Hi,
I went to pvr and i’m shocked to see that popcorn and soft drink combo is rs 770 in lucknow.
Where is the food inspector?? What govt is doing in that??? How can a company sell coldrink at rs 250 for just 400ml also putting half of the glass of ice. How can govt allow this?? Popcorn rate is 350 what the rubbish is this?? Who can look at this loot. Kids dont understand this and parents have to pay high price.
Pls stop this loot and make it affordable otheriwse need to go to coart for justice.

    I live in ghaziabad u. P. Yesterday 27 june 2019 i went to watch kabir singh with my friend. I study in a college and the woman at the ticket counter asked for a adhar card as it is a rated movie. I said that im in a college but she doesn't give ticket and told that you should show me your adhaar card then i can give. I think customer is thr first priority but i dont think so in that theatrr. Im really dissatisfied with the attitude of her. At least you can see me that i look 19 years old

      Bad experience in ticket counter. I dont want to give one star also.in ticket counter, next counter board was there and giving ticket in same counter. I asked to take the board because of avoiding confusion but the ticket man can not respond. I m telling four to five times then only taken by another man. Such a rude behaviour and i m tolerated this.

      In pvr theater i m not getting these kind of hurts before.i m told to ticket man take the board(next counter please).but ticket issued in same counter.i m asked to clear but he didnt.another ticket man cleared after 5 times i told.such a rude attitude to the consumers

      Went to watch movie Kabir Singh at DD CITY Mall Gwalior. Executive are asking to buy Food coupon worth Rs.150 with movie tickets.. otherwise they will not provide Movie tickets...it is really disappointing...a movie for Rs 320 for a single person...appeal for a strict action action authority

        Hi, me and my husband went for the movie "kabir singh" yesterday at 7:40pm (24th jun'19) at imax select citywalk. Please note that the movie is supposed to be "a" rated. We were in g10, 11. Despite the rating, there were kids in the hall. And much to our dismay, the kid just behind my seat and onto the right were both howling constantly. When i requested the lady on my right, she brazenly said that all kids make noise. Cinema staff were also present yet didnt bother saying anything. My husband stepped out in the mall 15 minutes before the interval and i, even though was keen on watching the movie, had to eventually leave 5 minutes post interval. I am sure you can see this on your camera recordings. Why wont pvr admin adhere to strict rating protocol and frankly, if you see the content of kabir singh movie, even kids till 18 should not be allowed in it. I am still struggling to know how did the movie end but thanks to pvr people and their "no rules policy, i wouldn't know.. I am not sure why were the kids allowed in the movie when the age limit is clearly mentioned? Its a serious breach of the regulations and rating system.

          I want to complaint about pvr allahabad which is in civil lines. The seats are very very dirty it seems like no one is bothered about cleaning it.. During the time of movie some kind of rediculous
          Smell keeps on coming which make the viewer very uncomfortable to sit for such a long time. Pvr allahabad is not at all maintaining its hygeine inside the hall specially. We buy so costly tickets not to go sit somewhere which feels like sitting in between garbage.. Kindly take the matter seriously. I can even give you the audi and the seat number (Audi 1 seat no. 1 and l2.)

            Pvr cinemas latur had made it compulsory to buy a combo with each ticket. Is it necessary to buy it?. The combo costs 100rs. Please look soon into the matter they are doing fraud by asking us to buy combo compulsory otherwise they wont give ticket of any movie. The staff there speaks rudely when asked about it. Their is no discipline in the staff who are serving us food.

              In PVR- chennai velacherry (Grand mall)

              They are purposely blocked 60 rs tickets and forcing peoples to buy combo ticket worth of 200/per ticket.

              pvr guys assured to 1 person can buy one 60 rs ticket. So 6 people had waited 4 hours, then he is saying buy combo tickey.

              This is worst thing. resolve it asap. we are hating pvr cinemas after this happened.

                During the start of the 1455 MIB show in screen 2 of PVR Eternity Mall Nagpur, a man didn't stand during the National Anthem. I lodged a complaint with the staff member distributing the 3 D glasses but he didn't take any action. As per the Honble SC order, it's the responsibility of the movie hall/ PVR in this case to ensure that the national anthem is respected.
                Pls ensure this doesn't happen in the future.

                Had totally a pathetic experience !

                  I got a coupon for salted popcorn but due to certain circumstancesi had to delete all of the data from my phone (with the coupon code) which I had not used I am a member of PVR privileges so I got the coupon for see movies. So can I get another coupon for salted popcorns. I have an right to have another coupon code for it as I am going to watch another film in next few days if I don't get it I may take my services to another establishment

                    Sir, this is about pvr Hyderabad central . I was about to purchase a small size cooldrink ( pepsi), which they said they cant give small size only regular size is available. Do i asked them to give regular size for which i have to pay Rs.240/- . Sir thi cooldrink would be of Rs.20 in general store. Now in pvr it is overpriced by 12 times . Sir if a family of 4 members want to purchase cooldrink in pvr they have to pay 1000 rs, please resolve this issue and make necessary steps to reduce the price

                          I usually go for PVR as my entertainment source. We already use to have food combo which includes 2 small Pepsi and one tub cheese popcorn, this use to be already overpriced at rs 390. Today when I asked for the same they said now they do not provide it anymore instead they have a combo which include 2 Pepsi and large not tub popcorn and priced at rs 700. Really? Don't we have any price regulator on this. Or else we should be allowed to bring our own food to cinema Audi. I think Government should take serious action against this. So that these branded chains should learn some lession without looting common people or I think people will have no option and avoid watching movies in theaters.
                          This might inturn will be a loss for govt. With entertainment tax as well as for the well non cinema brands

                            This complaint is against PVR Cinemax
                            Wonder Mall Thane Ghodbunder Road.

