card.

              I've 2 gift vouchers for yours and both of them are not working. Initially it was not activated, i had to get them activated (Fakely. It was confirmed by one of the representative that the gift voucher is activated however it was not.

              I had to follow-up ample number of times and still have not get a resolution.
              Both of my cards are not working.

              Your representative asked for whatsoever details they were all shared but still have not got any resolution.

              Extremely upset with the services.

                Hi team pvr,

                It feels really sad to write this email but you guys left me no option.

                I visit pvr cinemas because of their movie and sound quality. This is enjoyed a lot when we book those premium seats which costs a lot but they are worth every penny. It's been a month that i have been complaining the staff to have these seats regularly maintained as there are holes in these seats, all the softness is gone and you can actually get hurt as those wodden structure is felt and poking when you seat. Yesterday i saw the new movie teenage mutant ninja turtles and to a shock all the above problems were there and the recliners not working and we were forced to sit in our seats were ice creams left overs were not even cleaned.
                This is definitely not the standards of pvr, hope you fix this is a shame on your reputation.

                  Today i purchase two tickets of movie baaghi for rs. 160 each 12. 35pm show audi 4, while purchasing the ticket rs. 1000 note given by me against the ticket and for same cashier asked rs. 30 change, now another 30 rs. Given by me now total rs. 1030 for 2 tickets of 160 @each which total is rs. 320, now cashier refund the only rs. 210, when i checked and found its not correct amount i reach to cashier and asked for refund the rest amount which is rs. 500, she tell me her was confused and need to check cctv footage before refund the amount, so they suggest me to come after the show, when i return to get back my cash they said that the cctv footage not clear so they dint back my cash. This incident happen in chhatisgarh surya treasure mall pvr bhilai.
                  Kindly urgent attention on this matter.

                    I went to watch captain america - civil war (3 d - english) in pvr cinemas, opulent mall, ghaziabad on 10/5/2016, 19:55 show. I specifically asked for centre seats in either of the rows behind at the ticket counter even then the guy booked me r-14 (Left side 4th seat in the third row from the back). At the time of booking, seats were available but as i entered the show centre seats for the rows behind had been already booked and i came to know about my seat. I complained to the usher (Named tinku) distributing the 3d glasses there about the situation before the movie began and he just assured me that the matter will be taken care of, only to not hearing from him again. Halfway through the movie i complained about this to the manager who also did nothing about it except for the false assurance. I had to watch the whole movie there itself.
                    At the end of the movie, the credits were not shown. Even on me demanding the usher to show the credits (Which had the bonus credit scenes), the projection was switched off and i was asked to leave a telling me that it has no credit scenes. This to my knowledge is not legal. I missed the credits and the scenes. Not to mention the poor service in general and no one there to seek help from.

                    Hello I'm Anmol kamble from nanded, when I visited for a movie named MUMBAI PUNE MUMBAI 2 (marathi movie) at PVR nanded I got the seat number N-14, there was very low Quality of comfort, the seat was broken !!!

                    The seating arrangement in PVR Erramanzil, HYderabad is very bad and i suffered severe Neck pain. Not only me, even my husband and my daughter also suffered a lot. we booked tickets for Sahoo (telugu) 2D movie dt.31/08/2019 and we got front row seats(1st row from screen).As the distance between 1st row and the screen is very less...we are unable to watch the movie unless we raise our head which caused severe Neck pain...
                    I request concern authorities to resolve the issue...I don't recommend any one to book ticket sin PVR Erramanzil...

                      Worst experience ever in pvr... today (10/05/2016, show timing 10:40 a. m., audi03) when i went with my friend to enjoy civil war in pvr lucknow singapore mall lucknow... the attendant gave me other seat instead of mine (mine seats waere k9, k10) 2 or 3 times people came and ask for their seats and i was just changing again and again my seats instead of enjoying the movie... even after that when i called to attendant to give my seat which was allotted me by ticket counter he told me to sit some where else... that was really worst and worst experience...
                      I never had that much embarrassment in between some movie or else...
                      I[censored] are not able to give a good service to all of your customers so please stop opening new screens and focus to give good services to your customers first.

