This is regarding a couple of ticket I booked on 8 th April 2015 morning 12.30 pm show at Audi 5, PVR Kochi, for seat number K7 and K8. The money got deducted from my debit card but the transaction failed. As it has happened before, I decided to book the tickets again, I still chose the same seats as they were vacant. now this time transaction went through and I end up watching the show. I was under an impression that my money will be refunded to me for the first transaction as it didn't go through. However, it did not happen, So, all I want is the refund for the failed transaction. Kindly revert as soon as possible so that I can go ahead.

    Pvr bhilai situated at treasure island mall is selling coupons of rs.50 with each ticket so a ticket of rs. 100 is costing rs.150. They say these coupons are compulsory to buy. Coupons are for cold drink and a small popcorn. cold drink served by them is not chill it can be compared to coffee by the way. And there is no choice available for popcorn. Overall quality is degrading just because of greed o[censored]ndue charges.

      Team, Very unfortunate and very disappointed regarding using voucher card issued by PVR. On last month when I was at PVR avani mall they have told me that the system has failed to accept the cards and today again I am unable to use my cards. If you do not have proper system to use the cards at proper time then what is the use of the cards? I will file a complain about you at consumer forum. I have 4 cards being nos. [protected], [protected], [protected]. whenever I put the number for paying a ticket it is showing that invalid batch. I need 3 tickets of tomorrow of Bomkesh Bokshi at PVR avani mall at 5.45 p.m. at Rs. 200/- each.

        Yesterday v 4 friend gone for a movie..fast and furious7...movie timing 7:35pm... We asked the manager for 4 ticket for the timing of 7:35..Bt d manager given d tickets of 6:30...and v have swipe the card at 7pm..its the fault of manager..and Mr ajay was arguing so much...and misbehave with us.. Waiting for your revert reply...

          Watching a movie @ PVR is no more a fun experience. I watched movie Hunter yesterday 9pm show at PVR cinema Ujjain where (a) extra Rs 40/ticket imposed on customers at ticket window for selling coupons of patties without customers' choice. (b) cheating the customer by not selling tickets of lower classes taking advantage of rush hours while the whole silver class remained empty. (c) selling zero fizz cold drinks at the counter. Moreover neither they are ready to change nor they would produce a complain book. Your services are taking you down and taking advantage of monopoly in small town markets doesn't give you any reason to speak arrogantly with your customers. Acknowledgement is expected.             I just went to watch a movie in PVR Orion Mall, Bangalore just now, and the show was at 10pm (27th March 2015). One staff named, Balaji SHOUTED to us as customer for being fast while ordering tickets. Is this some kind of about 'Customer Service'?I really need your help with this. Please ensure that doesn't happen again next time. Thank you.

              I am watching movie NH10 with my family in pavilion mall ludhiana...We have been allotted row E-1-7 seats... In which seat number 6 is totally uncomfortable as push back is not working... As we have chosen a brand PVR for watching movie and this silly things hampers our comfortability

                divergent its first part was released last year i was expecting insurgent to be released on 20th march 2015 in surat.it showed on pvr app that it was going to be released 5 days earlier.I just checked two days before it disappeared on the app.i was very eager to see insurgent i liked the first part...this is unfair!!! it was released in Delhi, mumbai and many cities of India but not in surat...u have shown the first part so there should also be a second part released...

                While watching the first trailer on november 14th : 20th march.. Long way to go..
                After watching other trailers, movie clips, cast interviews etc etc: 20th march..
                On 20th march at pvr: gets reply that it is not released... 👿👿👿👿👿👿 what the hell!!!

                ur right..!!! im eagerly waitung for that movie
                So I thought may be after 2 weeks of international release, Insurgent might be released at Surat PVR... Which btw did happen with TFIOS.and so This is what I get...

                Me: Can I get info about Insurgent show timings

                Me: INSURGENT!!!

                In charge: I don't understand.. Do you mean the Tamil movie??

                Me: ugh! No not a Tamil movie..

                Me: It is released in Mumbai, Delhi nd other regions... Why not in Surat??

                In charge: sorry ma'am.. I have no idea

                Me: where can I get a feedback form?

                In charge: sorry ma'am.. I HAVE NO IDEA

                  PVR ELANTE Friday February 27, 2015 AUDI 8 Seat M15 The Imitation Game 8pm show I was sitting comfortably in my "gold" seat, that I always purchase when watching a movie at this cinema and 3/4 into the movie a rat ran on top of me. It was absolutely horrific and I got up and left the audi. When I approached the supervisor I was told that it's not possible as they had done pest control the day before. Why would I lie and leave my movie that I was enjoying so very much? It's atrocious behaviour by the staff to be putting the consumer in this spot. Instead of offering me something to calm down I was told that I was lieing. I expect further action to be taken against this facility and its staff and redemption of my money for the 2 tickets that I had purchased. Waiting for a reply.

