I have lost my bluetooth headphones in pvr inorbit baggage counter and the cso has been responding as if it doesnt happened, asked for a security check but i dont think so he did it, and i am sure it has been stolen from the bag in baggage counter
Worst pvr services and no security
Th baggage counter have cc tv footage and it is not been shown to customer and they are talking about rules, so that they can skip the theft done by the staff

I would like to tell you that i like to wact cinemas in pvr only because of the peripheral services.
But, what is the use when the actual services are upto the mark. The movie we watch has the lowest brightness as it can be or say the lighting in the movie.
It was only on the 6th day that is on 3rd may i went to watch avengers endgame with my friends, thought i would be satisfied by the brightness, instead it gave me a migrane, eyes pain and heath issues because it was very hard to see that big screen in low brightness and also to understand the movie even though they charge higher rates than the other cinema theatres.
I kindly request tou to increase the quality of services

Today i'm going again to watch the same movie with my family at afternoon 2:05 show in audi 2, pvr cinemas.
Hope you resolve my problem for my better satisfaction of your services.

This problem is not just for endgame i experienced in ever movie i watched in pvr cinemas.

I had gone to watch the last show of avengers: endgame yesterday and day before yesterday.
The show was supposed to start at 10 pm and what i experienced was really disappointing, the show started 20-25mins late followed by another 15mins of commercials.

The film is 3 hrs and we had scheduled a cab at 1:15 pm on the 5th and 6th of may but due to the unpunctual attitude, we had to face lots of difficulties as my sister couldn't reach her homestay as scheduled.

I need to get a compensation/refund for the whole difficulty my sister, friends and i went through.

I want to focus your kind attention on pvr's inadvertent services. I always like to watch a movie in pvr cinemas. But this time the experience was not good. I have booked 2 seats on dated: 1st may, 2019 and my booking id was ctcd[protected] and with this i had booked a chicken hot dog and being available, that hot dog got easily booked. When i arrived there i have shown my booking id and the person who was on the counter he also did not have any objection. Only then i changed my mind and asked to bring that hot dog in intermission and they also accepted it. But when the intermission happened then the staff asked me to wait 15 to 20 minutes. I also cooperate with them. But after half an hour they refused. She said sir, today our bread was over by chance. The same reply was also from the manager. But i have a question from pvr management that if you did not have the sufficient stock so why do you put your products online. Secondly, you should have denied it in the counter in the beginning. Third, why did your staff ask for a time of 15 to 20 minutes when he knew that we do not have stock available and for the proper management of all things the manager has been appointed. Didn't he know that the stock of bread was over...? As a customer i give you service tax on the booking of a movie. But is this your service...? You charged a lot of things for many times. We also do not get the service on this. If i had to go to consumer court for this, i would definitely go.

I accidentally booked 3 tickets in pvr gold class for 5th may 2019 when i was actually trying to book the tickets for the next day 6th may 2019 the show time was 1:50 pm and i booked the tickets on 1:47 pm when i tried to cancel the tickets the pvr people said cancellation only available 2 hours before the show starts in that case the booking for the show should also stop 2 hours before if booking is available 3 minutes before the show then cancellation should be available at that time pvr please respond because the gold class seats are not cheap

Been to pvr yesterday night for 8.30pm show with my wife and 5yrs old daughter. During interval order for snacks but till the show ends snacks not delivered after taking full payment.
My daughter was very hungry after sometime she keep asking for food and start crying in hunger.
Request for two times to provide us the food we ordered but no response.
Such is the service of pvr, irresponsible, unprofessional people running the institution.
Register my complain and please get back to me with some valid reason.

Yesterday night i watched 3d movie at 11:00p. M averages endgame i felt very bad why i came to this theater all your theaters are so good only that i didn't like it at all no 3d effects at all in 3d movie it was very bad experience for me i will spread this issue with all what are you thinking we are paying and watching the movie we are not watching the movie for free very bad and waste experience i will tell everyone that pvr is waste theater and i will suggest them not to go to pvr cinemas from next time

Yesterday we went to pvr cinemas in irrumazil and guess what one veg roll costs 120 rupees which costs around 30 rupees in nearby bakery. Price is approximately 4 times more than what we pay outside generally. As a middle class persons we can't afford that much for such a small snack. Please remember that your theatres are for everyone not just for high class people. For a family of 4 if tickets costs around 800 but the snacks costs will be around 1000. This should given a very serious consideration.

