This is to bring in notice that the PVR Cinemas Anupam saket ticket.I bought two tkt from the tkTs counter and my show was 9:45am around on Monday roy movie date 16/2/2015 but I was let for the movie that's why I have to enter in the cinema and when 2nd person come and than security gaurd said to her you cant enter if they have any problem so they have to coordinate according to rush and your security gaurd said call the person than you can inside It really shamfull he can come with her and than see my tkts this is the process you have follow I think.. And yeserday date 18/02/2015, show time 12:45pm, movie :- MSG and show was empty and he said all Seats are full why it's happening I visit in Pvr cinema 3cs there is something wrong is going on they are giving two differnt seat tkt and when I came to tkt counter than he write some another seat no mannualy and he said to me you can seat togther on A-15, 16 I have that tkts I want to know the right answer from you guys and please take a necessary action both the side.     Booked the ticket for the film 'GONE GIRL' on Monday ie 9-FEB-2015 ... My seat number was A16... After entered into the PVR Cinemas, they told that show was cancelled due to some technical problem. I didn't received the money for the ticket yet now to my account.

      I have been to PVR Koregaon Park Pune on Saturday for 10.30 pm show i was booked tickets online the Audi no was 6 seat no Q5 Q6 Q7 at the first there was bed bugs. i was really angry but i lost my temperature wen a rat jumps on my tummy is this the quality you give for so high ticket rate

        hi, i just got an axis bank e-voucher code of 100 rupees as a reward for using the credit card. but when i tried to claim this in pvr cinemas website, they had no option for this. i m from kochi and this was to book I movie for saturday. please resolve this issue.

            Today i am visiting for watching tevar at pvr cinemas naraina and here unfotunately my cell phone switched off and by the staff i treated like i m carrying something wrong inspite of mobile. inspite of giving me any help staff took me out from the pvr. So i were absolutely feeling like i am entering without ticket or i were a beggar. Give me some justice.

            I'm Bhargav Tej, today I along with my friend went to watch Kingsman movie at PVR Cinemas, Vijayawada for 10:15 PM show with Seat Numbers H11, H12. When movie got finished all the viewers started leaving and with titles still running on. We had a small cover with us which we forgot to take while leaving... when we are coming down on stares my friend realised he left the cover and went back to seat and I was nearing the theatre staff standing at the end of stares and by the time, a guy named Anand (Staff) started "shouting without respect" and flashed torch on my friend and I said boss he is going to bring cover left... while I'm speaking he flashed light on my friend twice and "without listening to me he started shouting abusively..." and then he started answering me in aggressive manner. I asked the other personnel (Name not known) on duty about this guy and he said sorry and this guy asked the personnel "why are you talking to these guys" in disrespectful manner. I had spoken to duty manager incharge and gave a written complaint in there log book along with my contact details (Not sure whether it is complaint book).

            I don't want an apology. Teach this guy (Anand) some manners and take necessary action for his rude behaviour.

              PVR at phoenix mills at lower parel Mumbai is known for starting its shows late. Well, if it was just that it wld be ok.. but now in the interval they show advertisements for atleast 15 mins after a 10 mins time of showing only food pics that they expect us to buy during the interval.. After starting a movie late by almost 20 mins a patron does not expect to be held in the theatre to watch these painful ads again n again.. a 2 hr movie takes atleast 3 hrs in PVR compared to other theatres.. wouldn ever step in PVR again.. !st expensive tickets n then waste time in watching ridiculous ads!!

                  I had made a transaction of Rs. 293.71 which proved into a transaction but the screen on my device from which I have booking my ticket showed that the transaction had failed. the date was 15/11/14. I immediately called pvr cinemas and told them what had happened and the representative assured me that I would get in 1 week and I can book the ticket again and the transaction went right this time. Till today I did not get my refund. Please help me out of this. (Movie details- 1.movie-interstellar 2. Show time-12:15 hrs 3.show date- 16/11/14)

                    Hi Team, It was unpleasant experience booking tickets on PVR website, I was trying to get 3 tickets booked for PK show today at 3.20 pm the money is deducted from my bank account and I have no tickets it is termed as BAD Transaction.The response from PVR is we regret inconvenience email and we are working on it and will get back to me shortly. On calling the Delhi NCR call centre I was said that you shall get the money back only post 7-8 days. This is not acceptable- considering that PVR has my money they could have given the tickets and adjusted in book of accounts or given a decent time line to refund money. Kindly acknowledge my email and help get compensation and timely. Rgds, Santosh

                      We had booked the 8 pm show at the Bangalore Orion mall PVR. The previous show was still running at 8.20! We got in by 8.25 and then there was at least 20 minutes of ads, THOUGH it was already 30 minutes late. There was also another good 30 minutes of ads in the interval and the 8 pm show ended at 11.20!! Almost an hour's delay in total. Felt like it was a real disappointment with PVR. Feeling like i would never want to go to a PVR paying so much again. Extremely upset with your service.