                    Hello Sir I am Bhargav Tej, today I along with my friend went to watch Kingsman movie at PVR Cinemas, Vijayawada for 10:15 PM show with Seat Numbers H11, H12. When movie got finished all the viewers started leaving and with titles still running on. We had a small cover with us which we forgot to take while leaving... when we are coming down on stares my friend realised he left the cover and went back to seat and I was nearing the theatre staff standing at the end of stares and by the time, a guy named Anand (Staff) started "shouting without respect" and flashed torch on my friend and I said boss he is going to bring cover left... while I am speaking he flashed light on my friend twice and "without listening to me he started shouting abusively..." and then he started answering me in aggressive manner. I asked the other personnel (Name not known) on duty about this guy and he said sorry and this guy asked the personnel "why are you talking to these guys" in disrespectful manner. I had spoken to duty manager incharge and gave a written complaint in there log book along with my contact details (Not sure whether it is complaint book). I do not want an apology.                       This is to bring in notice that the PVR Cinemas Anupam saket ticket.I bought two tkt from the tkTs counter and my show was 9:45am around on Monday roy movie date 16/2/2015 but I was let for the movie that's why I have to enter in the cinema and when 2nd person come and than security gaurd said to her you cant enter if they have any problem so they have to coordinate according to rush and your security gaurd said call the person than you can inside It really shamfull he can come with her and than see my tkts this is the process you have follow I think.. And yeserday date 18/02/2015, show time 12:45pm, movie :- MSG and show was empty and he said all Seats are full why it's happening I visit in Pvr cinema 3cs there is something wrong is going on they are giving two differnt seat tkt and when I came to tkt counter than he write some another seat no mannualy and he said to me you can seat togther on A-15, 16 I have that tkts I want to know the right answer from you guys and please take a necessary action both the side.                         Booked the ticket for the film 'GONE GIRL' on Monday ie 9-FEB-2015 ... My seat number was A16... After entered into the PVR Cinemas, they told that show was cancelled due to some technical problem. I didn't received the money for the ticket yet now to my account.

                          I have been to PVR Koregaon Park Pune on Saturday for 10.30 pm show i was booked tickets online the Audi no was 6 seat no Q5 Q6 Q7 at the first there was bed bugs. i was really angry but i lost my temperature wen a rat jumps on my tummy is this the quality you give for so high ticket rate

                            hi, i just got an axis bank e-voucher code of 100 rupees as a reward for using the credit card. but when i tried to claim this in pvr cinemas website, they had no option for this. i m from kochi and this was to book I movie for saturday. please resolve this issue.

                                Today i am visiting for watching tevar at pvr cinemas naraina and here unfotunately my cell phone switched off and by the staff i treated like i m carrying something wrong inspite of mobile. inspite of giving me any help staff took me out from the pvr. So i were absolutely feeling like i am entering without ticket or i were a beggar. Give me some justice.

                                  PVR at phoenix mills at lower parel Mumbai is known for starting its shows late. Well, if it was just that it wld be ok.. but now in the interval they show advertisements for atleast 15 mins after a 10 mins time of showing only food pics that they expect us to buy during the interval.. After starting a movie late by almost 20 mins a patron does not expect to be held in the theatre to watch these painful ads again n again.. a 2 hr movie takes atleast 3 hrs in PVR compared to other theatres.. wouldn ever step in PVR again.. !st expensive tickets n then waste time in watching ridiculous ads!!

                                      I had made a transaction of Rs. 293.71 which proved into a transaction but the screen on my device from which I have booking my ticket showed that the transaction had failed. the date was 15/11/14. I immediately called pvr cinemas and told them what had happened and the representative assured me that I would get in 1 week and I can book the ticket again and the transaction went right this time. Till today I did not get my refund. Please help me out of this. (Movie details- 1.movie-interstellar 2. Show time-12:15 hrs 3.show date- 16/11/14)

                                        Hi Team, It was unpleasant experience booking tickets on PVR website, I was trying to get 3 tickets booked for PK show today at 3.20 pm the money is deducted from my bank account and I have no tickets it is termed as BAD Transaction.The response from PVR is we regret inconvenience email and we are working on it and will get back to me shortly. On calling the Delhi NCR call centre I was said that you shall get the money back only post 7-8 days. This is not acceptable- considering that PVR has my money they could have given the tickets and adjusted in book of accounts or given a decent time line to refund money. Kindly acknowledge my email and help get compensation and timely. Rgds, Santosh
