I had booked 2 tickes for aquaman 4dx on 13/12/18 for 11pm show in pvr acropolis mall, ahmedabad... The tickets costed 1133/- inclusive of all charges (Booked through pvr app). The manager kept on saying to wait for 10 mins quoting there is some technical problem.. And they made us to wait till 12:15 am i. E, 1 hr 15 mins... And finally told that the show is cancelled and collect the money from the counter.. And they gave me 1000 rs in cash
1) what about my internet handling charges
2) what about huge inconveniece caused to us on the weekday
It is not at all expected from a reputed company like you. I expect some sort of compensation for trouble you caused to me

    Movie time was 11 pm but movie start at 11:30 pm and this is every time that pvr is displaying unnecessary commercials for more than 30 min
    This is totally disappointing and not expecting from world class chain of cinema
    This is every time that movie never start on given time
    This is not expected from pvr i always come with my family and there are kids to and every time more than 30 min commercials are so harassment that i never come to pvr i would have go some other cinema

      Hi,

      I have booked ticket by mistake on 8th dec on pvr cinemas app and while i was trying to cancel this ticket online it is continuously showing me "please try again later" since last 24 hours and even after sending screenshot of errors & multiple calls to customer care my ticket is not getting cancelled and there is no resolution provided.

      I am going to escalate it to consumer court on this on not providing any confirm written confirmation and losing my money.

      Please take it this matter seriously and act swiftly.

        Today, i visited pvr in mbd neopolis, jalandhar and asked for 6 tickets of 10:20am show.
        The staff asked me to give extra money apart from 170rs/ticket for the combo food pack. I told them that i don’t want to buy the combo just give me the tickets and but they told me that it is compulsory to buy tickets in am shows, i called the manager and asked him for the customer rules book about the same but he said clear no and told me if you don’t want combo then order the tickets online.

          Dear pvr team,
          I am very disappointed with your service in anupum pvr saket,
          While taking tickets your cashier ask me for 560 of 2 tickets and she gave me bill of rupees 500 with 2 crunchy and that crunchy i didn't demand at that time i was busy so i couldn't check my tickets bill. After completing show i went in front of your manager but he told you should have checked your bill while going.
          So now please tell me is it legal.

              Dear concerned,

              I have booked a ticket from your vr punjab mall, mohali office, however my ticket was not booked and money was deducted from my account as i have made the payment from my card. When i demand for my money back, they just given me a slip and said that you'll receive your money soon. It's been 6 days today and i still haven't got my money back. When i called your duty manager (Mr. Divakar kumar) for this concern, he said that we have given you that slip, our job is done, now you have to check with banks that why haven't you receive your money. Never expected such a unprofessional reply from a brand like pvr, i am wondering why should i suffer because of your employees' or software's mistake while making payment. Still i contacted my bank and they are asking me to visit pvr cinemas for my concern. I really don't want to become a sandwich between pvr and bank, the only thing i want is my money back. I hope you guys will understand my problem and find appropriate solution for the same.

              Except 15 mins of interval, pvr theaters are wasting approximately one hour of time of customers by playing [censored]ing advertisements. Movie should start @8.30 in arena mall but it started @ 8.55.. hell with the advertisements.

                Please be informed that there are sharp pointed nails in the arm rest of your seats. I got pinched by these nails and now this can be risk of septic. These is unprofessional behavior of your company. Also the seats are not properly cleaned. These are unhygienic and dangerous seats. I want you to take strict action. I am also forwading the same to consumer court. I am watching creed 2 at pvr in elante mall chandigarh. Audi 4 j7 j8.

                  Dear Sir,
                  I came to PVR indore for night show of movie 2.0. Movie time is 10:30 but show start at 11:00 they told that break will be of 10 min. But interval is more than 20 min.
                  At night they should not waste our time.
                  I am very much disappointed with the hospitality, i have not expect that poor service from PVR as i used to visit cinema regularly . My all weekends are in pvr only .. ..

                    We purchased movie tickets for 2.0 3d at panjagutta pvr cinemas. Total 6 tickets cost around rs. 1050.
                    I purchased snacks at interval session
                    2 90 gram. Popcorn
                    2 x 250. :. 500
                    2 piece sonia box
                    2 x 100. :. 200
                    2 pepsi small
                    2 x 50. :. 100

                    Total they charged 880 with taxes

                    Actually there is no control on prices at pvr cinemas

                    The actually cost would around 150 rupees but they are collecting 5 times more.

                      I bought two tickets for 2.0 telugu 3d movie from pvr cinema official website.
                      On dec 01 2018, the screening should be on 1:45 pm.
                      After entering the hall we found that they are screening 2d movie and all people contacted pvr staff and first they accepted their mistake and asked all o[censored]s to be patient for 10 min to fix the issue.
                      But, after 30 min they come up with some lie that we booked tickets on bookmyshow app where it mentioned as 3d and it was third party mistake (Bookmyshow).
                      When i show my ticket which i booked on pvr site they are blank, and no answer from them and some police came but as expected there is no solution.
                      They started screening 2d movie and refused to stop and staff is really arrogant and after 90 minutes they accepted to refund us and they did it.
                      Refund is fine, but what about the struggle we faced??
                      This is only theater screening 3d version. So, we traveled around 26 km for movie and they ruined all my day.
                      They refunded after a long argument by more than 200 + people.
                      Refund for money — ok
                      Time — ??? I wasted 6 valuable hours on this issue.
                      Suffered mentally
                      Great disappointment.
                      The way treated after 30 min is disgusting, infact it is an insult infront of lot of people in oberoi mall mumbai, goregaon.