                        Recently we saw 2 movies at PVR cinemas in the Orion Mall, Bangalore - Interstellar & PK. Both movies had 20 mins of ads in the beginning, making the movie start 20 mins late. Then in the interval, there was again a delay of 20 mins due to ads. Thus after paying so much money for the tickets, we were forced to sit for 40 mins just watching mindless, repetitive, irrelevant ads. This is a totally unacceptable level of greed from PVR. They cannot take customers for a ride like this and need to look at more innovative streams for revenue generation.

                          Hi, I'm a regular customer for PVR cinemas. They have tested my patience to the limits. I watched "PK" movie from PVR Cinemas, Koramangala, Bangalore on 25th Dec. The show was about to start at 10:30 and the actual show began at 11:00(half an hour of commercials). There was nearly a 20-25 mins of additional commercial break during the interval. The volumes of the commercials were as loud as the movie itself to top that. Overall, I had to watch an entire hour full of commercials and trailers combined while the movie lasted for 150 mins. I'm super-irritated by this disgusting and extremely annoying behaviour of PVR Cinemas. @PVR Cinemas: I'm very sorry to say that you've just lost an important customer and there are a lot others in this category whom you'll be losing soon if this is not rectified soon enough. @Those who value their time: I highly recommend NOT wasting your valuable time on this.

                            It is absolutely disgusting to be distracted in the middle of a movie by an interval that is 30 mins long filled with commercials (advertisements) The movie ticket was Rs 500. This is very very very expensive. And when you buy such an expensive ticket, you expect the experience to be high quality. Instead I was tortured with a very very long and irritating interval filled with commercials. This NONSENSE must be stopped !

                              Hello I'm from hyderabad, yesterday that is the 22nd December my wife and I had gone to watch the movie PK for 10.35pm show at PVR cinemas hyderabad Central Mall, as usual the car parking was jam packed and there was heavy traffic to get into the mall, i asked my wife to go and collect the tickets so that i can park my car in the mean time.My wife went to the box office to collect the tickets and found that the place was flooded with men and there was no watch man to control the crowd and no proper line for ladies to collect the tickets she was horrified and wanted to take an elevator which was dam full again flooded with people. My pregnant wife had to climb 5 floor just to escape from the crowd to reach me, No proper ladies lines, No lifts, No watch man for women safety, I'm raising this issue with the local police station at Panjagutta, Its ridicules to go to a multiplex like pvr and face such issues. We have decided not to go to PVR never ever in our life. Making a pregnant women walk upstairs for 5 floors and no women safety at such a big multiplex chain is the last thing we expect. Wake up at least now and concentrate on women safety before its too late..

                                Dear Sir, I have seen linga movie in PVR cinemas phenix market city...The ticket price is 100 RS.. but the minimum snacks price is RS160 for pop corn.. As a family i spent around 400 rs for snacks where as my tickets cost RS 200/-.. Either they have to allow me to get snacks from outside or reduce the snacks price... its not affordable for a middle class people..please do the needful.

                                    I have booked tickets for the above mentioned movie in PVR Sujana mall ( Hyderabad) on 7/12/2014 for 7.35 PM show. Booking reference ID is WR24PDZ. There was a technical issue in the movie which had resulted heavy strain on our eyes. We had complained about it to the duty manager. He had restarted the movie once again indicating that there is a technical issue in the content of the movie. After 10 minutes the issue was still the same (Unresolved). Along with me close to 35 people have came out and had requested to refund the money back and have left the theater. My weekend along with family which was planned was screwed and also we have terrible strain on our eyes which we could not able to have our dinner. My son who is 10 years old is complaining about sever headache after watching for 15 minutes and had to immeditely call the doctor for medication which we are currently having it. In spite of my complaint with your duty manager Mr. Sharavan and Mr. Tirupathi both have tried saying that they would take it up with the higher authorities. My main complaint is because of your technical error we had spoiled our weekend and had to skip our dinner and suffering from heavy headache. Though refund was given to me. I had requested them to give it in writing the reasons for refunding the money. To which they had refused to give us. I would suggest you can see the footage in the CCTV cameras and take appriorate action and let us know how you would be able to compensate us for the time lost and the inconvenience that had occurred on our health.
