Have been to pvr cinemas in irrum mamzil and brought zago cold coffee which costs 150 rupees for 250 ml. I know the mrp is 150/- but why the special price for the theatres when it only costs 70/- for 250 ml outside. I have checked and amazon and few other sites and it is 420rs for pack of 6. Why it is overpriced in pvr cinemas
Not only this all the food available there is overpriced.

      Today i went to pvr avani mall, 9:15a. M. Show of the movie aladdin... The popcorn combo i bought was for rs 590. The same combo on 19th may of this month only was 370.. Already the price is so high and then the difference. I thought of not buying for this price but with kids its difficult to say no if they are adament to eat.. Pvr needs to control its price

        Hi team,

        Pvr charged 260 rs for two cup of tea - are you guys even serious? On what basis is the rate fixed? Can't a customer afford a cup of tea when we go for a movie?
        Looting indians in broad day light-we should take legal action against them for looting cores of rupees from us - reduce the rate and pay back the money of the indians - i need an answer from pvr for exaggerating the prices and looting us from several years - does 130rs for a small cup of chai makes any sense to you? This should be stopped we are working towards the development of the nation and these guys are openly looting us in the name of pvr-huge penalty should be levied against them for the crime committed of looting us and making the people of the nation unable to afford a cup of tea

          On saturday night, 25th may, in the show of aladdin 3d at 10 pm in audi 1, the projector is not working properly as the screen looks dull ans defocused.
          As a filmmaker and knowing the technicalities, i raised the issue to the attendees but they were so ignorant to accept it. It was just about adjusting projection lens focus but they didn't even try. They started to make excuses that it's in the dcp or maybe the scratched glasses! The pvr staff was so unsupportive of correcting the issue and even denied the refund in a rude manner.

          No action has been taken yet and the prices are too expensive to afford. The large popcorn cheese is 350 and cl is 470 and mega is 470. What is the basis for this price for a popcorn. Nowhere on the earth having this price for a popcorn.the Coke starting price is also above 200.

            Its not a compliant, its a favour that i am asking about my lost phone. I watched a movie maharshi on 20 th may on hyderabad centrel punjagutta at 7:15 pm show. I lost at the movie theatre, i think it fell down from my pocket, unfortunately i checked after 11:00 pm and i tracked it, its still showing in the theatre and its not switched off so could please check on morning and ask your staff to check it, it would be a great favour for me, i have pics, contacts and so not about money. I need it could you please convey to your staff i will come on early morning.

              In "chaat" shop of pvr, kumar pacific mall pune, i bought sweetlime juice on 20 may 2019. Out of two options of 240 ml (Rs 130/-) and 340 ml (Rs 180/-) i ordered for 340 ml one. While i received order, i found that quantity was very less therefore i checked the measurement on which i found that shop is selling both kind of versions in diff glasses which in actuality turned out to be of same quantity, the difference just being of shape of glass.

              The glass for 340 ml was longer than 240 ml however the diameter was less so inturn both glasses gave same quantity of drink.

              On complain i received another drink however this needs to catered for as it misleads consumer and inturn hampers pvr's overall reputation.

                I ordered for a veg burger and was given a nonveg one instead.
                As it's dark inside the hall didn't realize.
                When i went back to complaint in the middle of the movie first had to wait for the manager as in spite of being called couldn't cum as he was speaking on the phone.
                After coming as soon as being apprised of the situation he told his staff very condescendingly to say sorry to me.
                When i asked him if there was a complaint book he told me that he the ultimate authority to take action.

                  I had kept my airpods in the cupholder and went to washroom and as i came back it was not there and the manager whose appearence as i recollect was wearing a pair of glasses and was fair in complexion was not cooperative at all and also lied to us about not having cctv cameras in the theatres. The food service is horrible, the ground floor lady manager is unethical. Pvr cinemas should better replace their manpower which is horrible since icon has been developed at high street pheonix. The staff is mannerless especially the managers

                        This would be general complaint as everyone facing, why the charges for popcorn 🍿 is really unrealistic like minimum 250 regular.. What is this? Outside the same popcorn sold for 30 even if you charge 75 then it’s realistic as based on infra/maintenance cost.. But the cost of popcorn is too much which people should avoid and restrict themselves to avoid buying this.. Which makes the management to realize their mistake.