Ac was switch off during full movie time.
People are suffering through suffocation.
We have told them about ac but pvr servants are ignoring.

20 minutes of movie, we have missed due to pvr's very poor management at jalgaon maharashtra pvr cinema. Due to some system problem some of people got tickets of night show 1.50am which is not in actual.

Pvr inorbit, wadgaon shere pune:
They put show time of 2 am in the night and when we reach there they tell us show is cancelled and say that we call all the customers who book ticket for the show but nor they call nether message us no prior notification is given and also they are not present there to explain us why so happen its very inconvenience..

If pvr was not capable of handling midnight shows for avenger end game. They should not have taken the booking. And fooled the customer. This is fraud and harassment. At 3 pm in the night there are women who have travelled across the city to watch the show and your company has cancelled the show without any prior notice. With such kind of incident this makes more insecurity and makes women feel unsafw and stupid.

Normally the price of popcorn seeds is rs.25 or rs.35 (Max), and cheese (For cheese popcorns.) rs.120 to rs.200 (Max). With the rs.25 popcorn seeds packet we can fill an average storage container. At max the price of a mega buckert popcorn should be rs.500 or less, but the cross rs.1000 also. I just want to know on what basis are they increasing the cost, that too double the price!

Pvr shalimar bagh always blocked the show tickets for last 2 rows, when i asked the manager why would they block the tickets, he said for there family and friends or last minute booking
This time they blocked 5 rows of avengers end game all the shows from friday to monday.
This is not fair, everyone has the right to book the seats of their choices, if available. But cinema is already blocked top row seats for their friends and families. These seats are available but they are not ready to give to the customers.

Sir litterly 1 1/2 months back i booked a ticket it has been cancelled automatically but amount has been debited from my account. I went directly and approached a person and said everything thing but till know he is saying tomm... Tomorrow.. Etc. Booked a ticket in"vr mall" anna nagar. Proof for amount paid has been attached. Hi am one of your privilege customet and am not satisfied your valuable services in f&b moreover am went a movies in vr mall chennai (Kanchana 3) on 20th april-19 at night show and planned we are all go for dinner in food court. Ordered foods like combo briyani, mutton briyani and prawn briyani in amravathi food stall and finally we tested become too bad. Too salty and i don't why people are irritating and irresponsible. Finally am go forward raised the actual complaints and no proper response from them. Am started shouting then listen and give and given the suggested to separately new/ fresh briyani they given the cutoff timeline around 20 minutes to provide the new dish and more than 40 minutes awaited no response from there sides moreover am 10:50pm it's movies started times in audio 01. Finally they suggested to buy some others foods not all goods food and i don't have the sufficient time to argue with him. They balanced well to tally the previous bill to compensate. They gave worthless food. I hope give me the solution for this. We spend around 1000 rupees in concern food counter. It's waste of time and money. I am started watching movies around 11:20 pm overall am missed out 30 minutes movies

Dear Sir

I went to PVR Cinemas(FLAMES in Ludhiana, Punjab) Yesterday along with my Family for the show of Punjabi Movie ‘Rab da Radio 2’. To my great Surprise, at ticket window, Executive Charged me Rs. 125 per ticket instead of regular price of 63.50. When I asked him the reason, he said there are Compulsory Food Coupons worth Rs. 75 along with Each ticket. So for 4 tickets I had to pay him Rs. 500 instead of 254. So, he nearly charged me twice.

I repeatedly told him that I don’t need those coupons, as it is just useless to buy a Burger for Rs. 200 there, which is easily available in Market for Rs. 50. But he said it is Compulsory.

I have checked all norms and other forums Online, There is no way, PVR can sell these Coupons Compulsorily.

Please tell me why are your executives are charging this money? Who is managing this? They are clearly looting people with money.
