Amount deducted from my bank account but tickets were not booked.

Cashier said amount would be returned soon but i haven't received it yet.

Movie was kgf, show time was 10:50pm on date of 8th january, 2019. Amount was paid from my sbi debit card....

13th jan 2019. 10 am show uri. Screen 3 seat no j27. Seat recliner is damaged and seat is completely a discomfort. Having a very bad neck pain. Pvr should be penalised for same as customer is coming for entertainment and pvr seats have given me a high neck pain. Movie theatres and multiplex should take high care for such issues and should even have software's to get such seats blocked and not issue any tickets for those seats. This is really...

Will went to mary poppies movie with family at pvr cinemas rk cineplex, road no 2, banjara hills at hyderabad, intermission bought a regular popcorn hardly 200 gms they charged rs. 230 including gst. Movie ticket each cost rs. 150/- its ridiculous, six months back food and measurements their is no use of it and we cant take the outside food like biscuits, some home made snacks for children, i have 3yrs old kid.

I purchased pvr gift voucher from magic pin and that card should contain 13 digit code and a 6 digit pin number but magic pin has not provided any voucher and pin number to me... And has deducted amount from my wallet and credit card.,... Fraud it is!!! Not recommended!!! Infact i bought 3 vouchers from 3 different accounts and i haven't received any of the voucher code and pin number.in total i lost. My 750 rs. Such a fraud company this...

I am from vijayawada. I went to pvr ripples mall to watch movie. The actually cost of premier show ticket is 200/-. But the person who is in the ticket counter charged me 300 per ticket. Please take action on them. I have ticket. The amount printed on the ticket is 200/- but they charged 300 from me. What should we do. You are charging more than 100 per ticket....

We have booked movie ntr kathanayakudu and we went to pvr arena mall bangalore they said like movie cancelled without intimating us this is too bad people have too many expectations right. If movie canceled should be informed before us once we reach there they have informed. Please resolve this issue asap.

I asked him to give me a mega popcorn but he gave me a large popcorn he corrupted with me..

I visited pvr odeon cinema ghatkopar for movie. On ground floor there is a super market from which i purchased chocolates. When i was entering cinema hall i was stopped for security check and since i had chocolates they were not allowing me to enter inside. I also showed them super market bill but the staff was very rude and not ready to listen. They call senior manager salman gadkari but he also misbehaved and said i...

I bought a ticket of movie in pvr acropolis ahmedabad of bumblebee 8:40 pm and i was waited till 8:40 to get screen doors open but nobody was bothered.. So i wento security for it and then it was followed but again when i entered the screen the floor was dirty.. Popcorns lying all over and plastic trays so i went down and asked for cleaning but i was not done... I have the pictures. So for wat did i paid?...

I went for a movie on 28 december. I was doing the transaction through a debit card. Firstly they said that it didn't work but later it had cut the money twice. It was for the movie simmba and the sum was of 1160. I can provide you with my seat numbers that were e 1 - 4. Also i can give you my phone number. Dear team,
Last night i saw kgf at pvr rama magneto mall in bilaspur (C. G).
Believe me i went crazy after watching that movie, i always prefer pvr as priority for best cinema experience. But its really sad that here only two show s available of that masterpiece called kgf. Not only me people are crazy for kgf. Please watch public review s.
But i[censored] honestly compare zero with kgf i defiantly prefer kgf for watching 10...

These multiplexes are looting people with high charges on pop corn and cool drinks. Specially water bottles of 20rs per liter is being charged at 60rs per liter with some different brand. For large pop corn they are charging 380rs which will normally cost around 50rs outside. Cool drinks of 300ml is being charged at 120rs where as it will cost 20ra in the market....

I have a coral credit card and i have an offer buy one get one on ticket booking from both type online or offline maximum 250 but your employee did not provide the offer from box office. I want to clearification. Treasure island indore mg road. Every other box office like carnival inox both provide me that offer from box office.

I went for a movie in rk cineplex, banjariahills, hyderabad, for the show at 11:05 pm on 23-dec-2018. The movie should be started by 11:05, but the management is playing so many advertisements and movie trailers, because of which, movie is started by 11:25 pm. And in the interval, the same thing is repeated and took 20 min to start the movie.

My question is, does a common man's time has some value?? The timings should be regularized...

Complaint is about the ticket counter at pvr eva mall vadodara. Employee (Female) at the ticket counter wasn’t much dedicated towards her work, she was much slow in providing the ticket and when we asked her to be fast as the time was running out for the show she rudely exclaimed “if you’re in hurry go get your ticket from the electronic machine!”
We are paying the right amount of the ticket still they’re being rude to us...

Had booked 2 tickets for movie '2.0 (3d tamil)' at pvr vega city, bangalore. Show time: 6th dec, 9.30 pm. Booked it through bookmyshow app and booking id is wkx5h38. 3d screening was not proper for the show and it was all blurred. The manager cancelled the show and promised refund. For those tickets booked through bookmyshow app, the manager informed us that refund will happen through the app itself within 5 working days. It's more than that...

I'm ChandraShekhar Rao from Bangalore I want to book a ticket for zero movie through my pvr app.when I saw the movie ticket price was too high and it's showing only gold and I'm not getting any option why...this is the reason people are going piracy.please do something for common people who can effort reasonable amount to watch a movie....

My wife and i went to watch aquaman movie in pvr phoenix market city whitefield bangalore theatre on 14th december, 2018 for 10pm show in audi3 - seat no. L9 and l10 (Ticket no. Wgkcx8r) and we ordered foods from the inside stalls - 1 chicken and chips combo, 1 paneer makhani fries, 1 sev puri chaat, 1 aaloo tiki chat and 1 mirinda regular. After consuming foods, the very next day in the morning my wife and i felt sick becuase of severe diarrohea...