                      I demand serious apology from pvr management and 2000 rupees for my time, travelling, disappointment, sufferings.

                      Me and my friend 2*2000 = 4000 rupees.

                          Yesterday i watched robo 2. O movie in telugu at 2:30pm show. I purchase ticket for 3d, we noticed that it's playing in 2d we informed to management then they played in 3d, full first half played in 2d and second half played 3d, i can miss the 3d experience on first half, who can responsibility to me.

                          Collecting money for 3d movie playing in 2d its not good.

                            I have booked one ticket for "2.0". I wanted that ticket for sunday (02/12/2018) but by mistake it got booked for thursday (29/11/2018). So it would be better if you could provide ticket rescheduling facility. I just wanted rescheduling. I dont want refund. It will not be a loss also for you.

                              At pvr cinema, motera, ahmedabad, at 25/11/18, at 9.30 pm i went for purchase movie ticket for show time 10.00, then your person who is available on ticket window told me that ticket price for movie is rs.230 and rs.170, when i told him that that tickets available online in just rs 118 and 180 then he told that with this movie ticket we provide you pvr canteen voucher. There is compulsory food voucher sold by your authority, and when i refuse to purchase that voucher, your person who is available on ticket window, force me for purchase that and he also told that it is compulsory without that he refused to sold me ticket. And when i have told him to complain against it he told that you can complain whenever you wants, i have full video recording of all this conversation, so please tell me that is is compulsory or not, and i am also going to complain in food and drug dept and also supplies and distribution of food stuff including edible oil seeds and oils

                                I am swapnali darole n would like to bring in your notice the pathetic service received by nasik pvr cinemas in college road. Dated on 23 november i hv book the online ticket for marathi movie for 5:15 pm show, when i was holding the mticket with me purposely they sent me down to collect the manual tickets when i raised the issue with incharge mr. Chaudhari inspite solving the issue he ask me be in my limit n make proper body language.

                                Is this the way to speak with the female??

                                Was not expecting such kind of behaviour from at least a senior person.

                                  On booking movie tickets from pvr cinema, they are charging 200 rs more per person which they are returning as cashback voucher of 200 rs per person. Now the voucher is valid only for 1 day and can be redeemed only at candybar inside cinema which are selling products at exuberant prices. This is looting of customers. They are mandatorily forcing customers to purchase things at very high price.

                                    I am living in ludhiana
                                    And there is a mall named silver arc.
                                    They are charging rs30 extra from every consumer without taking permission from them. Which i think that it is unfair for every people. I have taken 3-4 times tickets and i got those candy’s and i was very happy as i thought those were free. I got to know reality that ther were doing cheating with customers.
                                    As i am an aware citizen so i am strictly against this.
                                    I request you to look into the matter or take the rights of pvr from that mall or make assure that this fraud stops

                                    Watching a movie at PVR cinemas is becoming a horrible experience nowadays. For a 2 hr movie PVR shows commercial of 30 to 45 min.
                                    PVR has no rights to waste so much time of customers. Pls stop this nonsense. Or one day PVR tag line will be "we also show movies during ads "

                                      I have had been to a newly released hindi movie on sunday the 11th of november 2018 and bought one pop corn bucket, 3 chocolate milk and 2 large glasses of soda and the total is 1385 including gst.
                                      They charged 166 * 3 = 499.98 and cgst 12.51 and sgst 12.51 and the total amount for chocolate milk is rs.525.00
                                      And mega pop corn for rs 360.00
                                      And large pepsi 810 ml is rs 500 including tax.
                                      Can you look into this issue and provide justice. I am requesting you to punish these people and refund my amount.

                                        Yesterday we went to pvr cinemas at regalia elements mall bangalore and ordered a pepsi. They charged rs 210 for 540 ml which was completely insane compared to the beverage cost you get outside for the same quantity at rs 30-35. They don't have beverage bottles also made available in the theaters and no regulation on food items in most of the theaters/malls in bangalore. I request the authorities to look into this and take stringent measures around this which would greatly benefit everyone. Government of telangana recently passed a go to regulate such prices in malls and taking stringent actions. Parking was made free at the malls but in elements mall they are charging rs 40 for one hour and rs 20 for every additional hour. If you go for a movie in a mall the parking price itself for 4 hrs come to rs 100 which is ridiculous. Common people with a family of two would end up spending atleast rs[protected] if they have to watch a movie along with two soft beverages. Request the government and authorities to regulate these insane prices and unauthorized charges effecting consumers.

                                        I lodged complaint against PVR Vasant Kunj about blocking of last 3-4 rows of seats in each show on 30/10/2018 . Upto now no body from PVR has called on me to discuss my complaint . This shows high headedness in part of PVR management.
