We came to watch bucketlist movie show time 3:25pm; 31st may 2018, after standing in a queue for about 10 mins, one guy "standing next" to us asked staff at ticket counter (Miss. Pooja) whether 2 tickets for bucketlist are available... She nodded and told the guy that tickets are available in 2nd row. Soon after we (Standing in row) asked the staff at ticket counter 2 tickets.. That staff replied only seats in 1st row are available. We again...

blocking seats and tickets for public

This has been observed at hyderabad pvr outlets that last 3-4 rows of the movie hall are always blocked and never available for booking online/ at the window for public. the same is released for purchase just half an hour before the show timing. this is only at hyderabad location... we've stayed at delhi/gurgaon/mumbai/pune and never experienced such. any bollywood/ hollywood movie due to release on friday will have bookings open from wednesday...

Bought online from near buy 500 rs pvr voucher pc9m4wd on 12 may'18. As per t&c, utilised the voucher in buying movie tickets worth 150 rs directly at pvr madhapur (Hyderabad) box office counter. Immediate after that went to food & coupon counter to utilize my remaining amount but pvr ppl told they cant utilize my voucher as it is already being utilised. I was shocked as remaining 350 rs was left to utilised. Paid cash for same. It was embarrassing...

I booked the tickets for parmaanu movie in elante mall chandigarh of 10:00 a. M show on 26.05.2018 for the next day i. E 27.05.2018... I paid through paytm nd payment was successful nd 1038 amount was debited from my paytm wallet... But next day in the morning i observed no tickets were booked... Nd i need to pay again for the tickets... My payment had nit been credited yet... Plss help me out...

adding combos is made mandatory while buying tickets offline.

I bought 5 tickets from a nearby pvr cinemas when the staff made it mandatory to buy a combo of pepsi and popcorn worth 120 rupees. The staff said that she won't give me any tickets without the combo offer. But there is no such scenario while booking tickets online. So my question is, why it has been made mandatory? What if one does not want to but any combos? Is it right to put customers in such a position where they are forced to buy things...

It is observed that the transaction is done but ticket is not generated.

Details : transaction of rs 384 has been made on kotak credit card xx6906 on 24-may at pvr limited.

A humble request to get this issue resolved as soon as possible......

I booked through lazypay gateway and the ticket cancellation request was made as soon as within 30 mins.
I am getting continues sms and email from lazypay.
Why i have been asked for payment for no service availed. I have not watched the movie and the service was for book now and pay...

cancel my ticket

Unfortunately my kids have booked the tickets i don't have any use of those tickets because i don't live in the place where the tickets are booked so hoping u will resolve my problem and credit atleast 50 percent of my money pvr must definitely enible cancellation process for tickets it is a very mandatory one. Thought u get a lot of money first u have to concentrate on customer satisfaction...

I've been trying to book a ticket every time i go on to the site pvr site it gives me a system error this is happening every time i visit the site. Pvr wasting people's time by trying to book. Why do you create a site which doesn't work when people try to book tickets if your servers are getting overloaded why don't you upgrade them i'm not ready to waste time for a site which doesn't work...

national anthem

The supreme court has reversed the mandate of cinema halls having to play national anthems. And pvr cinemas have still not discontinued the practice of playing it at the start of every screening. This is totally unnecessary and is an instrument of forced patriotism. People who do not wish the stand up are highly inconvenienced. Also, there's a risk of others physically harming them for showing disrespect although it is not at all mandatory...

I tried to book 1 ticket of deadpool 2 (2d) for 18 may, 6:20 pm, 2018 at pvr select city walk imax, delhi. I have mistakenly booked it on c (Front) row rather than at back rows (Inspite tickets being available at back rows) in some confusion. Could you please cancel the tickets and refund the money to epaylater payment method. Please help me out with this issue.

cost price of beverages and snacks

The cost price of beverages and snacks is very high as middle class person cannot afford to buy them. They are charging 150 for ticket but they are charging 220 for regular pepsi and 250 for popcorn as it is very unfair to consumers.
We kindly request you to make it mandatory that consumer complaint number is provided on evey purchase of ticket or snacks so that consumer can call directly and the problem will addressed promptly.br...

This is quiet shocking to know after talking to customer care regarding movie tickets cancellation policy, which stated no option of cancellation.
We are clueless. This is really a bad situation on PVR policy website on such issues....
