We had ask for 2 coffee and a medium popcorn (Caramel) however we were given salted popcorn which we don't like. So when we had ask to change it to caramel the guy at the contour refuse to change instead reply back by saying that it can't be replace as the bill is already made so u need to take another order. And we have even ask to pay extra is its required still he didn't show concern for the customer which is so basic service. So overall experience was dissatisfied and upset for such staff behaviour. Thank you

      I went for morning show 11.00 am at pvr - singapore mall, gomtinagar, lucknow on 25th march 2018. The boy selling tickets at the counter did not gave tickets and forced to buy food coupons of rs.100/- with each tickets. I told that i have fast of ram navmi today but he said that hall management has not allowed to sell tickets without food coupons. It is a very shameful act for such a big banner. Please look in this matter.

        We have booked the imax ticket for ready player one on 29.03.2018 (Show time : 08:00 pm) for pvr logix (Imax), noida. Booking time : around 2:30 pm on 29.03.2018 via bookmyshow.

        When we tried to book a few extra tickets, we found that the imax screens were not listed in bookmyshow website. We tried contacting the bookmyshow customer care. They said it has been taken down from pvr side. So we weren't able to reserve any more...

        Hi team,
        This is in regards to the movie show that i booked.
        Movie - hichki
        Venue - logix mall (Pvr), noida.

        The concern is that with the show i bought nachos, which costs me rs.320, whereas the price that was displayed there at the lobby was rs.230 for the nachos and rs.10 for each dip. So, total it should be rs.250, and including 15% of tax it comes to rs.287.50.

        The man who came to take order for me, asked me to pay rs.315, and as i did not has change, i gave him 320 rupees. I have complaint regarding this, why he didn’t returned me 5 rupees. If suppose, i have to pay 455 rupees for anything i bought in snacks. And even i don’t have the change, nor any one at the counter. Will any of your representative pay that 5 rupees from their pocket?

        Another thing which i didn’t liked, the quality of nachos. I bought thinking that if i paid 320 bucks, i’ll get worth of that price. But it only had good ones on the top, and when i started eating it. It had all cruched ones after eating 4-5 pieces of good nachos. Even at normal cinemas, we get better quality in just half the price of what i paid.

        I need proper resolution for this, where i paid 32.50 bucks extra than the amount that i should pay, secondly, i have not got the quality for the actual amount as well. I want complete refund for this order.

          I tried to book 2 tickets for 31 March 2018 at PVR:RK Cineplex, Hyderabad . I have mistakenly booked it on A (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion.                 One hour of ad in a movie of two hours:
                What is the policy for showing ads in the cinemas. There was a movie for two hours and you showed us ads for nearly 1 hour. The show was hichki, 10:55 pm 24 march 2018, pvr dt citi center, gurgaon where movie started at 11:30 pm and the approx 30 min of interval which had 25 min of ads???
                Cinema had no answer to so many ads...

                  I went to a movie sonu ke tittu ki sweety at the ticket counter there was a girl sitting behind a booking window gave me 2 food coupon with the ticket, when i refuse to take them she forces me to take them and she said that "ticket will not be sold without it you have to buy these two with ticket because rates are low today.
                  Kindly look into this matter because their behavior was so rude and not customer friendly.

                    Tickets should be given to those who wants to buy running movie and not to those who wants to see after 2 hours. Improve your service pvr vinayak allahabad. If this happens again no body will come to see movie in pvr after driving 20 kms. Yesterday me and my friend wanted to see movie at 5.30 pm but because of your staff we have to see at 6.15 pm. As they were busy in handling one guy who wanted to buy 6 tickets of raid but he was not sure which time he will see movie and he was confirming with his friends on mobile on the counter itself. I asked him plus your staff also to give me tickets first but they didn't given me ticket. Because of this we were late to home. Tickets agents can give us tickets to us first but i think they were lazy in attending new customer.

                    Request you to please check the pricing at refreshments counters at movie theaters particularly multiplex they are charging very high prices.
                    Its unexpectable that there is no mobile charging point in the lounge(phoenix market city mall), "how can we call it gold class"
                    Please provide the same in future.

                      Yesterday I saw movie raid in k row in Audi 3 with my family.It was very difficult to sit there because of bad smell coming from seats.we are paying money for comfort.

                        I have made a online booking in pvr grand mall, velachery, chennai on tuesday (6/3/2018). But the booking was failed and i was shown a message saying amount will be refunded. But it is been 3 days and till now i didn’t get the refund amount.

                          Today i visited pvr cinemas of the surya treasure island mall of bhilai chattisgarh to watch the movie hate story four of show time 11:45am there the price of one gold ticket was rs 118 but i have to buy two tickets therefore the total cost becomes 236rs but they asked me 420rs by adding two combo coupons of 90rs each ticket but refused to by the combo coupons and requested to give only the tickets but they started forcing me to buy the combo...

                          During interval i bought 2 corn and 1 veg hot dog and i was told that it will be bought to my seat, screen 1 seat d1/23/4. Firstly it didnt come for atleast 20 to 25 mits iwent personally and they give 2 corn and the hot dog was not ready. I told them to swipe my card and give me the bill. They swiped my card but did not give me the bill. On the counter it mentions that if the bill is not given then the order is free.

                          There was no order given free when i asked the counter person e did not have an answer.
                          After spending so much on ticktes i feel cheated wgen i was not given my order free

                            Thr manager navajit at pvr avani kolkata don't know how to speak and behave with customers. They had blamed me for the fault and mistake they did and i was the person who lost rs 1600.00 but more over my weekend happiness with family.

                            What had happened

                            I went for watching pari which is a a rated movie the gaurd first told me to buy ticket for my 5 years old nephew which i agreed and went to get the the tickets the lady at counter asked me who is going to watch the movie i answered me now when i entered the hall the gaurd leterally shouted on me as if i am his servant nd called the manger who at the same time acted the same.

                            The things can have been sorted out calmy.

                            But it was worse.

                            Beign a businessman i never thought of such behaviour atleast from this designated pvr organisation.

                              regarding incorrect movie tickets

                              I purchased 7 tickets of pari movie ticket from pvr cinema mall of india. Noida.. But instead of giving me tickets of pari they gave me other movie ticket sonu ki tittu ki sweety.. When i checked it on counter that it's was other movie ticket so i asked them to cancel it and issue me another movie ticket.. They denied to take back the tickets and asked me to purchase new tickets for pari movie... So i purchased new tickets and again paid...

                              I am just taking entry in pvr mulund and the security staff is not allowing our home made food which is for my 2 small kids. And also inside cinema hall all foods are over charged which is not affordable by all. Government also have rule that cinema authority have to allowed out side food in theater, so why pvr management not following the rule which is impose by government of india. Really i want some action on this as this is a for common people problem.

                                For morning show [protected]@bokaro mall is charging extra money on the name of tickets plus combo if we dont want to take the combo then their answers is in negative that they doesnt give the tickets also which is really wrong.

                                We should protest against this.

                                They have made the combo compulsory with the tickets and there are no tickets without combo.

                                I have booked tickets and amount collected but it showed "oops tickets were cancelled", and when can it get my amount refunded and my friends also tried but it showed the same, and we booked for five times but it showed the same i.e cancelled and amount of 2500 debited in our accounts but no tickets were booked
