Hi Team, It was unpleasant experience booking tickets on PVR website, I was trying to get 3 tickets booked for PK show today at 3.20 pm the money is deducted from my bank account and I have no tickets it is termed as BAD Transaction.The response from PVR is we regret inconvenience email and we are working on it and will get back to me shortly. On calling the Delhi NCR call centre I was said that you shall get the money back only post 7-8 days. This is not acceptable- considering that PVR has my money they could have given the tickets and adjusted in book of accounts or given a decent time line to refund money. Kindly acknowledge my email and help get compensation and timely. Rgds, Santosh

    Money deducted for a failed transaction

    Hi Team, This is regarding a couple of ticket I was booking on 21st December 2014 evening. I booked two tickets for pk(using pvr app), for seat 5 and 6, row O. The money got deducted from my debit card but the transaction failed. As it has happened before, I decided to book the tickets again, I still chose the same seats as they were vacant. now this time transaction went through and I end up watching the show, next day.     We had booked the 8 pm show at the Bangalore Orion mall PVR. The previous show was still running at 8.20! We got in by 8.25 and then there was at least 20 minutes of ads, THOUGH it was already 30 minutes late. There was also another good 30 minutes of ads in the interval and the 8 pm show ended at 11.20!! Almost an hour's delay in total. Felt like it was a real disappointment with PVR. Feeling like i would never want to go to a PVR paying so much again. Extremely upset with your service.

      Recently we saw 2 movies at PVR cinemas in the Orion Mall, Bangalore - Interstellar & PK. Both movies had 20 mins of ads in the beginning, making the movie start 20 mins late. Then in the interval, there was again a delay of 20 mins due to ads. Thus after paying so much money for the tickets, we were forced to sit for 40 mins just watching mindless, repetitive, irrelevant ads. This is a totally unacceptable level of greed from PVR. They cannot take customers for a ride like this and need to look at more innovative streams for revenue generation.

        Hi, I'm a regular customer for PVR cinemas. They have tested my patience to the limits. I watched "PK" movie from PVR Cinemas, Koramangala, Bangalore on 25th Dec. The show was about to start at 10:30 and the actual show began at 11:00(half an hour of commercials). There was nearly a 20-25 mins of additional commercial break during the interval. The volumes of the commercials were as loud as the movie itself to top that. Overall, I had to watch an entire hour full of commercials and trailers combined while the movie lasted for 150 mins. I'm super-irritated by this disgusting and extremely annoying behaviour of PVR Cinemas. @PVR Cinemas: I'm very sorry to say that you've just lost an important customer and there are a lot others in this category whom you'll be losing soon if this is not rectified soon enough. @Those who value their time: I highly recommend NOT wasting your valuable time on this.

          It is absolutely disgusting to be distracted in the middle of a movie by an interval that is 30 mins long filled with commercials (advertisements) The movie ticket was Rs 500. This is very very very expensive. And when you buy such an expensive ticket, you expect the experience to be high quality. Instead I was tortured with a very very long and irritating interval filled with commercials. This NONSENSE must be stopped !

            Hello I'm from hyderabad, yesterday that is the 22nd December my wife and I had gone to watch the movie PK for 10.35pm show at PVR cinemas hyderabad Central Mall, as usual the car parking was jam packed and there was heavy traffic to get into the mall, i asked my wife to go and collect the tickets so that i can park my car in the mean time.My wife went to the box office to collect the tickets and found that the place was flooded with men and there was no watch man to control the crowd and no proper line for ladies to collect the tickets she was horrified and wanted to take an elevator which was dam full again flooded with people. My pregnant wife had to climb 5 floor just to escape from the crowd to reach me, No proper ladies lines, No lifts, No watch man for women safety, I'm raising this issue with the local police station at Panjagutta, Its ridicules to go to a multiplex like pvr and face such issues. We have decided not to go to PVR never ever in our life. Making a pregnant women walk upstairs for 5 floors and no women safety at such a big multiplex chain is the last thing we expect. Wake up at least now and concentrate on women safety before its too late..

              Dear Sir, I have seen linga movie in PVR cinemas phenix market city...The ticket price is 100 RS.. but the minimum snacks price is RS160 for pop corn.. As a family i spent around 400 rs for snacks where as my tickets cost RS 200/-.. Either they have to allow me to get snacks from outside or reduce the snacks price... its not affordable for a middle class people..please do the needful.

