I went for a movie on 28 december. I was doing the transaction through a debit card. Firstly they said that it didn't work but later it had cut the money twice. It was for the movie simmba and the sum was of 1160. I can provide you with my seat numbers that were e 1 - 4. Also i can give you my phone number. For which i was asked while paying for the tickets

      Last night i saw kgf at pvr rama magneto mall in bilaspur (C. G).
      Believe me i went crazy after watching that movie, i always prefer pvr as priority for best cinema experience. But its really sad that here only two show s available of that masterpiece called kgf. Not only me people are crazy for kgf. Please watch public review s.
      But i[censored] honestly compare zero with kgf i defiantly prefer kgf for watching 10 times in a row. I didn't say bollywood wont make good cinema but also u dont serve us # in the name of entertainment. Coz now days people are aware about content and presentation. I am very dis pointed that kgf has only 20% showtimes here. Its not about bollywood or kannad cinema comparison, its about indian cinema. I request you to please increase showtimes of kgf, at least it should deserve 40% showtimes every where.

        These multiplexes are looting people with high charges on pop corn and cool drinks. Specially water bottles of 20rs per liter is being charged at 60rs per liter with some different brand. For large pop corn they are charging 380rs which will normally cost around 50rs outside. Cool drinks of 300ml is being charged at 120rs where as it will cost 20ra in the market.

        At pvr cinemas Phoenix mall bareilly, the staff force the peoples to take meals with the tickets. If anybody want only tickets they refuse to give only tickets.

            I went for a movie in rk cineplex, banjariahills, hyderabad, for the show at 11:05 pm on 23-dec-2018. The movie should be started by 11:05, but the management is playing so many advertisements and movie trailers, because of which, movie is started by 11:25 pm. And in the interval, the same thing is repeated and took 20 min to start the movie.

            My question is, does a common man's time has some value?? The timings should be regularized and the number of advertisements and the movie trailers should be limited or should be played before the movie time.

            Booked 2 tickets for KGF @ PVR Orion, Bengaluru for 29/12/2018, 6.45 pm show. Transaction went through and the amount was debited from my account but I haven't received the tickets through email or SMS.
            Please look into this asap and arrange for the refund.

              Complaint is about the ticket counter at pvr eva mall vadodara. Employee (Female) at the ticket counter wasn’t much dedicated towards her work, she was much slow in providing the ticket and when we asked her to be fast as the time was running out for the show she rudely exclaimed “if you’re in hurry go get your ticket from the electronic machine!”
              We are paying the right amount of the ticket still they’re being rude to us and when they are prompted they show annoyed behaviour
              I hope this complaint will be taken to action on our next visit

              I had booked tickets using the payment method as paytm I got a pop-up on the screen saying that bad transaction money will be refunded and again I booked and again. The same thing I lost my 3000 and still I didn't get any email

                Had booked 2 tickets for movie '2.0 (3d tamil)' at pvr vega city, bangalore. Show time: 6th dec, 9.30 pm. Booked it through bookmyshow app and booking id is wkx5h38. 3d screening was not proper for the show and it was all blurred. The manager cancelled the show and promised refund. For those tickets booked through bookmyshow app, the manager informed us that refund will happen through the app itself within 5 working days. It's more than that and nothing has happened. This is very unprofessional behavior.

                    My wife and i went to watch aquaman movie in pvr phoenix market city whitefield bangalore theatre on 14th december, 2018 for 10pm show in audi3 - seat no. L9 and l10 (Ticket no. Wgkcx8r) and we ordered foods from the inside stalls - 1 chicken and chips combo, 1 paneer makhani fries, 1 sev puri chaat, 1 aaloo tiki chat and 1 mirinda regular. After consuming foods, the very next day in the morning my wife and i felt sick becuase of severe diarrohea (Loose motion) caused by the pvr foods. It became evident to us that the food has caused food poisoning to both o[censored]s. I am also pvr privileged member.
                    I didn't spent more than 2000 rupees (Tickets and foods) on such bad experience and hence i want some action against it.

                      Hi my name is vimal kumar yesterday i wnt to pvr cinema for movie i buy 3 tickets of kedarnath movie only in 270 rupees but in break when i want to buy food prices r so much high then i buy only few things 2 burger i sandwitch 1 popcorn and 3 coffee in 1000 rupees i think price is so high for this food simple food popcorn is in 220 is costing only 20 rupees if i buy from outside so now is there any rightes for a common man for this robbry on his pocket can we stop watching movie in cinema and start watching online movies or on cd? What can i do for this?

