I am khushwant singh from pathankot. Yesterday 31 july 10pm, my pvr experience is very bad. Last night at 9:45 i was asked at the counter, 2 classic tickets for the movie "mar gaye oye loko" 10 pm show only but staff member told me, combo is necessary. I told him sir only tickets without combo but he asked no tickets without combo, combo is necessary. I was asked plz tell me ur manager number but he refuses. Very very bad experience. Shame on...

    I am swastik garg. I am watching the movie geetha govindam at pvr forum kormangala, bangalore. I don't understand telugu as geetha govindam is. But i wanted to watch. So, i asked the person who was booking tickets that is the movie with english subtitles so that i can watch. He denied. So i was leaving. Then, he suddenly called me and said that subtitles are there. I confirmed him thrice that he is sure about that. He said yes. But as now i am watching the movie, its without subtitles and i am not understanding anything. I wasted my 256 rs.

    Outside 1000ml bottle rate Rs. 20/-
    What is this?

      Why is the system so incapable .
      Inspire of riding on movie companies and ceazing their systems and filing cases on companies like Pvr for selling so much expensive that a common person can’t afford .
      On what confidence are they selling, on whose confidence are they selling .
      I beg each one of you to please don’t make us loose belief in government .
      It’s not because of losing some extra money, it’s because of every one losing fear because of acts like this .

        I have watched a movie on 19th of august 2018 satyamev jayate in pvr diamond plaza 8.35 pm show seat no b 2 and b 3. I have purchased 2 large cold drink and i nachos which costed me rs 650 but i have not received any bill for the same and when i asked for the bill they denied. I need an explanation for the same. I need a quick reslove for the same as need to take the input of the gst as i am a business man and want to claim the gst. Pls send me the bill asap. Waiting for a reply from your end

        I booked pvr cinema tickets for a telgu movie but accdntly i booked for ni8 show. And seen some provision of cancellation when i enquire online. I spended 324 rs as my ticket fare. An i hope pvr cinemas will resolve my query asp.

        Ac are not working in PVR cinemas EDM maill... Just a spoil for my movie ... While watching the movie I went to make the complaint twice and many people complaint about the same no action taken ... Such a suffocating place and absolutely a spoil for the show ...           This is with reference to an incident that happened with me at pvr cinemas, dlf city centre mall, m. G. Road, gurgaon on 18/08/2018. I had come to watch a movie at the movie complex for a show @ 4:15 pm. During the intermission, i had placed an order with the pvr snacks counter for inr 300 using my icici debit card.
          The pvr employee took my card aside pretending that the machine was not working or had some issue, got it back with the machine, asked me to punch in the pin number. The very moment i punched in my card pin number, i received 5 messages on my registered mobile number with bank about 5 back to back transactions of inr 10000 each causing a debit of inr 50000 from my bank account.
          I had no clue what to do, i immediately called my bank on their customer care number to get my card blocked, they told me that these transactions have been done in faridabad.
          I have lodged a police complaint at the cyber police station –dlf phase 5, gurgaon (Complaint number-1578-spii) within an hour of this incident.
          My complaint is against pvr cinemas because these transactions happened within 2 minutes of time when i placed the order at the pvr counter and the pvr employee swiped my card in their machine.
          The bank has informed me over mail that this could be a case of skimming fraud but they have asked me to prove it that i wasn’t the one who did these transactions. How can i be in faridabad when i was in a multiplex in gurugram and the card was physically present with me?
          I came across a similar case over internet when these guys have been booked for a similar case last year. Running in between police stations, banks is not something which any customer would prefer along with bearing the stress of this big financial loss. This is a sheer case of consumer harassment where i have to deal with the sudden loss of a huge amount, deal with the hassles of following up and even then there’s no assurance that i will get my money back.

            It was very uncomfirtable watching "gold" at pvr edm, ghaziabad, audi-3 with family and a four year child - seat nos. L-2, l-3 & l-6 on august 17, 9.45 pm.

            Airconditioning was a total failure.
            Mosquito menace

            Though complained to the representatives present outside the hall and came to know that one of the units not working.

            It was a bad experience especially the representatives expressed their helplessness and did not offer any apology.

            Money spent for the classic seats for entertainment was a total waste.

            I coming to watching satyamev Jayte movie I brought 4 tickets of recliner it’s total amount of 2045 Rs but it’s totally weast .

              Kindly note that, to get one ticket to sayameva jayathe (Hindi) stood there for 30 min as there was no queue system and its like a fish market. Sad part is that no staff listened to me and the way the so called manager replied was disgusting. Totally it is unprofessional and he said sometimes it happens adjust to it. He is very rude and no staff listened to me to understand the situation. Manager said his name is abhi and in a flip of second he changed to yadagiri, such an idiotic behavior (Sorry to use this words but cant control the emotions). It happened on 17th august 2018 at 10.20pm. Hope you will call me to know the entire situation, if i did not hear anything from you in 48 hours, please remember that i am going to file case against pvr cinemas with all possible sections to address this issue.

              PVR cinemas in Nitesh Hub Near Klayani Nagar Pune didnt allow outside food even after ban on outside food is lifted in Maharashtra and staff was real arrogant.

