Hi PVR Team,
I am your regular customer with the registered mobile no [protected] you can check how frequent I visit to PVR. Cinemas.
As this is my worst experience I faced in PVR Cinema, EDM Delhi NCR
As I am watching afternoon show of Bharat movie(14:40 PM., Audi3 dated 8th June 2019, ticked attached ) with my family.
Starting of the show AC is not working in AUDI 3, I am complaining for the same to Staff & floor manager, but no response from the staff, floor manager & but no one take any action
As the cinema is house full, that why suffocation increased in Auditorium, People are shouting in between the movie to switch on the AC, And in interval we are going in pantry for refreshment there is no cold drink available in pantry.
We are not enjoy our movie & feeling very low, people are leaving auditorium befor the movie end.
We also write a complaint in register, as we are asking for the complaint book, but no complaint book is provided, as the complaint written on a register (don't know whether it's valid one or not) I take the picture of same & enclosed with the compliant.
If PVR management go through that complaint, they will found out the signatures of no of people suffer from the same complaint.
I request to the PVR management to take serious action on this complaint & revert of the mail .