                            We had confirmed with pvr customer care & it is mentioned in PVR app that if the mobile number is registered for the first time we would get popcorn free. When we went on booking counter at PVR Cinemax Thane for 2:25 pm for Aladdin 3D Hindi show, the box office person named Dinesh was not ready to register our mobile number. But after lots of request he said he had registered our mobile number. But we had not received any confirmation message & till intermission we had not received any confirmation message. We spoke to Mr Saurabh Sontake who called himself manager was also a fraud saying the number is registered. We had also cross verified with PVR customer care, they also replied that the number was not registered. we were being told that we would receive instant notification regarding the number been registered. The whole staff began to argue & wasting our time as the movie had already begun after intermission. Nobody in their staff was listening but only arguing just trying to prove them right.The whole staff was very rude specially Saurabh Sontake. We already missed half of the movie after intermission. He argued a lot resulting we missed half of our movie. Theatre AC was also off . Our booked Seats were also broken and dirty. PVR customer care & PVR Cinemax Wonder Mall has a mutual tieup of not registering the mobile number. This was the worst experience we had with PVR.

                            Request the concerned authority take strict action against it as we are not paying money to bare absurd behaviour of the PVR staff.

                              I am your regular customer with the registered mobile no [protected] you can check how frequent I visit to PVR. Cinemas.

                              As this is my worst experience I faced in PVR Cinema, EDM Delhi NCR
                              As I am watching afternoon show of Bharat movie(14:40 PM., Audi3 dated 8th June 2019, ticked attached ) with my family.
                              Starting of the show AC is not working in AUDI 3, I am complaining for the same to Staff & floor manager, but no response from the staff, floor manager & but no one take any action
                              As the cinema is house full, that why suffocation increased in Auditorium, People are shouting in between the movie to switch on the AC, And in interval we are going in pantry for refreshment there is no cold drink available in pantry.
                              We are not enjoy our movie & feeling very low, people are leaving auditorium befor the movie end.

                              We also write a complaint in register, as we are asking for the complaint book, but no complaint book is provided, as the complaint written on a register (don't know whether it's valid one or not) I take the picture of same & enclosed with the compliant.

                              If PVR management go through that complaint, they will found out the signatures of no of people suffer from the same complaint.

                              I request to the PVR management to take serious action on this complaint & revert of the mail .

                                Pvr ticket counter k3c mall karnal, haryana. I have asked pvr employee for 2 ticket of bharat movie and she refuse tu give classic ticket and insit on taking recliner ticket. When i ashed her why? Her lame answer was 9 am tickets for classic seats can't be booked from ticket counter, as pvr polices so we can't issu tickets. I have to book tickets from bookmyshow.com and also has to pay convince charges. As a customer i need answers.

                                    I have paid rs250 for a single pepsi in Noida ECX PVR mall of india. I have copy of that cash memo. Pls justify the price. Why as a customer i will pay 250 for pepsi.
                                    Quantity of pepsi is 540 ml, CGST 5.95 snd SGST -5.95 in total i paid 250.
                                    I bought 2 pepsi of sam quantity and for two i paid 500. Kindly justify the price.

                                      I do carry my bag everywhere being the working woman. And I do it everytime that contains important document, my phone, my laptop, my medicines etc. while checking they asked me drop the bag but i can not as it conatins valuable and necessary things. The senior manager claimed that i will make movie from my laptop, as how it is possible opening a laptop’s front camera and making movie. And on top of that calling me a terrorist that might balst the pvr. But tieng a thread on my bag will prevent the blast. The main thing is the miss behaviour, the arrogance, lack of respect and poorest allegation. I watch every movie but i will remember this show the most because of the bad memory it gave. He did not even apologised, he wasn’t even sorry. And actually behaving as if i am some fraud culprit. I am a repuated person in this city. And i am not happy with this mis behave. A small gesture if sorry would have handled the situation but senior manager sir is too big to greet the customer.

                                        Address: Plot No S 16, 4th Floor, The Forum Sujana Mall, KPHB Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana, 500085

                                        I had been to PVR Kukatpally, Forum Sujana, Hyderabad for the 2:10 PM show of the X-Men:The Dark Phoenix and had deposited my bags (1 ruck sack, 1 back pack, 1 duffel bag and one small shopping bag) at the baggage counter. However i had forgotten to take my specs and so i returned to the counter and with thier permission i took my specs out and also at the same time placed my sunglasses in the box and replaced the box inside the bag. I returned the bag to the baggage counter and went to watch the movie. After the movie i collected my bag and returned home without checking whether the contents are intact. However unfortunately today morning which I was looking for them in my bag, i found out the sunglasses (Ray Ban) along with the box is missing from the bag. There is a high possibility that they were stolen. Will PVR take responsibility for this? I am guessing there might be CCTV footages of the entire incident.