                      Better to start the main show at show time like SPI. Most of the time the AUDI entrance is opened only after the show time. People rush the entrance together.

                          This to lodge a complain against the pvr cinema, ved transcube, vadodara. I have an optical problem so i specifically asked for a lower ticket row. I was told that the cinema is full and only tickets left were the higher rows. The theatre was practically empty. This is a cheap trick to sell tickets. It was a 9.45pm jungle book show on 27.94.16. My booking was done by a mr. Visual. He lied on asking why he didn't book for a lower row saying the entire show was booked.

                          I expect immediate action. It is sorry that an establishment like pvr will resort to such cheap tricks.

                            We had reserved 2seats in the executive class in the pvr cinemas, mgf mall, Gurgaon at 9.55 pm on 23 rd April. We finally got to enter at 10.15 pm, 20 mins late. The movie was Jungle Book, and I had taken my 10 year old son. There were many other families with children that were also waiting for 20 mins. This is the first time I have ever seen a delay. Added to our woes the theatre was not cleane. A very disgusting beginning to what hoped to a very beautiful family evening. I would like PVR to duly compensate us to salvage their position. I have attached my tickets for the same.

                              I have booked ticket for FAN movie of show timing at 9:40. I live in Nagpur, the booking is done from my paytm account on 15/04/2016. Half payment was done by paytm account of Rs 120 and rest was done by debit card. But on the day I have not received any message of this ticket, also when I asked person over their to check on his system he too denied that no such ticket has been booked from our side.I am sending you attachment of both ticket and my account statement.Please go through this complaint as soon as possible and generate the refund.The code on the ticket you can re check, its not been punched at the PVR ticket checking counter.

                                I was watching panda-3 movies on 7th april.We went into group of 4.After 15 min of movie. Suddenly front row person standup & seat comes so fast that its hit my left toe and my complete nails comes out.
                                I was in blood & severe pain.We immeditely left the hall & ask staff to give us first aid to clean & get smthing done to get relief.Firstly staff reacted late then they came up with first aid with no dettol & used cotton inside.
                                Finally we have to left the movies & went to hospital to get it operated.Since then i am in pain & not able to go to office.
                                My only submission is i was trying to reach pvr for atleast they should apologised & offer us a fresh ticket of same movie but nobody is responding.

                                    Last two weekend Me and husband was watching movies named 1. Superman v/s Batman. 2. Panda at PVR Indore.

                                    They always have excuses of Nachos (out of Stock), samosa n sandwitch (finished ) iced tea never serve in a proffesional manner. They only forced to buy pop corn and Pepsi.

                                    This weekend I am not going to watch Jungle movie and my friends too.

                                    Pathetic PVR Indore can't get services like Juhu PVR Mumbai.

                                    Do something please I loved to watch movie in PVR but because of these issues. I stop myself from now onwards.

                                      Cost of snacks-popcorn

                                      The cost of snacks in pvr is becoming unaffordable these days. The cost of a regular salted popcorn is rs. 190 and cheese/ caramel flavour is rs. 220. The actual cost of the same amount of popcorn anywhere outside would cost merely rs. 20 or max rs. 50. Then on what basis is the cost of popcorn starting at rs. 190? Can't the government take any action on this?...

                                      Two different counters for collecting tickets and a 3d glasses. We wasted time in standing in queue taught they will give us 3d glases while entry.Most of the crowd went back to food counters to get 3d glasses no prior information.Very poor food quality and expensive combo (390 for salted popcorn & 2 regular pepsi) where as rs 240 with butter flavoured pop corns with additional flavours in satyam cinemas. More money less satisfaction and poor experience in pvr and 3d glasses were damaged had to change it twice.

                                      I want to watch Hollywood movie jungle book. In 4dx at PVR superplex Noida .. But there is only English version of this movie is playing
                                      .. Why don't you guys play Hindi version of Hollywood movies As well