                  We are trainees and we went to see movie in saharaganj mall lucknow. After booking the ticket online we wen to see the movie. But your staff 'kamlesh' who introduced him as a tl denied us entry because we were carrying laptops. But this information was no where in the online bill generated of paytm.
                  He also misbehaved and has no manners to talk to girls. He abused us and we have done the recording for the same. Very poor and pathetic reply was given. And customer service was very bad.
                  Also when we requested him that we want to meet the manager he refused and said that he is dealing with other customers and is in important meetings. I am very disappointed with the pvr staff.
                  If any person come from the different state and has his laptops or luggage then he will not ne able to watch movie in your pvr.
                  You have locker facility then why you denied.
                  Spend some money for your locker facility altleast.
                  I will recommend everyone not to go to your pvr.
                  And also how do to give preference to your customers, the one in the meetings were important and we were not.

                  If kamlesh type of persons are a part of your pvr so customer service cannot improve in any way.
                  Pathetic service. Really disappointed.

                    Earlier we have saw many Telugu movies at PVR Phoenix Mall Lower Parel & from last 6 months observed non of the Telugu released movies are showing this Lower Parel Location.

                    What is the wrong with Phoenix lower Parel PVR to run Telugu movies & as same is showing other locations.

                    We are located near by PVR lower Parel, Due to this reason we need to visit Kurla & sion PVR location so it will lost our time & money too for travel expenses.

                      Dear sir/ madam,
                      Before booking of cinemas online in pvr theatres that the notification says that “the movie contains ‘a’ certificate, below 18 years not allowed”, like that pvr theatres may also give a notification before booking that “physically challenged persons not allowed to see any type of movie in pvr ampa mall in aminjikarai”.

                      Since i went for a movie with my family & aunty (5 members) on 5th august 2018.3.50 p. M show (Junga) at pvr cinemas, pvr ampa mall in aminjikarai in chennai.in my family i & my aunty are physically challenged persons and both were felt very bad, particularly my aunt. First we reached basement by auto and then went ground floor to use lift by walk of two flights of stairs then reached fourth floor by lift and then again walked in another flight stairs to reach the audi 01 theater. To complete theses process to reach the theatre we have taken more than a hour with painful.

                      I do not know without giving basic facilities to physically challenged persons & elders as per government norms, how they got license.

                      Finally we have decided not to go further in these theaters. Anyhow i requested u to give a suggestion to make lift facilities from basement and from fourth floor or atleast ramp stairs for physically challenged persons and elders.

                        Recently i went for a movie to pvr cinemas phoenix mall kurla after 1st of august. Even after the lift on ban of outside food the staff didn't allow us to take some chips. They were adamant that they did not receive any such information and weren't following the law. They kept refering to some letter sent by their head as to not allow customers bringing outside food which is totally an illegal order since the lift on the ban.

                          I booked the tickets for mulk movie in pvr phoenix market city pune for the 11 am show and movie started at 11: 15am and got stuck at around 11:40 am and no staff was attending the issue until one of the viewer went and complaint. The staff then gave a reason stating there is a server breakdown issue so the movie will start in another 10 mins... But once the movie started the same incident occurred twice again. Also the staff was so irresponsible to stay and check for the issue. This harrassment was not compensated and the higher officials didn't complete the demand.

                            I went for a movie on 1 august 2018 at pvr cinemas, forum mall - bengaluru. The sound system, seats, movie experience is good, but i was disappointed only with the high food prices. During break i have ordered for a large coke and pasta and overall it cost me 468 just for two items.

                            Large coke (Between 750 ml to 1 ltr) - 230 rs
                            Pasta (Small bowl) - 318 rs.

                            They are literally selling higher than the mrp prices.

                            I think its really unfair, just like hyderabad and mumbai i request to lodge a complaint again pvr cinemas and implement the same in bengaluru.
                            They are just looting amount from the common man.

                            Staff at pvr Juhu couldn't show me any written proof which they were arguing for regarding outside food. There was an argument from their side they still doesn't allow outside food. Without any reason.I showed them from Google governments declaration still they were arguing. I missed my 10 minutes of movie Karva.

                              Yesterday i went watch a movie, and my experience was horrible. While i was coming out of the movie i found a dead rat nearby my seat.                                 I had booked movie tickets on 29 july at pvr, city one mall, pimpri, pune in person for 1st aug 3:20pm show. When i went to watch the movie on 1st aug, same seats were allocated to someone else. When i enquired staff of pvr, i was told there was some change in price and they changed my seats. I confronted but their staff was adamant and did not even accept their mistake nor apologize. Highly dissatisfied with this.

                                    Booked tickets twice this week, each time with different payment methods and each time the website showed "Bad Transaction" and did not issue tickets even though the payment went through.

                                    They say they will issue a refund but it still hasn't been done.

                                    The tickets were booked on July 26 and July 27.

                                    Going through the forum, it seems pvrcinemas has a habit of not refunding people for transaction issues on their site. They should either refund the consumers or fix their site and not swindle their customers

                                    All the way we can't here and online bookings were available but all of a sudden, the theater just cancelled the show without information.

                                    The manager says COMPLAINT BOOK is NOT AVAILABLE, very funny.

                                    Of course we came fury time pass but that doesn't mean WE CAN VISIT NEXT DAY OR FOR SHOW, as the manager says

                                    We went for movie Incredibles 2 after seeing availability of the movie in the morning show at 10:30 Am But we were not allowed to watch the movie just because there is technical issues as said in the ticket counter.

                                        Hello! I went to pvr, flames yesterday for watching dhadak. I asked for normal ticket to your employee and she gave me prime tickets. I asked her, i didnt want prime but normal seat tickets. She foolishly replied, “sorry ma’am ‘ mene apko sahi se suna nhi tha’” also, she didnt confirmed from me about the details of the ticket. I wasted my money because your stupid employee didnt confirmed me. Hope you will take action against it. Thanks