                  I have booked tickets for the above mentioned movie in PVR Sujana mall ( Hyderabad) on 7/12/2014 for 7.35 PM show. Booking reference ID is WR24PDZ. There was a technical issue in the movie which had resulted heavy strain on our eyes. We had complained about it to the duty manager. He had restarted the movie once again indicating that there is a technical issue in the content of the movie. After 10 minutes the issue was still the same (Unresolved). Along with me close to 35 people have came out and had requested to refund the money back and have left the theater. My weekend along with family which was planned was screwed and also we have terrible strain on our eyes which we could not able to have our dinner. My son who is 10 years old is complaining about sever headache after watching for 15 minutes and had to immeditely call the doctor for medication which we are currently having it. In spite of my complaint with your duty manager Mr. Sharavan and Mr. Tirupathi both have tried saying that they would take it up with the higher authorities. My main complaint is because of your technical error we had spoiled our weekend and had to skip our dinner and suffering from heavy headache. Though refund was given to me. I had requested them to give it in writing the reasons for refunding the money. To which they had refused to give us. I would suggest you can see the footage in the CCTV cameras and take appriorate action and let us know how you would be able to compensate us for the time lost and the inconvenience that had occurred on our health.                       This is to bring in notice that the PVR Cinemas of North Country Mall Mohali NH21 have been forcibly giving away food coupons worth rs 80 with every ticket. On enquiring whether it is necessary to take the coupons along with the tickets they say yes it is compulsory. On further argument they let it go but most of times without even asking the customers they charge for the coupons. This has been noticed several times with me and once again today a elderly couple sitting near me asked me if even i had to pay for the coupons against my wish. I tried to find the manager bit i could not get any response from the staff. Also besides this the air conditioning system in summers is always a pain for you as if the hall is filled you easily find yourself sweating. This has happened twice or thrice to me. This thing needs to be taken care of and the staff should atleast ask before issuing such coupons or schemes. The manager should atleast bother about all these things instead of just taking things casually.

                      In the month of may we have visited PVR Koramangala, Bangalore five times and unfortunately the AC always had an issue and it was not working properly, it was irritating and annoying every time. Very disappointed with the facilities provided and the torture done to the service users.

                        I have visited pvr cinemas vijayawada recently ... While purchasing the ticket the issuer is forcing us to buy choc on choclate bars Which cost us 10 rps extra and we dnt need it .it's a type of cheating so please recheck the issue for which it's not only causing trouble to your customers but also degrading ur value and ethics

                          I am a regular user PVR cinemas in Kochi Lulu Mall. I have seen the coffee quality has come down. Nowadays in the place of Aquafina which was sold at 40rs, they are giving Himalaya water of 70rs which is having an unpleasant taste and feels like buying petrol. I think PVR should start selling petrol too in the cinemas. We are not left with any options as there is no other option than buying it. There revenue keeps on increasing

                            Hi, Recently i went for Kill Dil movie at PVR, Empress City Mall, Nagpur, Maharashtra. My experience was very bad due to volume. In my opinion they just kept the volume at maximum level. and believe me I could not stay until finish since my ear's where in pain. I have measure sound level using android app and found out that it was flat 81dB which means that my mobile microphone was saturated and could not measure anything above 81dB. Please do some study on sound levels tolerable by average human ears. The sound level used by PVR is nerve damaging. I have been to cinema's of various countries in US, Malaysia, China and Taiwan and in my experience this the loudest i have heard which eventually forced to come out of theater. I am not satisfied with the quality of service provided and urge you to improve. Pankaj

                              sir i rajesh narain dhamejani had bought 500 movie money voucher from cinemax sion manager Mr Rakesh sharma and i being distributor for FMCG Companies had operated scheme in my market that means medical stores and given them free pvr money voucher but non of them accepted them saying that these code are not updated in our computers and some of them called me and i took help of rakesh sharma but after that also non of them have accepted please let me know what to do of coupons which are lying with me Rajesh [protected] / [protected]

                                hi this rajendra gupta from jublihills hyderabad, I was went pvr banjarahills mall for intersteller movie and i purchased veg roll on entry time and they give me spoiled one . I was recognised while eating and i was came out and asked them ... they called thiere manager ...i dont know he is manager or not because he came to me telling sorry sir .. just in a second i got that he consume the alcohol ..they didn't refund me as well ... such an worrest pvr

                                  I bought three tickets vide serial number 6670/7/3/[protected]/00000099 show time 1.40 p.m date 6th Nov. 2014 & were as to pay Rs 20/- for choc on ( chocolate) which was 8 months old. I could see same things were pressed with other ticket purchasers. Since one ticket was free people did not resist not to buy. They sold me the same . I went to cinema in-charge to highlighted the issue. But before that I spoke to corporate office to clarify this force scheme they said there is no such scheme going on .Hence i realise the un-ethical practice is going on in VIkaspuri PVR cinema. They refund my money since I raised the objection. My only concerned that PVR Cinema having high reputation how come this unethical practice is being allowed. How many people were force to buying unwanted choclates under this free ticket sceheme. please take a strict action against those employees those have coniveyence with local vendor to push their product, I would like to have your feed back on your action taken Regards Ashok Kumar Sadhwani [protected]/[protected]
