Dear Sir/ Madam, I am a regular visitor to your PVP complex for watching movies. I always prefer your complex for shopping or watching movies and was having a impression that yours is the best of all until this shocking incident happened. Accidentally due to my bad luck i have lost my parking ticket. Your people were asking to pay Rs 100 as fine for the loss of fine. Your parking staff namely Mr.Anil Kumar was acting as GUNDA which was supported by your floor supervisor Mr. Purna Chandra. For the loss of Rs 100 your own people were abusing us and making fun saying that if required you to the cinema hall and search the ticket every seat else you people stand here itself like beggars. When warned your people not to use all these abusive language they were smiling and saying that "we will talk like that only, We here see your people like our Hair (Abused in Telugu) and no one can stop us. They were again smiling and supported by your support staff. When warned not to use abusive language your staff threatened to beat us and said to go and complaint where ever we wanted to no one here can even remove one hair also from us, We will treat you like that only and will keep abusing. When asked for the complaint book they are telling this book is managed by us only and you wanted to complaint to us about us????? Point here is we are here to watch movie to spend some time so as to have some relaxation. We are working in Govt of India Enterprise and basically we are not here to make any issues. Paying 100 Rs is not an issue. But the point is 1) Is this the way you treat your own customers 2) Who are these fellows to use all abusive words. Dosent your training teach the basis mannerism of talk/ behave to the customers. 3) If your complaint books are being managed by your own support staff then why do you have it. 4) No way this kind of behavior is tolerable. 5) Who is he to threaten to physically beat us.??? 6) Dosent your management have some basic policy to control all these people. 7) Why the contact number of any of your manager is not available and there is no point in asking your support staff for the same. 8) After all these i really hope that necessary action is at-least initiated against your staff Mr.Anil Kumar and Mr.Purna Chandra. Please note that we really wanted this issue to get escalated in a big way so atleast your parking staff will learn a lesson or two from this. But then actually there is no point in hitting in their food. But the point is these abusive words and worst ever treatment cannot be tolerate at any cost. I even wanted to call the police and make a severe complaint against this. We are severely hurt by this Gundas attitude and behavior of your parking staff. Hope some severe Waring or necessary action is initiated against them. Waiting for the Justice.     This Multiplex located on the main Godhbunder Road ( Thane) does not have basic Drinking Water availability for guests. They have located a small water storer ( which is not even covered) in their open Balcony & only provided one Steel glass by the side. When we approached the Cinemax Staff they did not entertain and shirked away from this complaint. They are only focussed on selling their chargeable food without even bothering for the basic Drinking Water hygiene and availability. The ticket rates are exhorbiant .The theatre does not even have a escalator in working condition. The exit pathway also has broken tiles and stairs without any lights. Strict Action needs to be taken on their negligence.

      Hello Me and my family had gone for 9.20 show of haider at bhilai pvr. The management showed us post interval movie. After tthe movie ended they offered us to show the first half. After a lot of commotion they agreed to pay us back. Highly disappointed. A full evening ruined beacubeacuse of pvr. Worst experience ever

        Pre booking tickets failed

        Hi, I have been sending mails and calling up almost everyday but yet my issue has not been resolved. I had pre-booked tickets for Khoobsurat.(pre-booking id PB138780) The option I had given for theatre was PVR Lower Parel, Mumbai and timings I had opted for were 20th September or 21st September, 7 pm show. I was told that before 24 hours I will be informed regarding confirmation. I paid 500 Rs per ticket, plus internet handling charges...

          Hi, I bought two tickets of evening show of PVR in Noida Spice mall. I directly went from office to watch movie. So I had my laptop with me. When i was entering in gate they told me that you cannot bring the laptop inside. I told them, please refund my tickets. They refused the same. I have spent money for watching movie and I have not seen they should refund money to me. What a poor Management. I have tickets with me. Please suggest.             Hi, On the below website of Pepsi co the price of the nimbooz 350ml is Rs18/- http://www.pepsicoindia.co.in/brands/nimbooz.html I do understand why the same product is sold at Rs.50 at PVR cinemas Not only this products, but many other food stuff are very expensive and sold at higher prices compared to the MRP I need clarity to understand reason why is this happening Regards, Ashton

              I went to enjoy the movie Mardaani to Spice PVR Noida on 29 August 2014. Despite it being declared as tax free on 26 August, they collected the entire money (Rs. 150) which included Rs. 60 as entertainment tax. When asked, the girl on the counter replied that they hadnèt received the order.

                i am purchasing is 4 Ticket with family in Lai Bhaari Show at Nanded PVR Sunday, 24 August 2014 Time is 1.45 p.m. Total AC is closed. I Complaint... please give me the refund Rs.140/- Per Ticket & Total Amount Rs. 560/-.. & after the interval i will seat 1 hrs. & i come to home because of hot temperature. i will fill up the from last time i see the Kick Movie half & hour befor end the movie AC C regard thanks..

                  Hi sir Today me and my family went to watch a movie in Audi 6 pvr elante Chandigarh where the seats allocated to us was broken due to which my mom fell from the seat n got injury. There was no staff in the Audi to help us out. I complained in the interval as the movie had started when v entered. But after approaching several people they just asked us to sit some where else. This kind of response or services we definitely don't expect from pvr theatres. Request you to kindly look into the matter and take appropriate action against the management.