                          I have lost my bluetooth headphones in pvr inorbit baggage counter and the cso has been responding as if it doesnt happened, asked for a security check but i dont think so he did it, and i am sure it has been stolen from the bag in baggage counter

                            I would like to tell you that i like to wact cinemas in pvr only because of the peripheral services.
                            But, what is the use when the actual services are upto the mark. The movie we watch has the lowest brightness as it can be or say the lighting in the movie.
                            It was only on the 6th day that is on 3rd may i went to watch avengers endgame with my friends, thought i would be satisfied by the brightness, instead it gave me a migrane, eyes pain and heath issues because it was very hard to see that big screen in low brightness and also to understand the movie even though they charge higher rates than the other cinema theatres.
                            I kindly request tou to increase the quality of services

                            Today i'm going again to watch the same movie with my family at afternoon 2:05 show in audi 2, pvr cinemas.
                            Hope you resolve my problem for my better satisfaction of your services.

                            This problem is not just for endgame i experienced in ever movie i watched in pvr cinemas.
                            Please resolve this problem today.

                              I had gone to watch the last show of avengers: endgame yesterday and day before yesterday.
                              The show was supposed to start at 10 pm and what i experienced was really disappointing, the show started 20-25mins late followed by another 15mins of commercials.

                              The film is 3 hrs and we had scheduled a cab at 1:15 pm on the 5th and 6th of may but due to the unpunctual attitude, we had to face lots of difficulties as my sister couldn't reach her homestay as scheduled.

                              I need to get a compensation/refund for the whole difficulty my sister, friends and i went through.

                                I want to focus your kind attention on pvr's inadvertent services. I always like to watch a movie in pvr cinemas. But this time the experience was not good. I have booked 2 seats on dated: 1st may, 2019 and my booking id was ctcd[protected] and with this i had booked a chicken hot dog and being available, that hot dog got easily booked. When i arrived there i have shown my booking id and the person who was on the counter he also did not have any objection. Only then i changed my mind and asked to bring that hot dog in intermission and they also accepted it. But when the intermission happened then the staff asked me to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I also cooperate with them. But after half an hour they refused. She said sir, today our bread was over by chance. The same reply was also from the manager. But i have a question from pvr management that if you did not have the sufficient stock so why do you put your products online. Secondly, you should have denied it in the counter in the beginning. Third, why did your staff ask for a time of 15 to 20 minutes when he knew that we do not have stock available and for the proper management of all things the manager has been appointed. Didn't he know that the stock of bread was over...? As a customer i give you service tax on the booking of a movie. But is this your service...? You charged a lot of things for many times. We also do not get the service on this. If i had to go to consumer court for this, i would definitely go.

                                  I accidentally booked 3 tickets in pvr gold class for 5th may 2019 when i was actually trying to book the tickets for the next day 6th may 2019 the show time was 1:50 pm and i booked the tickets on 1:47 pm when i tried to cancel the tickets the pvr people said cancellation only available 2 hours before the show starts in that case the booking for the show should also stop 2 hours before if booking is available 3 minutes before the show then cancellation should be available at that time pvr please respond because the gold class seats are not cheap

                                    Been to pvr yesterday night for 8.30pm show with my wife and 5yrs old daughter. During interval order for snacks but till the show ends snacks not delivered after taking full payment.
                                    My daughter was very hungry after sometime she keep asking for food and start crying in hunger.
                                    Request for two times to provide us the food we ordered but no response.

                                      Yesterday night i watched 3d movie at 11:00p. M averages endgame i felt very bad why i came to this theater all your theaters are so good only that i didn't like it at all no 3d effects at all in 3d movie it was very bad experience for me i will spread this issue with all what are you thinking we are paying and watching the movie we are not watching the movie for free very bad and waste experience i will tell everyone that pvr is waste theater and i will suggest them not to go to pvr cinemas from next time

                                        Yesterday we went to pvr cinemas in irrumazil and guess what one veg roll costs 120 rupees which costs around 30 rupees in nearby bakery. Price is approximately 4 times more than what we pay outside generally. As a middle class persons we can't afford that much for such a small snack. Please remember that your theatres are for everyone not just for high class people. For a family of 4 if tickets costs around 800 but the snacks costs will be around 1000. This should given a very serious consideration.

                                        PVR cinemas, pavillion mall, pune has scheduled show after midnight at 2:10am & 3:10 am without the local body permission . And now they canceled our show at the very last moment . How can a multiplex put up shows without the police permission ? This is unfair and unethical .

                                        I’ve pressed 10 times and nobody is showing up. I haven’t paid for this kind of service. I’m already in the theatre and this 3D is not working.