                        I had booked 2 tickes for aquaman 4dx on 13/12/18 for 11pm show in pvr acropolis mall, ahmedabad... The tickets costed 1133/- inclusive of all charges (Booked through pvr app). The manager kept on saying to wait for 10 mins quoting there is some technical problem.. And they made us to wait till 12:15 am i. E, 1 hr 15 mins... And finally told that the show is cancelled and collect the money from the counter.. And they gave me 1000 rs in cash
                        1) what about my internet handling charges
                        2) what about huge inconveniece caused to us on the weekday
                        It is not at all expected from a reputed company like you. I expect some sort of compensation for trouble you caused to me

                          Movie time was 11 pm but movie start at 11:30 pm and this is every time that pvr is displaying unnecessary commercials for more than 30 min
                          This is totally disappointing and not expecting from world class chain of cinema
                          This is every time that movie never start on given time
                          This is not expected from pvr i always come with my family and there are kids to and every time more than 30 min commercials are so harassment that i never come to pvr i would have go some other cinema

                            I have booked ticket by mistake on 8th dec on pvr cinemas app and while i was trying to cancel this ticket online it is continuously showing me "please try again later" since last 24 hours and even after sending screenshot of errors & multiple calls to customer care my ticket is not getting cancelled and there is no resolution provided.

                            I am going to escalate it to consumer court on this on not providing any confirm written confirmation and losing my money.

                            Please take it this matter seriously and act swiftly.

                              Today, i visited pvr in mbd neopolis, jalandhar and asked for 6 tickets of 10:20am show.
                              The staff asked me to give extra money apart from 170rs/ticket for the combo food pack. I told them that i don’t want to buy the combo just give me the tickets and but they told me that it is compulsory to buy tickets in am shows, i called the manager and asked him for the customer rules book about the same but he said clear no and told me if you don’t want combo then order the tickets online.

                                I am very disappointed with your service in anupum pvr saket,
                                While taking tickets your cashier ask me for 560 of 2 tickets and she gave me bill of rupees 500 with 2 crunchy and that crunchy i didn't demand at that time i was busy so i couldn't check my tickets bill. After completing show i went in front of your manager but he told you should have checked your bill while going.

                                  I bought tickets for movie timing 12.45 but movie start after 25 minutes. 1. 10 what a stupid service... We are here to watch movie not to watch adds... Ok so submit my complaint take a good action as soon as possible...                                     Dear concerned,

                                    I have booked a ticket from your vr punjab mall, mohali office, however my ticket was not booked and money was deducted from my account as i have made the payment from my card. When i demand for my money back, they just given me a slip and said that you'll receive your money soon. It's been 6 days today and i still haven't got my money back. When i called your duty manager (Mr. Divakar kumar) for this concern, he said that we have given you that slip, our job is done, now you have to check with banks that why haven't you receive your money. Never expected such a unprofessional reply from a brand like pvr, i am wondering why should i suffer because of your employees' or software's mistake while making payment. Still i contacted my bank and they are asking me to visit pvr cinemas for my concern. I really don't want to become a sandwich between pvr and bank, the only thing i want is my money back. I hope you guys will understand my problem and find appropriate solution for the same.

                                    Food is very cously and very high rate and i m not setisfy this is not a way to serve food and some items are not properly prepared. I will try to case in your company

                                    Except 15 mins of interval, pvr theaters are wasting approximately one hour of time of customers by playing [censored]ing advertisements. Movie should start @8.30 in arena mall but it started @ 8.55.. hell with the advertisements.

                                      Please be informed that there are sharp pointed nails in the arm rest of your seats. I got pinched by these nails and now this can be risk of septic. These is unprofessional behavior of your company. Also the seats are not properly cleaned. These are unhygienic and dangerous seats. I want you to take strict action. I am also forwading the same to consumer court. I am watching creed 2 at pvr in elante mall chandigarh. Audi 4 j7 j8.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I came to PVR indore for night show of movie 2.0. Movie time is 10:30 but show start at 11:00 they told that break will be of 10 min. But interval is more than 20 min.
                                        At night they should not waste our time.
                                        I am very much disappointed with the hospitality, i have not expect that poor service from PVR as i used to visit cinema regularly . My all weekends are in pvr only .. ..