                    PVR Gift card money deducted without transaction

                    I have two 300 PVR gift cards. I was trying to book ticket online from PVR site, unfortunately ticket was not booked due to server issue.                     Yesterday we 21 people visited pvr cinemas indore to watch the movie Kick @ Audi#1 from the starting the screen was not good, we cant be able to see the clear picture. At the time of interval we have talked to my manager Mr. Rajat regarding this matter but his feedback was not good and said if you have problem just go and log the complain in police station and he cant help in this matter. But at the same time he has redeemed 13 tickets for the next week any movie for another group how has also the same complain. We have wasted Rs 4410/- for this movie.And the rates also high for such rubbish screen. We have given Rs 210/- per person. What next?

                      I booked an online ticket from the website "pvrcinemas.com" and ticket amount of Rs.142.47 is deducted from my account but the PVR website does not complete the transaction and took me directly to the homepage of the website. The booking does not show in my account on their site either. They have no information about customer support other than an email address [protected]@pvrcinemas.com. Calling their number in Gurgaon does not get any response either. So, I visited to that PVR cinemas. When I enquired regarding the issue, attendant responded that your money will be refunded in 8 days as there is no booking on your name. But I am not satisfied with this response. This proves the low quality of customer support provided by PVR. It is highly frustrating and I will always look for an option other than PVR and recommend the same to everyone

                          I had two PVR Gift cards of value Rs 300 each. I tried to book tickets using oneof those but since the PVR official website is so slow, the tickets could not be booked. The next time I tried, I used my another card but again due to the same problem, the tickets did not get booked. Now, when I am trying to book my tickets my balance is incorrectly being reflected as ZERO in both the cards though they haven't been used even once. The card validity is till 30th June 2014. What should I do?

                            PVR cinemas is one of the prominent multiplex in India. But to my disappointment I realized that they are forcing cartel sales in Chennai. According to the rules of the Tamilnadu government all front row tickets in theatres are supposed to be sold at Rs10.This is a very people friendly measure by the government as it makes watching movies affordable to all classes in the society. But on June 21st 2014, I went to Ampa Skywalk PVR cinemas to watch the movie 'Angry Babies'. I asked if Rs10 ticket was available. The man at the counter said it was Rs80 and not Rs10. I was taken aback for a moment. He explained "Rs10 for ticket and Rs70 for popcorn and pepsi". I told him I don't require the Pepsi and popcorn but to my surprise he said they give it only as a combo and not the ticket alone. I wasn't ready to give up and asked him how he could force cartel sales. Suddenly a senior manager looking person who heard the conversation came and said no Rs10 ticket for 'Angry Babies' and asked me to take Rs120 ticket if i wanted to see the movie.He was very rude and was literally shooing me away I found it shocking. How can such a big multiplex force people to buy popcorn and Pepsi along with the ticket? The entire purpose of bringing the Rs10 ticket is lost. As a citizen I think I should raise my voice against this injustice. Probably the combo offer they are offering is good and cheaper than the normal rates of popcorn and Pepsi inside the theatre but people should not be forced to avail the combo offer or they should not be declined tickets because they are not willing to pay Rs80.

                              Dear Sir, I went to PVR Cinemas for Kochadaiyaan 3D Tamil movie on June 7th 2014 7 PM show. I booked ticket through Internet and got 3 tickets in L 7, 8, 9. Ticket cost was 120 INR and they charged for the convenience charge as extra 90 INR through Internet. I thought it was for the 3D glass. But again in theater itself while entering into the screen 4, they asked 25 rupees extra charges per glass and they not returned back the bill which I paid for the glasses. I heard that it is an violation to collect charges for the 3D glasses. Please take action on it. Regards, Arul

                                Complaint for PVR Gift card Balance Deduction

                                Yesterday, on 10/06/2014 when I was booking tickets for X men : Days Of Future Past (3D), Ambience Mall Gurgaon, I Applied my gift card no. - [protected] (exp-August 28, 2014) of 300/- and its pin but due to some technical reasons my transaction failed, after that when I again tried to book tickets and followed the same procedure your website showed that the card has zero balance. I also checked the card's balance in you gift card section...

                                we went to PVR cinemas in Phoenix Market City Bangalore on 30th May 2014 It was Audi 1 seats - K5, K6, K7 My 4 year old son was in K6 He was bitten all over by bed bugs and developed terrible rashes the next day We went to the doc. and got medicines and lotions How can PVR not maintain hygiene and sanitation When i went the next day to complain, all i got was a non apologetic sorry from the manager

                                  I made an online booking of two tickets on pvrcinemas.com dated on 10th May, 2014 using PVR gift card (Rs. 300) and net banking for remaining amount (Rs. 120) but whole amount got deducted from my bank account. Gift card is also showing zero rupees balance. Gift card no. [protected] Booking Ref No. WKXT3PP I contracted PVR customer care but no one picked up the call. I Contacted PVR cinemas, Mulund but I was told to fill online form to redeem that amount. I could not able to locate online form and need your help to redeem the amount in my Gift Card.
